Xperience Sea Breeze Resort is often commended for its cleanliness and exceptional service, with guests frequently lauding the spotless rooms and attentive staff. While the hotel's amenities, including multiple pools and beach access, are generally well-received, some guests have called out maintenance issues. The resort's vibrant atmosphere is a hit among a younger demographic, though it may detract from the tranquility for others.
Although the rooms are spacious, they are sometimes criticized for appearing dated. Travelers appreciate the hotel's location, but the value proposition is diminished by the high cost of activities and additional charges.

We stayed at this hotel in August and I cannot say enough good things about it. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are extremely helpful and attentive and your stay there will be fantastic. The food is great so don’t listen to any negative comments, as there is always plenty of choice for any person even picky eaters. The rooms are cleaned every day as is everywhere in the hotel and the maids are brilliant. The swimming pools are cleaned every morning early, and Matta who will be your towel guy is a brilliant man who will absolutely look after you. Youseff is one of the bar workers and without a doubt the hardest working person I have ever come across abroad or at home. Nothing is too much trouble and he is always working either going around the pool asking what people would like to drink, tidying or behind the bar. He is fantastic. The DJ Saher is also extremely hard working as is Donga chief of the animation team. Saher plays all types of music to suit all tastes and nationalities and nothing is too much trouble for him. He’s a very friendly man and well mannered and is definitely a credit to the hotel. Donga is also hard working, has good banter with the guests and is a credit to the animation team and hotel. I do think the foam party should be in a pool not on a beach-I have never come across a foam party on the beach, it just doesn’t work. That is management though and I would suggest that they listen and there is a foam party in the big pool by the beach. You would get alot more people coming down from your other pools and would have alot more participation from your guests. Overall I would most definitely recommend this hotel for its location, staff, DJ and animation, cleanliness and vibe.

Well, what else can I say, but don't listen to people who knock this hotel. I've just had the most amazing Christmas here. Everything from our arrival until the minute we left was absolutely superb. All staff, from the reception desk to Carlos, our room cleaner certainly made our stay so memorable.
Our room that had a balcony with a garden view was so comfortable and clean. Enough towels to sink a ship. Huge, comfortable bed. Plenty of toiletries.
Bar, restaurant and pool staff could not have done more for us. Little things like putting towels on our loungers, Milad serving us daily with a "special cocktail" , knowing what we wanted to drink as soon as we walked into a bar, and insisting they brought drink to us made us feel so special.
Weather was fantastic although did get a bit cool at night.
We preferred the quiet, freezing top pool to the warm busy pool at the bottom. But both were enjoyable, and swimming and snorkeling off the jetty was amazing.
A shuttle bus is run all day. A special mention to the happiest man on earth who drives it at night. He was so helpful.
Food and drink may not have been the best I have tasted, but there certainly was no lack of choice. Shout out to Mohammad and Said who run the restaurant. Nothing was a bother, and they would get you anything you wanted. Indian restaurant is a must, although you have to pay for it.
Dont be frightened to go to shops across road, or to Soho Square, Naama Bay or the Old Market. Yes you get a bit of hassle but a polite no thanks works wonders. We haggled on many occasions and it was quite fun and the sellers were all very nice.
Some people have commented that your band is removed at checkout. Not so, managers were insistent that we went back for our final meal and we actually still had our bands on at airport.
My only criticism would be that the dozens of bosses who went about in checked shirts and suits could do to interact with the guests like the rest of the staff did. A week at charm school for them would just make all the difference.
I will definitely return if the price is right, but I see already that the cost for next year is already £500 dearer than we paid this year.

