I'm currently still at the hotel whilst writing this. I've had a lovely lazy day in the sun on the marina, and now enjoying the free WiFi and a drink. This resort is very large, and has everything onsite. The pool is absolutely huge and the walkway to the end of the bay is stunning. There are sunbeds everywhere. There are lots of bars. There are lots of places to eat. The food is always fresh and cooked really well, plenty of it too, you never go hungry here.
The rooms are large, tea & coffee everyday, plus you get free bottles of coke, lemonade and water. Rooms cleaned everyday, cleaner is a nice guy.
Free use of beach towels.
Security at the front and coming into reception, so always safe.
I think we are the only English this week 😂 but the hotel is so welcoming of us and like that fact they don't see many English. Everyone is German or Scandinavian, but we have had some nice chats with those who speak English. So don't let this put you off, in fact, you are more welcomed.
The 2 lagoons of sea water are beautiful, our ground floor room opens up to the sea which is very welcomed every morning.
I could carry on about so much about this hotel, but I think all the good reviews say it all.
Snorkeling is a must. You can buy snorkels here.
The one thing also, is the staff. Can't name anyone singular, but they are all friendly, helpful, from bar staff, reception, cleaners, they all work hard and always say hello with a smile.
You will not be disappointed if you came here.
Would I come back ? ... Hell Yes !

We have just returned from 3 weeks at the Arabia Azur resort in Hurghada,Egypt. The hotel is situated right by the water, has a large swimming pool and two lagoons. The water was clear and the lagoons were lovely to swim in. The weather was between 21-26 degrees. The sun was warm in the day but the evenings were very chilly. Taake warm clothes for the evenings. The rooms were large and very Comfortable with tea/coffee in rooms and water, 7 Up and cola in the fridge. These were all replenished when necessary. If you live on the lagoon the views are fantastic. The staff were friendly and competent. The food on the whole was good, the fruit, sallads and desserts were excellent, the fish and meat were not always the best. The waiters were friendly but some took time fetching drinks ( or forgot) But not Essam Mohamed who was quick, friendly and very service minded. Thank you Essam, we enjoyed meeting you. Arabia azur resort was very friendly and welcoming, hotel staff could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The food got better as the week went on with themed nights, the Italian was very nice as was the Thai. The beach area by the lagoons were great for snorkelling and life guards made you feel safe. The evening entertainment was good and lots to do during the day. We went on a submarine trip which I would recommend to all for all ages and the submarine goes under the water with divers feeding the fish so lots to see. We also went on the Quad bikes where in the break you could ride a camel which was really good but be prepared for a bumpy ride on the bikes.The rooms were clean and spacious and you had bottled water, Pepsi and seven up topped up every day for free. I would definitely go back again. The airport was much nicer than the reviews I had read and going through arrivals the only issue was passengers not filling in their landing card and having cash. On our departure the airport does have multiple points to check passports and luggage however this was not anywhere as bad as the reviews I had read and was actually ok, please fill out your boarding card before you go through passport control. We had a great time with lots to do and would have liked to have stayed longer.

We were in several hotels in Egypt. Since we got to know the Arabia Azur, we only go there and the next BelAir. This resort has become our heart's desire and we have been here 11 times this year. We went to Arabia mainly because if we arrived early in the morning, we could go to breakfast even against international standards and we got a room as soon as possible. We went to dinner to start and it was not a problem to find a place. There was plenty to choose from at the Marina for lunch and you didn't have to go to the hotel. We watched the animation program in peace over a glass. But that is no longer the case. If you arrive early in the morning you are not entitled to breakfast and you start with lunch. We are without water in the room, because you do not have a bracelet, they waited from 5 o'clock. in the morning until 12.15 pm. It is interesting that the guests who came after us at 9.00 received the bracelets immediately. We went to dinner at 7 pm and we found a vacancy at 8.30 pm, when my wife no longer wanted dinner. You have to watch the animation program by the pool while standing, because the sunbeds are all occupied by the Arab community. In the morning, when you come to the sea, not a single lounger is available, as all have towels from 6.00 am The hotel is proud to give away APG loyalty cards. We have an orange one, but it does not apply at all. No one takes it into account and there is no benefit to it. What is stated on the site does not apply. Nevertheless, the hotel will remain a matter of the heart and I believe that this poor comfort is influenced by the Covid19 pandemic. The services of waiters, chefs and cleaning are at the same good level, the sea is still beautiful. I will be back next year and hopefully the hotel will be on the same level as before the pandemic.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, great location with fantastic veiws of Red Sea and the lagoon, add this to what I would class as an Olympic size swimming pool with never a problem getting a bed around either. The food was excellent plenty of variation throughout the week and plenty throughout the meal time sessions. The rooms whilst a little dated were spacious and clean. The hotels greatest asset are the staff everyone was always friendly and helpful whatever the time of day or night. The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport yet not under the airport flight path I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a holiday in Egypt.

