Basic but very clean room. Moved us to a quieter room on first day when it became apparent that our original room was too close to the main pool and that there would be regular loud music/poolside games during the day and evening. Much better. It's a bit of a party hotel which wasn't clear from our initial research. Staff were very friendly, especially if you tipped regularly, which was fine by us. Many thanks to Wael who made sure we were swiftly seated and catered for in the main restaurant. He greeted us every day and was happy to serve us coffee and drinks, checking that we were happy with the food. He had the banter (well practiced) which made us feel welcome and looked after. The beech was fine but often played loud Euro pop. However there is a quieter spot to be had further up the terraced front beneath the towel collection hut. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels if needed. Tipped cleaner at start of week which was rewarded with fresh flowers and various animals crafted from towels and bed throws. We were able to extend our final day by 5 hours from check-out as we had a late flight for $50 (£41). From day one there were a number of staff working for the spa who regularly pressurised us to have various spa treatments which was a bit of a pain but done with some humour and eventually they realised we weren't interested. Access to the gym was good and the gym instructor was very happy to show my partner how to use the equipment, once a small amount of cash changed hands. Personally I wouldn't do an all-inclusive again but it was easy and on the whole a relaxing experience if you are looking for some late winter sunshine.

We are currently staying here and leaving tomorrow. It’s our first ever trip to Egypt and it been absolutely amazing. Can’t fault anything at all. Wasn’t expecting such a nice hotel and good service . First of all location is perfect, just walk out of the hotel and turn left and you are in Soho square which is beautiful and has a lovely light display at 8pm each day. The rooms are very big and clean. The hotel has various restaurants and the food choice is incredible and very tasty , there’s something for everyone, if you want something more quiet then I suggest you eat at the Italian restaurant, less crowded and each evening they do some amazing pizzas and focaccia bread. I would also book the Flames restaurant on the day you want to have dinner , it’s the only one you have to prebook and it’s definitely worth it as , if like us you are all inclusive, the food is amazing and so is the location and atmosphere. Have to mention how well organised it is and the staff have been so nice and friendly . Get yourself down to the pool before 8 o’clock in the morning to secure your sunbeds and then you’ll be ok . Mainly Italians,English and Russians here, all very friendly, each day the day a aqua class by the pool and also entertainment each night which is excellent. The girls that do the classes and dancing are really nice and welcoming. I was trying really hard to find something negative but couldn’t find anything to be honest. I would definitely come back. Once here book a taxi and go to the old town, really nice and worth it , good for shopping bargains and views of the hills and mosques, taxi from here and back will cost you £20 pounds but worth it , book it with hotel as it’s definitely more secure. You can do snorkelling here on the hotels private beach, you can buy all the equipment for £10 from the shop on the beach and you won’t regret it, you can spot large tuna fish and other beautiful coloured specimens. The housekeeping team are absolutely awesome , leaving you each day with some nice towel art work on your bed. Me and my wife have had an incredible holiday and would like to thank all the staff for their warm welcome .

What can I say , it’s was our first time in this hotel and to be honest I didn’t know what to expect. We arrived I bit late and was expecting going straight to bed with no food or drink but as we checked in we were told that a buffet would be open soon . Our cases were taken to our room for us and we were made to feel at ease straight away . We got up the next morning and went for breakfast, there was a great choice of food from fresh fruit to made to order omelettes and the staff and waiters were fantastic. The waiters went above and beyond, even to the point that when my wife came down with a bad throat that they brought her herbal tea to help , which it did . My son , who was on his own and only very young was made to feel like a king by all the staff , which made his holiday . The main pool was very cold at the time of year when we went but there is two smaller pools that are heated and you get the use of the sister hotel which as a large heated pool with slides . A bus leaves the hotel every 15 minutes to take you there . The room we stayed in was large and comfortable, again the cleaning staff were great putting a different display on the beds each day from a swan to fresh flowers. The gardens around the hotel look fantastic and are very well kept . The spa is great and well worth a look , we went twice . Now the only let downs , the hotel taxi , do not touch !!!!! Stay well clear . They charge you more than any other taxi which you can get straight outside the hotel . Then they drop you off at a shop were your told you have to go in to get the taxi back . Once in there they give you a very hard sell and made to feel you have to buy something. It Got to a point were they started to get aggressive because I said we didn’t need any and they started pushing things at my little lad which made me mad . Use the taxis outside the hotel , there great and half the price and no hard sell . So to sum up , Hotel fantastic Staff fantastic Cleanliness very good Beer and wine fantastic Local spirits poor but drinkable Beach small but ok Swimming in the sea good I’d just like to thank Ahmed and everyone for making it one of the best holidays we’ve had in a long time and we will see you again .

