Sultan Gardens Resort garners high praise for its pristine cleanliness, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained grounds. Guests have called out the array of amenities, including multiple pools and a private beach, which enhance the luxurious stay. The staff's exceptional service contributes to a personalized and memorable experience.
While the rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and views, some suggest they could benefit from updates. The resort's beachfront location is a hit for snorkeling enthusiasts, despite mixed views on the property's atmosphere and value.

Detailed Reviews
The motto of this hotel is they care and it shows, see the above.
First a few mentions to the staff as everyone from the gardeners to the cleaners are excellent:
We spent the first week at the beach managed by Abo and his team including Ahmed, Abo also runs the Fleur De Leise restaurant which is well worth a visit. Abo runs them both, effortlessly making each person feel like they are the only person he is dealing with.
The second week was spent at the pool North 38 for those over 14 the pool is managed by Mustafa and Mohamed both working as a team with every need including clean towels and every drink imaginable taken care of.
Make a visit to the Lords Inn bar managed by Mohamed of the pool and Ahmed both again could not do enough for you they are both to be commended for their service.
The rooms were kept splendid by Ragab who cleared up and make the room shine every day.
Then we have the main restaurant where we had breakfast every day and evening meal managed like a well run army by Lofty and his team, again he made every one of his guests feel like they were the only ones visiting. I challenge anyone to not find something they like to eat.
We went to the hotel for new year and the gala dinner where all of the chefs got to show off their skills of which they have many, take time to check out the displays every day you will see something amazing.
Their are lots of special touches at this hotel but as a mum a special mention should be made on the kids pool where you will find kids life belts for use, all pools have life guards.
The beach and the fishes who swim with you, take care to follow the rules so as not to damage the coral.
Take the taff taff to the beach from reception saves the walk after your day of doing nothing 😂
The crazy golf also deserves a mention as it is not as easy as it looks.
Each member of staff seemed to be able to converse in a multitude of languages. Or just the usual hello but full blown conversations which is very impressive.
There that is it I think, we are going to go back hopefully in September and that should tell you how great this hotel and all of its staff are, well done to all of them !

A rich and varied coral reef. For children there is an entrance to the water from the shore, as well as two small piers.
It's my fourth time in Egypt, but such variety of food is for the first time: there were shrimps and delicious grilled crabs, sushi and every day several types of fish and meat.
I generally keep quiet about sweets🙈. Huge assortment of desserts. There was a chocolate fountain twice a week.
I really liked the attitude of staff towards work: the rooms were cleaned well; personal always smile and greet; they called from the reception and asked if there were any wishes and if we liked everything.
Thanks for the good memories to the animators🥰. And special thanks to Zedd, Scorpio and Manchester. They made my mood for the whole vacation🤩. They are very sociable and funny guys. For the first time I haven't missed a single yoga and stretching . They saw us off very warmly and heartily on the last evening❤️. I said goodbye to them with tears in my eyes))
Would definitely recommend Sultan Gardens!

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveler reviews.
We (family of 4, children aged 7 and 4) had a wonderful stay at Sultan Gardens over Xmas 2021. It’s a great resort to visit because everything is available onsite within a 10 min walk - pools, beach, food, drink, activities, entertainment, beauty, gym and clinic/pharmacy.
The resort is meticulously maintained and everything is spotless and every need is taken care of. All the staff go out their way to be friendly and to make sure any problems are taken care of as soon as possible.
One of us has a food allergy and on our first day we were met by the restaurant manager and head chef who gave us a tour of the buffet to explain everything and nothing was too much bother for them to make sure we ate well and were safe. Every meal time Ehab the manager had our usual table ready with our drinks order waiting for us and made us feel at home. Overall the food was really good quality and there was a good selection and having access to the themed restaurants helped add variety to meals.
Housekeeping were great, leaving us little gifts in the room and always checking everything was in order in a friendly way.
The kids club was amazing, my children absolutely loved going there and I’m very grateful to Marsha and the staff for helping the children have such a nice time.
We spent a lot of time hanging out at the pool and beach and there are people there who’s job is to upsell various things, be it beauty treatments, excursions or photo shoots. They are all friendly but can be a bit extra at times.
One thing to be aware of is that most of the guests at the hotel are Russian and Ukrainian. While they are generally very pleasant neighbours, you should be aware that they have slightly different social norms when it comes to queuing and personal space at the buffet, compared to us brits. That, plus the language difference may mean they could come across as being a bit rude or pushy, it’s just a different culture and not intentional. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel but it can be a bit shakey - you won’t be streaming Netflix and you may need to use roaming for important stuff like passenger locator form and other covid stuff.
Speaking of covid, all the staff wear face masks but don’t expect any kind of social distancing to be enforced.
We had a lovely time and look forward to visiting again.

Unfortunately, valuables disappeared from our room in this hotel. It was naive from us not to keep it in the safe, but I didn’t expect to be robbed in such reputable hotel. And even though the hotel security established that there were only 2 cleaning guys who entered our room except from us, they were not able to find anything.
So be extra careful!