I am normally quite a tricky customer but overall was very satisfied by my stay at Sea breeze. The bar staff (with a special meantion to Beshy who works the pool bar) has a amazing memory quickly remembers your preferences and ensure you remain adequately hydrated and somewhat probably intoxicated during your stay. Plenty of sun beds but the guys on the towel shack always ensured we got the best spot available. As there is so many choices of pools you can pick one to choose your mood of the day i.e., want fun, games and entertainment then you can head to pool bar but want to sleep and enjoy a pool to drift about on you lilo then just opt for one of the smaller pools. As for food, its the normal quality you'd expect from a mid range all inclusive although with some extra perks i.e the fresh pizzas from the snack bar are probably the best i have ever tasted. On the downside i feel that things could have been better labelled as im vegetarian and had to constantly ask staff and was not always convinced they understood what i was asking or that they just agreed as it was the easiest option. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard everyday although i must admit that i did get a little annoyed that the cleaner would constantly hang about everyday on our landing awaiting our return to scrounge for a tip for his efforts. I didn't always have cash and he was sometimes really difficult to get rid off, this approach definitely made me less keen to give him one if im honest. Similar situation round the pool side from the spa and diving school staff, who didnt think twice about interrupting prodding guest up who were clearly snoozing or relaxing with headphones in, never seemed to accept that you were not interested. Also, i felt a bit let down on the last day, as despite paying £60 extra for late check out we still were left for hours waiting in the lounge with no facilities, every other hotel i have stayed in had some sort of designated space where guest could freshen up and get changed or at least safely store your suitcase. Had 3 different staff members appeared at my room door prior to the time i was due to vacate to see if my suitcase was ready to collect. I felt they were trying to pressure me out before the time. This was further evidenced when i noticed they had the room filled with a new family within an hour of me handing the keys back.

The hotel chose by reviews and ratings on websites. I have to say, the hotel is more than 3* short. But it's in order. None of the tour operators warned and no review said that the hotel is multi-level, i.e. constantly walking up and down the mountain is such a pleasure in 39 degrees heat. Checked into the hotel at 8 p.m. (please note this is not morning and check-in is not earlier than the appointed time), we were told there is one cleaned room and it overlooks the sea, so you have to pay an extra $30 for each night stay. We refused to pay, to which we got an answer - okay, it's a gift. Looks like the hotel is in austerity mode. Beach towels are more like rags, and very poorly washed. Seats should be taken early in the morning by the sea, sunbeds on the beach are broken. It's the English by the pool. They are given great towels, moreover they are still occupied by deck chairs (6.30 by the pool is all occupied????) And they'll serve them first, even if you leave a tip. The hotel seemed to be aimed at the English-speaking public. The food is the same (there have been many times in Egypt there is something to compare with), no choice. They cleaned the room, never changed the bed linen in 11 days. The towels are kind of washed, but stained. If you don't leave the money, the towels won't be changed, but picked up from the floor and folded nicely on the shelf. Animation "dead" from the word altogether. There's a lot more to write about. One pleasure sea and reef. Those who write what corresponds to price-quality are far from right. Reading the reviews really wanted to get to this hotel, but the reality is far from what they write. It feels like drunken English people or employees leaving reviews from customers' phones. I won't go to this hotel again and the tour operator is advised not to send customers there.

Ten days without cloud in the sky, the weather was amazing. We stayed in block 1200 which was closer to reception, the main restaurant and the large pool with the slide. The room was lovely, very clean, the bed was so comfortable and loads of storage for your clothes etc, lots of toiletries in the room including toothbrush & toothpaste, razor, shower cap and the air con was a godsend. We spent most of our time around this pool, really quiet and chilled pool compared to large pool near the beach which had loud music and was very lively. We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were all amazing, although tipping did help, the bar staff never left you without a drink and quickly learnt what your drink was. The towel guy made sure you had the same beds everyday so no rush to get to the pool early each morning, once again I think tipping helped. The animation team were amazing too, especially Medina and Katya who made time for everyone, daily stretches in the pool, water polo and yoga, all good fun. The only thing that let the hotel and holiday down was the main restaurant, it was so noisy, bright and busy, the food was 3 star at the best, very limited choice of fruit for breakfast, no labels on any of the sauces, and food was mainly bland and uninspiring. We ate out three days due to this, the only saving grace was the BBQ at the Elements restaurant, book at reception for the evening, food was amazing there, atmosphere was chilled and staff were so friendly and helpful, it was always really quiet there as not very well advertised, we just heard about it from other guests. Lunch time we ate at the pool bar, pizzas were lovely, plus other options such as burger, hotdog, fries. Also book for the Indian at the hotel, you have to pay for the food but it was amazing and very cheap. It is an outside makeshift restaurant at the pool snack bar, but lovely and quiet and very romantic. We went to Soho Square twice, using the free shuttle bus from the hotel, well worth a visit, just remember to book first thing in the morning at reception. We had a late flight on our return home so paid £50 to extend the room until 5pm, not everyone was so lucky though, many people we spoke to were unable to extend their stay, and were checked out by midday, also having their bands cut off at the same time, never seen that done at any hotel before and not very good end to some peoples holidays. Also just be aware if you do extend your room they will not accept Egyptian currency to pay, which seems bizarre since everywhere else we shopped during our stay preferred Egyptian pounds. All in all we had a lovely relaxing holiday, it was our first visit to Egypt but we will definitely return, the only thing that would stop us returning to this hotel would be the food, but apart from that for the price it was fab.

