While opinions on value vary, with some finding services overpriced, the majority of guests are delighted by the exceptional service provided by the attentive staff.

We rested at the Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort from 09.08 to 18.08 2 adults and a child 9 years old. We arrived early in the morning, and check-in at the hotel was from 2:00 p.m., despite this, they treated us very attentively, first offered us breakfast, and then immediately checked us into our room. The room, as booked, had a view of the pools and the sea. Hotel area. The hotel is large and built on levels, so be prepared to walk on stairs. There is a bus on site and, if desired, you can take it to the desired location. The hotel area is large and quite green. Thanks to the levels, zoning has been created with areas of pools of different depths, which is very convenient. The room was spacious, with everything you need on the third floor (no elevator) with a balcony and a beautiful view, which made it possible to do one of the photo sessions right on the balcony. Cleaning was done daily, the minibar in the room was also replenished daily, and sometimes we were pleased with beautiful figures made from towels. Bars on site. The cocktails by the main pool did not impress with their quality and aesthetics, but they were drinkable. The bar by the sea made interesting and tasty cocktails, and the waiter himself came up and asked if we wanted to drink. At the main pool it was necessary to specifically attract attention and even after that the work proceeded slowly. You could also eat ice cream, burgers, hot dogs, French fries, and nuggets by the pools. Restaurants. The main restaurant was nothing special. There is food, but without much variety. Fruits included melon, apples, plums, and oranges. They said it was out of season for watermelon, in general there was none, as well as mangoes, although they sell a lot of them outside the hotel, the mangoes they brought home were very tasty. The story with the waiters here was similar to that at the pool bar, although there was a waiter named Shady, special thanks to him for his attentiveness, thanks to him the necessary drinks appeared on our table. We were pleased with the menu and ambiance of the a la carte restaurants; I especially liked the Greek restaurant Poseidon; we also visited the French and Italian restaurants. My 9-year-old son clearly liked the pizza in the Italian restaurant, and I remember the stunning sunset, since this restaurant is located right on the seashore. Sea. The hotel has a pier where it’s deep and you can watch fish on its own reef; by the way, the reef, in my opinion, was even more diverse in its inhabitants than we were taken on excursions. The swimming area is fenced with buoys and a lifeguard watches all swimmers. The infrastructure by the sea: sunbeds, towels, showers are all excellent.

The resort and accommodation layout was excellent; We were in a swim-up room in Orchid block which was spacious, had plenty of storage space and had 2 Queen size beds. It was cleaned daily by an excellent housekeeper Ahmed, who ensured we had everything we needed and he regularly surprised us with wonderful towel art. The resort is built on a few levels with quite a few stairs, however there is a complimentary shuttle bus service with quite a few bus stops if you don’t fancy climbing the stairs. Staff were incredibly attentive especially in the dining areas and around the adult pool. A special mention must go to Hamada at reception; following a particular request we made at the time of booking regarding the location of our room, he went above and beyond to ensure our request was met. He also took the time to visit us to ensure that we had everything we needed. He also arranged for transport from reception to the Italian restaurant on the beach area during one of the cooler evenings. Your help with everything is very much appreciated. Another special mention must go to Ehab and Abd Elhamed who worked tirelessly every day and went the extra mile to ensure a first class experience for all the guests. It made us feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The International buffet restaurant was incredibly busy which unfortunately made it feel less relaxed, however the restaurant staff were doing their best to provide the guests with everything they needed and always with a friendly smile and wonderful service. There are also 7 a la carte restaurants which are bookable via the hotel app. Overall, a wonderful holiday made extra special by the superb service provided by all the staff.