Dear Yulia_Bi, Thank you for choosing the Sultan Gardens Resort and for taking the time to post your review. We appreciate your feedback and we are glad to know that overall you enjoyed your stay at Sultan Gardens Resort. Regarding the loss of your valuables, this was very unfortunate and we appreciate how it can have a very strong negative impact on your stay but we would like to provide more information about our process in the event of a reported lost item. The first step is always to check the guest room as more often than not the lost item ends up showing up in the room either in luggage, under a bed or so on. The second step is to take the history readings off of the electronic lock to the room to make sure that no one has entered the room except the guests and the housekeeper or his supervisor. This report also shows when they entered so any entry by the housekeeping staff outside usual hours is flagged. At the same time the staff with access to the room are searched and their rooms are searched as well. Finally the hotel lost and found is checked to insure that the item did not turn up there. In your case there was no unusual or suspicious reading on the door locks and your valuables were not found in possession of the staff. Does this mean that your valuables was definitely not stolen? Certainly not. But in the end after a thorough investigation we were not able to locate the valuables or any proof of theft. Of course guests who are not happy with the result of any investigation and still believe the staff have stolen from them are more than welcome to contact the police as they wish, which is their right. However you should bear in mind that while you believe the valuables were stolen from your room it may have just as easily been dropped at the airport or out on the town or in a cab or so on. As said earlier there is no evidence whatsoever of any wrong doing. At this point we would like to add that all of the guest rooms in Sultan Gardens Resort are equipped with free to use digital safes and guests are encouraged to keep valuables in the safes when they are out of their room as the hotel cannot bear responsibility, for example, for a left open balcony door or for a door in connected rooms left open. Thank you again. We regret that your stay with us was not 100% to your satisfaction and certainly hope to host you again soon Best Regards, Sultan Gardens Resort

We want to leave our review about the main restaurant of Sultan Garden. We had time to watch the staff working and we were amazed. We were at a time frame when the hotel was 100% full. Sometimes it felt that chaos is not avoidable. But thanks to people who work there, everyone was comfortable.
Free tables were always available. Tablecloth were always clean and changed every time, waiters were flying around the restaurant making the best of their time. There always was a person in the restaurant who was aware of everything. Mohamed Omar. He was always there. He controlled all the staff and could be in several places at the same time. We were surprised how this person kept calm and patience in the flow of hungry, angry guests. Thanks to the restaurant’s atmosphere and waiters’ smiles, we, as guests, were always satisfied.
Thanks to people who make this atmosphere.

My family and I recently stayed at Sultan Gardens Resort in Sharm el Sheikh and it was the one of the best resorts I have had the pleasure to take a vacation in.
The services we received were second to none. Every member of staff in the resort was so friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately for our first 3 days in Sultan Gardens some of my family members took ill. Both kitchen staff, cleaners and Manager made sure my family were comfortable, with daily checks and bringing anything required to each room.
My room had a beautiful sea view and was a 2 minute walk from the beach, however there is also a bus organised by the hotel that collects guests and drives to the beach if you're feeling tired or do not want to walk. On the beachfront are a selection of places to eat. My favourite was the pizza place and the crepe cafe.
My room was extremely clean. Mahmoud was a pleasure to see every day. Always smiling and always available if I needed anything in my room. The room was kept extremely clean for the 10 nights I spent here. There was a great selection of food in the restaurant that catered to everyone's tastes. Chef Essam took pleasure in explaining in detail what was on the menu each day. He was very friendly. The pool areas are beautiful with a number of pools to choose from each day. There was no under 14's in our group and I found spending an afternoon at the adult only pool peaceful and relaxing. The bar in the pool was a nice feature too. The staff in the public areas of the resort were friendly and if you have children it is very helpful to have them around as they inform you of all the activities that are on throughout the day, volleyball, foam parties, darts etc. Beshoy was one of the staff members working in the public areas. Beshoy is helpful and friendly and good at encouraging people to take part in the activities. Entertainment every night that ranged from international dancing dancing to fire shows ensures you're not stuck not for something to do.
When I return to Sharm I feel Sultan Gardens will be the resort I return to as I cannot fault the services here and I am guaranteed a good experience.

Have been to S.G. many times with my wife & son.
I can honestly say this Hotel has never let us down. Unbeatable value for money a real 5* A/I resort. From the moment you enter the security gates it feels very safe.
Reception is very smart & professionally run, friendly helpful English speaking staff .
All staff throughout the hotel speak some English, most perfectly.
Rooms are well equipped tea/coffee etc & free Safe, cleaned to the highest standard. The Hotel is large, set in Beautiful Gardens, there is a hill down to the Beach but there is a Taff Taff Bus [ best described as a over grown golf buggy ] which runs every 15 mins, speed 5-10 mph a good way to see all of hotel.
You are spoilt for choice when it comes to Food with 4 a la carte Restaurants to choose from, the main restaurant has themed meals every day, from Quails to sushi, Roast Lamb, Salmon & every thing else you can think of. Not to mention all the desserts [ chocolates & Strawberrys ] and just about every other dessert under the Sun.
Our favorite restaurant is having Breakfast overlooking the Red Sea from the Fleur De Lis.
We do not think this Hotel can be beaten on Value for Money or friendliness of all staff for a perfect Holiday...

Mr. Haytham Mohammad manager of restaurants was very professional and patient and welcoming as he explained all the food options available every night. Our housekeeping Tarik was very efficient as he left a different kind of decoration every afternoon on the bed such as a swan and flowers and we also found a complimentary plate of fruit in our room one afternoon!! The pan fried fish fillet in the casa Mia restaurant was very delicious we had it twice during our stay and the Fluer de Lis blackened sea bass dish and meat tenderloin were both excellent and highly recommended, our compliments to the chef! We recommend that travelers book an all inclusive option.
