Absolutely fabulous! This is a beautiful and luxurious resort and perfect for winter sun and a comfortable temperature at night. The sea was warm enough to swim without a wetsuit and the snorkeling was incredible off the beach jetty. There is an enormous amount of landscaped gardens and a variety of pools, as well as a pretty beach. We only went for 4 days but it was close to the airport (no noise) and extremely uplifting after cold, wet days in the UK. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to love this place but I was underwhelmed. I have traveled all over the world in luxurious accommodations and this hotel is at the very bottom of my list. The property overall is beautiful but the rooms, specifically those in the FIRST phase are simply not luxurious in any way. I did view the rooms in the new phase and they are on par with the Four Seasons luxury I expected but due to the conference, there would have been an additonal $450 charge per night. The rooms in the FIRST phase are antiquated with overused and outdated furniture & fixtures. The rugs in the bathroom are old and need to be thoroughly cleaned or thrown out. I had to change rooms 3 times & I am still not pleased. The staff at the reception desk & the drivers/bag handlers were pleasant and did what they could to assist, but my complaints were out of their scope. The first room I was assigned was not good overall, the furniture should've been thrown out years ago, the room smelled old and musty. The second room (that I picked from the options given) appeared to be much better. But, I went to shower and discovered, the tub and shower had mold and/or mildew in the caulking, it was completely black. I called to inform reception that I was very displeased and as it was late, I would stay overnight & would leave in the morning. The receptionist spoke with the manager on duty and moved me to another room; an upgrade by their standards because of the view. This room was better than the last, as in it doesn't have mold or mildew in the shower/tub area & the old furniture appears to be better maintained but the toilet runs off & on. I didn't even report it as I'm already tired and over this property & visit. I work in the Middle East, in a less than safe area and as I transition back to the US, I typically stop and take a few days to relax and destress. I always stay in luxury brands (Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, & etc.) to ensure that I am comfortable and I can really unwind. And due to the above, I have not been able to really unwind. I have 2 more nights here and I honestly can't wait to leave. If I did not need to go back to Amman to pick up the remainder of my things, I would have left already. It has not been completely awful but overall, this has been an unfulfilled & wasted experience for me. These accommodations in the first phase are not luxury and should not be advertised or priced as such. One additional issue, PLEASE, find a way to keep the BIRDS out of the restaurants. In the morning, they are literally flying over and landing in the breakfast buffet area eating the granola & other small items. This is very unsanitary, disappointing, and limits the food options available because I don't want any food items that the birds have eaten.

This resort is perfection, it is impeccable as to service, premises, beddings, comfort, luxury, food, hospitality, honesty and integrity. We were treated royally at all levels, from the reception, concierge, maître d’hôtel, restaurants, spa just name it. This is the best place we ever experienced. Would definitely return back again

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Four Seasons Resort. Each day was wonderful. We had a consistently great breakfast with a wide variety of choices which was accompanied by the adorable little birds constantly flying around. During the day, we spent lots of time at the beach and pool, which both had fantastic service, food and drinks. The pool was very clean and there were lots of fish and coral to see at the beach. There were many dining options which varied each day. In the evenings, we went to Nafoura, where we were served by Khaled Abdo, who was welcoming and lovely. All the drinks, food, service and entertainment at Nafoura were incredible. Overall, the stay was great and I would certainly recommend to everyone.

From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional, their service was excellent, all with a smile and fun. The cleanliness in the hotel and in the room is at a very high level, and the food was also very tasty and varied, the breakfast is outstanding, very diverse and satisfying, in addition there are several different restaurants at a high level, such as an Asian, Italian and Lebanese restaurant. In addition, the hotel has a private beach where you can do various attractions such as snorkeling, banana, etc. What I liked least was the very high prices at the spa

