We vacationed together with my husband from 07/03/23-07/13/23. We checked in after 23:00 and asked to be given a good room right away, hinting that I would be grateful. But they decided to immediately take us and another couple to rooms without a balcony, and then for $20 they gave us a room with a balcony. Room 1428 turned out to be very noisy, there was a lot of noise from the air conditioner and noise from the neighboring hotel (some kind of water was pumping, we still didn’t understand what was happening there). We changed the number to 1127 for another $5. There wasn’t much choice in terms of food right away, so you understand, the chicken stuffed with rice for dinner was cut by the chef himself). But the food changed with the massive arrival of Arabs, there was more variety of meat, and queues appeared in the restaurant, because... The Arabs take in more of everything, and more than half remains uneaten on the tables. There was little fruit, mostly apples, dates, green melon, some bananas; the cook cut the watermelon and gave it to us. But we came across the sea, so we were happy about it. The entrance to the sea is in corrals, there are a lot of fish swimming, we saw a stingray, a stone fish, a moray eel, a Nemo fish, a sea cucumber, a cuttlefish, etc., we swam with masks. The animation is mediocre, volleyball on the beach, stretching, in the evening mainly for children, but from time to time there was a show program. Of the service staff, I liked the waiters (running around, clearing one plate at a time) and the people cleaning the room, they delighted us with swans and flowers. The hotel guide from the tour helped us change our room, for which we thank him, although we only bought one excursion from him.

Nice hotel in the middle of the main shopping street Sheratonroad.
Non-alcoholic drinks available 24 hours a day in the lobby bar. Alcoholic drinks available from 10am to 12pm.

2 swimming pools. 1 with slides. The one with slides is a heated pool! Very nice. Beds on the beach and at the pool have thick mattresses. And every day you can pick up a clean bath towel at 1 of the 2 huts.

Room with extra bed is an extra bed in a double room. Bathroom is outdated. And cleaning isn't really that great. This could definitely be better, but it was okay. Air conditioning is available. This seems to be in the heating button.
Very spacious balcony!

Staff is very helpful and loves children. Do everything they can to serve and entertain you. Especially in the restaurant :)
Food was hot and different every night. You can always get rice and fresh pizzas from the pizza oven every evening!

All in all a wonderful holiday in warm Egypt.

Currently I am in the hotel since December 16th until 29th room 1206 the problem I had on my arrival the hotel was 30 percent full there is an alley with two lines of rooms in winter one side with permanent sun and the other side in the shade I asked the 1st floor with balcony I am put on the second floor I ask to change to the person in charge of the reception he puts at the head of the client the people they want on the first floor he puts me in the shade Two days of battle for a sun side ☀️ but no 1st floor while they are empty and tell me the opposite
I'm here until the 29th maybe a gesture will be made from here the especially as I return to this hotel from January 2nd for 10 days
It is not the great luxury but the atmosphere is good friendly staff very average food but considering the price it goes frankly bedding is good
The negative the receptionist a little effort on his part and everything would be very nice maybe the manager will read my opinion room 1206

From 27 July to 3 August 2024 we booked an apartment for four people. We arrived at 11 pm. For the children neither a bed was prepared nor were sufficient towels available. Only the staff member who helped us with the suitcases felt responsible to the extent that he provided additional linen. The bed we fixed with our underbed, so it stayed in the week. Minus the behavior of some guests, for which the hotel is not directly responsible, the tables and chairs show unmistakable traces of numerous guests long past, some of whom stuck. The fact that there are no plates available every now and then during peak hours, which also show traces after many years of use, but which can in no way come from the blunt knives, which are often misused as screwdrivers, is comforted by cheap plastic and paper cups that are always available and happily roll through the system. Much of the crockery is attached, this supports the overall dusty impression quite effectively. The service, from the reception to the vast majority in the gastronomy, has adapted to the ageing charm of the complex. It is not beyond the scope of this review if I were to list by name those who stood out for their kindness and helpfulness. Water is not included in the inclusive offer; I can still understand this, but this finds its limits when two 0.5 litre bottles are offered as equivalent both in quantity and price for the 1.5 litre bottles that are no longer available. If the price increases the next day, equanimity and the shop around the corner are required. Even on superficial inspection, the shortcomings, the listlessness and indifference are unmistakable - last but not least, we made our luggage ourselves to the check-out, which was called in on time at twelve by phone while we were still waiting for the pick-up of the luggage, but the reception could not organize a pick-up even on request. I award a star to the large number of cats that the children enjoyed and that, even during meals, not only frolicked under the tables and chairs.

Travelled with my partner and my dad who’s 90, we’ve stayed at the majority of the beach hotels in the town centre which have better reviews, risking it a bit with the reviews for here.
How wrong we were, it’s brilliant. Yes the rooms are dated but clean and everything serves its purpose we’re in 1407 ground floor front and back door private patio veiw of the pool and manicured gardens and palm trees, air con works perfectly mini fridge, if you want to stock it yourself. Fill your water bottles in reception it won’t kill you.
The food is amazing always hot and plentiful different choices each day including home made chips that were the best, the usual chicken beef or fish. And something from the bbq.
The beach has a bar a snack bar, loads of sun beds. Bit rocky to get in but floated over them.
Reception made sure us English had a kettle to make a brew, brought our own Yorkshire tea bags 😉.
It’s a nice size, especially for my dad everything in close proximity beach 2 mins restaurant 2 mins pool 30 seconds, dining room is on the first floor and no lifts at all. We managed no problem.
The pools and gardens are well maintained it’s a beautiful little resort, and no crazy music blaring out all day.
You can actually relax.
We’re not for the animation, however we were invited, and they did have a show each evening again not for us.
We did take our own cups for beers on an evening shame to waste so much plastic each time you get a drink. And saves getting up every ten minutes, and the staff don’t mind.
In the town centre so all the hustle and bustle on your doorstep, brilliant for all your handbags and T shirts.
The marina 15 minutes walk away just turn right out of reception.
Very few English again no problem to us, but you’re missing a bargain. Give Le Pacha a try absolutely worth every penny.

