Pyramisa Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh receives a mix of feedback from its guests. While the staff's warmth and helpfulness have been commended, some visitors have encountered service issues and unresponsiveness. Issues such as air conditioning malfunctions and cleanliness have marred experiences in the rooms. Despite a modern and inviting lobby and enjoyable poolside music, the hotel's value is questioned, with guests pointing to subpar food quality and unexpected charges. Amenities offer a blend of positives and negatives, with commendable staff interactions and food choices, yet the pool's temperature and the invasive sales tactics dampen the experience. Nonetheless, the resort's overall cleanliness and maintenance are aspects that consistently earn praise.

Quality/price is definitely the strong point of this Resort.

Rooms: are nice and large BUT
for 7 days I had the sheets always stained or dirty in some places, the shower towels were missing 1 time out of 2 and more generally the cleaning was really superficial. The really sore key are the doors of the rooms from which you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the hallway between a party in the next room, people screaming in the hallway at 3 in the morning in short not really a fairy tale.

The beach: beautiful location, a very long coral reef and sun loungers and umbrellas always available. Access to the sea via piers from which you can dive directly into high water. If you decide instead to enter the shore you need to have shoes (there are many rocks) or go slightly off the Resort beach to swim in a small space that has sand. Overall a nice beach.

Reception: I ask for the missing towels in the room at 7 pm the towels arrive at 9.30 pm. This is just an example of the timing and general mood at reception where they accommodate your requests and then basically decide what and when to do it.

Restaurants: The food is not bad, the Italian restaurant La Speranza is certainly smaller than the main but offers a slightly higher quality than the main restaurant. The waiters are very nice. Considering the amount of people in the Resort and the international context I cannot say that you eat badly.

Excursions: The excursions proposed by the guys on the beach who roam around the Resort are well organized and have honest figures. Both hikes I made I liked.

Overall: considering the amount spent, the experience was positive. The biggest flaw for me was definitely the cleanliness in the room and the constant chaos during the night in the hallway. The beach instead a strong point.

We checked in on February 27, already closer to 10 pm, the receptionist, instead of checking us in, started joking, “Where is my chocolate?”, and we flew for 6 hours, tired and hungry, the restaurant is open until 9 pm, so we didn’t have time for dinner and I I asked for dinner in the room, to which they began to give us a sheet of menu for money. We got settled somehow, but apparently, without chocolate from Russia, we didn’t get a room with the best cleaning. Dinner was still brought to our room, for which we thank you very much.
The next day we met Victoria guest relations and passed on all comments on room cleaning to her. Thank you very much to her for listening to all the comments from the guests and trying to solve it. On the same day, a housekeeping supervisor and a room cleaner came to our room and began to clean what I showed them. They promised to change the dirty tulle, but during the entire stay they never changed it, but houseman Ali at least tried to clean our room, changed towels and linen almost every day. Also, the faucet in our room was broken, they only waited for an engineer on the 3rd day, he fixed the faucet, but when renovating the room, apparently they did something wrong, so that in the bathroom after a shower there was always water on the floor near the toilet.
Also, when purchasing the tour, we were not warned that the hotel was undergoing renovation and renovation of the main building, the large swimming pool with the water park was also not working, all all-inclusive meals were moved to the banquet hall on the -1st floor, but this was not critical and we did not experience any inconvenience. I vacationed in this hotel 12 years ago, then it was called Sea Magic beach resort and a lot has changed during this time, it is clear that they are trying to make the hotel better and bring it into good shape.
There are no questions about the food: everything is very tasty and there is a wide variety of dishes, delicious pasta, whole fish for lunch and dinner every day, very tasty coffee in the Flat white bar. True, cappuccino on the Swedish line is made with milk powder. The bartender at the pool bar is great, thank him for his attentiveness. I really liked the new ala carte restaurants, we were in 4 different ones, it was a pleasant experience. I really liked the Sea View and Malai restaurant, the burgers were also very tasty on the beach. The food service staff is very attentive, sociable and cheerful. We were very glad to meet the chef and F&B manager.
The funniest bus drivers :)
Overall we had a great time and relaxed. Thanks to the entire hotel team. It is clear that service managers are trying to improve service and train staff.

Hi all!

We visited abroad for the first time, choosing a hotel based on reviews and photographs, but it turned out that we couldn’t really trust them either.

Still, first I would like to highlight the undeniable advantages of the hotel: delicious food (yes, there is monotony, but you can always find something for yourself), a beautiful coral reef, clean sea, and the presence of many free places on the beach.

