Hotel is very quirky. We couldn't get enough of this unique architecture. It gives you a special feeling when you look at it. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the hotel manager and the restaurant manager. The room really makes you feel like you're in a cave. It was clean as it could be, given the material it is made of. The hotel's restaurant serves a wide variety of good food. Mojitos were the best, especially the ones on the beach! The pool was clean but a little cold. The beach is the hotel's weak point, we recommend wearing water shoes.

The hotel is advertised as 5* but it’s a 3. The rooms and pool areas are really good, beach area is not exactly a sandy beach. The towels are all worn out and off white as is the bedding, the sheets don’t fit properly and the resort is getting tired and in need of a major spruce up. The food is ok but you have to get in early or it’s dry and cold. The all inclusive alcohol is not good, it’s all Egyptian beer and spirits and it isn’t very good. The vodka I thought was Bacardi and no wine in the bars only at dinner. The rooms are adequate and the pool area with out swim up pool was lovely and they do try to keep the place clean the staff are friendly and very helpful. Top tip download the Uber app and buy and Egyptian SIM from either the airport or any vendor all you need is a cheap one and your good to go UBER to Hurghada is around 5 Euros taxi is a lot more expensive

We arrived late at night ,the reception staff welcomed up with a big smiles as if we had been friends for years , after receiving our room key we were told that there was a meal waiting for us in the restaurant (despite the restaurant being closed) we atet our meal in the restaurant again the staff were attentive even though we made them late finishing their shift. The beach staff are amazing and work very hard to please, they always had a smile on there face, and always happy to help Our room 3024 was with pool access, the room was huge, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the dust, considering where the hotel is and the amount of sand and dust in the air the room attendant's do an amazing job. The beach is cleaned daily on a morning and throughout the day,be aware the beach is gravely (wet shoes are needed) We did not have the same meals twice, there was plenty of choice on the menu, if you expect chips every day you will be dissappointed, very little British food on the menu, for us this was a good thing, the chef's need to be commended for the food they produce, all in all we had a fabulous time here,

Lovely looking hotel, very quirky & most staff very friendly & attentive. Food was very basic with lots of flies landing on it & the restaurant manager was rude to me on various days. Drinks served in a plastic cup & not much ice so gets warm quickly, not much variety either & the wine isn’t drinkable in my opinion. Room service was efficient & tea & coffee topped up daily & bottles of water left daily. AC worked well but no English TV, was 1 channel but impossible to watch due to it scrambling constantly. Entertainment staff are lovely & so friendly , they are a credit to this hotel but the night time entertainment lasts no longer than 20-30 minutes at 9pm. Pool side man is amazing & will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The pool is cold but nice when you are basking in 35 degree temperatures. Arena bar on the beach next to the hotel is lovely & it has a pool but it’s separate to the hotel so have to pay for food & drink but definitely worth going there as so much fun. El Gouna is worth a visit , cost 500 Egyptian pounds for a return taxi & there are lots of shops & restaurants at reasonable prices. Would I stay here again ? No I wouldn’t but I had a nice relaxing holiday in the sun.

Outside premises perfect, unusual and so good for pictures. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Clean and big swimming pools. Restaurant with variety of good food. All inclusive drinks good and with enough of alcohol. Rooms clean, cave theme also kept here. Rooms might need a bit of revamping but nothing to complain about. AC in rooms works perfect. Everywhere Lovely and helpful stuff. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back again for sure. We were here last week of April and the weather is perfect. Warm and sunny but with wind which makes super combination.

The hotel is fabulous all the staff are very friendly The animation team are full of life and very happy Mohamed at the bettys bar was very attentive also look for mostafa hussin he is everywhere & a great laugh 😆 The rooms are fantastic & the cleaning is very good The food is all buffet & could be improved by at least keeping things hotter & also cold things cold but again all the restaurant staff are very friendly & helpful The alcohol is free flowing but it is local and therefore on the cheap side of things also in the caves disco you have to pay for drinks but you can go back to the all inclusive bar & get a drink ! We had an absolutely fabulous day on the dolphin & snorkelling trip ❤️ Booked in the hotel & well worth the money 👍 We will definitely come back ❤️
