Hotel is kept very clean and all staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. One of the main pools is heated which is great and the hotel grounds are kept immaculate. The rooms are not bad, good size. However there are strong smells of sewage in the rooms that we stayed 6129 & 6127 so much so that we had to close the bathroom doors at night. Unfortunately the food is quite poor in the resort. Breakfast is exceptionally poor, just eggs, cereal or crossiants! Dinner each night is quite poor, constantly the same poor quality food. Mass produced. We were hoping for a couple of nights in an A La Carte restaurant and were happy to pay more but they wanted 20 euros per person to upgrade and the only option was the fish restaurant and nobody was quite sure when it would even be open! Apart from the above it was a good trip, nice winter sun, good service and very attentive pool staff getting drinks for us. …

Excellent resort 15 minutes from the airport we were 4th drop off ,check in was a breeze very friendly staff , loads to do can use the sister hotels which are all next to each other , shop and pharmacy on site , food is excellent the staff can't do enough for you , tone from the animation team is great very chatty and friendly , loads of pools , the rooms are lovely with good views staff clean them every day , will deffo be returning 😀

We have come here many times now, with and without our 1 year old daughter. The hotel and staff are fantastic, lots of bars, restaurants, pools and great entertainment. The staff are incredible too. The beach in the opposite hotel (included) is a must too, snorkelling there is beautiful. Everyone we go back home we go straight to the agents and book to come back :) can I live here permanently?? I would if I could ;)

100% 5 stars Hotel was amazing… immaculate staff Always cleaning and doing something. Food was very good lots it choose from and always made a fuss off. Big shout out to the entertainment staff Tony… who went above everything always willing to help at the drop of a hat… Would defo stay again fantastic time
