We stayed at the hotel in January 2024, the hotel is located next to the bay, the beach is right below and because of this location in winter it was very comfortable to sunbathe and swim. The weather is great, the sea is warm)) we swam all day long and explored the wonderful reef that is located in this bay. The beach is constantly cleaned, there were two bars on the beach, there were showers, toilets, comfortable and clean sun loungers. The entrance to the sea is good for children - fine sand, the reef starts a little further.
The food is excellent, a large selection of dishes, always fish, grilled meat, pizza, pasta, salads, vegetables, fruits and a lot of delicious sweets)) At the bar near the main pool from 15-17 hours they serve ice cream, waffles and pancakes. Alcohol is locally produced, beer is poured from glass bottles, and various cocktails are made.
We lived in rooms 107 and 109, the rooms are standard (safe, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, hairdryer...), Very beautiful view from the rooms, which start with one hundred (see photo). When you check in, there are already beach towels in the room, they are changed like this - every day (every other day) from 17-17:30 a boy knocks on the room door and you change his towel)) Cleaning every day - change of towels, removal of garbage, replenishment soap accessories, in 15 days our linen was changed once.
During the day and evening there are various entertainment programs (zumba, water aerobics, volleyball, evening performances, etc.), but in the evening it can be boring, as the hotel is located far from Hurghada and there are no shops, walking streets or entertainment venues nearby it can only be reached by taxi.
Overall, I recommend the hotel, we had a wonderful vacation there))

The hotel and its employees can go out of their way to accommodate - reception, service in the dining room, in the themed restaurant, in the bars... Dining room with a rich assortment of food, fruit, vegetables, sweets and drinks. Minor deficiencies were addressed by the reception immediately or at least promptly. The staff is helpful and almost always smiling. For a small tip, you will find a room not only cleaned /that anyway/ but a swan looking at you from the bed, made of a towel, etc. On the beach, they will bring you a drink right up to your deck chair. The sea is sensational, with a sandy entrance, coral reefs a little further from the shore or sideways. That bay is unique!!! Reconstruction continues in the area, but it is not disturbed in any way. The furniture is older, but IMHO I'm not moving there, so it's cool. Beds in good order, insects 0, mosquitoes 0, ants 0, mold 0, odor 0. Towels, bath towels changed on request, toilet paper replenished. QUIET in the room at night, no roaring music from some animations from the pool. The air conditioning is functional, efficient and quiet.
CONCLUSION: if you don't require extreme luxury, then definitely go!!!
Staff of Siva ... my fingers are crossed and I'm rooting for you!

Accommodation with an incredible panorama and beach. Sandy beach, deep corals in many places. An amazing amount of fish in the water, we've been to many places in Egypt, but we've never seen anything like this. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The dishes are very varied, and those who like the flavors here will not be disappointed. The hotel is very neat and clean inside and out.
They have very excellent waiters, special thanks to Ahmed from Cincinatti bar.
The location and quality of the Starfish bar on the beach could be found in any cool destination with both the view and the quality of the food, Ahmed and his team are doing an excellent job here as well.
It is not true that outside cars cannot enter the hotel, we always used booking taxis, you have to give the license plate number and you can come. Maximum security.
The attitude of the management towards the guests is particularly outstanding, they are helpful, in the event of a problem, they are immediately ready to improve, change, and find a solution, I would especially highlight the work of the F&B manager lady and her colleague.
Rooms are not new, but clean and fully equipped. The air conditioner worked continuously, there was a power cut once for 5 minutes while we were there.
The wifi is very slow in the lobby, but those who deal with this should stay at home. Rooming is already cheap, you can buy a local sim card, but it's best if you turn off your phone and finally relax.

