The only good thing there is the lobby. There is a manager there who is very professional in dealing with the guests . There is nothing bad there. Very bad staff in everything the best person there is the manager of the lobby bar GOMAA ❤️ This is something that happened to us there. He treated us with respect and tried to give us the best service. I just hope the hotel management will give the team training how to deal with guests like the manager GOMAA Frankly, you are proud that a man like this works with you, GOMAA, you are really the best, I hope you go somewhere else
I have stayed in several hotels across the world, and this was by fat the worst experience ive ever had, The hotel was dirty, the management staff rude an dismissive and the food was unedible. On the first night we checked in after been informed by love holidays that our original hotel wasnt available and this was the only alternative. The rooms we where given where filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned. There where urnine stains still on the toilet, dust everywhere and the door handle on one of the rooms was been held on by a single nail. after complaining to love holidays we where summoned to the manager who offered us new room which where a slight improvement after having the heads of housekeeping, maintenance and the hotel manager attend and us sending the cleaner back several times. After this rough start we went to the bar and where again disappointed despite the hotels website and internal information saying there where 2 bars open (lobby & Downstairs) Only the lobby was available with a large queue. The drinks on offer where Vodka or Rum in the smallest plastic cubs they could possibly find. I understand that the plastic cups where due to covid regulations (one of the few the the hotel bothered with) the size of them was unreasonable considering you have to walk up a flight of stair and que each time you need a refill this continued for the rest of the trip. we ended up buying our own cups from a shop and the bar staff eventually got used to filling them up for us After a few hours of this we decided to call it a night at 10.30 The next day i ventured for breakfast only to be again disappointed at the selection, toast was available but no butter, to get a fried egg you had to queue. other than these options the other selections where interesting to say the least (Rice pudding, Some interesting looking fruit and a selection of pastries which wernt to bad but eventually tasted stale after a few days Lunch and dinner where pretty much the same food everyday none of it very appetizing in our few days there i think i managed to one meal which was cold. The animation team where again a complete disappointment with a small kids show and then some music on repeat till 10 pm when all went quiet and most of the guest took this as the call togo to bed. the only time they actually spoke to us was twice to try and sell us disco tickets and once to myself they muttered something to me in Russian despite knowing i was English (as we where the only English in the hotel) This pattern continued for days finding food on our outings in restaurants and even doing a food shop at the supermarket. We where originally booked for 17 days and decided to walk away after day 7 this is the first time ive ever walked away from a holiday before. and did think i was been to harsh until the day we decided to leave, we had packed our bags and went to sit by the pool till our taxi arrived a few hours later, When we went to get them we found a note on our door stating that we where going to be charged for late checkout and our doors where looked i had togo to the reception to get the keys recut, Upon checkout i was asked by reception why we where leaving early to which my response at this time after having enough was that we just had to leave, they promptly cut off our wristbands to ensure that we couldn't use any of the facility's while waiting Our bags where moved to a storage area by the door and when we went to collet them as our taxi was due we where told that we couldn't have them until they had checked our rooms, Ive never had this from any hotel in the past and made me feel like a criminal that they where going to check if we had stolen stuff. Overall i was left feeling more angry then i had before. If your thinking of booking this hotel i would seriously reconsider they are not suitable for a English tourists and had mainly Russian and Ukrainian guests.…
Warning don't go to this hotel from the moment love hoildays changed r hotel only giving us 12 hrs warning but we thought we would go pics looked nice but omg from mo we got there was terrible got to r rooms well view was like we just walked into a war zone the balcony was dangerous n the room was disgusting mould n dirty broken furniture we called r rep n nx day had letter to see manger they were changing r rooms we went with em to inspect rooms I work in hotels I no how to inspect em n I had to tell em how to clean it n change stuff but least view was better so after that we thought ok get on with hoilday but nope went for dinner n omg food terrible all we found was rolls no marg n sum salad n melon everything eles I wouldn't even give my dog it they do not cater for English people as soon as u walked into the restaurant u smelt liver every day n nite nothing was different same food from last nite in end we didn't bother which is not good for an all-inclusive hotel the drinks were bad too only vodka or rum in a tiny plastic cup mange to get 2 beers all wk no cocktails even in room u got no milk no spoon no toilet roll just nothing n entertainment I won't even bother cos all u got is kids doing same dace same music every day n nite all the interesting in is selling disco tickets n there phones never even smoke to us no one spoke English they don't need to cos no English in hotel just usso if u thinking of going to this hotel please don't yr either leave get food poisoning or catch sum thing because they don't clean no where 3 times I told staff about toilets leaking n poo all over floor n doors don't lock no toilet roll n nx day nothing had change no covid cleaning staff wear mask around there chins no touch points cleaned only good thing was u could go out to the mall to get food n a descent coffee cos they didn't have it at hotel can't believe a all inclusive hotel couldn't even make a coffee with milk last straw was getting a rude note on r doors telling us to see reception to pay 25 quid for over staying but we were there for another 10 days which couldn't do we changed r flights n left after 7days of stree n rudeness no eatable food no room service its a shambles not the hoilday we paid for…
Avoid at all cost!! Hotel is so dirty, no housekeeping, towels not being changed - you have to chase reception for hours for them to do anything..Same nasty food everyday.. my partner had a food poisoning and spend 5 days out of 10 of our holiday in bed , management didn’t care and when we complained hotel Manager kept saying that their food is amazing.. if you don’t want to get food poisoning, avoid!!! This hotel is so dirty that it must be closed!!! Mould in the bathroom , fridge and even kettle .. They also charge you $1 for bottle of water and said if you don’t want to pay you need to wait for housekeeping which is literally not exiting.. Also they serve alcoholic drinks in small plastic cups and if you ask to put more they refuse. You only allowed 2 cups at a time, so imagine how many times you actually going to the bar and had to wait in the queue.. its not an all inclusive experience!!! If you want vine you can only have it during breakfast, lunch and dinner other than that its not available. The only options are cheap gin, rum, whisky ir vodka or a few cocktails.. so basically if you want a nice drink you have to pay for it.. AVOID!!!…
We were placed in this hotel by Hvezda travel instead of the hotel we had booked. We were the only English people in hotel, The pools had segregated pools that prohibited different religions from using them. The food was awful and usually over cooked and then left to go cold. There was a poor selection and dishes were not labelled. The standards in the room was appalling and dangerous. 1 example was a rusty screw sticking half inch in the air just outside the entrance to r the shower. In the shower you had to walk around under the weak flow to get wet. There were no COVID 19 precautions in place other than the 20% of staff that wore masks as chin warmers. Only 1 of the 4 available restaurants were open. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
