The most terrible stay in my whole life It was a big mistake as the booking was done by a family member to spend few days together as a big family Since we arrived to Hurghada and suffering started.. The hotel is 40 minutes by car from the airport Rudest staff ever ( specially reception) Rooms are not clean Food is good, chefs are good but waiters are mostly bad The soft drinks served at the restaurant and bars will get u sick .. it is called “cool cola” and the taste is like disgusting sh*t, I dunno from which sewer they brought it !! A lizard was found inside my sister luggage Only one big pool and the snacks served on pool bar are nothing ( some mortadella and cheese sandwiches - worst quality of course) Next day one european kid did stool in the pool and everyone was evacuated outside the poil saying that it’s a “technical problem “ knowing that they were not aware and we had reported to them about this sh*t as the smell was terrible !! When we got out to the other pool they didn’t allow us claiming that this pool only for non-Egyptians!!! Imagine!!! We got in it by force and they didn’t say a sh*t .. The show everyday is very short and very stup*d as they start it during dinner time ! Then live music everyday till 11:00 pm The most shocking thing is the lobby bar will close at 11:00 pm !! Then they will switch off some lights and make it dull then the AC will turn off after few minutes.. I never saw or heard that a lobby bar will close and at 11:00 !!???? Do we have school next day ?!! The earliest closing lobby bar was 2:00 am and it’s alwaaaaaays 24 hours !! The sea .. actually no sea , take the bus to go there and then u will find no beach just rocks and water is 250 meters far from ur chair and umbrella.. useless!! The only way to go through the pier and it’s not that fun as it either very deep or 1 meter depth over rough sand and small stones .. The TV inside rooms has few useless channels the pictures are not clear The gym has 2 machines out of order The gym toilet has no soap and toilet paper is instead The gym will open 10:00 am and close 6:00 pm !! I never wrote a review this long but really I had to ..

Hotel is about 25 minutes from Hurgada airport. Clean, many of swimming pools, nice staff, perfect food. So where to start. Beach is about 10 min by walk from the hotel however you have shuttle bus included every 20 minutes. We have been to many of hotels last years but this one I mean have a perfect food. Everyone could choose he/she like. And especially there is one different room only for a desserts! Beach - while you are going to the water, you have to go by foot about 500 meters but there is "molo" through which you will be by a sea in a few minutes, you could swim or do snorcheling. I have never see such amazing corals and so many of different fish! Hotel stuff is nice but ok, they are asking you for a "baksis" - tips everywhere. The only thing we did not like is that if we did not give a watress while having a lung tip, they absolutelly ignore you (but it is Egypt, they do just like that everywhere around). And need to mentiond what was amazing - we did have in a bathroom tube and also bath!

I spent 5 days with family beginning of Aug. 2019, and it was one of the worst experiences I had in a resort worldwide. to save readers time I'm going to summarize some of the terrible issues here: Reception and Getting into the Room (3 hours delay) It took the hotel 3 hours to allow us to our rooms (15 persons who have been driving for 7 hours). we have reservation and payment proof, and they have reservations and names, but they claim the local agent didn't pay the money for whatever reason. I believe it's not my problem, and I explained that, but we have to escalate to the manager and do our phone calls with the reservation website who supported us well. we spent full three hours until we got our keys. that was our first brilliant experience in that hotel. Help in case of Accident (None) Two of us got wounded by red sea urchin and couldn't walk, we spent over 15 minutes waiting for security to arrive and asking for a car which eventually never came. we have to carry both of them on our own on seats for about 300 meters, then wait another 15 minutes until a public bus came to carry us to the clinic. no help whatsoever or small carriage to move sick people in so-called 5 star hotel! Help in case of emergency (None) We had one case when a teenage girl was stuck in the room and we waited endlessly for someone to come and open the room until we found another key card. they never came or called or apologized. Overall service (Very Bad) >most of the key cards don't work, we had to walk miles back and forth in the sun to exchange them from the reception. at the end to our surprise they were so keen to get each card we received. It was very annoying to see them so keen on collecting cards rather than apologizing for non working cards and trying to fix it first of all. >In the restaurant, it happened that some grill food is prepared by guests are denied getting it because they claim it is prepared for the staff. >another case where I asked for water but it's denied because it is beyond the service time of the meal (they remove the water dispenser exactly at end time). >One room after cleaning missed the toilet paper (see pictures) >Concierge Help: Asking for some local information we couldn't find anyone who can help, neither the reception nor the concierge. something very annoying as they rely on seasonal workforce who don't know the area. Room Conditions and Cleanliness > One room had the bed broken (see picture) > other had the toilet broken and leaking (see picture) two trials failed to fix it, and they offered room change only the day after midday. > most of the rooms have very visible stains on the sheets and the furniture. (see picture) > I discovered that glasses and cups in the room are only rinsed with water and dried with the room towels! I found that when one of us was sick and we wanted to change the glasses but the janitor didn't have any new glasses, and found he was simply rinsing the existing (contaminated with germs) glasses simply with water. (see picture) Unfortunately I don't have much time to tell many terrible stories in detail, I hope this gives a glimpse of what you can expect in that place. to be fair I have to say pools condition was acceptable, food was also OK (drinks not), room amenities were fine. I do believe the worst in this hotel is the service that turn our vacation into a disaster.
