We enjoyed our accomdation first of all they had very friendly receptionist mr mohamed hussien, mr abdelrahman the animation team is very interesting and friendly epecially mr hamoda he is very active and friendly and bebo and miss hana we enjoyed the belly dance show very much ,they respond for any complains and do their best for the guests satisfactions the rooms are neat and comfy the room service is very helpful ,the bars is very cool and comfy they have friendly staff espcially mostFa the food was variable and good espical thanks to chief mr ahmed ,we had anice time and looking forward for repeating our visit.

Very friendly staff especially at the reception and lounge bar. Shoutout to Ahmed Hosny and Mostafa Medhat for their hospitality. Hotel is amazing and rooms are neat. Hotel is not far away from the airport and the city center which is a plus. We really enjoy our time in Hurgada. Thank you!

The reception staff & overall was very friendly . Specially Mr. Hussein. Aqua park was amazing for kids. Also breakfast & dinner. I wish to keep pool warm at high wind. Thank you team. Keep it up. I will definitely repeat it again.

Lovely hotel and very clean, staff constantly cleaning and all very friendly, so much food to choose from, if you can't find anything you like then you have problems. The rooms are nice and they are cleaned daily which is nice. Only downside I had was a member of the animation team not taking no for an answer about playing bingo, then said I owed him €15 for the game that I couldn't even find and nobody else knew anything about, I did pay the money but not even sure it took place. Nice hotel worth the stay, just unfortunately the one issue but would recommend it as a place to stay

The hotel is very clean and modern Staff was really nice and friendly Food was good. Cocktails can get better, some was very sweet. Animation was cool and funny. I really enjoyed my time, hoping to do it again this year.
