A beautiful, huge hotel that looks like from One Thousand and One Nights. We were a group of 8 people with children in this hotel. The kids were delighted with the swimming pools and slides, and a big plus was the heated swimming pool, which the children didn't want to leave. The service was very nice and helpful, especially after receiving a tip;)) The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day and water was added. There are lifeguards everywhere at the swimming pools, who take great care of your safety during water madness. This is such a beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, rooms are huge and made up daily and to a great standard. Food is good and always a nice selection.
Ali who works at the snack bar always greats you with a smile and makes fresh pizza or pasta dishes for you.
The staff are all so friendly and attentive. Special mention to Hany and Hagag at the white bar. What lovely friendly men! Always had a smile on their face and happy to help. Nothing was too much for them and even if we ordered drinks at the bar when walking past it, they insisted they would bring them over to our sunbeds. It was my birthday while we were there and they made such a fuss of me which was lovely. My birthday lasted the whole week as they sang happy birthday every day ☺️
Basic manners go a long way with these guys so please remember please and thank you’s when ordering drinks and if you feel the service is good (which I promise it will be) please be generous and tip them. Especially if they are walking to the pool to take your drinks order and then bring them back to you. We saw a lot of rudeness towards them and demands but they kept smiling. They really are lovely guys.
The animation team work hard to ensure that you have a good holiday. Mickey and Iza were especially good and try to include you in all they do, be it daytime activities or the evening entertainment. They let you know what is going to be on and are really friendly.
Every member of staff from the cleaning staff, towel man, bar and restaurant staff, reception and animation teams were polite and friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we had a wonderful holiday. Which we did. The hotel is great and definitely deserves its high trip adviser rating.
We didn’t watch all of the evening entertainment as it was a little chilly of an evening and I think in November it might be nice to have the entertainment inside on the cooler nights. The Neverland show was ok and was on the huge stage in the amphitheatre but was the same show every night. Which is a shame really as it would have been better to have different nightly shows. The amphitheatre was more enclosed so warmer of an evening. Perhaps singers or some other shows would be good and something later than 10pm. That said, we had a great holiday and would definitely return to the hotel.
Take a bag of £1 coins with you for tipping. The staff really do appreciate it and ignore the reviews of people complaining about a bit of chipped paint ☺️

I was on vacation with my 20-year-old daughter from January 17 to January 24, 2024. Room 3207, on the second floor, partly with a view of the sea, partly of the hotel grounds. We are vacationing in Egypt for the first time, our whole family liked the Albatros Aqua Park Hotel.
The hotel area is very large, spacious and beautiful.
I was pleasantly surprised by the water park, there are slides for both children and adults. The only thing that is not very good is that the water on the slides is cold, so you have to choose the time to ride. Because when there is wind, and it is cold at this time, it is very cold to ride, but when there is no wind and the sun is hot, it is generally ideal. For children there is one warm pool with slides. We were with children 4 and 7 years old for 13 days, there was no boredom, not even a single day! the slides are fantastic, age-appropriate, you can use the attractions of the hotel next to AQUA BLUE, so there is really something to do. The rooms were neat, clean, cleaned on a regular basis, the toilets by the pools were also clean, the food was tasty, no one went hungry :) and the drinks were delicious, the waiters were professional and had a sense of humor :) The lifeguards kept a very good eye on the order in the pools, I have full respect for their work, I witnessed it when a girl fell into a swimming pool unattended by her mother and a lifeguard rushed to help like a torpedo, they are very vigilant and react quickly to stressful situations. Adults can also have fun on the extreme slides in the Aqua Park and on the many medium-sized slides in the neighboring Aqua Blu hotel. We recommend this hotel for a family vacation! The hotel is close to the sister hotel Aqua Blu, whose attractions can also be used, which is a big plus.
