For a 3* Hotel its a real great place. Ok, the rooms are a bit old but clean. There is no Geraman TV, which I do not need anyway. § weeks no TV at all. For people who want to walk in the evenings its perfects, as it is right in the center of Hurghada. Lots of local shps and restaurants , the new Marina in 15 min walking distance. We been there 10+ times. Would alsways go back. Dinner is goood, lunch as well but I eat lunch outside as we are on the Sea.

Me and my fam have been to Egypt many times before so we kinda know what to expect. LePacha at first impression is a bit tired resort but in the end it felt like home and during your stay you might see them painting walls or repairing balconies. So getting better every day :D Our check in was fastest we have ever had in Egypt, everybody were very helpful, a guy at reception spoke very good English and understood everything perfectly what we asked. He even let us choose what rooms and where we want them. So we got nice rooms on first floor exactly at the centre of resort - not so much to walk to restaurant and not so much to the beach either. Our rooms were clean and cozy, got a lot of closets and shelves. The cleaner boy was very friendly and even when we didn't leave him any tip he still made some sheet statues on our beds and organized our stuff on the table. Food was good and with all-in there was always some place offering it anytime at daylight. Some nights they had cultural evenings so we got Egyptian type food one day, the other day we got Mexican food - quesadillas, bolognese, tequila etc. You even get one free dinner at their fancier restaurant but I warn you that food is better there so if you don't want to ruin your appetite then leave the free meal for the last night ;D So, food was good and I am sure that everybody will find something tasty there. Bar was one of the best all-in bars of the Egypt 3-4 star hotels ive been. They had vodka, brandy, whiskey, tequila, rum, gin and beer. Yeah, it's not that strong alco and isn't as good as bottles from your local liquor store but for a week or two that will be just fine. If you make some friends at the bar they even make you special coctails. They also had a very good variety of soft drinks. These even tasted as good as they should not like sprite mixed with water which i got from the other hotel. Beach was clean and had a big bar& dining area. They also have two pools one is warm and have waterslides (would reccomend was fun) the other one is cold. At the beach it's common that they come and offer you spa procedures or trips etc but they all were really friendly and understood if we said that sorry we are not in the mood to discuss it right now. Massage at the spa was really good, I'd say one of the best ones in my life. Me and my father were lucky cus we got a very good massagists. My sister wasnt so lucky - her massage was very good but the girl was stopping and leaving the room after every few minutes. So it depends who will massage you ;) At the first days I didn't really notice the animation team. I was wondering if they even have a one. But then we found hotel show room and the shows got better with every night. They had bellydancers, people from circus, dance nights etc. Every night we had a karaoke or disco night but they always ended before the midnight not to disturb peace. On the daytime they had volleyball tournaments and dance lessons. I liked their program but I have seen a better one. Maybe the show and activities depends of the visitors too or the animatiors are just starting to get in the right shape - who knows. But in conclusion it was really nice hotel, with very nice and caring staff, everything was under control and guests were treated with respect. Just a reminder that it's about you too and how you treat the people who are working for your good. If you are looking for a western 4 star hotel then I wouldn't reccomend that place to you but if you are not that picky, happy with your good all-in vacay life, like our family, you will have a wonderful time there.

I visit Hurghada every winter, yet I usually stay in big resorts around Makadi Bay, which tend to be large, with spacious rooms and grounds, but they are far away from the city centre. This year I book myself for a few days to city centre hotel and I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel in located right on the nice stretch of the beach which is good for swimming. The hotel location is right on Sheraton Road with all the shops and bar, so you getting the best of both words. The room was large, simply furnished, yet comfortable enough, with safe, fridge, flat screen tv and huge furnished balcony. All room overlook pools or the sea, all rooms comes with balconies or terraces on the ground floor. One of the swimming pools was heated and it was very nice to have it in January. You could use pool from 9 am until sunset, what was max 5pm. I didn't like this time limitation, as i like to go for a swim just before my dinner. The sea temperature was pleasant, around 24C. The hotel was not very busy in January what was good for the guests. The staff were really nice, efficient and friendly through out the complex. It is rather big complex. I guess, when hotel gets busy it may be different experience as I thought the restaurant and lobby was rather small. The all inclusive rate which I got was fantastic, food was pretty good, every time I found something good to eat. Alcohol and sodas are local. They serve Stella beer [Egyptian -good]. The hotel is nothing luxurious, but overall everything is good and fantastic value. I would definitely consider this hotel in the future. On the Sheraton road, there are only 3 other hotels worth consideration. I would strongly suggest to book yourself for a massage. masseur was professional and it costed less then £15/hour. There is also free shuttle bus to Senzo Mall nearby, which is good for shopping. There is supermarket and they have fixed, displayed prices.

