Good hotel and best reception staff exactly one person in reception name is Bedo very friendly he is full power for service and very kind person an polite.
There is many nice view and big place exactly for family.
Hotel is old but feel good I mean inside the rooms is old I hope someday they are fixing.
But I was happy there usually.

There is some kind of message place they are rent of place from hotels owner I hope nobody go there because just they are cheating people, very bad service and lie to costumer.
One person he is come to beach to give over name is Medo(Mahmud) just he cheating people.

Hotel in my mind is best in Hurgada I can say first and good service food stuff and another’s stuff are polite and smiley to costumer it’s very important.

Location is good, city center. In general, everything worked. Food is always fresh, something for everyone. Especially liked the local feta and cucumbers. The rooms were a bit tired but suitable for living, everything was available. if you are demanding coffee, take your own with you. An electric kettle could be bought from the local supermarket City Center for € 4. The sea water is clean and warm. Be sure to go snorkeling, a complete experience.

Pros: private beach, some friendly staff ( not everyone), affordable, clean.

Cons: food is not good, Wifi is not available anywhere apart from main reception and even then not great, entertainment at night very poor or none at all( was so boring and in comparison the hotel next door Mina Mark Hotel seemed to be having a great time every night ), didn’t have any hot water on couple of occasions and no water at all one night, hair dryer broke after a week, the reception is not approachable or helpful, the vendors kept bothering at the beach offering massage and other services.

Overall impression: ok but I would not come back there☹️

I visit Hurghada every winter, yet I usually stay in big resorts around Makadi Bay, which tend to be large, with spacious rooms and grounds, but they are far away from the city centre. This year I book myself for a few days to city centre hotel and I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel in located right on the nice stretch of the beach which is good for swimming. The hotel location is right on Sheraton Road with all the shops and bar, so you getting the best of both words. The room was large, simply furnished, yet comfortable enough, with safe, fridge, flat screen tv and huge furnished balcony. All room overlook pools or the sea, all rooms comes with balconies or terraces on the ground floor. One of the swimming pools was heated and it was very nice to have it in January. You could use pool from 9 am until sunset, what was max 5pm. I didn't like this time limitation, as i like to go for a swim just before my dinner. The sea temperature was pleasant, around 24C. The hotel was not very busy in January what was good for the guests. The staff were really nice, efficient and friendly through out the complex. It is rather big complex. I guess, when hotel gets busy it may be different experience as I thought the restaurant and lobby was rather small. The all inclusive rate which I got was fantastic, food was pretty good, every time I found something good to eat. Alcohol and sodas are local. They serve Stella beer [Egyptian -good]. The hotel is nothing luxurious, but overall everything is good and fantastic value. I would definitely consider this hotel in the future. On the Sheraton road, there are only 3 other hotels worth consideration. I would strongly suggest to book yourself for a massage. masseur was professional and it costed less then £15/hour. There is also free shuttle bus to Senzo Mall nearby, which is good for shopping. There is supermarket and they have fixed, displayed prices.

