Been to this resort before and had a lovely time .but it has changed so much .its still nice and clean .the bathrooms really need to an update as shower area was very bad i wasn't happy .and all inclusive wasn't what i call all inclusive. There was no entertainment the whole week .i enjoyed my stay because the weather made it but will never be going back .witch is a shame as its a nice hotel
great hotel! beautiful plants! The best bartender in the world- Mostafa Shalaby! kind, helpful, considerate and cordial. Had four days vacation in Verginia Resort, sunny beautiful days, nice and friendly staff always there to help you with your needs. Animation team is friendly and professional leaded by Dima very thanks for him. it's my first time here but im really happy becouse every thing is here is emazing the food is testy and all staff here are very kind , the entertainment team are very halpful so i will come again soon thanks for everthing
The place was cozy. Room when asked to be cleaned (due to covid-19 restrictions) was good. But the toilets needs maintenance. The staff were friendly & responsive to requests. No much food varieties but cooked well feel like homemade which was good for us. Overall, the hotel was nice.
We were three families stayed 3 nights at the hotel In general Nice hotel the guy at the reception who works morning shifts is very nice helpful and friendly not like the guy who works nights all the team wasn't professional when we needed couples of things and his attitude not very good and i saw him with argue loudly away from the reception counter with two guests. The food was very nice, very nice quality and quantity, always there's sweets to have every launch and dinners. Staff are very professional and friendly specially the guy who is working mostly on pool bar he was very patient with kids and always choosing the nice words. But walied at the receiption bar wasn't as i expected, we asked him for a drink at 11 o'clock afternoon and he refused to give me one reasoning that with he is only giving away welcoming drinks which is a lie for sure as i asked him about his name as i couldn't see him wearing a name tag and he told me he is called walied i told him that i do not bleave what he is saying and i would make a complaint against that as he hasn't got the right to refuse to give me a drink i paid for it in advance. Rather than that every thing was lovely and rooms looks like as shown on the photos. Pool staff was very good and caring for people in the swimming pool all the team.…
Generally, we were happy with the view of the hotel, swimming pool, food and the warm weather. The room was fine and was being cleaned every day by a nice person. However, there were things we didn't feel happy with and first of all it was the service. We often saw reception or kitchen workers speaking in Arabic and laughing as if they make fun of you, and you don't have the idea what they are saying. I am not saying about me as I know some Arabic words. They have irony when they speak or they don't have good communication manners. We paid for 7 days but we were kicked out of our room in the morning in such a rude way in the 7th day and were not allowed to eat or use any service. So we paid for 7 days but we received 6 day service. Our flight was at 3.00am so they just allowed us to be in the area of the hotel for one day with no room and food till we left. We had to pay $14 for 2 people go get one plate of dinner. And again, before coming we paid for 7 day service. They also took our towels from us in the morning so we couldn't use the swimming pool as well. We are very disappointed with such discriminatory and poor service. It was a good location and there were some fun programs as well but if you want to become a 4 star hotel, you need to improve your service. Also, don’t let your workers speak in Arabic in front of tourists and make fun of them just because they think the tourists don’t know Arabic. Don’t let your workers misunderstand the politeness of customers and try to flirt with them. I hope you will consider my review and improve your service.…
We booked the hotel for 10 days stay with 'All inclusive' feature. First thing to remember is that 4 star hotel here is not the same as 4 stars in Europe for example. So the room was a little bit old, and the one we get had no balcony and it was on the backside but they kept it clean. Apart from that, the placement of the hotel is good. Also, we were satisfied with food, meat is served every day and the variation of food, in general, is good. Btw the pool is small, but if you're visiting Sharm you need to swim in the Red sea not pool.
I have stayed in this hotel from 13th August to 27th August 2019 .really great hotel and value for money .wonderful services , great staff , clean environment and good food . Mr.Saleh " hotel Owner " available all the time and he make sure that the guests are enjoying their time .please keep the good job and thank you all the staff for the services .I recommend this hotel for those who are looking for reasonable prices and enjoyable memories . I highly recommend not to go there. here is why: 1- the staff is not qualified or well trained to deal with customers. they are arrogant and not helpful 2- the rooms are highly deteriorated, the furniture, the paint and the bathroom in bad shape but yet functioning 3- the food ... oh the food... taste is ok.. not good but not too bad. the varieties are very limited and repeated actually. some items when they run out, they do not refill it. they are serving only 1 type of fruits with limited amount so if you do not get it early, you will never get it. 4- the restaurant operating hours are horrible, it is limited to 2 hrs per meal!!!.. so you have to be there on time otherwise, you are loosing it (usually, in other hotels they are operating each meal for 3 hrs) 5- drinks?? only coke and sprite in cold drinks and tea and coffee for hot ones. no juices (fresh or canned) or different type hot drinks. I do not drink alcohols so i cannot comment on it 6- All inclusive:: i did not see any types of snacks only the above mentioned drinks and for a limited duration 7- Wifi: the worst method to login i have ever seen. first of all it is allowed in the reception only. they give you a user name and password unique for yourself. but the funny thing, you have to enter them each and every time you want to login. 8- they are using a type of chemical for insects that smells very very bad for extended periods of the time. 9- the beaches: i visited only the coral beach and it was OK. not too bad however: the animation team is nice, the design of it is cosy. the pool is ok.…
