Despite this hotel would not be ranked a 5 stars hotel, however, an excellent value for money! Reception is so friendly, amazingly helpful, humble with strong sense of humanity and touch of sensitivity into checking in details Despite hotel is old, and probably less maintained, yet, provides all what you need to have a relaxing few days at one of the best beaches in Hurghada Staff are absolutely fantastic and try their best to keep a continuous smile on your face Food is great for what you pay, and with the value, one wouldn’t expect better For a reasonable decent budget, don’t miss the chance to stay a relaxing week into this hotel

this was a good hotel , nice place , nice entertainment area , the meals are repeated but accepted , lunch and dinner are the same , they has an issue that the towels are not cleaned well so its recommended to take your own towels with you , private rooms with gardens are good and fantasy but we found some rats there so we changed it to a normal traditional room , they have a good aqua games , good parking , nice beach , the staff there is friendly but not well educated as a 5 starts hotel stuff , over all , it was a nice trip

I hated my visit to this place, I felt deceived. Many of the pictures published by the management are old from their glory days. Most of the place is under heavy maintenance. I even invited some people important to me based of the false impression I got from the picture, then kept apologizing to them for the bad experience. food is no more than 2 stars. Staff trying their best but they are very short handed in what they are authorized to provide! the kids club and the area around it feels like the aftermath of a chemical attack .. with many lakes of green mossy sewage water in walking and playing areas. BUT, once you get the picture, and if you can eliminate the negative feelings ... you can actually enjoy what's left of it ... except for the food! The small working aqua park is not bad .. kids enjoyed it. and cried for not being able to play in the big one being fully revamped. The main available pool is big. the artificial lagoon is nice, the location is great, the beach is very long and marine life is very good.…

1. Staff only looks after you if you give them some tips. 2. Breakfast,lunch and dinner - same. Coffee terrible - i could say it tasted like water from floor mop. There was nothing eatable but bread and some vegetables. 3. Room was ok, except that our bath was leaking often.. when we asked to fix it several times some guy came and put large amount of towels on the floor and thats it. 4.There was no wifi anywere. 5. Pool and its slides were nice. No ofence but there must be a lot of changes in kitchen and staff to be 5 star hotel! I would rate this hotel as 2 or 3 star. If you can go somewhere else then GO!

A Very big resort but most of it is derelict. Massive swimming pool with water slides. Private beech. Good location. Excursions arranged. Poor entertainment. No information given about activities. Rooms are not great but ok.

Not a five star. Food good .staff only looks after you.if some tips are given. But friendly place. i suppose you.get what you pay for. Place looking for a desperate face-lift.is not as great as it looks on line. Not to far for. Shopping. and a shopping mall only a mile away .

Stayed at the hotel for a week in February- or more accurately, booked for a week but the hotel isn't open therefore all guests are being moved to the Emerald resort on the same complex. There are many positives- the staff were great, pool and beach are amazing, food was perfectly fine and room was clean & spacious. However, the complex is very run down due to low tourist numbers, and parts of the hotel are literally falling down, paths broken, grounds untidy, shower leaking etc which gives the overall impression of a hotel that is struggling. Entertainment was ok, although the animation team literally didn't talk to us (even a greeting at meal times) as we weren't Russian. If you've already booked then don't panic, it's fine, but if not yet booked then there are better options. …

I spent two weeks at this hotel with my two kids an d a husband. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. We had a fantastic big room, the food was good, hotel staff really nice and helpful and fantastic entertainment! In fact, we loved it so much that are looking to book our next holiday soon. :-)

hotel was very nice and crew were smiling and welcoming and very helpful, food was fine and with a lot of varieties , beach is clean , swimming pools are fine .rooms are wide and room service is perfect. it's a good value of money.

I've stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, Booking number: 758676448 through Booking.com The Hotel Team notified Booking.com that I didn't Show up. While I did checked-in on Friday 19 August 2016 and checked-out on Monday 22 August 2016. The same exact dates in the reservation. I try to call the Hotel reservation number, but it's always busy and I can't reach them to fix this issue, I'm really frustrated, I have stayed in Golden 5 city hotels about 10 times, it's the first time for this bad experience to happen with me. Please review my stay under name "Mohamed Ahmed Abdo" with booking number 758676448 and let them know the right update that I checked-in. I will never accept any deduction of any amount from my credit card. Thanks'