We spent a wonderful week in Arabia Azur. The staff are really friendly - always smiling. Animation team are excellent.The beach is very nice and clean. The water is so clear at the sea that many species of fishes are seen when you're walking near the sea or snorkeling. Large range of meals and dishes, food is simply delicious. Two Estonian ladies, looking for sea and sun, positive impressions from first moments. Arabia is for guests who appreciate comfort, good food, nice large rooms and opportunity to snorkel on your own beach like in the middle of the sea! Riff is really great! Best moment of morning, looking at sunrise and enjoying fist cup of coffee on your huge balcony. Sorry guys, coffee at breakfast t is not drinkable, but it is so in Egypt... Territory is just that everything is nicely close. All staff is sincerely helpful, keeping all rooms clear, making good food, always joking and smiling to you. And if management will find some resources for 20 more sunbeds - We will sure gladly be back ! What else - between Arabella and Arabia hotels is ALi Baba shopping center. Smalls outside and big inside shops. Visit!

The location of Arabia Azur is amazing. It’s surrounded by the sea everywhere. The food is delicious and has variety, everyday there is a different menu. The staff is so polite, friendly, hard working and available to serve you anytime with a big smile. The restaurant, bars and cleaning staff will provide anything you ask for. Even if you are in the restaurant and you feel like eating something they had before, they would get it for you from the kitchen. The pool is heated in winter. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Drinks and water are replenished everyday. The entertainment team is hardworking, welcoming, friendly and so funny. They treat the guests as if they have been friends forever or like family. The whole atmosphere is so pleasant and enticing, even the guests are smiley and friendly. I met some nice people here and now we are friends. You can play volleyball, tennis, billiard, ping pong, squash, yoga and more. There are daily evening shows and activities including karaoke, belly dancing shows, tanora shows, free dancing, kids mini disco, card games and more. The resort is close to the city center and has easy access to cheap transportation. The ares is safe.

The check in was ok, a little slow, but that is the time of covid. i was early there so i had to wait but that was totally ok for me. when i asked about an upgrade from pool view to sea view i notices already that i annoyed the person at the reception. it is an all inclusive hotel, but internet only available for free at the lobby. wanted to work a little but this task i could totally forgot. i can not work where people are walking around. so i paid the amount for 1 week to get the internet in the room. in the room, i tried to log in on my mobile, tablet and laptop, and it did not work. after settled i went back to the reception, i asked if i could have a new code. the man disappeared an then went to have a call. he came back and told me that sorry, at the moment he can not help. the IT guy is not around. well funny and now ? after i asked him, he said i should come back in 2 hours. but in again in a totally annoyed matter. the same person i asked when bowling is opening, he then said at 18.00. well i found out from someone else in the hotel that bowling is closed already since one year because of covid. well fair enough. but why do i get such an information ?
in the morning at breakfast i saw that they have fresh squeezed juice. was looking forward to it. but they ask 2.50EUR for a glass. well there the all inclusive goes again.

Arabia Azur is an outstanding resort, realistically speaking I couldn't find one thing that was one bit dissatisfactory or lower than my expectations. In fact, I was quite impressed by the resort in general.
My husband and I stayed in the resort for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. Our double view room was cozy and spacious, the bathroom is roomy and very well-kept. Their are enough amenities that is replaced by the housekeeping daily or whenever it is required. The furniture is comfortable and the balcony is also wide, very enjoyable at night.
The pool is very clean and huge, most of it is child friendly and the life guards keep a close eye on it at all times. The pool bar is really good and offers a wide range of beverages. All items taste really good!! The bathrooms by the pool are also very clean. The marine area and restaurant are unique. The marine area is more deep into the sea, the walk to the marine area is gorgeous and has areas where you can immediately jump into the sea for snorkeling. The lagoon area is beautiful too, clear sea water, clean beaches, and a private experience.
Food is of very high quality at all the restaurants in the bar, quite healthy and always covers a variety of preferences for vegan and pescetarian people. Eating utensils and plates are always very clean. Table cloths and napkins are spotless too.
The staff are all very helpful and respectful. Waiters and chefs are professional and follow a strict hygiene protocol. The staff attend to all the guest's inquiries and requests in a very kind and welcoming manner at all times and they try to help you to the best of their abilities.
The resort's animation team are a group of youthful, energetic, enthusiastic and energetic people! Their presence immediately lightens the mood! They're positive, always smiling and playful, and they're all very talented. They also host and present the most interesting and enetertaining events on bothe the theater and the marine beach theater.
My husband and I's experience throughout the experience was quite unforgettable and we really can't wait to repeat it again as soon as possible. Truly recommend the resort for a remarkable and fun holiday!!

Yes you get it before you came out of the airport. But barg with them . It's more than one stand and they just accept cash . You can get better than the asking price 😉

The hotel has the customer relations desk at the lobby close to the entrance and they are very friendly and would help you with those two tours. Alternatively, my husband and I went to Cairo but we booked it when we were still in London. If you want to check it out you can go to Get Your Guide website. We did a one day trip to Cairo and The Pyramids by plane in December 2022. Totally worth it. They also have the option to go by bus, but it can be a very long day. I hope I have helped.