Date of Visit: December 20th – 27th, 2024 (and returned February 2nd – 9th, 2025)
We are a family of four adults and two young children (ages 4 and 2) who stayed at the Sunrise Arabian Beach Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh during the Christmas period in 2024 and enjoyed a follow-up visit in February 2025. Our first stay was in the Marigold block in two family suites, which were comfortable and met our needs, especially with young children. Whilst the rooms were a bit tired and could benefit from a refresh, the overall experience was still fantastic. Upon arrival, the fridges in both rooms weren’t working, but they were quickly replaced, which we greatly appreciated.
A big shout-out to Ayman, our housekeeper, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The towel characters he created each day for the kids were a big hit, and they looked forward to them each day! Despite the hotel being busy over Christmas, we never had trouble finding sunbeds by the pool or on the beach, which were both well-managed with lifeguards at all times, ensuring safety. We mainly ate at the Nora buffet restaurant, which was often bustling and noisy, but the food was consistently fresh, well-presented, and delicious. Special thanks to Ahmed for his attentiveness and great service!
Our return visit in February 2025 with our grandson was just as enjoyable. We stayed in the Aster block in the Posh Club, in a spacious room with a shower, toilet, and a jacuzzi bath, which our 4-year-old grandson absolutely loved! Again, the room could use a refresh, but we were very comfortable. Mustafa, who took care of us this time, was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful, from arranging a small bed for our grandson (which arrived within minutes) to assisting with restaurant bookings and everything in between. His polite, attentive service really made our stay even more enjoyable.
We were also impressed with the pool area, which was maintained daily by a lovely young man (sorry, I didn’t catch your name). He made sure the area was always clean, and even arranged our towels on the sunbeds each day.
Our grandson had a blast at the Kids Club, especially enjoying the mini disco, pizza-making sessions, and, of course, the foam party!
To summarize, we highly recommend the Sunrise Arabian Beach Hotel. It offers great value for money, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and gardens ( a big shout out to the gardeners for all their hard work) with friendly and attentive staff. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Value for money is the best I've ever seen. I usually go to luxury hotels and this hotel is very complete. Attentive service, 24 hours clean all facilities, very complete food, clean buffets with the head chef sticking cane to all workers. The Ă la carte restaurants included are super good, there is the Indian, my favorite, the thay, the French cuisine, the Greek and in beach club that apart from beautiful not bad eat.
The guys in the super nice suitcases, as Spaniards will remember you every day for football, are very footballers and I take A. Keshar who works all hours and super attentive.
The SPA was the must do of the hotel, the first day you look at Mohammed Reda, he walks around the sun loungers every day offering massages, he is the commercial of the Spa, a friendly, jokey and familiar uncle. He made us feel at home. I advise you to negotiate massage packs, more massages, better price and for a destination like sharm, I advise sunbathing, massages and good food.
The animation girls spend the day in the main pool doing show, they are very beautiful and friendly, every day they wear a smile on their face. Then the evening shows are a little pathetic, but you can go make a laugh lol
The rooms are spectacularly large, like 60m2, with a smoking terrace and sea views. If you go in February there is a bit of wind every day, so take some sweatshirt.
It is advisable to leave Tips to everyone, a ÂŁ50 ticket is 1 Euro, I advise to always carry around to type everyone, especially those looking for the sunbeds, those who make your room and some waiter. You'll feel like the king, he thinks they have a very low salary and what really changes their life is the tip, so be grateful and you'll see how grateful they are.
We definitely got the hotel right

Best hotel ever. Located in a picturesque location. Huge manicured area with swimming pools, exotic plants and birds Very beautiful architecture, the buildings are arranged in several tiers cascading like a small town in the Arabic style. Rooms for any wallet from the budget to the Presidential. There are rooms with their own swimming pool. The beach is clean with a living reef and a huge variety of fish to watch for hours. The food is varied and delicious. Thank you very much for his organization to the chef and his team. The hotel has several a la carte restaurants. recommend fish (it pays but is worth its money), Room 5220 is beautifully decorated, large with a kingsize bed, the room has everything you need. Very convenient information about the hotel is shown when the TV is turned on (ranging from weather, hotel layout, various services to alarm clock. The room cleaning is perfect. The hotel has several bars, very delicious coffee and cocktails, and enjoyed the local beer. Check-in and check-out are very quick and understandable, Baggage is delivered to the room at check-in and check-out by electric car. Very impressed with the work of all hotel staff, the work does not stop even at night. As a result, the hotel and grounds are as clean and well-kept as paradise. Thank you very much to the hotel management for creating the perfect staff and their impeccable work! Thank you for your wonderful holiday. I'm sure I'll come here again.