Firstly, the staff all around the hotel are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way for you.
Never had a problem getting sunbeds, the guy in the towel station by the main pool was fantastic and got us beds and a parasol every day, even at 10am. The pool does get crowded, which is to be expected. The pools are the same depth all the way around (120cm) which is great for kids to play safely, while still being deep enough for adults to enjoy. The pool in the sports hotel with the slides was great, slides only open from 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 6pm. The sports hotel grounds are a bit grimey but the pool was much quieter than the front hotel.
Food wasn't great, nothing for the kids, they make fresh pizza every day but they didn't even like that, it had hard lumps in the base and sauce was spiced. The kids ate just bread most meals because there was nothing for them. You can get burger and chips at the pool bar but it's so busy, long queues in the scorching heat. There's the odd few nice dishes in the main restaurant but very random combinations. I struggled with the food to be honest and I'm not a fussy eater. Drinks are great though.
The entertainment was awful, pretty much an Egyptian singer or belly dancers every night. They had a quiz one night and karaoke another in the nightclub but not until 10.30pm. There's no entertainment at all for kids in the evening unless you put them in the kids club without you, which I wouldn't do. The kids were bored of an evening, (two 11yr olds and a 7 yr old), thankfully the wifi was great though.
The views in the hotel are amazing, grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious although a little tired looking. We booked a deluxe garden view room, but we also had a sea view which was great. The rooms are cleaned daily with two, 2 litre bottles of water left each day.
The spa staff rip you off so I'd avoid that. They're very very pushy and charge different amounts for different people. Onsite shops are ridiculously priced too. The excursions are so much dearer in the hotel so I'd definitely recommend booking with Tito travel.
Soho square is literally a 3 min walk from the hotel so was great in the evening when the kids were bored.
The staff of the hotel are it's biggest asset, they go above and beyond. I don't think I'd stay here again though. I think the majority of people who rave about this hotel, are older travellers without children.

Me and my partner just got home from the most amazing stay at Concorde El Salam in Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the hotel staff, checked in very quickly and easily, and taken to our room by a member of the concierge team. He told us some things about the hotel (where the restaurants and bars were), the room, and how to get around easily.
We cannot speak highly enough of ALL the staff here every single one of them from the waiters, the barmen and general hotel staff such as gardeners cleaners etc m, all were so so polite always gave us a good morning or how’re you, it’s so refreshing.
The food was also excellent, it’s each to there own really when it comes to food but for us it was lovely. Every night was different meat from chicken, duck, beef, turkey, it was so nice to have such a variety of foods to choose from we had full plates every single night! Breakfast was pretty basic with cereals fruit and pancakes put out but this was also spot on for us. Must say the Pizza at lunch and dinner was delicious.
Entertainment was good! We didn’t quite figure out the schedule until around half way through our 10 night stay but there was dancing and music every night until about 10ish. One night a week they did a beach party which also had a fire display that was magnificent. The party had a whole stage on the beach and music blaring which went on until about 1-2am!
Our hotel room was basic but exactly what we was after with a lovely garden view, the TV had YouTube Netflix etc… so that was a bonus! They were always cleaned daily and as I said earlier the cleaners were such nice people.
Our favourite times were spent at the Pool and around the pool bar. The view is unreal and you’re in the sun all day long. At the Bar we were looked after the whole duration and had many laughs. Muhammad and Ahmed were amazing at the Pool bar always giving an amazing service and we had loads of chat too, very very nice and helpful people, we can’t speak highly enough of the two of them.
The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 3-4 minute stroll from SOHO Square where you can’t find loads of bars, restaurants and shops. We could get to Taxis from outside the hotel who you do have to drive a hard bargain with but stay low with your prices and someone will take the fare! We got to the Old Market in about 20minutes for 300 Egyptian pounds which is around £7.50, so £15 there and back. We also got to Naama Bay another tourist hotspot out in Sharm for 220 Egyptian pounds, which is £5, so £10 there and back.
Aladin who was our hotel rep was also very helpful who helped us with any questions we had and any problems in the hotel, and organises all the excursions etc…
Overall it was an amazing time at Concorde and we would 100% go back there, hopefully soon! Loved every moment there and met some lovely people! I’d 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone just as a couple or with a family.

