This is the forth time I have stayed at this hotel and use it as a base while scuba diving every day,I do book all inclusive but am out all day,I have used many hotels in this area and currently this is the best for the money,Yes the rooms are quite dark but that is normal for Sharm,my room has always been kept clean and well supplied with clean towels when needed and bottled water everyday also the tea and coffee topped up in the room,if you need milk for tea and coffee you can get some from the bar and keep it in the fridge in the room,If I have had any problems with the room after contacting reception the problem has always been rectified promptly. The choice of food is not the larges but breakfast is very good and you can always find something to eat at dinner,I know the lunch buffet is smaller but never went as I was out all day.As for entertainment during the day it seems to be the same every day,and there are several evening entertainment shows. The best part of this hotel is the staff.they can"t do enough for you.a please and thank you and small tip goes so far.Top staff for me are Gamal and Kareem in the restaurant and Ahmed at the bar where it is very difficult to get to an empty glass before the next drink arrives.all the other staff are great but not a great memory for names. The hotel does have mainly Egyptian guests but you can understand that as they had to fill the rooms to keep trading through bad times but all the staff love the British and can"t do enough for us.I will certainly be back next year.

i have stayed in many "boutique" hotels in Sharm all within the same price range. If your coming here expecting a 5 star resort you may aswell not bother. My room was dark with two lamps not working not a massive problem but could have been an easy fixed if they chould have been bothered, they were not! My wash basin leaked from a split plastic hose which meant i had to place a towel under it to stop it going all over the floor, Again an easy fix if they could have been bothered, Guess what? they were not! The room and bathroom where clean my bed has a new mattress on so no concerns. The food was as expected and was only breakfast i ate apart from 2 nights. The hotel is not really aim at UK guests but for what it costs i dont think anyone can complaine about it. The pool bar was ok never had to wait for your drink. You will not however get sugerfree drinks. Would i stay here again? No there are much better hotels

This review will be fair and honest. This review is current for March 2022. Cons 1)We are a family and were given a family room . It was filthy, the toilet and bath had brown stains, the kitchen worktops were sticky and the doors, light switches and fridge were thick with black dirt, the bed bases were dirty. it was so depressing I almost cried, We complained and was told that noting could be done but we went back in the morning and was given a pool side room but reception were very rude about it. The pool side room was dark and we had to leave the front door open to get some light. It only had 2 bedside lamps 2)The food was absolutely awful. Variety was limited and they only served Egyptian food, the bread was stale and the salad was dry and every day it was the same thing just a different sauce. Noting for children. They have wine but you have to ask for it, I wouldn't bother it was vile and tased of pure vinegar. No gluten free options. 3)The staff are pleasant until you tell them you are not happy with something. We completed a feed back form and gave them an extremely generous 3* (it was awkward to give them anything lower) Costa the animation guy came over to us and started having a go at us asking why we did not give higher. This made the last few days of our holiday very uncomfortable. 4) Bar, is one man behind the bar with about 3 different alcoholic drinks. The fizzy drinks are from a bottle and they leave the tops of so its mostly flat. There was beer and coffee and I think vodka Pros 1) Free shuttle bus to the beach. There are lots of steep steps down to the beach so if you have mobility problems you may struggle. The beach is over crowed to the point you are on top of each other 2) The shop owner on site was kind to us and very friendly (not the man selling clothes and bag etc, he was rude and had a go at another holiday maker who was telling us where to go for days out) 3) The weather was amazing for March, sun bathing and swimming weather at the pool and sea, we got a nice tan 4) The pool area was nice, clean and enough sunbeams and umbrellas 5) Met some lovely people from the UK and Egypt who were also on holiday 6) There is a McDonald's and super market about 15 minutes walk away, but opposite directions. 7) We ate out a few times in Soho and the restaurants dishes were very nice and tasty but a bit pricey Also just to mention that all the staff our men. There was one women how ever she never smiled or said hello, I think she was part of the animation team. I think the cleaners are females but cant be sure.

After 7 years I finally got to return to my favourite place and I wasn't disappointed! The staff are what makes this hotel. They are friendly and helpful and always with a welcoming smile. One night our air con stopped and we were not able to sleeping the heat. Within 5 minutes of calling reception, maintenance was there and repaired the problem quickly. The only thing that could be improved is the food - we struggled to find something to eat at some meals and decided to eat out. The menus were basically for Egyptians and not other cultures. Thank you again Dive Inn. See you again soon!