I would have the entire resort closed immediately. Rooms and furniture perhaps 30 years old, bathroom disaster, dirt where you look even when trying to clean up. WIFI only in the reception and entrance area. Pool 2. of which 1 small partially heated, full of children. Entering the sea through pebbles, no shoes unthinkable. We only had breakfast purchased, limited selection, over the counter serving on plates. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I just come back from le Pacha rezort. Overall i must say , i am very satisfied with this hotel, i mean - You get what you paid for.. That means , when i compare hotel servis food and prices with other hotel, Le pacha is definetely a winner. Location is great, because outside the main entrance is already rushy main street of hurghada - shops , restaurants, clubs etc..The room, i mean is not the newest room in the world, but as i mentioned , its what you pay for.. If you want luxus , go somewhere else. But no problems with running water in a shower or toilet , the air conditioning was always on aswell..The balcony was nice.. And the stuff cleaned it every day.. Food, i liked the food, they are tryning to change the food everyday, but for me the chicken lover, i liked the fact that chicken was an option every day. Plus they got chinese restaurant and italian restaurant, and it was very nice dinner there. The stuff- that was the best part of this hotel, stuff is loyal to this hotel, the employees are very nice to the guest, and if you have a problem, they will sort it straight away. They want to please the clients , and i did made a friends with some of the stuff because they are very friendly and nice. You can have a fun activities during the day on the beach with animation team : like a volleyball, darts, aqua aerobic in the pool, or belly dance lessons . Or night show at the hotel every night. There is a bar at the lobby which serves alcohol all day till mitnight. And there is a beach bar where you can drink soft and an alcoholic drinks up till 18.00 every day. And you can eat your lunch at the beach bar aswell. The beach is nice and sandy , but i would reccomend to buy shoes to the sea though,as somewhere is a little rocky parts as you walking to the water. Sea is shallow and very clean. There are egyptians which are offering all kinds of activities on the beach , like a massage, trips, spa, etc. I bought a boat trip with one of the guys, i paid him right than and there, and 3 days after away we went with a boat!! No problem, you can trust them , they will keep their word. The guy even said, there is only 50% chance that we see the dolphins , but we did ! The manager is always there to keep eye on everything, he helped us after we lost a card for a towel. The owner is there too, go keep an eye on his stuff. I will come back definetely, and there are many people , which are coming back to this hotel, we've met people which has been to this hotel 2times, 5 times, 6times..

Terrible Location, very unfriendly reception, whether they ignore you completely, or you get told to sit down and wait. You can spend your time repelling countless flies that land on you. If youre lucky, they didnt forget about you. Security will search you everytime you enter the Hotel (only if you look "western") They seized our Shisha-tobacco and stole our Shisha with equipment from our room! The Rooms are really worn down and in serious need for restauration. None of us has black long hair. The sheets had stains on them and we found used Ear-cleaners under the fridge, yummy. The Food is simply not edible, ive lost 2kg in 8 days, also intense toilet experiences caused by the stuff they are serving. Relax at the Beach? Not without being harrassed by many salesman who want to sell safaris/massages and even cocktails you get for free at the bar. Beer is served in plastic cups, that are washed and reused, sometimes beer taste like dishwashing soap and you have some ladys lipstick on them.yuck. At dusk, the Plants get flooded with some kind of sewage water which fills the air with nice fecal stench. 80% moslem guests, at daytime, the pools are filled with obese burkas. there is trash in the whole area laying around, empty cups, emptied plates with used cutlery laying around for days. Ask yourself if it wouldnt be better to stay at home at all, if 20Eur/night is all you can spend for holiday. Read my detailed reviews for recommendations to avoid scam.

We have revisited the hotel this winter and to say the least our holiday was delightful !
The location of the hotel is great for sightseeing or exploring the city. Food was tasty and never disappointed us. The room was also clean, TV, fridge and air conditioning worked perfectly.
The staff was always friendly and very helpful if we needed anything. The animation was also great! Everyday they prepared many engaging activities at the beach and a nice programme in the evening. Overall, nice hotel, lovely staff and good atmosphere.

I can honestly say I have never stayed in such a disgusting place.
The rooms are falling apart , the hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work, the windows are covered with wooden doors so the room is dark and gloomy, the fridge in the room was lob sided
The pools in the complex looked really nice , until you went to get in them and the were colder than ice .
The food was that bad in the restaurant we ate out at night. They had put meatballs on one night and they looked like they had been passed through the resorts cats a few times
In fact the whole place was that bad that we made our excuses got a refund for the nights we didn't stay and booked in another resort down the road.
The only nice thing was the private beach.
Stay here at your peril

The hotel attracts with its beautiful architecture, beautiful garden and nice people who work there.
very friendly and responsive guys at the front desk, you can make any request, complaint and your problem will be resolved immediately.
The food is delicious, varied, a lot of vegetables, salads, fish, chicken. The rooms are clean, with a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and a large balcony overlooking the garden and the sea.
Heated children's pool. Animation program during the day.
I can recommend Le Pacha hotel and we will be back soon.
Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable.