The hotel is well placed for the sea and diving, near to the airport for transfers and Soho Square is within walking distance.
The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable.
Ali Baba from the Nefertiti shop on the beach is always smiling, very friendly, extremely helpful and respectful and will walk around the beach and pool.
The beach staff have recently changed and it's now a much better environment. Ayman the cleaner deserves a medal, he keeps the toilets and restaurant areas spotless and Mohamed in the Flames Restaurant at lunch time diligently clears your plates and refills your glass.
The guys from the beach towel hut are happy to help arrange beds, towels and parasols. I'd like to name them all and thank them, but there are too many.
The main restaurant is clean and serves a wide variety of food, again the waiting staff are very sweet and respectful. Mohamed Ashraf ElMenshawy again is always smiling and is really attentive.
The rooms are being renovated but all have a beautiful view, the gardens are kept immaculate and the sea view is mesmerizing
As a solo female traveller in Egypt, you are always on your guard, but I feel safe and allowed to enjoy my holiday without any pressure or harassment.

We had a great time staying at Concorde El Salam Sports hotel. The staff really made us feel at home throughout the whole stay. Especially helpful were Alaa, Abdo, El Rahman and Hassan who served us at the Waterfall restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and were always very attentive to the needs of our very young baby. They helped us with the baby seat, brought bananas especially for our son as they are his favourite (even when bananas were not on the menu) and kindly cleaned up after him. Thanks to Akram and Mohamed at the bar for the many cocktails and cappuccinos that we were served :) A great hotel, always clean, a good mix of wholesome, healthy food and also less healthy, tasty treats in the restaurants. Also, big respect to the IT/networking setup at the hotel - WiFi was fast enough to browse and stream everywhere we went, even at the pool and at the beach. Would definitely visit again. One thing that could be great as a small improvement, is a wider selection of food/snacks offered between meal times. Also, the play room for babies in the Kids Club does not exist any more since COVID - this would have been useful for us, and maybe the website should be updated to inform other families. But we really enjoyed our vacation here - thanks all!

Relaxed in this hotel from late November to early December. The hotel is located close to the airport, beautiful territory, this is probably where the pros end. Brought to the hotel by 12:00 a.m., given a room on the ground floor near the road, the room did not work half the lights, broken furniture, stood ankle-deep water in the shower, on the terrace on the lawn were about 20 bulls from cigarettes, apparently from previous guests (in the county they were still lying) in the morning asked to change the room outlining all the problems, wanted closer to the sea and the pool, but for them a surcharge of $20 a night. Issued in the same building only on the second floor, there were no such problems as in the last room, but the only one, as many people write, moving two beds together, all switches are under the pillow, and turning on the lights at night was not a surprise. Mosquitoes were present every night, one or two. Water was brought in daily, tea in bags and coffee. They ordered laundry, this hotel did five. The food is monotonous every day, soup tom pits, a separate theme, not even trivial paste tom pits, just soup green. Chicken strips, boiled beef, sometimes stewed vegetables. The desserts are mostly dry, sometimes having cakes soaked in condensed milk. In four days, he's getting bored. Shakes are something, cheap syrup and cheap alcohol, beer for 3. For the entertainment of boredom, the hotel nearby and that evening was more fun and the music was great. Now the negative part. The room was cleaned by the Amer, in the early days, instilled confidence, sort of cleaned well, left him a dollar a day. Started offering to show off the old town, a $20 one-way taxi for each other, when we took a $4-$5 swoop through the drive ourselves. Started shooting cigarettes (although they are not allowed to ask anything of the campers), the most unpleasant situation is when I found that my electric shaver used this 👿, there is no other word about it, black hair just clogged the electric shaver. After lodging a complaint with the hotel management, all they did was say sorry, and put it in the other buildings for cleaning. I'll go to Concord again, no, and I won't advise you.