I have just returned from a 7 day holiday to this hotel. ROOM The room was a good size. There was plenty of storage. There was a kettle and a mini fridge and a safe. You were given one 750ml bottle of water a day. We bought bottles from the shop at the hotel. The room was cleaned daily and bedding and towels were changed. The air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy. The decor is dated but it was clean. The beds were firm. I found the pillows quite hard. You could get the BBC world service on the TV. Even with all the lights on the room was gloomy. DINING ROOM You could help yourself to water and juice at all meals. There was also tea and instant coffee at breakfast. I enjoyed the food but it was quite repetitive. There was a lot of beef, chicken, liver and fish. There was always rice and some kind of potato. The vegetables were tasty and well cooked. In the evening you could have pasta done just for you. Because of COVID the food was behind screens and you had to wait to be served - so sometimes got more than you wanted. You could order beer or wine to go with you meal but it was always served in plastic cups. If you were a vegetarian I think you would struggle to find enough to eat. POOL and Bar area The hotel was incredibly quiet - less than half full. This meant there was no difficulty in securing sun beds and at times we had the swimming pool to ourselves. The pool is a good size and about 1.6m deep. There are palm trees and bushes around and plenty of bins. The bar staff were friendly, particularly Araf and Samil. You could not get wine at the bar - only beer and spirits, tea, coffee, juice and soft drinks. No queues because so few people. There was no entertainment at all apart from music playing on a loud speaker. We were told that this was because it was Ramadan. This was a shame because previous reviews had mentioned a good entertainment team. There is a real problem with mosquitos in the evening. Make sure you take spray and creams. Rubbing lime juice on bites seemed to help. They spray the grounds every evening but the little sods are everywhere. There is a "supermarket" at the hotel where you can get water, crisps, sweets, soap and sanitary products. There are no prices and the man can be a little in your face when you are in there. There are some gift shops as well. Again they are quite pushy when you look and do not tell you prices - but this seems to be true of all shops We enjoyed our stay and I would consider going again but would prefer it if it was a bit livelier.

Just returned from a 9-night stay. The staff were outstanding, really friendly & doing their best with what they have. The rooms are old & worn, but also dirty. It was like tumbleweed behind the curtains and the bathroom door surround & rim had a thick layer of black mould & grime, black mould came out of the taps & a bad smell in the rooms. The door frames, skirting etc all had a thick layer of dust & dirt. The remote control has never been cleaned & full of grime, all of this is not a build-up in a few weeks but months if not years of dirt. I watched the cleaner clean the mirror, around the sink & clean the toilet rim with the same cloth & then went to the next room with the same cloth to do the same thing – Disgusting. For an “All Inclusive” each room is given 1 small bottle of water (not enough for 1 person let alone a room), these used dirty bottles are then taken to the pool bar or restaurant by guests & refilled at the water cooler. The bottles will not fit so are pushed up & under so the dirty lip of the bottle is touching the outlet. Even pre-Covid this would have been disgusting. I mentioned this to the bar staff and the restaurant staff, but nobody seemed to get the issue of dirty bottles & germs contaminating the drinking water fountains. The bedding is old, stained & bobbly. The entertainment is a mini disco for approx 30 mins each night. Your drinks soft & alcoholic are served in flimsy plastic cups the size of your mouth rinse at the dentist. The food is fresh & the restaurant is doing the best it can. The food choices are chopped boned chicken, unidentifiable fish, veg dish & rice. There is a small salad bar & soup with rolls. The portions severed are large but every day it is the same food. I had breakfast most days - egg, cereal, pastries are on offer but after the fourth day we went out to eat for all our other meals. My husband is a fussy eater and there wasn't anything at lunch or dinner for him to eat, he would have been ok if there were chips or pasta and lived off that for a week. The food choices are aimed more for the Russians. Sun loungers are mostly broken & the towels cover less than half of your sunbed. The photos that you see above (TripAdvisor ones) are old & out of date, the hotel & pool is a shabby version of this. Even though this is a cheap hotel you could get better & cleaner in the area for a similar price.
