Sultan Gardens Resort is frequently commended for its pristine cleanliness and the diligent, friendly service staff dedicated to guest satisfaction. Nestled close to the beach, it offers scenic views and a convenient location that guests appreciate. While some visitors have reservations about the value, noting inconsistencies in charges and food quality, the resort's amenities, including immaculate grounds and a selection of pools, are often praised.
The lively atmosphere is a hit, though it can be noisy for those seeking tranquility. Room feedback is mixed; guests love the spaciousness and views but suggest updates are needed.

Beautiful sea, good sea calls, two pantons for the descent, beautiful sea view from the window for an additional upgrade of $100 per reception (was not supposed to check in until 1 p.m., but arrived at 5 a.m.), for $100 allowed to check in in the morning, although rooms were already available))
Cleaning the room - I won't say that it's perfect clean, changing towels, making the bed, but the bed linen is not changed every day, if they see that it's basically clean, they leave and tuck back in, then you just notice that the pillowcases are dirty, the hair stays on the bed. You can still see the dust after cleaning.
The food is great ala carte restaurants, except for the Indian restaurant, good steak in the "American" restaurant, Italian is not bad, but Indian is not recommended! In general, the food in the main restaurant daily is delicious, the choice is large, you can try to taste everything that catches the eye in 10 days. Drinks - anything that's free is not good. The mojito was not poured at all for the first week, they said that there was no lime and mint)) although it was as if it was not only in the bar, everything in the restaurant was for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Attitude of employees - in bars of some type Tiran Bar by the beach disgusting attitude precisely to the Russian-speaking guest, do not pour coffee or any other drinks, treat "to the back", run away from questions, hint at tips constantly. When you walk up and speak English, they serve you instantly and offer you other drinks.
Delicious nutella at breakfasts, pasta in any way beautiful, meat for dinner - perzola, steaks, lamb) main thing - find and have time to snatch a piece
4-star hotel, all good, but not wow😊

Wonderful hotel! Clean rooms, Russian-speaking staff. Liked literally everything! Sea, swimming pools, infrastructure!!! We happened to be occupying the same sunbeds by the pool and sitting at the same table at lunch and dinner! Pool lifeguards Ahmed and Mohamed kindly provided us with extra towels (under their heads) and in general always on the positive side, bartenders, knowing our addictions always brought drinks (even when they were not asked, just look in their direction), waiter Mohamed carried us like a "written cake" (and it was unobtrusive) just came up and asked if we had enough. Generally all well done room service (you should only dial and after a few minutes in the room hot food and drinks), reception is always ready to help and answer any questions, room cleaners (change of towels every day, change of linen as needed (appropriate sign put on bed)), bartenders by the pools and on the beach, lifeguards by the pools and on the beach, waiters. Generally well done!!! Next year, just here!

DD! We are regular guests of Sultan Gardens! The hotel is great, we relax here 6 times! Meals, rooms, everything clean always, last time gave room (were in the hotel on New Year's 28 to 4 January ) gave room two-bedroom did not work in 1 room TV and air conditioning. drinks, animations, welcoming staff to the reception and a girl at the entrance to the restaurant, people who clean rooms too, always ask if there's anything needed, something missing, say hello! This time even gave a prizent, mugs , toothbrushes , pastes and shower kit(razor, cream and washcloth) Very nice!
But the waiters... when a child or two enters the dining room and sits down for lunch or dinner, the waiters ask them what to get to drink, the kids order the waiters leave and don't come anymore, serve the other adults! Because kids don't tip. Also constantly pulling plates when you eat, not finished already taken from under your nose. There was a story (2 times) when we had lunch as a family, there would be Americans sitting next to us, and all the umbrellas that would make shade to the people around us and we would be quickly rolled there. Without apologising or asking, because Americans tip more! It's not respect for us as guests either. And the hotel is great!

