Please don't visit this hotel or any of the hawaii hotels chain , starting from the check in the reception hall was more than crowded and too much noise, we arrived at 12 pm and the check in process took more than THREE hours we stayed in a crowded room with a man calling guests names with a microphone ,with us having a one year old baby that was a disaster and they told us okay wear the bracelet and go quickly have your lunch it will end in 10 minutes untill your room is prepared so we refused and started to get angry insisting to go to the room first finally we were took to our room that was luckily somehow clean but with deteriorated , broken door locks and poor view , we had only one hour left before the pools and the beach are closed and here we found the disaster the pools were extremely crowded I don't know how is that hotel working during the covid-19 with 50% that was more than 80% or even more capacity, with guests going everywhere having really bad attitude and not respecting our privacy or even social distancing. We tried the least crowded pool it was okay but it closed after 10 minutes then we tried the beach which was really bad and muddy. Then we decided to have some snacks which were like every thing very very poor, also dinner was extremely bad you get a lot of choices but you can't eat anything other than fruits and pasta even the smell of the restaurant is disgusting. at night there's no shows no animation team, the staff were somehow okay but they are extremely tired and busy. We finally luckily managed to check out the next morning as we couldn't complete our vacation in such a bad hotel. …
I was in hawaii caeser dreams on 10 th sep till 12 sep. I forgot my golden ring in the save box in the room. Usually in good and proffessional hotels honest house keeping staff take lost things to box to give it back to hotel guest but in Hawaii when l told them that lwant my golden ring they said that they didn't find any thing.
The kind and careful treatment my friends and business partners whom I had been traveling with, received the best reception, and everyone went above and beyond the best treatment and dealings with customers I have ever seen. Great customer service! A friendly smile and respectful manner, gors a long way. I not only got to meet and shake the hand of the manager,but also I was honored that the owner was onsite and I also got to meet him and shake his hand also! The friendly and kind exchange of short conversation was a special privilege and honor for me! I share a travel agency with my Egyptian business partner, and we both highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The pools were all clean, there was plenty of helpful staff around the aqua park, the rooms are spacious and the beds were confortable. The views lovely, the food daily was superb! So much international variety ethnically and it seemed they never ran out of anything! Great amenities, and the animation show was a great show each night, and if you explored the hotel, you can find other smaller shows going on! We enjoyed a fun belly dancing show with invited audience participation encouraged! It was also so relaxing at the beach. Also the counter crew was extra helpful in arranging and helping book excursions. My friends and I enjoyed a lovely cruise to Giftun Island and snorkeling. I could go on and on. Let's just say, I was greatly impressed all the way. One of the best experiences of my life. Qnd O visit Egypt often. I will definitely be back as soon as travel is safe again! I can hardly wait! To start with, even though COVID-19 is still active, yet the reception was crowded, and no face masks, no gloves nothing what so ever. We had to wait for an hour to receive our rooms, which they were utterly disgusting, and they smelled. The ACs where broke. The bed sheets where dusty. The bathrooms where disgusting on a whole new level. They smelled, the toilet didn't flush well. Showers where sandy and muddy. And don't get me started on how the restaurants were that horrible. There was no AC. The weather was hot and humid. The food's quality was not that good. And there was no variety what so ever.
