My beloved and I decided to spend a few days in Sharm El Sheikh, staying from November 29th to December 3rd. We opted for a stay at the 5-star Stella Di Mare for two nights and at Rixos Golf Villas and Suites for another two nights. I can confidently say that the level of service at each of these hotels was entirely different. However, we are still deeply impressed by our experience at Rixos Golf and definitely want to return to this little piece of paradise. We booked our stay at Rixos Golf Villas and Suites through the Accor Hotels booking system with the Romantic Retreat option, including Ultra All-Inclusive, early check-in and late check-out, priority restaurant reservations, in-room breakfast, a bottle of wine, a fruit platter upon arrival, and special bed decoration. As the hotel didn't have its own beach, we availed the Stay One - Enjoy Three option, granting access to all services across three partner hotels: Rixos Premium Seagate with a water park and the adult-focused Rixos Sharm-El-Sheih, along with complimentary bus transfers. At a cost of £150 per night, our expectations were significantly surpassed - we feel we received far more than what we paid for. My only complaint would be about the reception desk staff, who were somewhat slow during check-in, couldn't arrange a late check-out, and overall showed less friendliness. However, thanks to guest relations officer Victoria, the situation was rectified - she embodies a customer-centric approach. Victoria graciously assisted us in booking tables at A-la-carte restaurants, arranging in-room breakfast, bed decoration, and made our last day unforgettable by arranging a late check-out at 5:00 PM (as our return flight to London was at 7:20 PM). Thanks to her, we were able to plan our entire stay at the hotel, simply relax, and enjoy our vacation. Our room in building 20 was simply enormous - with new furniture, a comfortable bed, a great bath and shower, a variety of cosmetics, a coffee machine, and a complimentary minibar. It was an experience that exceeded all our expectations. Regarding dining, we enjoyed the buffet across all three hotels. The best experience was at Premium Seagate - even higher in quality. At Rixos Golf, it was definitely not inferior, perhaps with a slightly smaller selection of dishes, but everything was exceptionally tasty. We couldn't even try everything, including salmon, sushi, other seafood, and delightful cakes. Lunch at Rixos Sharm-el-Sheih was somewhat below expectations and almost matched the level at Stella Di Mare, so it's better to dine at Rixos Golf or Premium Seagate. It's worth noting that there were fewer visitors at Rixos Golf, so the service was swift, and the atmosphere was more serene. We visited the Asian restaurant and People's - the food was top-notch, and premium alcohol like Chivas Regal and JW Black Label was available at the Asian restaurant, as well as in cocktails. The area of Rixos Golf is well-maintained and tranquil, although somewhat deserted. We spent most of our time at Seagate, which has a fantastic water park, luxurious spa, access to the sea, entertaining evening shows and discos, a Christmas market with delicious mulled wine, and an amazing New Year's atmosphere. They adorned every palm tree and bush. At Rixos Sharm, we appreciated the large heated pool and beach bar, as well as the absence of children's cries. Golf carts shuttle around all hotel premises, which is very convenient considering their vast areas. At times, the bus transfer wasn't entirely convenient, so we preferred using the InDrive app to call taxis - it's quick and inexpensive compared to London bus fares. Our experience at Rixos Golf Villas and Suites was incredibly pleasant and luxurious. We will definitely return here and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an ideal stay in Sharm El Sheikh.…
