We were staying in Feb 2021. The time at the hotel was such a joy after long months of lockdown and winter. The hotel and the team were absolutely great, very attentive to details and made every guest feel special. The room was large and all necessities were there, with nice L’Occitan toiletries. Beach towels, fresh fruits, a bottle of wine upon arrival, all made a great impact. The sea and our snorkeling experience was unbelievable. We definitely want to come back! Thanks to the whole hotel team!
We are from Montenegro and we stayed at your hotel 7 nighs. He have some objections: 1. 5 star hotel offers nothing, and its too much expensive ( one gin tonic 28€ , cofee 5€ , cocktail 21€) Food is midlle cuality. And hotel does not contain any program and its too much boring. Stuffs on beach are not profesional. We had flight at 03:00 AM ( so we payed all day after ) and not stayed on breakfast thah was included when we were on reception waiting for check out , we ordered 2 cofees to go, and we payed 10€ for 2 cofees ( not to mention breakfast that was included that day in price) Too much and too expensive for that money!
Let's make it clear, it is the best hotel in all Sharm and from far. Beautiful, amazing food in all restaurants, great staff from the managers to the gardeners everybody is here to ensure you have a great stay. Rooms are spacious and very well furnished, a little bit outdated if I had to say something but the renovation is on its way already. I highly recommend this place for wkd or a long stay.
From the moment you enter the hotel, staff members make you feel as comfortable and pampered. Everyone is so attentive to you... pool, spa, sport activities, dining ... you named Concierge was caring of our security and save during our excursion to Mount Sinai, prepare our breakfast. Room clean was done at discretion with out disturbing our privacy. Food recommendations were also very good. We can said Four Seasons at Sharm el Sheikh is a dream for vacation.
The hotel was beautiful and we had a lovely stay. We were there for New Year's Eve and that was a bit problematic. The staff was very uninformed about the night's festivities, and we were given conflicting, incomplete information. The concierge wasn't even well informed. Consequently, our night wasn't what we would have liked. The food at the resort is wonderful, especially the Reef Grill. The small beach is really nice, but you can't just walk into the water. That was my biggest complaint about the resort. There is a coral reef right in front of the sand, so you must utilize a dock to jump into the deep water. For someone like me who doesn't love to swim, but loves the ocean water, that was a major disappointment. Our room and the view was fabulous, and the staff was possibly the best I've ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel is quite secluded, which is nice, but we did find ourselves taking numerous taxis so we could see the sights outside the resort.…
