Starting with the absolute positives: the resort is stunningly beautiful. The garden is impeccable and the views of the sea are amazing. Because of it's size it never feels crowded at all.
The staff is friendly and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. However, a tip is expected. To illustrate, the housekeeper brought us some of the missing towels and when we asked to bring additional ones we were missing, he said he'll bring them tomorrow because his shift is ending. But after we left him 5 EUR, he turned the attentiveness level to a hundred and he would turn up late in the evening asking if we need something. The management however does take customer satisfaction very seriously and will do everything in their power to accomodate you.
The resort is basically in the middle of nowhere. There was some development around it but apparently it was halted. The rooms are a bit outdated and could do with a renovation. Mobile data coverage is non-existent at the hotel. Wi-fi in the rooms is decent but there are some restrictions with it which, for example meant that I couldn't log onto my work VPN when I needed to.
The food is decent, and varied but drinks were a dissapoimnent. A mojito will always be made on the whim of the bartender that is making it and it's never right. There is no possibility to get a fresh juice, only syrup. The local wine they are offering as part of the all inclusive package comes in a box and is definitely watered down. It's actually quite funny that they're offering it in the oh-so fancy restaurant that you get to eat in once per stay.
And lastly, the biggest negative: food and drink hygiene. The cutlery and plates were often dirty and maybe that had to do with a three day bout of diahrrhea I developed during my stay.

The hotel is very nice, even intimate for Egypt, with a fantastic garden (definitely the prettiest I've ever seen in hotels). It's not far from the airport (after lifting the plane into the sky, it's the first hotel you can see from above;).
Service - great attention to detail, once in a restaurant for breakfast I saw a sparrow sitting on someone's food, the waiter immediately reacted and brought the lady another plate with exactly the same food. Cleaning was ok, the cleaner changed the towels every day, washed the floor and created hearts on the bed with towels and flowers. :-) I was surprised when on the 3rd day we received an invitation to the Coctail Reception, and it was a meeting for hotel guests to check what they liked and what could be changed. There was a request for an opinion - so as promised - I'm writing. :)
Beach - sand on the shore, they rake it every day... ;) If you like peace and quiet - in the towel center by the pools you can ask for a red flag, you attach it to an umbrella and then no tour sellers or spa staff come to sell their services. Entrance to the water - very long, shallow, coral rock covered with sand, but it is better to have water shoes. Plastic pier, not suitable for walking. The reef near the hotel is rather poor - it is much nicer if you walk along the shore a bit to the end of the bay, quite a pleasant walk if you like walking. The row of hotels begins there, there are several piers (no one was chasing other wristbands).
Food - very good, a wide selection every day, usually chicken on the grill, but there were also crabs, one day there was sushi, a lot of beef and fish in many forms. For me, well seasoned and different, not all with the same taste. ;) Drinks - BAJKA, in all inclusive there is a really large selection of colorful drinks and, which is rare with fruit - limes, oranges, lemons, strawberries - they do not regret it. :) There was also whiskey to drink, gin was very good and there were many gin drinks.
Room - we had a superior room number 1714, I would only complain about the bathroom, it needed some refreshing, the floor in the shower was well-kept, but there was fungus on the walls. Minibar for a fee (for each day you used it, the next day you would come with a bill to sign). Mineral water in 1.5-liter Coca-Cola bottles, added every day, was also enough for drinking and brushing teeth. Coffee and tea in the rooms are also replenished daily. What we would improve - Wifi, unfortunately, only in the lobby, quite weak, definitely not for watching movies or working.
In the evening, a nice Bedouin sat at the pool bar and for USD 10 you could smoke a shisha, it had many flavors. Thank you and best regards. :-)

I just got back from a wonderful week, to say the least. First time in Egypt for me. Wonderful experience. The village is located just 10 minutes from the airport, connected by a 4-lane expressway. If you do not have a transfer service, you can safely take a taxi. With about five euros they will take you to your destination. Arrived at the property the glance was fantastic. Super welcome, they took the documents, made us leave our bags and took us immediately to the restaurant given the late lunch time. Excellent cleanliness, never seen so much attention to detail of the common areas and individual rooms. Maintenance of each corner is carried out constantly every day. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff that takes care of their cleaning is very nice and kind and in the evening you will be surprised to find sculptures of towels on the bed with garnished flowers. Large and scenic pool, beautiful by day, amazing by night. The beach is spotless, cared for and arranged. You will not even have the opportunity to place your beach towels because an attendant will do it for you. The beach has few stones and a long walkway where you can dive. Fish there are to see. There is a bar where you can drink cold drinks. A second bar is in the pool area and in addition to drinks mid-morning begins the sandwich service with hamburgers, chips and pizza that you can also taste at lunch. The third bar is open 24 hours a day and is adjacent to the lobby. Delicious cocktails and disarming kindness. The large restaurant has an indoor and outdoor area where you can taste grilled fish and vegetables for lunch and dinner. You will also find a lady who makes Arabic bread at the momenot. Inside the buffet, rich and varied with many varieties of different bread and dishes for all tastes for lunch and dinner and breakfast. Adjacent to the lobby is the à la carte restaurant. Included in our package was an à la carte dinner of your choice between meat and fish. We opted for fish. For trips, you can rely on the hotel or local agencies to save a bit. Recommendation for taxis to download the INDRIVE app. Don't change euros into Egyptian lira. The euro is accepted everywhere. However, I recommend that you bring small denomination notes, especially 5 and 10 euros. The 1 and 2 euro coins are kept for tips. Recommendation this wonderful place to families, couples and groups of friends.

