I loved staying in this resort although it was for only a few days. The beach there is magical, the water was so pure and lovely to swim in, it was never too shallow nor too deep, it goes deeper and deeper in a steady way. The rooms were very comfortable, the view of the garden as I woke up was breathtaking (the picture). The open buffet was nice and very organized, and the meals tasted very good and there was a variety of delicious food. All in all the resort is very good and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to spend his vacation, but the best thing there is the stuff and the gentlemen and women who work there, the way they treat you makes it hard for you not to smile.

Holidaying with her husband in early October. Location on the 1st coast, beach clean, largest in Naama Bay, modern light sunbeds always in sufficient quantity. Going into a sea of gentleness, for kids and those who swim insecurely is super, next to two reefs with lots of fish. The area is very green, lots of flowers. The food is rather European, quite varied and delicious. There are periods when there may be no seats, but you can come in for 10-15 mins at the reception, drink refreshments. The restaurant team eats laboriously very quickly, the chef oversees the order, the dishes are always replenished, whatever time comes - the full range. The only downside - coffee is not delicious, regular instant, but in the room there is always bottled water, kettle, cups, you can drop with you the one you love, and on the grounds
there's a Starbucks. Fruit is also a weak choice, but in the mango season we preferred to buy $1 per kg within walking distance of the hotel. The room stock is not new, but everything is very searched, the bed and mattress are comfortable, the linen is snow white. To clean up there are questions, the first days 3 cleaned up well, then only take out the trash, but not critically. The hotel is located close to the centre but in a quiet location. Only constantly flying planes interfere, but it is not a question for the hotel) Animation daytime does something on the beach, but very weak. But in the evenings there is always an opportunity to listen to live music.
Normal WiFi is only at the reception, so if it is important it is better to buy a SIM immediately at the airport. And you can detox from gadgets and only 1-2 times a day go to the reception area, where it is always fresh and offers refreshments.
The most important thing is the hotel team, to which feedback is important: the reception called the room, managers periodically talk to guests at the restaurant and on the beach, wondering if everything is good, if there is a problem.

We weren't expecting anything supernatural from an Egyptian 4*, but the hotel fits the stated category perfectly.

I can safely recommend to people I know for a quiet family vacation with and without children.

We stayed for 10 days over the Christmas period and are yet to go home. For a start, I would like to highly praise Mahmoud who is one of the lifeguards on the private beach. Mahmoud works above and beyond to make guests time on the beach amazing, he is very attentive and easy going. He was great in telling us about the beautiful coral reefs and the tropical fish situated on the beach. The beach workers, especially Mahmoud made our time on the quiet beach brilliant. Amazing activities available on the beach too to suit everyone’s needs.
The room we had was superb, large and open and comfy - we were situated opposite the jacuzzi but in a quiet location with the bungalows allowing the privacy needed. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned by cleaning staff who left a lovely display of flowers and towel art everyday.
Food was to a decent standard. Though at times it was repetitive and basic - there was a decent variety however we would eat out every other night just for a change. The buffet was very Egyptian food based so international food wasn’t that common nor cooked as nicely however our feedback was highly appreciated by a business staff member. The A La Carte restaurant was excellent, we were invited twice for their Xmas specials and were greeted with cocktails and a high variety of seafood platters and meats.
Bars are dotted around the hotel and beach so plenty of opportunities to obtain drinks nearby to where you are situated that day, with plenty of choice and nice bar staff.
I’d highly recommend taking a look at what excursions are available from the Sun N Fun team on the beach, they provided us with a snorkelling trip to Ras Mohamed and White Island which was an out of this world trip! And though the waterpark was quiet, amazing waterslides which we couldn’t resist… what more could you want for free entry?!

We will 100% be back next year, this hotel was brilliant on most levels! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed holiday at all times of the year. Many thanks Fayrouz team.

We stayed for 2 weeks starting 24th January 2020. Only 1 small pool upheated and it was most of the time occupied by very noisy children of local hotelguest, this also applies for the jacuzzi. The poolattendent did not try
to stop this. It also seems that the staff in the breakfastrestaurant was given much more attention to local guest;
several times we waited for table settings. Most of the staff did not managed ordinary english in the reception. The rooms needed a thorough renovation, understandable the resort no longer is member of Hilton Group. The big asset is the very well maintained garden adjoining the beach promenade with a sandy beach and a very effective housekeeper named Ahmed. The price for staying is too high and on a good day the resort can have 3 stars.

We stayed at this resort back in 2011 and it was beautiful with spacious tropical gardens and gorgeous little apartments nestled In amongst winding pathways leading to pools, bars or the biggest and most beautiful beach of white sand and crystal clear water.
Sadly, this was nothing like our visit in August 2022!. Maintenance had been minimised to just a simple wipe over and H&S has been very overlooked. Grubby rooms, broken tiles, tired furniture, mouldy fridge, dirty glass and curtains, dull and in desperate need of attention. A lot of the facilities were in no fit state, bot open or not available on site. The Spa , gym and others advertised are now only available accross the busy dual carriageway at the sister hotel!. The breakfast room/ restaurant is tired and unable to accommodate peak period capacity. The beach bar is understaffed and looks like its falling apart! The beach is littered daily with rubbish both left on the sand and in the water with no effort to ensure visitors dispose of their waste correctly. Overall the website photos are criminally out of date.
On top of everything we were kept awake EVERY night due to all the new road building works which was on the go 24/7, the town was being ripped up and re-tarmacd and the air was full of dust, fumes and cangos ! The resort saw no need to notify any of their guests of what disruptions to expect and have upon review of our report and photos have simply disregarded our appeal for a refund and continue to ignore us.

