Best experience in Sharm EL Sheikh. Every thing is perfect. Location, food, stuff, activities and view are excellent. Rooms are very clean, Beatch is good but you have to jump after coral. Nice show every night. Spa and Gym are very nice. Management is very responsive.

This is going to be a long review so bear with me as I unpack my horrendous experience at this fine establishment. TL;DR at the end for those who don’t wanna read the long review. **Buckle up ladies and gents** This was my first time visiting Sharm Al Sheikh, and unfortunately for my friends and I, we booked a 4-night stay at Stella Di Mare. It was supposedly an All-Inclusive booking, but oh boy we were wrong! The hotel charges extra for many drinks including, Turkish coffee, tea, fresh juices… etc (None of us drink liquor). Also, anything delivered to your room (food or drinks) results in extra charges.. like what bruh!. Think this is bad/false advertising for an All-Inclusive booking?? Ohh my friend, you’re in for a surprise lol! Despite dropping almost $1,000 USD (15,000 in EGP) for our stay, the hotel does NOT allow guest visits. One night we had a guest over. The moment the front gate’s doorman saw an additional person in our cab, he, in a very rude manner, told us that he’s not opening the gate because of the additional individual. This happened at 2AM!!! It took us almost 45-60mins to resolve the issue. Fast forward 23 hours… Hotel management kept bothering us, calling our room repeatedly at 1 O’CLOCK in the FREAKING morning! Despite us pleading to them to wait till morning since we have to wake up in 4 hours for our flight, they simply ignored our requests. Think this is rude or shocking?? Well, we had a Do Not Disturb sign outside our room, but the night hotel manager knocked on our door unapologetically and repeatedly waking us all up. In what world is this OK!!!!!! During check-out, management had us wait till they checked the room for any damages (Food for thought: have a credit card on file for incidentals!). The wait time was very long (45mins+) and almost resulted in us missing our flight. Thank God this ordeal is over. While I’ve enjoyed the excursions in Sharm Al Sheikh, this horrendous experience left a very bad taste in my mouth! And will make me think twice before going to Sharm or recommending the city to any of my friends. TL;DR - Horrible experience. Staff and ESPECIALLY mgmt are absolute dogsh*t. Avoid at all costs. Save your money and get an Airbnb instead if you’re going to Sharm Al Sheikh.

Bad experience, old furniture hotel , only the location is good , other thing wasn’t, the furniture is old , the level of the cleanliness is not high , and it’s normal to see people smoking at the lobby of the hotel which is not acceptable at all.

Beautiful place. People here are very nice and helpful. The animation team is very entertaining, every night different show and the food is ok. Not so much variety but it was good. Thank you for your kindness.

This luxurious 5-star resort is located not far from the Naama Bay famous for its cafes, restaurants, hotels, and bazaars and only 10 km from Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport. The rooms at Stella di Mare Beach Hotel and Spa have a contemporary design with flat screen TVs, fridgre, and minibar, and all have stunning views of the Red Sea. Each room includes a private balcony or terrace. There is a Spa Center at the hotel that offers guests full indoor relaxation and an amazing outdoor Jacuzzi. Hotel has four swimming pools all in total with some special features each. One of them is a pool for kids only 50 cm deep. The main restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, asian style dishes, as well as traditional oriental delight all prepared by local chefs. Everything is very clean and tidy. There are also couple of a la carte restaurants, but there was only one working at the time which offered a great variety of seafood and meat dishes. We really enjoyed visiting this a la cart restaurant not only for the food we tried, but mostly for the atmosphere it had. The Stella di Mare Beach Hotel and Spa also provides its own evening entertainment program, featuring local and international dancers and singers nightly. And also every day mini disco for the smallest guests of the hotel. Amazing transparent waters of the Red Sea and corals full of different colourful fish will stay in memory for ever. But the biggest treasure of the hotel is its people working there and providing the best service of all possible. Im greatful to everyone involved in organising our high quality stay there.