Relaxed at the hotel in early February, bad luck with the weather, there was strong wind 8 days out of 10, in the evening hoodie was scarce, I wanted to wear a jacket. If you plan excursions at this time , then sneakers are necessary, and light jackets too. The hotel is comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, well maintained, aesthetic. Rooms are not fresh, but it's not stressful, but bed linen with spools is not very pleasant, and the pillows with blankets should be changed. The water in the room is 1.5 litres of 2 bottles a plus! We had the furthest room from the reception and from the restaurant, the view is beautiful at sea, shuttle taffeta, it was driven 3 times , easier to walk, 4-5 minutes to the restaurant. In the evening outside the reception every day evening program until 10.30 p.m. (in our room you can't hear music and the buildings that are nearby, then I feel for them). The restaurant loved it, freshly squeezed juices and in the evening strawberries, we were fascinated. Meats are full of all kinds. The wine's not good, that's good, less alcohol was drunk. The animation is there, but it's unobtrusive and tactful. Were mostly near the children's pool, for 1 pool-2 caretaker, very responsible to work, so you can relax and relax on a sun lounger without worrying about the child. It's not entirely clear at this hotel to juxtapose with FanSan guests , at some points you feel disadvantaged. A separate children's club for FanSan guests only on the property, it's not very good why not make for all the kids. In general, all the hotel staff are friendly, customer-oriented and everyone is good about their work, it is nice to see that. The hotel enjoyed its holidays, were comfortable, beautiful and relaxed. Thank you!!!

Red Sea Gem February 2025 Myself & my wife were returning to Sultan Gardens after 11 long years (due to UK flight restrictions) & this time with our family & grandchildren. We had 2 lovely holidays previously in 2012 & 2014 & were excited for our return with our growing family. We loved this resort from our previous experience and our expectations this time round were exceeded beyond words. There have been many renovations carried out since our last visit & when you think a resort can’t get any better well it can. We are already looking to book our next visit (hopefully, one of many). The resort is spotless, which you notice from the moment you walk into this paradise. From the beautiful well maintained gardens (shout out to all the hard working gardeners), our rooms in block 2 were spotlessly cleaned daily with some special personal touches (shout out to & Thankyou Saheed). Breakfast, lunch & dinner in the Linah & Dana buffet restaurants offer a quality & variety of mouth watering food even for the fussiest of eaters & they even have a children’s section (Toucans) with lower food self service & their lowered seating & tables (great touch) our 4 year old grandson Jude loved this. We had meals at the A la Carte restaurants too, Casa Mia, House of Spice & Fleur de Lis with beautiful food & extra special service by amazing staff. We loved the beach layout with a lovely little beach restaurant serving beverages & hot sandwiches overlooking the beautiful views of Tiran Island & there’s also a bar on the beach too. We loved the amenities on the fine sand beach from Bocha games to the swings & the access to the lovely coral reef via the floating jetty or the solid timber jetty. All the family are all very keen snorkellers & a couple of PADI divers & Sultan Gardens from my experience ( from other hotels in Sharm) has the best house coral reef for snorkellers or beginners in Sharm El Sheik , I done a couple of dives with Sultan Gardens in house Eagle divers during our stay & it was unforgettable , many thanks to my Pro guide Tamer (Tomy), a true Gentleman. So to sum up our holiday & with the utmost respect to the lovely, friendly, courteous hard working staff who are all an absolute credit to the management, names I didn’t catch to mention. Some of the most important people & friends that made our holiday the most memorable, which will make us return to Sultan Gardens & we rember with all our hearts, thankyou to
Ehab Bahaa (Linah Resraurant) ***** Momen Salama (Linah Restaurant) ***** Hagar Tarek (Linah Restaurant) ***** Ahmed Ali (Sultana Pool) ***** Ahmed Ashraf (Sultana Pool) ***** Ali Kamel ( Sultana Pool) ***** Mohamed A.Rahman (Main man every where) *****
Anyone wishing to visit a luxury 5 star resort. look no further than Sultan Garden, but don’t look before me 🤞😁