VERY Disappointing
A hotel with great LOCATION and a fantastic beach BUT. room furniture is very old and damaged. We booked 2 rooms, both were equally in poor condition, this was after complaining about the 2 rooms originally allocated to us, which were even worse. Bath tubs, surfaces coated with rust/minerals from the water. Room kettle, greasy and rusty and were calcium coated. Curtains were damaged and torn. Towels had red, orange stains on them, blood or dye, who knows. Food and beverage is adequate however there are clear signs of too much cost control. Whatever item is funished from the buffet does not get replaced, we found the staff to be unprofessional, particularly the hotel deputy manager plus the security at the entrance , definitely would not go back. Overall.. Pretty disgusted.

Room comfortable large bed, good pillows, bedding doesn't quite fit but nothing we couldn't live with, plenty of storage. Shower in bath but plenty of hot water. Toiletries are included. Room is cleaned daily, water and kettle are provided.

Food good especially if you eat meat and fish but for us as vegetarians quite limited, also some of the labelling was incorrect so be careful. Cannot fault the restaurant staff and they are without exception excellent.

Entertainment was awful, mostly loud music again and mostly for the kids, only twice did we see a couple of singers and a whirling dervish man lit up in an LED skirt, all reminiscent of Euro Trash (Its a Knock Out!). We had dinner at the Alfresco bar on our last night and there was a brilliant guitarist which made our evening.

A very special huge thank you to Marina who constantly checked with us to ensure our stay went smoothly, she definitely made our stay special.

Unfortunately the experience was spoiled by the animation team playing such loud music on huge speakers that are 130 decibel and could be used at 02!! on the beach that it is impossible to think, it was dangerous to hearing and dangerous for any small child in trouble in the water as they would not be heard by the life guard's with such loud music! after much discussions it was agreed that they would not play loud music all day but only at animation time and at a lower sound level, I did the stretch class at 1030 for half an hour which was great. I imagine they have probably gone back to playing it all day so that is a fight for someone else! It was very busy on the beach but the life guards could generally find us some loungers. They too were all great.

The pool nearest the restaurant and facing the beach is wonderful, there are a few loungers, and the bar is close by. Again cannot fault the beach and pool bar staff they are amazing.

It was very hot so we usually stayed under the shade and did not take any trips this time.

Shops all within walking distance. Bars and restaurants, unfortunately some were also inconsiderate and played very loud music until early hours of the morning which is something the Egyptian tourist board should look into.

We would go back but not in the height of summer.

At our stay the personnel was always kind and helpful. The rooms are cleans. Attention to details is scarce (toilet curtain should be provided new when you check-in, shampoo and soap should be refilled as soon as they are finished, chairs at the balcony should be cleaned if dirty). The beach is clean. Sea beds should be cleaned. Unacceptable to find birds’ surprises on top of them which remains for days. The jaz resturant at lunch is good. The buffet should definitely be improved. Those who are used to certain types of food and dinners (Italians, French, Spanish etc.) should 100% avoid the buffet. It makes the overall breakfast, lunch and dinner experience bad. Wifi should be provided free in a 4 star hotel. No doubts.

In conclusion: very good quality/price ratio. Buffet should be improved 100x times. No free wifi. Attention to details is poor. Recommended for a comfortable and good quality/price ratio experience in Sharm. Do not expect more than this.

My husband and I decided to escape to a warm place to celebrare New Year and our choice of Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheik turned out to be the ideal one.
The choice of the Resort we stayed at, the Fairouz Resort was as well a great choice.
The resort is in the ideal position on the beach front of Naama Bay with a wonderfull beach with plenty of space.
The structure is made up of bungalow with ample confortable rooms and a nice porch with garden or pool view.

Room service occurs daily and the restaurant offers very kind service.
Last but not last, we would recomnend this place

This was my third stay at this hotel, which untill 2 years ago was a Hilton. The location is still great, as is the garden. The bungalows are a bit dated, but comfortable and with everything you need and for me also still very good. Breakfast buffet is quite basic (sadly, artifiical juices and not much in terms of fresh fruits), but not bad. There is falafel, a good selection of bread, you can get tasty omelets, some fresh veggies and pretty decent coffee. The beach is wide and good for swimming. The guests are mostly Russians, and mostly have all inclusive, and both factors are not really pleasant for other guests. We had booked two rooms (a room per person), and upon check-in, we got only one room. Luckily our guide was still around, so he could help us to sort out this problem. It took 45 minutes of waiting to finally get the second room. No apology was offered, and when I finally got to my room, there was no "power bank" there, so no electricity, and it was very hot. I was promised a power bank within a few minutes, after 15 more minutes of waiting, it was still not here, so I went back to reception to get it myself. I know, Egyptian time is different to Swiss time, and thats totally fine with me. But there are limits to my patience.

The next day, I was offered to change bungalow (the bungalow I had was not in the first row, which is what I had booked and paid for). I declined because I didnt want to repack my luggage to move and was happy with the "second row" bungalow. The front office manager asked for complementary fruit baskets to be delivered to my mothers bungalow (in the first row, so what we booked and paid for) and to my bungalow. Funnily enough, she got it, I didnt....

She also got her room cleaned after the third night, I didnt. In the 4th and last night, it was raining quite hardly, which is very uncommon for Sharm, but of course very good for nature. After the rain, there was no electricity in the rooms. Fine with me, but not how it was handled. After breakfast, I asked at the reception if the electricity was back on. "Of course" was the answer, but it was not. I called reception later on, and asked about it, and instead of telling me the truth, I was told that somebody would be sent to my room to clear this problem.

Overall, I felt that service and quality is really down and not like it was before. Without getting into more details, because its not worth more of my time, very unprofessional and shabby and sadly not longer a hotel I would recommend.
