Nice, but kind of casual hotel to stay. We were there in December of 2019 ( two adults), going for All Inclusive. Food was good, but you have to wait in lines, to get fish or meat (but it's always tasty). Drinks was good. Room was clean, and the 'house keeping' is doing their job great (always make some beautiful figures from towels on bed, if you leaving tips). Good location for lovers of souvenirs shops, bad location for sea lovers (only restaurants by the sea, but not in the hotel territory). So, good place to stay for kind of peaceful vacation, or to run away from Christmas :))

was a little nervous when arrived, but very quickly we were very glad we had booked this hotel. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the rooms were very clean. and although the food in Sharm is known for its lack of choice, it was well cooked and always plenty of salad and fruit. the all inclusive was from 11.00am until 12.00pm and the bar staff were always offering to make lovely cocktails. this hotel offers great value for money.

The hotel itself was very nice, we asked for a quiet room and got one by the small (warm) swimming pool. Our room was on the second floor and generally very nice, with quiet good space. Cleaning was good, both of the room and in the hotel area. This time of the year hotel was half full, with plenty of space by the pools which was lovely. The hotel offered us possibility to borrow clean beach towels everyday. The breakfast did not look any good or fresh so we were eating outside, I only picked some coffee and I do not recommend it. Now we get to the beach part, the hotel offers 2 options, one is a public city beach which was dirty (oil sports and trash) and noisy, and the Reef Beach which had very limited bading area, and mostly windy with red flag hanging. So this was a disappointing part, and we ended up going to El Fanar beach. Another thing was an awful wifi connection which is only available at the reception. I would go for a mobile internet card if I visit again.