Among the disadvantages of the hotel: we specifically bought a deluxe room, based on the photo of the website, where the rooms are new and clean, but when we arrived, they checked us into a terrible dirty room without any repairs in the main building with the words “you are very lucky, the room is good” . Of course, we were pleased to see a piece of the sea behind the pool, but this was not at all what we expected. In short, as we understand, this is a common practice in Turkey and Egypt, they are taken away and placed in standard rooms, so that they pay extra and are already accommodated where needed. We argued for almost a day and only after that we were moved into the room that we had originally bought for the first line. Be prepared to fight for your money.
Another small minus is that it is a windy bay, we were there for a week and out of 7 days, about 3-4 days it was impossible to swim in the sea during the day because of the waves.
There are also very annoying porters who snatch luggage from your hands, carry it 50 meters and then demand dollars. When you explain that there are only large bills, they leave angrily and say something in their own language (obviously not in a positive way addressed to us).

To summarize, we want to say that the hotel really does not deserve 5 stars (it seems like there is already 4 at the reception and this seems to be true). There are still many small disadvantages (we wrote below about the renovations on the hotel premises, and about the cleaners who are reluctant to clean and much, much more), but you turn a blind eye to all this, since the main thing is to relax and get positive emotions.
In our opinion, the price is too high for this hotel.

Worst hotel I made during my stay disappointed from start to finish!!! Catastrophic.

On the evening of our arrival we are given a room with a cigarette smell that cannot breathe and bedding that must be prohibited normally bed that creaks mattress with resort that twists your back. An employee tells me we will put air freshener and it will be ok .. I refuse and ask for a new room of the they make me pocket a good 20 minutes before heading to a new room .. and surprise two separate beds .. the joke .. So on this huge resort I am told that we only have this room or will change you again tomorrow .. I refuse and I take it upon myself returning to the first in order to have a large bed.
I started snooping on booking to my surprise full of rooms available .. so I went to the reception telling them my dissatisfaction due to their disrespect and lying about the rooms and asked them to give me one of his rooms immediately.
From there we were shown two new rooms .. yes yes yes 2!! While be said those the separate beds it was the last available!! You liar!!!
Staff annoy but whatever we paid for a clean room!!
Well then the new room agancemznt and bedding was ok , then new problem with the room air conditioning .. a room with a temperature of 28 degree while outside it was 35 ...
New change of room
Then in the new one we go on a 26 degree room with the air conditioning set to 14 degree .. but I think their system blocks on temperatures and V is a shame because we like to be cool in the room and it is quite the opposite! COCKROACH in the bathroom .. I had seen it on the comments and it’s real it’s not a legend!
Then when you have excursions oblige to walk to the entrance in blazing heat if there is no cart available before 5/10minutes as it does not let the drivers come back to pick you up (well we will say it is security level)

Then laundry!!! I sent laundry to wash I got 75€ ok if the laundry comes back with a good smell and not just iron! There the laundry on my way home I had to wash so much it didn’t even smell of its own it’s a shame considering the exorbitant rates.

And to finish the food that was included in the stay CATASTROPHIC .. after we did not test the restaurants inside but we were so disappointed that we even wanted to stay the hotel we went home only to shower and sleep ..
Hotel under construction a single pool available. In short worse stay worse hotel I do not recommend and I would never come back it ruined my stay.

We rested at the Pyramis hotel in January 2024, we came to this hotel through the tour operator Anex Tour. Upon arrival, we saw that the hotel was undergoing renovation and construction in full swing, starting from the reception, the main restaurant, and buildings. I was shocked when I saw the reception through which we were checked in, the question immediately arose - is this a 5-star hotel reception? We haven't been to such a barn for a long time. The fact is that at the time of our booking, Anex Tour had no information regarding renovations in this hotel; we would never have chosen a hotel with construction. By the way, construction, as the staff said, will continue at least until the summer of 2024, so be careful, because... half of the hotel is closed. Relaxing in an environment where they are knocking, drilling, cooking, and bulldozers passing nearby is simply brutal. Next, we were given a room in a terrible building, in which there is a laundress who works 24/7. It makes a terrible noise all day long! When we asked to overpower us, we were led by the nose for a day, and only the next day, when we ourselves said that we needed such and such a building, they offered us a room. When we changed the room and paid $80, we were given a piece of paper that said that we had no complaints about the hotel, which we signed. As a result, when further claims and proceedings took place with Anex Tour, where we wrote that we demanded compensation or relocation, we were shown this paper that we were happy with everything and we were simply sent to 3 letters. Of the big disadvantages of the hotel, the pool on the street (heated type) turned out to be cold, the large pool near the reception was simply icy, and in the end it was completely closed due to construction. And the worst thing is that the CHILDREN'S POOL with children's slides had water even more icy than the big one. The question is - why and by whom was the children's pool with ice water made? It’s not clear at all! There is no entrance to the sea, or rather there is no beach as such. If you are with children, don’t really expect to swim on the shore. The pier is good, the reef is beautiful, there are a lot of beautiful fish. The food was relatively decent for this category of hotel; there was always something to eat. There are no juice boxes in the hotel (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Only freshly squeezed for an additional fee. Alcohol is terrible, one might say absent!