After a busy first half, we desperately wanted a workcation in a relaxing resort, and the news about Four seasons Sharm el Sheikh's (SSH) grand extension couldn't have come at a better time. Thereby, we embarked on our first vacation to Egypt. Pre-arrival - 10/10 We booked 5 nights in a new Island-view room and used the seamless FS app to chat with the concierge and arrange our airport transfers. Further requests for itineraries and restaurant menus also received prompt responses. Arrival - 10/10 Our flight was delayed by a couple of hours and we were really tired, but thanks to the resort representative for fighting the crowd at the passport control and guiding us through the airport gates. We were soon whisked away in a Mercedes S-class. The resort is a short 20-minute ride from the airport passing through some ugly patches of construction land, but the resort gates transport you to a completely different world with palm-lined pathways and well-kept gardens. The front office staff wasted no time in completing the check-in process and accompanied us to our room. Location - 10/10 The SSH resort is one of the first Four Seasons properties in the MENA region and they certainly got a prime location on the rocky red sea coast. Other tourist attractions in this area are easily accessible although I doubt if anyone would want to leave the comfort and ambiance of the grand resort. Room - 10/10 The rooms are arranged in clusters of four in pavilion-like structures, so you almost get the privacy of a villa. The 800 sq. ft. premier room ranks among the best that we have stayed in. The door opens to a spacious walk-in closet. To the left lies the full-featured bathroom stocked with double Duravit vanities, a bathtub, rainshower, toilet, and bidet. Toiletries were a mix - only soaps were L'Occitane and the rest were Acqua di Portofino. We liked both although the packaging of the latter felt cheap. The new rooms have been designed with a contemporary aquatic theme, seamlessly marrying Arabic and modern design elements. The bedroom has a signature Four Seasons bed placed on a beautiful rug, with easy access to controls for lighting and drapes. A 55" Smart TV is fixed on the wall facing the bed for some late-night binge-watching. There is a second TV facing an L-shaped sofa and coffee table closer to the balcony. The spacious balcony gives a slightly obstructed ocean view and doubles up as a great place to lounge or work until the mosquitoes start buzzing in the evening. Service and Amenities - 10/10 Having stayed at almost every luxury hotel brand and several Four Seasons properties, I will say for the first time that "The service here is perfection". Each and every staff is a rockstar, but I would like to call out a few who have become our extended family. Luna - Manager Mohd Ahmed for the genuine care and affection, and Anter for the wonderful service and a beautiful sketch of our little daughter Reef Grill - Manager Rageb for regularly checking if everything was fine and Saad for the intuitive service Zitouni - The always proactive Antonios, manager Emad, and F&B director Simone Yatai - Manager Emad, Rea Arabesque - The always-smiling Shazly Beach - Mohammed The entire housekeeping staff for going above and beyond and arranging every possible amenity, in particular for our daughter. All the buggy drivers without whom we lazy mortals couldn't have explored the restaurants, the expansive pools, the well-equipped gym and spa, and the overall beauty of the resort. My apologies to the rest of the resort's superstars, I forgot a few names and couldn't ask some. Food - 9/10 The resort's dining venues make it an epicurean paradise - Yatai for Asian, Zitouni for Lebanese, Il Frantoio for Italian, Arabesque for Egyptian, Luna, and Waha for light Mediterranean, and multiple lounges for drinks and Sheesha. No expense has been spared in developing the overall resort and the dining venues in particular. We thoroughly enjoyed all our meals and Mr Simone even arranged a special Italian dinner for us at Zitouni as Il Frantoio was closed on our last night at the resort. If I had to pick a minor gripe, it would be the quality and spread of the breakfast which were a notch below FS standards. Check-out - 9/10 Our late check-out request was immediately accepted and the process itself was hassle-free and kudos to the front desk team for their efficiency. There was a slight delay in our limousine's arrival which didn't bother us at all, nevertheless, the Guest experience manager Ayman offered an immediate apology. The bellhops greeted us with a warm smile as always, loaded our luggage into the cab, and waved us goodbye. Value for money - 10/10 At $360++ per night, it's impossible to beat the Four Seasons Resort Sharm el Sheikh even in terms of value for money. Probability of revisiting - 10/10 This is the first resort where I booked our next visit during the stay itself, such is the bar set by GM Sam Ioannidis and his team along with some great support from the owners of the resort. We will be back in early 2023 for our next dream vacation.

I cant write enough to explain how comfortable the beds are at this resort!! Most probably one of the best if not the best bed and beddings I have ever experienced. Beautiful resort, quiet old - although new resort was being built during our stay. On a hill so going down to the beach is quiet tiring, although they offer a shuttle that can take you down when need be. Food was amazing - beautiful birds that join during breakfast as the restaurant is open and has a fountain in the middle. Overall, a beautiful experience.