Warning!! Don’t stay at this hotel ever if you want to have a good vacation!!! Check in process was horrible!!!.. Front desk and house keeping staff is terrible (Abdallah, Fady and Osama) Took us almost 5 hours to check in. They are not helpful at all and Our suit had a couch and a small bed for a suit for 4 people!!! When asked get an extra bed..they tried to convince us that this is normal and didn’t get the extra bed!!! Management doesn’t care and not available. When asked for the hotel manager..Fady the reservation guy said he is not available and we can’t reach him!!! Unfriendly staff and place for handicapped people..Requested a room with no stairs..never happened and they didn’t care although the company we made the reservation through sent them a request to honor the handicap request!! They are the worst so unprofessional and they don’t care. Front desk staff were cursing in Arabic to some German tourists while checking in as if no one can understand them but I speak Arabic!!! So ghetto! We are staying for the night and leaving tomorrow..just terrible!! Never go there..

We travelled on 25th Nov to stay at Le Pacha in loop Hurghada! We arrived at the hotel at 01.30am on the 26th so had not had any of food and drink on 25th!!! On initial arrival hotel not bad! A bit tired and in need of tlc! Generally we had a good fortnight! Drinks! What a load of rubbish! Beer was OK when it was cold which was very rare! Nothing on draught all bottled and was never kept in the fridge! Didn't load pool bar fridges till 10am when they opened so nothing was cold except soft drinks dispenser! Spirits! OMG disgusting! They smelled horrible and tasted even worse! Be warned! Wine! Was only available at mealtimes! For the first week or so wasn't brilliant but then one lunchtime it looked like ribena! They decant into bottles from cartons and had added too much water! It was disgusting and my friend kicked off! Gave us wine from the carton after that as when we went to get some from the bar had to say good wine not rubbish wine!!! Still tried it on mind! Food! This was generally OK but got repetitive in 2nd week! There was some nice meals and some not so nice meals! Ate out a few times as well! If you like mayo with your salad then go local supermarket and get some as they don't t have it in the hotel! Restaurant staff usually quite attentive and always had a smile except 1 or 2 but mostly good! Main pool staff Khaled and abo Roshdy brilliant staff! You made our time there more memorable! Lobby toilet /cleaning staff! 1 asked my friend to go back in the toilets with him! Use your imagination as to what he wanted! Good luck on reporting any issues with your room! Our friends had problems with their door lock and shower and reported both on numerous occasions took them 10 days to sort but in a fashion! Right! When people were checking out at 12 noon they got to keep their bands on until they left the premises regardless of whatever time they were going to the airport 3pm 5pm 7pm or even 11pm!!! Now then we paid to keep our room on $20 not bad we thought! 5.35pm cleaner knocking on door wanting to clean room! Only just got out of the shower! Sent him away! Finally we get to reception and handed in room key and towel card and they cut our bands off! I asked them why! AI finished he said! We were puzzled! We went and sat outside discussing our options! By this time my blood was boiling so I went back to reception and queried everything! As I was trying to sort out he kept stopping me mid sentence to see to others guests this happened 4 times! How rude! I was told if we wanted dinner to pay $6! No way I said! Proceeded to say that 4 people had left in the late afternoon and up to 11pm and had still had there bands on why were we not allowed ours! He said no one keeps their bands! My friends still had theirs and they left at 5pm! Someone who left 2 days after us still had their band when they left late afternoon! He said to come back at 8.30 to speak to the manager! No chance is basically what I said to him too late for my husbands to eat for his medication! The reception staff were rude and ignorant! I ended up over the road in tears as I was so angry and the restaurant staff there were upset for me! I have emailed the hotel and told them off in a not do nice way for their staffs behavior. I had a reply giving me their utmost apologies for the way I was treated! This holiday was a birthday present for my husband for his 60th which had been spoiled by their staff! They have offered me their VIP band system complimentary early check in and check out! No good as I will not be returning to that hotel ever or even Hurghada! Doubt my husband will even go back to Egypt now! They have ruined it for us! Think twice before going here! There are words I actually used that I am not allowed to put in this review! Make your own mind up which ones!
