As we haven’t been to Mamlouk palace since before Covid. I can say there as been more improvements to what is already a great Hotel. From check in at reception great helpful staff to Very clean room thanks to Hamada,. All restaurants great food especially Asian restaurant staff and Chef 🧑🍳 Samir. Thanks also to recreation staff (towel centres).Also many thanks to Mohamed Ashour front desk manager Garden beach, which you can use as well as Mamlouk. And best of look to New General manager at Garden beach ,Mr Sheriff. Looking forward to returning next year.

We had such an amazing time in this hotel form the first day we arrived the reception was helpful for everything until the last day and off course can not forget the housekeeping they did a great job and food everyday with new kind and we have also try the gamila and Italian and Spanish and it's was really good but the best part in the hotel is the animation team they are doing amazing activities like auqa Zumba with Kesha and the Zumba with mansy and I have played dart with Emily and jasmine and aqua gym with power all I want to see that I can't wait until I'm coming back to this resort thank you all for the amazing time

Foodies go to the a la carte restaurants, there are 9 with only the fishrestaurant with extra charge. In the morning at 8 o clock scan the QR code at the reception, for free reservation at the a la carte restaurant. Recommendation Indian: Naan bread and tikka massala Asian: Kung Pao-szechuan kitchen Honey chicken Mongolian bbq, wok...but only 1 round to go. Cleaness was really good at the resort. Pools are amazing, only minus...there should be no kids at the poolbar! Parents drinking for hours, kids playing at the poolbar.... Cocktails good. What doesn't fit to a 5 star hotel: Rooms dated, old bed matras with bumps. Bathroom old sanitair, broken tiles, toilet, shower- should be renewed Overal the complex sanitair: toilets should be replaced...dated, but clean Drinking cups-glasses are often broken or short at. Shouldn't be at a 5star hotel Overal all: pro's and con's we had a good time at Mamlouk Palace …

That was amazing holidays ever, everything was just perfect. I can recommend this place to everyone. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very kind staff and friendly animation team. I was this year for the first time in Egypt, must honestly say came with small expectations, but these were totally exceeded. I was shocked how beautiful it was here and how friendly I was served. The service people have been totally friendly and always nice to me and have constantly had a smile on their face. The program that I could partly enjoy was wonderful and also a variety of shows could convince me positively. The facility was wonderful, there was a beautiful pool. In general it was breathtaking. I would recommend it to everyone to go there again was worth the experience

Excellent service with friendly crew, from waiters and bartenders till housemen. Wonderful atmosphere and wide range of programs for both children and adults as well. Animation team guarantees constant mood and humour by dancing in arabic and youngish style.

The rooms were clean.The pool is a bit cold, but that's okay. we went to the sea, not the pool ❤️ The animators were great. 100% fun, amazing staff, everything in Mamlouk was fine. We would love to come back again.

This vacation was our 7th time in Hurghada. Sunrise hotels have great service, generally speaking. It's our second time in Sunrise hotel, but the first one in Mamlouk. We had a great time. Some things we liked: - Beach is sandy, very well maintained, quiet, deep enough for swimming. There are no corals, but if you like snorkelling, there is long wooden bridge which brings you into deeper sea, where you can do some snorkelling. There is a lifeguard at the end of the bridge, besides two guys that were constantly at the beach. - Rooms are comfy and clean. - All facilities are clean and well maintained. - The quality of food is excellent, and there are a lot of different meals, so everyone can find something for themself. - Mamlouk guests can use all the amenities of sister hotel Select Garden (there is lovely aqua park). - Staff members are generally polite and helpful and they really try to make your vacation pleasant.