We stayed in Room 2138 in late November to early December. While the garden view wasn’t the best, it didn’t bother us as we spent little time in the room. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are constantly cleaning and incredibly attentive.
The food is excellent, with plenty of options for everyone. The buffet includes outdoor BBQ and pasta stations, while there are six à la carte restaurants (Greek, Indian, Thai, Italian, French, Mongolian) included, plus a Seafood option for an additional charge. Breakfast options were great—try the Italian restaurant for an à la carte experience.
The pools were warm and clean, with plenty of sunbeds available. The main pool is child-friendly with activities like water polo and yoga. The beach has a jetty for easy access to the water, and snorkeling is a must to see the beautiful fish.
Our room was spotless, with plenty of storage, a good shower, and reliable air conditioning (though a bit noisy). Limited plug sockets, so bring an extension lead.
The resort is hilly but has ramps and a bus running every 10 minutes to get around. It’s only 10–15 minutes from the airport.
We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond with a cake, room decorations, and singing at the French restaurant.
Overall, the staff, food, and cleanliness made this a fantastic holiday. We would 100% return!
Tips:
Bring $1 bills for tipping.
Pack light layers for cooler evenings in winter.
Don’t forget a snorkel for the beach!

We vacationed with our family at the end of July - beginning of August. Luxurious hotel, corresponds to 5*. The class was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe without additional payment. Room cleaning was available upon request (there is a "do not disturb" button). The minibar was replenished every day, soap supplies were not replenished, and the terrace was poorly cleaned. My advice to the hotel is to install mini clothes dryers, it spoils the whole view when you walk around the hotel premises. People dry things on chairs. The food in the restaurants is super excellent, we visited 5 A la carte restaurants and everything was free - Greek, French, Italian, Mongolian, Thai (the most delicious restaurant - fast and beautiful serving, special thanks to the chef of Thai cuisine) . A lot of beef in the main restaurant, fish, 2 times we got sushi and 2 times we got crabs. The beach is stone, entry into the sea is from the pier, but it’s better because... There are a lot of poisonous animals in the Red Sea and it is better to enter the sea immediately to depth. The corals are very beautiful. The animation for adults is good, but we were at sea and not very active, so we didn’t need it. Children's animation was great, disco in the evening. The children didn't want to leave. The girls Regina and Nastya were able to find an approach to our children, 10 and 6 years old, they sat until closing. This hotel is considered a VIP hotel among all hotels. Next time it’s here. Because I talked to other people from other hotels, they didn’t have anything like ours. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. At the reception, Lena and Aigerim were always helpful and quickly resolved any issues. My rating is 5 out of 5! I recommend it, you won’t regret it!

My 10 day stay at the resort was excellent. Check-in on arrival was prompt and within 20 minutes taken by golf buggy to our room located in the Azalea block.Matthew at Reception was ever so helpful, enquiring of our well being every time we met him. The spacious room requires revamping but was kept spotlessly clean and tidy by Ramadan who excelled in towel animal making. We did not make use of the pools or sun loungers but observed that the pool attendants, gardeners and cleaners went about their duties with dedication and commitment . Evening meals at the 6 a la carte restaurants were of reasonable good standard and our appreciation and respect to senior restaurant managers M. Maher and M. Kamel for assisting in making reservations. Manal and Chef Hamed and our waiter M Salah were always present in the Nora buffet restaurant every morning to welcome us for breakfast, always enquiring about our needs and if everything was ok. A special mention for A Ali from the Basilico/ Cote D’Azure restaurants - always smiling, courteous and engaging in casual conversations that made us and other guests feel at ease . The a la carte restaurants were of good standard however, I noticed some of those who dined at the restaurants were improperly dressed ( although it was recommended that one be in smart casual attire). Also in all the restaurants and pubs the two all inclusive brands of brandy-Zottos and Mosaic were never available despite bringing it to the notice of a manager. I also brought to the attention of restaurant managers that there was a lot of drinking water wastage when poured into the glass by waiting staff but not drunk by the guests. I suggested unopened 500ml bottle or two be kept on the table and if a guest wants water he could open the bottle and consume. Regretfully too, there was a lot of food wastage and perhaps polite signs must be made visible in the Nora restaurant food area reminding guests not to serve themselves more food than they could consume to cut down on wastage.Service at the Churchill bar was inadequate -understaffed; my admiration for M Ali and Ahmed coping with the ever so busy bar service through the late evenings and at night. Evening entertainment at the Latitude Bar and lobby was average, the live performances could be better with more polished acts! We spent a relaxed and satisfying 10 days at the resort, which was value for money, the staff were ever so attentive, polite and welcoming. Our appreciation and respect to Mr M Maher and A Ali for all the help and assistance in making our stay memorable one.