Was in January what to say, the breeze is cool, especially coming out of the sea, running for cover. But you feel comfortable in the water. Sunshine from 6:30 to 5:00. It's a short day. Lived in room 206, at first a pen fell off, and repaired for day three somewhere, claims zero. The room doesn't have high-tech renovations, but there's nothing to complain about. The view is good, close to the reistok, basik, bar and everything. We had a boy cleaned up every day, just fine. Award it to him. T to dollars we didn't have much, gave chocolate Alenka(I don't know why the Egyptians are shoving with this feed😂)
Food's PLENTY, I don't know comrades who say there's nothing, I've held on as best I can, plus I've never seen a la carte sign up at three instead of one. There are also 3 resticks on the beach - I want to note the work of the manager, where they give fast food(burgers, nudities, wings, sandwiches..). Then there's Italian(pastas, pizzas) and Mexican(burritos, quesadillas, salads, nachos) I didn't know where to eat or how not to burst, because for a change it was off the scale. Alco- that's how all hotels do badgering, so people don't get drunk and fool around. But there were comrades from Samara I think...) beer and vodka on the beach were drinking, and went off into the sunset none. Every night, music, animations, in the whole evening, you can sit in the lobby, upstairs in the bar if it's cool. But remember that the hotel is not youthful, and not party, contingent elderly Europeans and ours. The beach and the reef... it's something... its beach without neighbors, the cove, just beautiful... you could still climb the cliff to take a picture at sunset, gun bomb. But they don't. Fish pile, I saw fish rock, by the way almost stepped without slippers, neatly, was in shallow water. And in the evening, about four or five wings started coming out, a few species. Someone was screaming muren, someone saw rays, a turtle. And it's near the beach, and if you swim a little bit to the right on the reef, it's even more beautiful, but I didn't dare. Maybe next time. Umbrellas and sunbeds with mattresses are very beautiful and nice to sunbathe on. Beach towels are handed out in a room in a purse at once and I understand they don't change the whole vacation. Kind, fat and unscathed.
The hotel is located in Makadi, far from the center, but in drive and uber to help, only the price is charged or refused to carry..
To sum up, I want to say, for its price it is a great hotel, if they will be rough and grossly overpriced, then we need to pull up the renovation of the rooms, because they are too old. And who doesn't like cold, then March/April go after all, for me some days were cold and had to dress warmly in the evening.

They're very pleased. We first had an older room with a bathtub but on request we got a room with a shower in a better category, and that, at no additional fee. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially our room boy, who always strives to fulfill our wishes and always cleans the room super and nicely. The food is varied and delicious, the beach and the house reef look beautiful, just like the extensive, well-kept hotel complex.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is helpful, they try, the rooms are nice and tidy. When you put bakshish on the bed, it creates characters out of towels. Beach towels are changed daily in the evening personally in the room. Food average but tasty, still enough of everything. The beach is beautiful, the coral starts 20 steps from the edge of the sea, We also saw a small stingray and cuttlefish. So fish are everywhere. We had lunch on the beach, where there are 2 buffets (pizza, hamburgers, strips, panini, focaccia, fries, etc.) There is a bar open 24 hours, where they give out bottled water. They put a large bottle of water in the room daily. The safe was free. I was a bit bothered by the merchants on the beach, but luckily they only bothered me the first day, then they stopped. No one bothered at the hotel, everyone was pleasant.

I would recommend the hotel for those on a low budget. Otherwise, stay somewhere else. Guests: Most guests come from Russia and a few from Germany. The internet is only available in the lobby (very very weak). Otherwise it costs €25/week to use the hotel complex. The room is big enough! It looks a "bit" run down. A few things are missing like a kettle, tissues, the air conditioning didn't work, bathroom towels were only partially available. There is a bathtub but without a water stopper and no shower curtain. The bathroom door handle stayed in my hand (I locked myself in for half an hour without getting any help, had to figure out how to open the door myself because the emergency ropes in the bathroom didn't work). Immediately after that, my room door lock fell off so I couldn't close my door 🤪. The bed was unfortunately too hard. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything the neighbors are doing 🙈 The food is bourgeois with nothing extra. Allergies are never taken into account either... no lactose-free milk or gluten-free food... only the bare essentials. There aren't even teaspoons in the restaurant 🤪. Not a big selection of food. The room attendant is very pushy... knocks every day until you open the door to ask if he shouldn't clean... or?!:)The service is nice and courteous. They generally speak English. The entertainment: they try really hard, but they don't always manage to get things done. The location: the hotel is really remote from everything, literally there is NOTHING here! You have to take a taxi to get into town, which costs €20 one way (45 minutes). The hotel does have a tennis court, but they said it wasn't the season yet and didn't open it just for us (end of February, 25 degrees) There are slides, but they're only open at lunchtime! The advantage is that the hotel has a sandy beach that you can use without anything and don't have to pay extra for. On the beach you can also book a massage, which is pretty good and cheap, again recommended. Trips: we only booked a city tour, which is not recommended! (purely doing business in a perfumery, souvenir shop, etc.) All in all, I would recommend the hotel if you're on a tight budget. Otherwise, stay somewhere else.

