So I want to give an honest review of our holiday. We love the place and would be very keen to come back. My husband and I wanted a relaxing holiday to lie by a pool and not do much else and that's exactly what you can do. If you are looking for a holiday with a British style breakfast, lots of entertainment and lots of English speakers, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for somewhere, that's interesting with wonderful staff who go out of their way to make the customer happy with beautiful scenery, hot hot weather, Lovely pools and nice food come here! We had some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced, especially from Ayman the restaurant manager. In the evenings that are many local places that are worth visiting, especially Soho Square in our opinion. The only downside I would say is the lack of entertainment on site. Sometimes it would be nice to watch a full show rather than the 20 minutes they seem to do. I was also very on keen on the drinks. Hubby was fine. Drinking beer but the juice is very very sweet and I didn't like any of the local alcohols.

My birthday treat was to go on holiday with two close girlfriends, and knowing many hotels in sharm including Dreams Vacation and Dreams Beach, we opted on Dreams Vacation. This hotel is owned by 3 brothers and managed by an owner representative, but a network of the superb, long serving management team are what keeps these two hotels afloat. Dreams beach has undergone some rooms renovation making it light, bright and fresh. Dreams Vacation rooms are however dated and tired with renovation needed. The Egyptian government recently invested massively in sharm, and the owners would benefit in the long run if they did the same to Dreams Vacation. However, aside from this statement I want to express thanks to so many staff who made our holiday an amazing, fun experience. The food in Vacation was tasty with fair presentation. The restaurant manager Aymen, was without a doubt the icing on the cake for this hotel, his natural ability to juggle his team so well and still remain so attentive to his guests was outstanding. His team Lov him, as do his guests, and he is a credit to the hotel. The housekeeping team are happy, smiling, polite and underpaid… but despite this their efforts to keep you smiling when you return to your room to find towel decorations and flower petals can only be applauded with thanks… and of course the well deserved gratuities that we all appreciate in life. The front office team, and the bars reception team are always smiling, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The bell captain manager Amouda and his team both in vacation and in Beach are polite, happy and above all conduct their work in a professional and organised routine, and are all happy to help with many situations, not only luggage. Resident mgr Mr Ahmed and rooms division Mr Essam are two of the kindest, caring individuals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, approachable and extremely caring when it comes to Dreams hotel resorts. (Special thanks for teaching us Towla to front office mgr Hossam) A big well done to animation Mgr Sherif and his team for fun pool foam parties, aerobics and music, with great evening entertainment at both beach and vacation. I will be back soon… xx

Just back from Dreams Vacation good very quiet relaxing holiday. Restaurant Staff all helpful friendly hard working, special thanks to Ayman (manager) & George (not sure of spelling) who looked after us so well. Good selection of food -beef chicken fish Pasta veg. Cakes FANTASTIC so tasty 😋. Gardens well maintained, pools clean. Pool towels exchanged with Cleaners not ideal as had to search for cleaner when back from pool to get it changed. Room & stairways could be cleaner bit more effort required. Would definitely stay again, restaurant service more than made up for other minor issues.

I’m staying at this resort now. I have nothing but good things to say about this place I am a female travelling alone & I feel really safe here The staff are brilliant & very helpful & friendly & really look after you I’m a really fussy eater but Iman in the restaurant always finds me something to eat I have read some of the reviews & yes the road at the front of the hotel is being done up but it is not 24hrs & the noise really shouldn’t ruin your holiday The rooms are kept very clean & I have no complaints about my room The ground & pools are also kept to a high standard

If your thinking of staying here beware, there is only one restaurant open and the choice of non alcoholic drinks for diabetics is poor to say the least, the roads outside the hotel are being renewed and work with heavy machinery is constant 24 hours per day, it’s obvious the hotel has been closed for a long period with little or no guests and could do with a really good clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good but this doesn’t make up for the things that are wrong