In principle, not bad, but we won’t come back, I’ll recommend it to friends if it’s cheap) Green area, the staff work like bees (trimming the grass, bushes, palm trees, watering the grass, cleaning the pools). delicious table without any frills (seafood is all of terrible quality, no juices except in the lobby, alcohol is not tasty), the sea is only in digging boats, the reef is dead, the sea was warm in the second half of April, even a baby swam. The wind is sometimes very strong, sometimes not at all. The children's pool is clean (the water is cool). I would like to note that in 11 days, the child did not catch anything, even though he dived headlong into the pool. The animators are dead (it was infuriating to beg to go to animation because it affects their earnings, except for Pilatos/water aerobics at one time and they didn’t see anything, there is volleyball, but the ball is terribly hard and already torn). The DJ on the beach is disgusting, interrupts songs, the speakers rattle, when there is calm music it’s fine. The children's room is a dump, a terribly dirty floor, just a layer of dust, the tiles outside are cleaner, there are practically no toys for a 2-year-old child, all above-ground structures are for adult children. Cleaning the room was a separate masterpiece - at first it was bad, I swept it myself 2 times, it made me angry, I quarreled, they started washing the floors, the parents in the next room were silent, they had clouds of dust rolling around the room. Upon request, they give you something, but you won’t see a list; they brought it to us the day before departure - bathrobes, slippers, air freshener, mosquito spray (it’s better to take them with you, they don’t help, and there are a lot of mosquitoes - they fly from the ventilation). The bar near the dining room is also funny, there are some waiters who take your order and forget about you, complain to the reception, problems are quickly resolved. If you leave the hotel and go to the left, then in 10-15 minutes you will reach the Barut hotel, there are shops there, you can buy souvenirs and all sorts of small things for 2 times cheaper than in the hotel, there are very friendly sellers. I chose the hotel based on reviews, I didn’t understand such praise, it’s good for a time, there are hotels that I want to return to, I wouldn’t set foot here.

We stayed at Jaz Belvedere for 5 days. Hotel is in a great location near to the airport, not walking distance to Naama Bay though so if you plan on leaving the hotel you’ll have to get taxis / buses around. The food selection is good but can get repetitive, but the drinks were excellent and all the bartenders were very friendly. The hotel is very large and the pools are big. The beach is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, and a jetty to jump straight into a deeper part of the sea. The animation team is really entertaining and puts on activities during the day and shows in the evening where you can also get shisha. Our room was nice with shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, but would be nice to also have body lotion as most 5* beach hotels have this.
There is a significant mosquito problem at the hotel but bug repellent, especially in the evening, should sort the problem. The hotel did also use some form of mosquito smoke foggers repeatedly during our stay.
One issue we did have was the lack of (or very slow) WiFi connectivity in the room and around the hotel and beach. The only place we could get proper WiFi was in the reception which made it a pain to check emails/ check into our flight.
Ultimately was a great stay with amazing service and a beautiful hotel.

A great hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay! This hotel has all the qualities that a 5-star hotel should have. The level of all areas of staff service is at the highest level! The employees of the reception speak Russian, English, Arabic and French calmly. They always help if necessary. Special praise to the bar staff - always a great mood and delicious cocktails, hi Mohamed!) Room service is top-notch, cleaning every day + new decorative elements (photo attached). The food is great, and it repeats itself about every 3 days, but the taste is incomparable. Everyone will find for themselves what they want: European cuisine, Arabic, soups, seafood, delicious barbecue and much more. One disadvantage of this hotel is the reef, or rather its absence ((( It seems to be there, but there are practically no fish there and, accordingly, there is nothing to see. But if you come with children, then you will have a smooth descent into the water and it will suit you)) In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel!