We were on vacation with our family, two adults and three children! A hotel for a relaxing family holiday, age 35+. I really liked the hotel, check-in was quick, the staff is nice, they know their stuff! The room has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, soap, slippers, hairdryer, towels (they were changed by the employee himself, nothing was thrown on the floor) The food is good, and if you come 15 minutes before the end of dinner or lunch, there is still a wide range of food, the waiters will try to help you find a table. There is good beef, various chicken, fish, potatoes, rice, pasta, greens, vegetables and more. For those on a diet, boiled vegetables are always available (zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower) Entertainment, not overbearing, near the reception there is live music, dancing, competitions, until 11, yoga, boccia, darts. There is a kids club, special thanks to Taisiya, she took the children to events, the child enjoyed going (drawing, cooking pizza, quests, etc.), there are not many children. The sea is gorgeous, the reef is beautiful, the pontoon is stable, there is a lifeguard on duty. Free transfer to Naama Bay, the old town and somewhere else, I don’t remember! Comfortable! In general, we liked everything! Thank you!

Where do you start, well the staff of course, superb, from the moment of arrival to unfortunately having to leave for home the staff are amazing. I need to single out Anton the in house shuttle bus driver, we became great friends (Siddiqui), Mahmoud the Lifeguard at the main pool who was always there to help and explain about the sea life, Ehmad in the Restaurant, please stop bringing me more beer!! and Aabel the house keeper (Room 1809) for your efforts and the amazing sculptures you created in the room with towels. To all the other staff not mentioned, Well Done. Now the Hotel, it is a little isolated in Sharks Bay apart from the other hotels and a parade of local shops selling local (Original/Fake) goods. There is however a free bus daily from the Hotel to various sites and the taxis are cheap. (haggle) The Hotel is very clean and well kept, you will find that the land slopes from the rear of the hotel down to the beach/boardwalk hence the indoor shuttle bus that constantly goes up and down as the walk up is quite steep and to be honest would be difficult for those with mobility issues. On the way down, rooms are set out in blocks and in between each block is a pool with sun beds, bar, water slide. We opted to upgrade prior to travel for a sea view/balcony and this puts you close to the beach, main pool, activities and the boardwalk which we sat on each and every morning to watch the sea life and snorkel, the coral is amazing. The drinks are a local brand and were ok you just need to find out what you like and the staff after that just keep you re-filled. The food in the Restaurant is plentiful with a wide range of cultures, they do theme it each evening and when it is fish night, it is fish. We are not fish eaters and decided to eat out but give the Restaurant Manager his due, he did offer to have the Chef prepare something for us. The entertainment team are great and if you wish to join in the activities all are made welcome. There is a Spa treatment room which some of the family used and found the staff well trained. We all went on the Quad Safari (self drive) to to Sinai Desert, great fun, if you can, do it. The trip to Soho Square is not to be missed for shopping, the Christmas Lights are something else. This was our first time to Egypt and it will definitely not be our last.

