The hotel possesses a very wide beach of around 1800 meters long, with its interesting curves that create many isolated beaches which ensure a private atmosphere to whoever is looking for privacy while laying, relaxing and having fun under the golden sun. The hotel is occupying one of the most exotic, charming spots all over the Red Sea, "Sharm El Arab Bay" protected area, where you can enjoy pureness, cleanliness of its sunny, sandy beaches and sea with its rich corals full of peaceful ecological sea life, this Bay is surrounded by a high mountain with a very spectacular view.

Dont visit this place if they pay you 100k. Its like a bush tucker trial there. Very poor facility's which lead me and my family to sleep next to crabs the entire time of my stay. We had to eat 2 buckets of sand a day and drink camel urine to survive our 2 week stay and now unfortunately my son is now addicted to it so since returning home he is now in rehab. People normally wipe their feet on the way out of the hotel this is like the poo stain of Egypt ask the mosquitos when they all gather in the millions to watch the below useless entertainment shows. id sooner eat out of my toilet than off a plate at this hotel. But I assure you not to worry you won't become ill upon your visit as even diseases such as covid 19 know to stay clear of this place. ⁸

It was my firsts time in Egypt. Hotel has a grand territory and it looks in decline. No green grass, flowers or palms, only shrubs on the side of the road. Bungalows are light and spacious, daily room-service. Cuisine isn’t particularly diverse, but delicious. Despite all these minor issues the underwater world and the beach of this hotel are amazing!

I went with my 4 yr old son, it was his first holiday! Don't get me wrong, the place was beautiful, sea view rooms, loved the view. But the sad thing was, the way we were treated. Hotel staff, we're awful, I was the only British there, the people were mainly chech republic and Russians and Egyptians. One day hot water stopped. Every day cold water kept coming out of air condition, electrics kept going off, the safe I had was locked, so they tried unlocking it on the first night I were there, took them an hour but still wasn't opened. Told them to leave and come in morning as we had to sleep! The bathroom didn't have no shower pipe for the toilet, no shower curtain. The first night, we were starving, literally my 4 yr old was starving! I felt really upset, they didn't provide with food. So I had to force them to send food. So they sent a plate of salad and bread and cheese! No my son didn't eat. No staff knew what excursions I can book with my son, so I had to search the net and do it myself! I booked my holiday with teletext online, and travelled with Thomas cook. But had no rep! The travel from airport to the hotel, took the Mick, 2 hours, when it was only 45 mins away! The list goes on! Oh and the food was awful!! My son stayed on fries lunch and evening. That was only when I had to speak to the manager!! The t.v. wasn't working, they said due to reception, but managed to get some little t.v., but in a Arabic with lots of ads!! They asked to change room, but when I saw the other room, the room stank of smoke and it was awful! But my room was better at least. I would never book this place again!! Hate hate hate hate hated it

We wanted to try a different hotel and chose Al Nabila due to the good reviews on the snorkelling. We booked through Holiday Gems with no problems. We only stayed for 5 nights, then went on to the children's choice, Jungle Aqua Park, for the final week of our holiday and they were like chalk and cheese! The hotel is beautiful, in need of updating, but then we wouldn't be able to afford to visit! We stayed in the hotel on the 3rd floor and had amazing views from up there. The room was ample for a family of 4, it was basic but had everything we needed. When we next book, we will try the bungalows on the beach front as I imagine the view of the bay would be awesome at dusk and dawn. The food was nice with same choices each night, but tasty and we never went hungry. None of us had any tummy troubles. The chefs all worked hard and we were very happy with each meal. The beach is beautiful. My partner and I could have stayed for much longer, but to be honest I think 5 days of R&R was enough for our two kiddies! There was a pool for the slides which were fun, but the pool was freezing! The sea was much warmer. There are many steps down to the beach (I think I counted around 100), but there is the option of free transport to and from the beach, or you can walk that route down the side of the hotel with no steps. The snorkelling was very good and worthy of previous good reviews that led us to choosing the hotel. Our little ones felt very safe and tried snorkelling here when they wouldn't try previous years. The bay was very enticing. There was a beach bar, fruit bar and food served at lunchtime on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sea eagles. The staff are absolutely lovely, always working hard and always pleasant. We went out on the quad bikes with the company based on the beach and we all had a great time, I would recommend this excursion. We met a few couples who stay at this hotel, escaping from the UK for the winter months and I totally understand why! We would definitely return.

This is not 5* hotel. More like 2*. Very poor even for Egypt standards. Unfortunately, maintenance of the hotel is very, very poor. Unclean main restaurant, Unclean beach restaurant. Plastic drink glasses washed handly. Without detergent. OMG. It's a pity, because the beach is gorgeous. It's a very nice lagoon so you don't feel waves that could be very strong outside of the lagoon. Coral reef is great. Sea life very very rich. Beach: 10/10 Room: 7/10 Food: 5/10 (except sweets which are 8/10) Animation team: 7/10 Cleanliness of the room: 6/10 Cleanliness of the beach: 8/10 Cleanliness of the restaurants: 3/10

Well the rooms are okay could use some upgrading, The pools are small but it has an aqua park ! The food was generally average not the best chefs to be honest. One thing I did enjoy much is that the resort is uphill so during the day you get an "amazing" view of the sea and the mountains and during the night you can see countless stars and you're so lucky if you travel there during a full moon, you will see the most mesmerizing view of the moon rising from the horizon ! The beach is down hill and surrounded by mountains which is nice !