The hotel is located on the first coastline, 15 - 20 minutes drive from the airport in the resort area. Opposite the hotel there are small shops and pharmacies. We rested at the hotel with friends. Having crossed the threshold of the hotel, we found ourselves in paradise, the hotel staff did everything possible to make us feel like the most valuable guests, they did it sincerely, without falsehood. Managers Aigerim and Lena were constantly in touch and answered all our questions almost instantly. Reception workers, bartenders, waiters, and room cleaners speak Russian, so there will be no language barrier for people who speak English poorly. I would like to mention the animators Laura and Katya. Very responsive and kind cheerful girls, they organized trips to the city to discos, were responsible for our safety and a wonderful rest outside the hotel, babysat us like mother hens with chickens. The hotel also has excellent animation, volleyball, foam disco, and other fun games for those who want an active holiday.
The rooms were cleaned daily without any reminders, the minibar was replenished, towels were changed daily, even the charging cord was carefully twisted. When we met, the cleaners each time asked if everything was satisfactory, if anything needed to be changed or added, etc.
We liked the food. In the main restaurant, the dishes are varied: meat, fish, seafood, cheeses, vegetables, salads, fruits, desserts were always available, there were practically no queues, the dishes were clean. Lamb, beef and chicken are cooked very tasty on the grill, but the fish disappointed us. In addition to the main restaurant, there are several a la carte restaurants on site. Almost all of them are free for guests, but you must register in advance. If there are free tables, you will be seated without any problems without an appointment. Our favorite restaurant was the Basilico restaurant, located right at the entrance to the beach, and as a result, instead of the main restaurant, we began to go only to it. The beach is very clean, equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and soft beach chairs. There is enough space for all guests, but if you arrive after 9 am, there may not be enough space in the shade. There is a magnificent bar on the beach, the cocktails are very tasty, the alcohol is high quality, in principle, all the hotel bars are good with high quality alcohol.
We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel

This is one of the very best hotels we have ever stayed at. We flew with Easyjet, the flights were half-full and their transfer was troublefree. A great start to our holiday. The hotel reception is very impressive and the staff gave us a very friendly welcome with a nice cold drink. We were then transported to our room in a golf buggy. This is a very large property with a bus running all the way around every 15 minutes for about 16hrs a day. Because I rely on a wheechair, and brought my own, we called Reception whenever we wanted to leave the room and a buggy was with us in about 5mins. We felt like royalty. Wherever we went, the staff couldnt do enough to make sure I was comfortable, eg at restaurants, they insisted on taking over pushing the wheelchair and getting me to our table. They were brilliant. We chose to stay in a swimup suite as my wife does like her swimming. One point to remember - initially we were allocated Room 4112 but on our first day it was apparent that the sun didn't cover our patio. We asked for a change and the hotel immediately gave us room 4304 which was perfect. They are certainly keen to ensure their guests are totally satisfied with their stay. We even had waiter service for our drinks which was brilliant. Would certainly recommend a swimup suite. The rooms are very large with a large walk-in shower with a seat. Our room cleaner even noticed my wife's birthday cards so made up some towel models with balloons on the beds which were brilliant. Very thoughtful and much appreciated....... Whilst the main buffet restaurant has a huge food selection which is of very good quality, you also have access (free of charge) to a wide selection of a la carte restaurants. We were only there for 6 days, but we tried the Indian, the Italian and the Thai restaurants. All three were brilliant and we would certainly recommed all three. At the Italian they found out that it was my wife's birthday so she was surprised with a very nice cake and a trio of waiters singing to her. Apart from the architecture of the hotel, which is very impressive, there are a number of watering holes to relax. Just outside the front door of the hotel are a number of shops. For those that are smokers, a carton of cigarettes was about ÂŁ54 so way cheaper than the UK. Unfortunately we only had a short stay but we would come back in a heartbeat. What makes this a special hotel? it is the staff. They were brilliant and made our stay so very special. We loved it and know you will too...............

Hi... tips will be gratefully taken whatever :) there is a easy to use cash exchange machine in the lobby, i think Egyptian currency is easier for them so not getting charged a exchange rate. But all said they would happily accept Pound/Dollor/Euro.
Enjoy your time there it's lovely.