We visited the Le Pacha Resort Hotel with friends in September 2023. We preferred single rooms. Check-in took place right after arriving at the hotel, sometime around 3 p.m. We accepted the offered rooms and checked in.
The rooms are furnished just for a week's stay. I wasn't expecting gold faucets.
The rooms were clean, the sheets were nicely crisp.
All-inclusive meals were absolutely sufficient. Breakfasts were repeated every day, lunches and dinners were changed every day with a grill menu. Lunch - grill on the beach, dinner - grill at the main restaurant.
The range of drinks was also sufficient. The beer was always well chilled, the hard alcohol was gone and the soft drinks were also good. Coffee and tea is available throughout the day in the lobby bar and in the open bars on the beach or by the pool.
Overall, I rate the stay as very good.
We will go back there again this year.

We rested with a girl at the end of September 2023. It was my first trip to Egypt. The hotel is located close to the city center, on the first line. Upon arrival, we were immediately checked into our room; they did not ask for any additional payment or anything else in exchange for a good room. The room, generally speaking, is 3+ out of 5. More or less clean, all amenities are there. The room was cleaned every day, but the bed linen was not changed. When we left a tip, they immediately changed everything and made us geese out of towels :)
In terms of nutrition - rating 4 out of 5. I can’t say that the food is very varied, but what is prepared is quite tasty and satisfying. If you are not a particularly picky person, you will be satisfied, as are we.
Alcohol and drinks are of good quality.
The service staff are all friendly, they don’t speak Russian well, but you can come to an agreement, one way or another.
There are a lot of cats on the hotel premises, and there are also cages with cute parrots. Regarding the beach - good, comfortable. There were a lot of sun loungers, enough for everyone. The mattresses on the sunbeds are comfortable, however, both the sunbeds and the mattresses are a bit old. There is a bar on the beach where you can have lunch. The sea is clean, but you can’t do without coral slippers. There is also a massage room and diving center on site. We recommend taking excursions through an employee of the Max diving center (he is in the photo). He speaks Russian well, will tell you everything in detail, and won’t force unnecessary things on you. And excursions through him are much cheaper than through a hotel guide. Max can be found on the beach area. We took an excursion to Paradise Island and diving through him, and we were delighted! To summarize the above, the hotel is for picky people, well suited for those looking for a calm, quiet holiday.

The hotel is mid-range and deals with a reception from Prof. Fadi is very nice. The room maker is a little bit of taste first I received the rooms no fabrics, no soap, no mineral water, no tea catel asked him about fabrics from us. Rooms are impeccably clean and there’s no in-room water like any less ordinary hotel! The rooms are not clean and the towels are too much used!
Very respectful Polynesian workers, especially
A/See respect and ethics Good food The hotel is a bit of a hassle because it's full of kids and the rocky sea doesn't suit everyone

Good afternoon. 🌞
We returned from vacation, the vacation was excellent, the hotel was price=quality.
The food is good and varied, breakfast is served in the main restaurant, for tomorrow they offer, of course, scrambled eggs, omelettes with various vegetable additives, a variety of cheeses, sausages, local food, boiled eggs, sausages, hot croissants, French sandwiches, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, buns, pancakes Everything is very tasty and satisfying.
For lunch you can go to the main restaurant or stay at the beach restaurant. The main restaurant offers 2 types of soup, various dressed salads, meat, goulash, fish and side dishes. The beach restaurant offers 2 types of meat, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, pizza.
Animation: the guys are trying, Thanks to them for working with tourists, they offer to participate everywhere, exercises in the morning, aqua aerobics, belly dancing, in the afternoon: volleyball, boccia, darts.
In the evening there is an active show, shows, competitions, and a dance program. Well done to everyone who tries to create an atmosphere of positivity and joy. Thanks to Veronica, Caroline and the 2 boys. During the lunch break they leave the music on. Thank you for not resting in silence.
The rooms are good, there are rooms with large terraces and some with narrow ones, this time we were very lucky to be given a room with a large good terrace. It was a pleasure to relax 🙃
Room cleaning is provided daily.
The holiday was a success, we will definitely come back again, we hope the check-in at the hotel will be much more active so that more tourists will participate in the animation.😃🙌🏻Creating each other’s mood.
The staff at the hotel reception are wonderful, check-in and check-out are quick, they don’t bother you for a long time, and everything is to the point. Thanks for the rest 💓

All the staff are good in Le pacha but i especially want to thank Khaled from the restaurant bar.
Khaled has always been an outstanding presence in any bar he works at, and his skills with guests are truly remarkable. Whether it's in a restaurant bar or at the beach bar, his ability to make every guest feel welcome and valued stands out. At the restaurant bar, he’s always efficient, attentive, and effortlessly creates a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Guests appreciate his ability to remember their names, preferences, and moods, making each visit feel personal.

But at the beach bar, Khaled truly comes alive. It’s clear this is the place where he truly belongs. His natural charm and ease with people are amplified by the laid-back, sun-kissed environment. Every guest seems to be drawn to him, and the energy he brings to the beach bar transforms the space into something more than just a place to have a drink—it's a place to connect, relax, and enjoy the moment. Time and again, I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback from guests, praising how he goes above and beyond to make their experience special. Khaled doesn’t just do his job; he makes it an experience people want to come back for.