The first photo on this site does not correspond to this hotel ,the hotel is newly renovated ,and is still under renovation ,but especially the quality of rest does not hinder . I want to move on to the cons, because there are only two : 1. It's room service for and without a dollar, it's disgusting! In the 12 days we stayed at the hotel never changed linen , changed only a towel and put shampoo and that half-empty vial ! Everybody. 2. It's, of course, a descent to the sea. Sort of the first line, but to the sea once through the stairs you don't get , people with children and even more disabled place it's not for you alas , or just the pool ... to the sea look down ) from the pool to the sea on foot 10 minutes , on the car 11 minutes ) well like that ...
Pros: animation daytime, of course, there is , at 4 p.m. always some Things to do at the pool either dancing , or songs , or a foam party etc... in 21 shows mandatory ) animators fun guys , well done ) 👏 food : eat everything you need , hungry you won't walk ) lots of seafood , they are constant ) three restaurants a la card is also worth visiting , all the same as in the main restaurant , but with a beautiful serving ! Pool lifeguards are always on chiku, watching, monitoring, helping if anything is needed! Hotel employees are attentive friendly friendly . Many people speak Russian.

At the beginning of October we vacationed in Piramisa Pesort, Sharm El Sheikh. Hosted by Joyce tours.
Our guide at the hotel was Ahmet.
Many thanks to him for his attention and responsiveness. He quickly and professionally resolved several questions we had. Arriving at the hotel, we realized that we wanted to live in a higher price category, in an area close to the sea. Akhmet helped us resolve this issue in a short time. The same thing happened on the day of departure - our flight was at night, at 2 am, and Akhmet helped us extend our stay in the room during the day.
I would also like to share pleasant comments about the hotel. We forgot our phone on the street, at the entrance to the hotel. Security handed the phone to the reception and they returned the phone to us, taking a photo of the return and checking that we were the owners of the phone.
The large area of the hotel gives you the opportunity to choose where and how to spend your time. In the silence and sounds of the sea or a small pool, or with music by the pool of the main building. The children's area is separated and equipped with a swimming pool with a slide and a children's bar, so both children and adults feel comfortable.
The food, as always in Egypt, is varied and of quite high quality. You can always choose what suits your taste. Fresh products, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Assorted pastries and desserts. It’s strange that people are surprised at the lack of pork and sausages made from it. Egypt does not involve eating pork, this is known. We are satisfied with everything the hotel provides. We had a great time and plan to return to this hotel with this tour operator again.

We stayed at this hotel in August in 4, booking two separate rooms (2 adults and 2 kids). Recently renovated hotel, very nice reception and also rooms. There were problems with the air conditioning in the rooms, which were always very humid. Despite numerous requests they were never settled. The common areas are well maintained, the main swimming pool is beautiful and also the entertainment. The different beaches can be reached by different roads/stairs or by a shuttle that travels all day. Unpleasant event on the day of departure, we were taken off the bracelet so it was not possible to have lunch (flight scheduled at 20.00). Fortunately we found sympathy and smiles from most of the staff and for this we thank you for making our holiday more beautiful. Overall nice place with room for some improvements.

The structure is very large but well served with the taf taf service. Large, clean room and daily towel change. Reading the reviews before leaving, my concern was the food but we found a great variety of food, grilled meat and fish for both lunch and dinner, freshly prepared and cooked pizza, an infinite number of breads and desserts! Even a “ristretto” coffee is a decent cappuccino in Egypt that is not tasteless colored water! Staff always with a smile and very kind, special note goes to the guy at the restaurant (whose name I can't write but you can find the photo of his name below) who was truly fantastic!
On August 15th the staff organized a party for us Italians by decorating the La Speranza restaurant with tricolor balloons, DJ sets and shows!
If we return to Sharm, we will book at Pyramisa again

Fortunately we had a room on the coast but unfortunately the beaches are very difficult to access you have to go down to the last small beach which is next to sharks bay hotel a local hotel with an abandoned boat the corals are very beautiful some fish of 1 m deep as for the pontoon it is ok a lot of current a lot of wind on this side of the coast for the hotel the food is decent we are easily 7 days otherwise the breakfast is really the best buffet of all the day as for the desserts it was also good real sugar and tastes a little less chemical than in other hotels on the other hand there is no water park it just has a large slide that's about the pool bar so the bar in the pool poorly managed servers oriented Russian Israeli only there is no equality in terms of service otherwise which was good we were the only French In the whole hotel many Italian Israelis and staff aviation. If you take a room on the coast side they are dated but you will have the tranquility of the morning as well as the birds when you wake up and no noise from the canteen. There is also a swimming pool on that side and a park.