We were vacationing as a couple and friends, a couple with a 3-year-old child. The hotel is excellent, our main requirement was that it was the first line, since we were traveling just across the sea. And it's gorgeous. The reef near the hotel is good and lively, we managed to see a lot of people (turtle, stingray, Napoleon fish, moray eel, squid and a huge number of small fish. The food at the hotel is good, there were always two types of fish, beef, chicken. You definitely won’t go hungry. Barov There is enough on site, a lobby bar, by two pools and on the beach, you can also have a snack on the beach, hot dogs or burgers by the pools. There is also animation in the hotel, the guys are great, they gather everyone for exercises and yoga as standard. , bochu, darts, water polo, there were parties by the pool with balls, a game of squid and much more in the evening, a mini disco and then evening programs (Thank you very much to the girls, the hotel area is well-groomed, although it is not very large, the hotel is located in a cascade from the reception). down to the sea and if you are too lazy to go, there is a bus from 8:00 to 23:00 that takes you up and down. The rooms are large, spacious, a little tired, but the main thing is that everything works and for 20 dollars they gave you a gorgeous view of the sea. it was a success. We will definitely come back)

The best thing about this hotel is the staff! very attentive and friendly! animation for children and adults in different languages, a separate children's club for children, where they really work with them, and at this time parents can go to have fun at the sea, the beach and anywhere, because the child will definitely be safe and have fun) I want to say special thanks to the animators Taisiya and Evgeniya - the girls are very empathic, kind, creative and attentive!
The food is varied, tasty, but too spicy for children, there is not enough children's menu. But you can still find something more dietary there - steamed vegetables, rice, pasta, baked fish, chicken, duck, beef and turkey. There is always meat and fish, two soups to choose from, 7 dessert options, 5 types of fruits, all types of vegetables. The bars offer a ton of cocktails and don’t skimp on alcohol. You can also request alcohol at dinner in the main restaurant.
In the sea and pools - the reef with fish is simply top! The hotel's services include entertainment such as scuba diving, longer diving, where you need to get to, you can fly with a parachute and similar services. There are many pools - both quiet ones for chilling and relaxing, and fun ones with competitions and games for adults, and calmer ones with a slide for children and adults (the slide is always open from 10 to 17). There are clearly pools here for every taste.
As for the rooms, they are decent rooms with not the latest renovation, but everything is neat and clean, the air conditioner works, the TV too, you can insert your own flash drive.
For tourists, this is a very multinational hotel. From Russians and Ukrainians to Swedes, British, Turks, etc. There are also a few Arabs, but most of the tourists are from the EU and Russia. And everyone is friendly, they smile, they communicate, I have never heard anything negative from anyone.
The location is close to markets of local traders, the airport is a 10-minute leisurely drive. And the city itself is small, so you can always take a taxi to the farthest point of the city for a maximum of 10-12 dollars.

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, there are swimming pools between the buildings. Two of the five pools have a bar; you can grab snacks in the form of burgers, pizza and fries. The sea is beautiful and clean, the pier is in excellent condition, there are two stairs for descending, special respect to the work of the lifeguards, they strictly ensure that they do not swim beyond the buoys. There are many sun loungers on the beach, arranged in tiers, which is very convenient. Another advantage is that they can take you from the beach to the main building, but this is not regular ((while you wait for transport in the hottest weather, you will get there faster. We were in a fully booked hotel and encountered a problem in the dining room, it was very small and we had to wait in line to sit down at the table. The menu selection is average, mangoes were given once, watermelons and melons appeared at the end of the holiday, but sour. The hotel staff is polite and smiling, most of them speak and understand Russian, which is also very nice. There is animation in the hotel! There are a lot of activities during the day (exercises, yoga, water aerobics, darts, bocce), in the evening (folklore, live music, belly dancing, Mr. and Mrs. of the hotel, all the animators are friendly and easy to communicate with, it’s very nice that they don’t impose any kind of activity). in the afternoon, after finishing the entire planned program, you can go to the club (for an additional fee) with the animation team and have a great time! I recommend this hotel for young people (20-35) and for all those who like to have a blast🔥
