A wonderful holiday. When we arrived we had been given the wrong room but this was quickly sorted by Karim and Ilena on reception. After this we had a wonderful holiday, the staff are really friendly but not over the top. Thanks to in particular: Adel, Ashraf, Joseph and Mustafa. Italian restaurant well worth a visit and the main restaurant is fine, there is always something to eat and I am fussy. My only disappointment was the Spa was closed so massages where in a temporary wooden structure so no air con and a bit scruffy but I am sure the next time I visit the new spa will be finished.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. One of the best places I've ever stayed at. I would give it 100 out of 100. The staff and management are very humble with a big heart. I would recommend everyone to come to this hotel then another hotel in hurghada.

The staff are very friendly. The receptionist very friendly and helpful Our representative has lots of information very kind. Friendly and caring. Looked after us. I would recommend this hotel. Lots of facilities. Lots of day trips organized by rep. We got breakfast box and wake up calls.

Hotel is not that clean and if you like plastic cups for drinking out of this is for you… you get what you pay for it’s a 3 star at best. Russian are ignorant as usual!! But good point are the weather was amazing, food ok nothing special entertainment boring! The harbour is a 15 minute taxi ride which is about 3£ ( great value) do not get taxi from hotel it’s 15£… Steinberger next door is where we will stay next time as that truly is lovely…

It is a beautiful place, with extraordinary gardens, like a haven.. food was really good, rooms are large and clean. Really good place for families with kids, they even have small tables and chairs, tv with cartoons, so the kids can enjoy themselves during the meal. It is a 10-minute walk from the beach, but there is a small bus going on all day..

I had the best time here and the staff were lovely. One staff memeber was amazing.. Mouawad Mahmoud treated us like royalty, everyday he went above and beyond to help us at meal times. He always had a smile on his face, he clearly works very hard and was so welcoming and friendly. He's a credit to your team and made our stay with you such a positive one.