I was resting for the second time for Sultana. Although I love exploring new hotels. But when choosing a hotel again, the Sultan still won. Two pantones, with a convenient descent into the sea, sand along the coastline, you can enter the sea from the shore, waist-deep. Great reefs. Great bars throughout the area. The staff is polite, nice, smiling. We arrived early at 9.30, went for breakfast and by 12.00 we were already in the room, with a beautiful view of the sea and a gift from the hotel, a fruit basket, was also waiting for us. At the reception, they are always ready to solve any issue, our card was demagnetized, change dollars, wake us up in the morning for an excursion. I left my jacket at the night disco and she was also waiting for me at the reception. We left our masks on the beach and went for lunch or a walk along the shore, security guards look after your things and there is no fear that someone will take your things. The food was excellent, we had lunch at a restaurant by the sea, where they served crabs and two types of fish every day. The Central Restaurant also always has seafood, octopus, crabs, once a week shrimp, grilled fish of various types. In terms of meat, there was everything: lamb, beef, lamb, quail, duck, chicken. Alcohol is both beer and strong. I prefer cocktails, at the pool bar, where the entertainment program is held, there is an excellent bartender, Ahmed, he surprised me with a variety of cocktails, the waiters always know what you are drinking and always bring everything to the tables. I am ready to return to this hotel more than once. Here, relaxation is easy and carefree. Sultan, this is Paradise on earth.

For my wife and I This was our Eighth time staying at The Sultan Gardens Resort - in Sharm el Sheik and our first holiday ‘alone’ in 30years!! …..that should tell you all you need to know! Book it now! We hadn’t been back to Sharm for ten years for a variety of personal, national & global reason's, but on arrival at the reception at 2345hrs we were greeted by staff members who remembered us from our previous visits we’d enjoyed when our children were young - how on earth do they do that? A ‘late dinner’ was waiting for us even at that late hour. We were allocated room 160 on the first floor with a pool view and a beautiful vista of the sea too, directly opposite the spa and gym. Our cases were delivered to the room in just a few minutes, without issue. Sayed al Mohktar was our room attendant and was super attentive and our room was kept spotlessly clean for the 11 day duration of our holiday with different ‘towel art’ every day. The main restaurants are also beautifully appointed, cool and also super clean, serving a wide variety of delicious, appetising food to suit all tastes. Mr Lofty (our ‘Egyptian brother’!!) who is one of the restaurant managers looked after us impeccably, or made sure that we were looked after by his team of waiting staff, with a wonderful reserved table at every meal time in the adults only section of the dining room. Don’t be alarmed if the waiting staff try to take your plate of food from you once you have decided on you selection - they’re just taking it to your table for you! - go with it and enjoy being spoilt for a while! Essma who is the head chef prepares a wonderful variety of food every day and even prepared a couple of very special dishes exclusively for my wife and I - marking us feel very special. As we made our way to the main pool on our first day we were approached by another staff member, the lifeguarding team manager, Mohamed, who also recognised us from our previous holidays when we’d visited with our children, other family members and groups of friends, and also made sure that we were treated to first class, five star treatment every day around the pool. In summary, I cannot recommend the Sultan Gardens Resort, Mr Basils team of Staff and its location highly enough. If you are travelling to Sharm el Sheik, then this is THE hotel to book.