Just back from Siva Golden Bay. We spent 2 weeks in bungalow room. The room had a great sea view and just outside of the jacuzzi and lounging area. We were a 3 min walk from the main building so nice and quiet.
Room was clean, although being in Egypt they had to work hard to keep the rooms dust/ sand free! I would say the decor is a little tired but perfectly adequate for our needs. Welcome drink whilst checking in and a fruit and pasties plate with water and juice was a nice touch. The room had a mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Cleaned daily. Bathroom had a huge bath but no plug but this was remedied. Unfortunately I didn’t use the bath as the water was a brownish colour- like rust leaking into the bath, shame as it looked so inviting especially after our long day trips to Luxor and Cairo.
All the staff we met were so friendly and welcoming everyone even gardeners who say hello as we passed. Particularly the Front officeManager Fahad Hussein he was so friendly and seeing my husband’s rather dour expression ( his normal face 🤣) made it his mission to make him smile! He achieved this in less than 24 hours. He helped us watch a football game in the meeting room this was very welcome! Food in the main restaurant Noah’s Ark had something for everyone. We ate in all the a la carte restaurants and particularly enjoyed the Mexican and Italian, we felt that the oriental wasn’t particularly Asian inspired. The 24hr bar was the place to get great coffee and beer, unfortunately the spirits were a disappointment really poor quality hardly recognisable as their names as they are local copies. The guys in the bar Ramdam ( not sure on spelling) and one other looked after us very well! Very good security even taxis have to be authorised to enter the property and they took our room number and car number every time we left and checked us back in. All areas of the hotel were super clean, pool areas, beach and walkways. Big thanks to the bird man in the outside of the main restaurant as he kept the birds away from the tables. It would have been super great if the sparrows were chased out of the inside of Noah’s ark! Another compliment to the restaurant booking man- every time we passed he said a big hello.
I would recommend if you stay here that you have some sort of WiFi as it’s chargeable to have it in your room. Can’t comment on the entertainment as we didn’t participate as it’s not our style. Massage was great in the spa very relaxing and professional. It’s a little way out of Hurghada so you need taxis everywhere but other than that a great 2 week escape from the winter in UK!

My family and I vacationed in this beautiful and cozy place in January. Gorgeous views, warm and clean sea. Comfortable rooms (considering that we only came late in the evening to sleep), attentive and friendly cleaning specialists who are creative in cleaning the room and decorating the beds. The food is very varied and caters for every taste. The hotel staff are polite and attentive people, they always greet you with a smile. Special and huge thanks to the wonderful team of animators who will not let you get bored and get enough sleep, from morning exercises (stretching) to late disco, a new program every evening. The guys are very charismatic and dance energetically. Hello Mu, Zee and Cuba! We will miss you. Thank you for the daily training, discos and shows. We also thank the animator Firo, who does an excellent job with children, our daughter became very attached to her and fell in love with her. Great holiday, wonderful vacation!

Complete unsanitary conditions. Dirty dishes, glasses, cutlery. Tables are lightly wiped with a rag or simply the napkins are turned over. At the distribution point, I periodically observed cooks without gloves, moving food with their bare hands. One of the workers admitted that they had almost no dishwashers and at bars they washed dishes with their hands. I personally was brought a dirty glass in an Italian a la carte restaurant, covered in lipstick and greasy fingerprints. After my indignation, the manager took the glass, washed it with his hands in the sink behind the counter and returned it back. The cola was brought in a glass with bits of lime stuck to the inside, apparently left over from a previous order of cube libre. Game. There were crumbs and balls of dirt under the tables. We checked in for the third time, in one of the rooms there was no hot water, in another It was against the wall of the building opposite. Otherwise, there are no complaints. Gorgeous views, beautiful sea. If they solve the hygiene issue, it will be an excellent hotel, otherwise it’s simply dangerous for your health. And also, take everything you need with you, there are 3 stupid shops in the hotel, there are no shops within walking distance, only if go to Hurghada, and this is half a day lost.