We arrived as a large Family group of 9 ❤️ On arrival we were welcomed with open arms, we arrived quite late, the front workers took our cases and made sure we made our way to get some food before booking into our room. Booking into our room was very quick and simple and then shown to our rooms with our cases brought over to us was very helpful after a long day travelling.
Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and the cleaner ensured we had clean towels and fresh water each day.
Restaurant had a variety of food for everyone even those who can be fussy with food, some nights they had a theme such a sea food but again ensure they had food for those that aren’t fish fans. Being a family of 9 the restaurant staff always made sure we had a table for us all to sit together.
The pool staff and bar staff always had a smile on their faces, playing jokes and ensuring you were having a great time. When walking up to the sunbeds a member of the pool staff was always quick to take your towels and lay them out for you which was a blessing for a family of 9 wanting to sit together. The pool was very clean, the infinity pool has a lovely view of the sea and mountains in the distance, and the pool bar was always a great place for a laugh with the bar men
The entertainment team were incredible, always making conversation and making an effort to look out for you each day to ensure your stay was the best they could make it shout out to Sarah and Scarlett!! Always made the effort to inform us on what activities and entertainment was going on throughout the day for us to get involved in. The entertainment team are an incredible bunch of people working their socks off to entertain the hotel guests with their insane dance routines.
We had an amazing family holiday and would recommend this hotel.

Although this hotel was a little tired in places and the food slightly repetitive, i think it is a gem of a place. The beach was tiered and well maintained and there was always many sunbed locations to choose from. The house reef was stunning and we spent many hours each day taking in the beautiful corals and diverse marine life ( squid, rays, moray eels and a fish that was the same size as me). I'm a pescetarian and there was plenty of food options. My partner is vegan and although the choices were a bit limited, they were always delicious. We did email ahead and the hotel replied that we could speak to guest relations about dietry requirements, however, our first meal there was so tasty, we didn't feel the need to. Also, the location is about a 5 min walk to soho square where a vegan burger and fries is only about £4.50 so easy to pop to if you fancy a change. Like any all inclusive, you can sometimes get a bit overlooked at the main restaurant and on the odd occasion, have to grab your own cutlery, but most of the time the restaurant staff do a great job. Also, the food hygiene is really good with electric plates keeping the food at a good temperature so no bad tummies! I think the main thing that made the holiday great was the staff. Every department work really hard to maintain the hotel. The grounds are lovely, our room (4304) was serviced incredibly well, Eid and Mohammed at the bar overlooking the beach were great and the towel guy at the beach met us each day with an infectious smile. We never went to the pool as it was a bit overcrowded and the swim up bar was full of quite drunk people. Also, avoid getting a taxi from the hotel as the people manning it are aggressive and overcharge you. They charged us 1,200 Egyptian dollars for a return journey to Naama bay. You can get a cab from outside the hotel for 250 Egyptian pounds each way. Despite that, i would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hi Samantha
Nice name by the way, you maybe able to at the hotel thinking about it, as I found there are cash machines where you can exchange money as I took mainly Sterling to exchange, that and I used my card occasionally, so when I wanted to change some Sterling up, I used this machine or as there are shops in this hotel, I found some of the guys exchanged money here as well, so maybe they can exchange bigger notes, failing that as there are also shops nearby in Soho Square you could always get something to get some smaller change, by the way, the shops in Soho Square don't really open until the evening, so don't do the mistake I made and go there during the day as most places are closed, I hope that has been some help
The very shore yes but it will be 10 cm deep so he may not like it, if he needs more depth it will he so rocky, he needs to put water slippers on but still dangerous to be enjured
There are more places to choose from in the Sharm El Sheikh area.