Choosing a hotel for a vacation with a 2-year-old girl. It was a good kid concept. So, in order! Accommodation - 5. Were at the hotel at 9:00 a.m., check-in was quick. The room was given a lovely first line with sea view, provided a cot. Number four. Overall the number is good, but there are nuances. Rooms are somewhat "tired", some of the paint goes away, mold in the bathroom, bed linen with reels (was a single blanket) The minibar is filled once (upon arrival) with sweet soda. About the beach - 4: there were always enough sunbeds, the reef - beautiful, fish a lot, entry into the water from the pier, from the beach you can swim literally 2-3 meters (beyond the buoys and the reef, which is not allowed for safety), but with the baby - it is even a plus) Mini Club - 4: there are two (as it turns out). Unfortunately, the travel agent didn't say a word about the Fun and Sun concept. Accordingly, there are two children's clubs. The first is for everyone, the second is for the privileged. It is very unpleasant that the hotel does not provide for on-site visits to both clubs at an additional cost. You feel deprived, and it's hard for a 2-year-old girl to explain why she can't go there. Overall, the animators are excellent.Diana and Jana entice the children, draw with them, hold master classes (pizza, origami, bracelets, etc.). Gaming is spacious and in general everything necessary is there. I would like to add more toys, perhaps divide the children by age groups and each animator to come up with activities by age (as an option). I want to add a mother and baby room with diapers for babies or pots/chili padded. Food - 5-: very delicious, huge variety: meat cooked in different variations, fish, shrimp, crabs. Alcohol is purely local. I would like to introduce a line of imported alcohol, as well as train the staff to make the most popular cocktails: mojitos, Pina Colada, etc. There are no disposable droolers for babies, which is also a downside( Embarrassing at breakfast are very many crows on the street, in also their droppings on chairs. Even though the staff try to clean everything up, they can't always keep up. The evening shows are 3: rather, they are performances that are repeated periodically. In general, you can watch, but there is no "Wow" effect. Thus, the hotel recommends visiting with children, but it certainly does not draw on the level of the Suite.

Great hotel for a family vacation. We've been to many places, Sultan gardens has earned a place in our heart! And there's not much we want to go back to, but this is the kind of hotel you want to visit again and recommend to your friends! All the staff are very responsive, there were problems during check-in (we were not placed in the room we were asked for) for a very long time apologized and the next day moved to a higher category room. The reef is nice, but you have to go swimming in the morning or evening. During the day the amount of splashing water is cloudy and not all is clearly visible. There is a small “frog” along the shore, although you can splash in it only in the evening, in the mornings strong tides. The area of the hotel is large, but its feature is mountainous terrain and as a consequence many descents, hills and stairs, but the issue is solved by travel on the local route (taftal) - runs every 15 minutes, convenient especially from the beach to return to not climb the slide. Food: Like many people, especially those vacationing with children are interested in this issue. That's beyond praise, too. The main restaurant is not large, the buffet does not occupy 3 separate rooms, but there is everything! Meat, fish, crabs, shrimp! It was everything and more than once and it was delicious. Another distinguishing feature is that the restaurant always has a chef, controls the cleanliness of the hand and asks for the opinion of the guests. It should be noted that all staff are interested in how things are going and how your vacation is going. For the kids in the pools you can take handcuffs, we didn't swim in them, but in the sea saved.
But in this whole sweet barrel, it can't be without a spoonful of tar. We really like late-night programmes and that's where things get weird. From June (as the animation team said) the hotel switched to very late animation. Mini-disco as always at 8.30 pm, and then from 21-22 live music (more often played on the violin different covers to which the people dance) on from 22-23.00 show program with guest artists (mostly dancing again) and then still live music/fire show/pati)..it turns out that those with children or just go to bed earlier do not get there, even if you want..minus not essential but still..
So the summary is this: it was a wonderful vacation, everyone at the hotel is ready to make sure that you don't need anything. Any requests are executed quickly and then asked 10 more times if everything is okay

Gorgeous sea. Entry into the sea from a pontoon, bridge or from the shore along the sand, but to a limited depth. We lived in room 410 with a sea view, the first line is as close to the sea as possible. There are many pools, but we have always only been to the Rock pool, as there are three pools of different depths, suitable for children. Rescuers look after the children very carefully and give out armbands and toys. There are a lot of sun loungers on the sea, we relaxed in a quiet area of the beach. You can put a sun lounger there so that the waves will wet your feet. The main restaurant is wonderful. Wide choice of dishes, seafood always available. The waiters are very attentive. We've been to A la carte restaurants and liked the French one the most. Taf-Taf drivers are very attentive, they always helped to raise and lower the baby stroller. There is a hookah bar in the lobby area. We went there constantly. El Sayed Fathy made good hookahs and changed the charcoal regularly. In the same area there is live music every evening.
