We’ve stayed at room 3148, garden view, location is quiet and green. Our son had a Birthday yesterday and Ahmed (cleaning service) made a very nice birthday decoration and organised a birthday cake. Thanks a lot for such care and a happy holiday for us!

I don't recommend Stella di Mare- Hurghada!!!! On the first day we arrived, we had all sorts of problems. The rooms were not ready, we waited almost 2 hours to stay. Heat in one of the rooms was barely going (in January, morning and evening is quite cold and you have to let go of the heat), hot water was not under pressure and we had to wait 5 minutes for hot water to come. The food is the same every day! A few chicken pieces, rice, French fries, salad. You can't put your food on your own, the restaurant staff put your food on your plate and put you very, very little! The explanation of the staff: It must be enough for everyone! So if you ask for more, he looked curiously at you! Within the hotel, there is a taxi service that asked us for 74 dollars we paid before - to the center of Hurghada (As the hotel is in the field and the center is close to 40 km). He left us 2 km away from the location and we had to walk 30 minutes. As long as you sit at the hotel pools, you're constantly being clung to various people to sell you all sorts of trips! Insistently! He asks you every hour, almost every day! And if you accept any trip, you need to make sure that you will have to pay more money in the end. Also, the shops within the hotel have no prices displayed! One day you buy for a price, another day for a different price! There are hotels that are at the same price and offer much better services! Wonderful sea, stunning beach and breathtaking landscape around the hotel. Food is tasty and cooks are the most easy-going people in the world. All stuff (waiters, housekeepers, receptionists, etc.) are professionals. Last but not least, extremely exciting amusement program.❤️