I have to say despite my poor experience with rooms and said staffs who did not acknowledge or assist me correctly. The manager Hosham is a very open minded person. He did his best to rectify the issue, but sadly the damage by poor hygiene and unexpected entry into room left me feeling deflated and sad as a solo parent with two kids. Sat at my room most the time and left hotel mid way despite offering a room upgrade. The catering staff are very polite. They do genuinely care, some times the food was okay, other times I wondered what I was crunching on. Gorges catering manager is a lovely man who offered to present a cake for my birthday, surprisingly I transferred to another hotel that day, I did look for him before I left to say thanks but couldn’t locate him, Thanks Gorges. The elderly shorter reception man listened and did his best. Rooms were below hygiene standards. Delay in getting it sorted. Communication may have been a bigger issue at play here. Any how despite my poor experience, I tried to make the most of it and we used the pool two days. I think we need to look at improving customer care and attitude. I also think that 50% of staff are good and want to do good job. It’s the other 50 that let me down. With the right direction there is chance to better it. This is not by any means a 5star or 4star more a 2/3star. I wish you all the best.

We booked Dreams Vacation as it sold us on the Spa & views of the resort. I have to start from the beginning. This will be a detailed review. Booked for 21st to 28th dec 22. Very quiet. No more that a dozen couples. They put us in a good positioned room when we arrived. Ground level, with cabana right outside. But no electrics worked. We also paid for a double room. They gave us 2 single beds. As we arrived late, we stayed put for the night, electrics were fixed. But wanted a double bed. Got this the next day. Walked around the site at night. So pretty, but empty, dead vibe. Its xmas week and no atmosphere. Tbh, the other hotel, has more people, entertainment, the main spa, water slides and better views. Felt a bit underwhelmed at this point. Onsite were handbag shop, trinket shop, jewellery shop, swim shop, a mini market but was dusty & mostly out of date. I don't think they worry about use by dates generally in egypt. You will get bit to death by mozzies, take repellant. Don't open windows, keep aircon cold, they hare cold & don't bite, so i eventually found out. Too late. The pools were ice cold, but so many of them. I'm sure at height of summer this place is buzzing & warmer. In dec it was 23° till around 2pm. By 4pm was dark. So not much sunbathing could be done. Left with no xmas tan. The staff were great. Especially the restaurant manager. The food was great mostly. He had coffee ready each morning. Don't forget to ask for milk, as they generally drink black. Knew hubby's fav food for b'fast, ordered for him whilst he saw us walking over lol. Not much to offer on the all inclusive drinks menu. Very disappointed. We went for a walk out of the hotel, there are cafe, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, within reach. They will hassle you so beware. Take a walk into the other linked hotel for other shops, nightclub you can still use. I recommend asking reception to book a taxi to Naama bay or old town. But please ask set price before enter taxi!!!! Plenty of shops, restaurants, kfc, macy d etc at naama bay. We also booked a snorkelling trip ( on xmas eve) it was amazing. AS a warning xmas is not celebrated on XMAS DAY as you expect. It threw all our personal plans out the window. They celebrated it on xmas eve. For food & entertainment. During the week the only entertainment had was a violinist in main reception bar for 1hr whilst people were having dinner. There was no advertising of entertainment anywhere. This was a pain. As it was dead the best of time. The wifi continually dropped me out. This was another pain as i could not afford to put on my data as very expensive in egypt. We have stayed in many All inclusive hotels and we feel that Turkey still gives us the best options. We will not visit egypt again in a hurry. It was my 2nd time & hubby's 1st. He was not impressed. The views from the step leading down to the ocean were Beautiful & perfect. I smashed my knee on a bolt on steps leading into the reef area by the beach bar. Be careful. The lifeguards were great though. There is a tuk tuk to get you about the sites, if you don't want the long walk. Tip him. Overall, i would have preferred to have stayed at other hotel out of the 2. ANY questions just ask

One of the worst hotel I ever visited, Old, dirty in the minimum details in the room, horrible and low quality brakfast, where I did not have the desire to go; never eat lunch or dinner because the clear low quality of the food (some of my friends did it... ). And they do not care. But who care?several of the employess who were extremelly gentil . The language barrier is also a problem.
