My partner and I spent 9 days in September! The service from the people is simply fantastic. My partner is gluten intolerant, and they did everything so that he could also eat delicious food. We loved every minute of our time there. So much so that now we are going back to Egypt for 2 weeks, and of course only to Gazala Gardens ‼️❤❤❤
very bad hotel and not many employees are very rude, harassing.dirty and bad food.all theys are same.drinks are not good.i cant sleep there.no people and nothing to do there.only few guys here kind.dont want to go back never!!
Tired and dated and scruffy. Recycled soups, food and deserts. Same every day. Breakfast poor. Rotten and dirty sunbeds. Terrible beers and spirits. Three days without hot water. One BBC news channel. Not much entertainment. Can't think of any positives about this place. Wouldn't stay here for free. You have been warned !
Ghazala gardens the best hotel The location is the best, every one from staff helping the guests to make them satisfied, the red Sea is amazing, all staff are perfect specially the reception, Mr. Ali Rashed is the best. I will return back for sure.
The worst hotel I have ever seen. Old, dirty, with no pools to swim in (out of order or non filtred dirty water), very very very poor dishes, diluted drinks. Problems was water in junior suits, awful smell in the bathroom and I could go on and on Helpful staff, but they can't change nothing. Nice, but small and dirty beach with broken sunbeds and torn towels. Very sorry for the ruined vacation
Third time in this hotel and never again. It used to be alright. Hotel was closed for 2 years and everything is falling apart. Room is old and beaten down. No water pressure in toilet or shower. Room was barely cleaned even after reporting it to management. The fridge was basically a freezer that froze all the drinks. There was a construction yard in front of the hotel without any safety protocols or even lights to see anything. The food was the same every second day, like it was on repeat button. Staff was kind but that doesn't make up for everything else wrong with the hotel. The pools don't even have a filtration system but they put chlorine in buckets in pool around 18.00! We even saw human faeces by the bar. If your planning on staying in the future I urge you to reconsider and find something more suitable. My review is based solely on my last stay.…
Food was awful, everyday just rice, tomatoes, grilled chicken, potatoes, max some fish or grilled beef for burgers, ate rice with chicken for 7 days because it was almost the only food that looked fresh. We didn't have properly functioning water for 2 days, electricity went out like 4 or five times. It was very hard to get to the beach or for shopping because the roads in the whole Sharm El-Sheikh or at least in front of the hotel are being reconstructed, which is not mentioned anywhere as it should be, because it could be dangerous to cross this kind of road with small children or for older people. WiFi was also not functioning for 3 or 4 days. The staff was good, but sometimes I've got the feeling that it is some kind of punishment for them to work here and serve to the hotel guests.…
Staff excellent, room a little tired, but bright and airy and spotlessly clean. Drinks all warm, no ice, very little refrigeration. Tried red wine, very watery. Beer poured from cans left on side. Cocktails no real garnish. Food disgusting. Breakfast, highly processed cheese, couple of processed meat sausage type meats. Selection of breads and processed disc shaped cereals of unknown flavours/types. Though eggs were cooked to order. Yoghurt and some fruit. Lunch a couple of stews and salad and fruit, as well as soup. Dinner, stews again and fruit and cake and soup. Some salad with yogurt as dressing. And badly cooked pasta, with unItalian sauce of dubious quality. For the last few days Pizza which was rather bland became available. I tried the Brazilian restaurant. Salads and soup good. Main Luke warm and overcooked. I did complain and was able to explain why I found the food awful. I did point out that a two star hotel in Majorca I stayed at had better food than they Little in the way of entertainment of interest to a UK person. I would never return, even if it was free.…
Just returned from beautiful holiday in Sharm at ghazals gardens lovely room , staff so friendly and obliging. Last went in 2015, and was not disappointed to return . Room service, food, and amenities very good located just near shops I have mobility issues and hotel supported with accessibility even sun loungers that are higher so easier to get on and off will definitely return from the start Saber Ali, made us welcome as well as manager Brazilian restaurant , cannot wait to return.
If your from the uk stay away from this hotel, it’s terrible, the whole place is dirty, the rooms are not fit for animals , truly disgusting . The food is just as bad, we booked through Red Sea holidays. We moved after 1 night to shiva sharm, this was no better . They couldn’t move us anywhere else so we booked the Tropitel in Naama bay ourselfs through booking .com. Nice hotel.