The hotel is architecturally beautiful—neither too big nor too small, creating an ideal environment. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the hardworking gardeners deserve a special mention! The hotel attracts friendly families and couples, and unlike many other hotels in Egypt, there were no disruptive guests. Instead, we had great conversations with many lovely people.
The pool is fantastic for swimming and always clean, with very attentive lifeguards. One lifeguard even had to step in and rescue a child from the water—thankfully, he noticed in time. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport and close to all major attractions and shopping areas.
Our driver, Sayed, was very kind and provided excellent information about Sharm el Sheikh. The sea is stunning with an abundance of fish, and the beach offers plenty of space for privacy. The food was varied, and the à la carte restaurant was especially outstanding.
The service throughout the hotel was remarkable. Every request was met promptly, and the concierge ensured everything was organized immediately. The hotel’s offerings—spa, beauty treatments, activities, and photography—were diverse, with friendly and non-pushy staff. Doa provided excellent beauty services, while Mohamed’s massage advice and technique were highly professional. Sherif, the photographer, took beautiful, professional photos with perfect lighting and catered to our requests, even gifting us a photo album!
The restaurant service was impeccable, with Ramzy always having our drinks ready before we even returned to the table. Mohamed at the pool bar also added a personal touch with his kindness. Our housekeeper, Said for room 1308, always decorated the room with beautiful flowers, and it smelled fresh every day.
The entertainment was fantastic, offering a wide variety of activities for both children and adults. The fire show was a standout, and the animation team was uniquely talented, friendly, and engaging. On our last day, the hotel hosted a welcome event for all guests with cocktails and live music, which was a perfect farewell.
One small suggestion for improvement: the bathroom fixtures, such as the trash bin, could use an update as some have developed rust spots due to the salt in the air.
A huge thank you to everyone at this hotel. We will definitely be back—this is a genuine promise!

Before arriving I was contacted via whatsapp by the hotel management who requested me if we had special needs. Arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the check in time, we were invited to use the restaurant. We immediately especially enjoyed the pasta surprisingly al dente (at lunch poo, the cook prepared a good sauté) and a decent variety of dishes. Worth noting, in the evening, the outdoor grill and freshly baked Arabic bread. Very good breakfast. As for the rooms, they surprised us with a very welcome upgrade by assigning us two family rooms on the pool side, or just a few meters from this and a little more from the sea and just as much from the restaurant, all undoubtedly very convenient. The rooms, being family are prepared for 2 adults and 2 children, while we were two per room and, therefore, were large, as well as well furnished and maintained. The service and cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, the change of beach towels provided directly the room attendant, who always made us find the rooms in order in an almost manic way. Very good. Also the common parts were well cared for and cleanliness at the top. Very nice beach in a bay exposed to a light breeze that made the heat tolerable even in August. The sea is accessible with rock shoes or via floating wharf. The water is shallow for several tens of meters and is therefore suitable for those who simply want to relax in the water. Overall the structure beyond that of some impact is beautiful and is well supported by the professionalism of some figures of the hotel that contribute to the achievement of high standards.

I have just returned from the jaz belvedere, I think it deserves the vote it proposes for the village that although a bit dated, is very nice and is really directly on the beach like few others! Beach that I think is among the most beautiful in sharm , wide and with almost always places even not at 7 am , direct access into the water (no need to bring shoes) but there is no kind of reef and shape of fish (with a walk on the right you arrive in another bay of other villages where you can snorkel) you can only enjoy water as a pool with incredible shades and walk for many meters. We were assigned comfortable rooms close to the restaurant, bar, pool and one with beautiful sea view (2012) despite not having booked, thanks to the manager Esmat very helpful. All friendly some kids even more. For me essential water dispersers with gas (soda but really more like water) that may seem trivial but I have never found it in other villages and not drinking natural water I was not forced to drink continuous sweet drinks! Bottles of nat water always left in the room. Taxi them in reception that with 10 euros takes you to Naama bay , return we were asked equal normal taxi! They put a fully functional Wifi even on the beach, rooms, common places. Much appreciated the cloth bag to bring towels to the beach. Negative but quite irrelevant : needless to say that we are in Egypt and that we are Italians ... Food a little ‘diverse , there were Italians who complained heavily , we ‘was fine, something you always found but actually , quality and choice would not be from 9 and to improve for a 5 star also Egyptian! Really uncomfortable and annoying beach cots (they keep coming at you at risk of hurting you!) I don't like the sea towel change system... you have to be lucky to find a guy when you come up from the beach to get them changed (or he comes around 6pm to knock), there is no such thing as in all other villages, changing station (those room there change every day regularly) Very little animation (just a little ‘mini club) are only 4 guys and evening shows really a bit’ sad. (I do not like that they are also taken pictures pretending to have organized bowls tournaments for example when we were playing absolutely independently!) Windy area , two days very annoying wind the others less.

Small hotel, three-storey buildings in a garden, beachfront and without climbs. The rooms are spacious, very clean. The restaurant is never crowded, the food good, not spicy, but a bit repetitive. There is a large swimming pool with height suitable for swimming and a smaller one for children, heated winter months. The staff is very kind and helpful, almost everyone, in addition to English, also know a few words of Italian, tips, of course, are welcome. The beach is very wide, well spaced sunbeds, no problem to find free sunbeds as even in the pool. Access to the sea is sandy, shallow water, but absolutely barrier-free. Also ideal for walks because on the sides there is a free beach, but to snorkel you have to move with excursions. It is in a sheltered bay, in October we found 32-34 degrees and a pleasant breeze. The only drawback is that it is located about half an hour from the city, in a somewhat isolated area. For the rest, great hotel and especially great value for money.
