Budget! But a good hotel.

We absolutely loved it! The room we stayed in, was standard, but always cleaned & topped up with bottles of water each day, & the view on the very large shared balcony was amazing…
Being Jan was worried about the pool being cold, but it was lovely & slides were really fun, you do have to keep you’re towel safe tho, as you need to give your towel cards back to reception at the end of your holiday!
staff throughout the hotel were absolutely lovely & one guy Mohammed in the restaurant goes the extra mile…the entertainment team were great fun, putting on some great shows & getting us involved.
Food, some lovely food put on, & if there was a day you didn’t really like something, you always found something tasty to eat. & one night they knocked one our door, & surprised my girl with a Birthday cake which was a lovely touch.
WiFi only in the lobby. Not throughout the hotel, but hey your there to enjoy your holiday,
Only downside for us, is we got bitten by mosquitoes a lot! They did have pharmacy on site, but if you go to neema much cheaper to get cream & anti itch. I would highly recommend taking protection before going!
Absolute great location, straight out the front is little shops were we brought snacks, very friendly staff in there too, & cheaply priced. & we were just a 5 min walk to Neema bay, & a gorgeous beach! Which the hotel also offered free bus service. & easy to get taxis to explore the old market, farsha cafe & other great places literally 10 mins & cheap taxis! InDrive app worked really well for us. & fixed us prices.
We did some amazing days out, & a couple of excursions & really enjoyed it.
I personally loved the whole experience as did my family, & we are looking to book again in November with extended family.
Thank you for a fantastic holiday! Great hotel, great location, great staff, great entertainment team.

What should have included our stay was unfortunately not found on site! For example, they made us pay for the laundry, the "spa" is for a fee, the games/video games room isn't there at all, the restaurant is one and not 2 and the cuisine is not international, there is no room service 24 hours a day and the swimming pools close at 6pm, the water park is only open 4 hours a day, the TV is not only not satellite, but you can't see it at all, the ATM has never been functional in 15 days and so on. The main problem of our stay however, as can be seen from the attached images, is the poor cleanliness of the entire structure itself. Sheets never changed in 12 days. There are images of the restaurant room where there is a hand sink, the reseption bathroom, the reseption tables, the swimming pool area (where no one wears a swimming cap and the water is full of hair) and our room ( photo with freshly cleaned room)! The bathing establishments are also dirty, especially the one in Naama Bay and certainly undersized, as there are few umbrellas in the swimming pools, for the 300 rooms that the structure offers, which are always fully booked. The only positive note is the staff who are all really friendly and the location because Naama Bay can be reached on foot and old Sharm is a 15' drive away. But this is not enough to make up for the poor hygiene of a 4-star hotel which is worth half of it!

This is a spotless, attentive, perfectly located and well established hotel that provides very good traditional Egyptian food that is different from a European offer but for us was the charm of the holiday, the animation team really tried but as we were well out of season had limited buy in purely through the quietness of the off peak.
The bar staff were brilliant but Sharm el sheik seems a couple of years behind the uk with covid recovery and the hotel still use disposable cups, masks in places and seem to be taking a more cautious approach on the advice of their government.
The guest liaison Nader was absolutely the best, tried so hard to understand everyone’s needs and really did go over and above anything or anyone has ever done on previous holidays, a real superstar who the hotel needs to really recognise for what he does to go above and beyond.
To sum up, really traditional, great team, great hotel but if you want full English and burger and chips stick to Benidorm and let the rest of us enjoy the Sharm holiday resort for its perfect charm

On arrival to the hotel we were directed to the restaurant which had a late buffet for our arrival and cold drinks were offered, we then checked in and were taken to our room by golf buggy.
Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Food was excellent, we ate in all the Al a cartes and enjoyed them all and found the main restaurant of excellent choice and quality.
Pools there were several pools to choose from, we preferred the quiet pool which was heated and visited the main pool with my daughter during the day to use the water slides. We had no problem finding sunbeds with the pool attendants welcoming us and actually taking our towels to the beds for us- nothing was a problem.
Entertainment was varied and a good mix of singers/ shows with a mini disco prior to the main show for smaller children.
Outside the hotel was a small selection of shops, pharmacy, supermarket. We often walked out on an evening and the area felt very safe and we were not hassled by
Shop keepers.
The hotel is on the beach with free sun loungers and a pier which is manned by a lifeguard and offers swimming/ sports with life jackets available for less confident swimmers which we thought was fab.
Overall we had a fabulous holiday at this hotel. And would happily return again in the future.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel and I will definitely come back
