Empire Hotel Aqua Park garners mixed reviews from its guests. While the hotel's location is often lauded for its convenience and picturesque setting, travelers have voiced their discontent regarding the value, pointing to additional costs and lackluster all-inclusive offerings. The cleanliness of the hotel generally receives positive remarks, although opinions on room conditions vary.

I’ll say right away that we chose the hotel from a cheap one, well, based on the description, reviews and location, we settled on this one. This is a 3, so we accept it as such.
Number. For an overnight stay and only) We were in the room for a short time. Hot water is already good.
One of the advantages is the beach, it is across the road, 5-6 minutes on foot. There is only one for 2 or 3 hotels, there are not enough sunbeds for this number of people, at best we managed to find one sunbed, and so we sunbathed on our mat)) The sun is insidious, sunscreen is a must! The sea is wonderful, there are corals and a lot of beautiful fish. The beach bar is all inclusive. The restaurant of the first line hotel is not included in All, as we understood and did not try to have lunch there, we went to lunch at our hotel. As for the food, everything is quite simple, the same type, but at the same time quite edible, even unexpectedly, the chefs are great. There are problems with dishes, unwashed ones, you need to look into them. There is a problem with the glasses, they are always either missing or poor. We brought them with us (thanks to the reviews) and they pour into them without any problems. Breakfasts are the most modest, boiled eggs, omelettes, cereals, vegetables, stewed vegetables, fresh, baked goods. There is certainly more choice for lunch and dinner.
We planned our leisure time for ourselves. Even before arriving, we knew what excursions we would go on) we contacted the camitourcom manager on Instagram, together we selected and found the best option, their prices were reasonable, the groups were not large, the guides were Russian-speaking, we really liked everything.
Mangoes and local natural oils from the El Baraka factory were brought home to the hotels. Eliteargan was chosen on the Instagram page and they were brought to our hotel, as I understand it, they cooperate directly with the factory, and sell them at their prices.
Staff. Only positive words addressed to them, well done, they always try to help, some guys don’t mind leaving a tip for their attitude and positivity.
The holiday was a success, if without inflated expectations, having paid for 3, you want the conditions of 5, then everything is quite acceptable. Yes, it’s modest, but the tour is also inexpensive. We were pleased. Price=quality.

Before we checked in, we were asked by the reception manager for $20, for allegedly providing a better room, overlooking the pool, we refused.
water to the room only on demand.
The drain in the bathroom sink is constantly clogged, requests for cleaning have never been done in nine days.
It was New Year's Eve, the information that until how much food was given out was not written, as a result left hungry.
On the last day of our stay, when we told the employee we were leaving in an hour, our headphones disappeared, there was no time to find out because the airport transfer had arrived.

The hotel is good. The staff is friendly. If you want to check into a room before 14:00, pay $20 for two. Gentlemen, smile, people like it. 15 days of good mood, sea, sun, excursions, impressions. ........negative, this is a PEGAS employee, Victoria, an incompetent, impolite person.

Omg there is nothing nice that can be said about this place. You walk in and its dull there are 4 lifts only 1 worked not good as i am disabled and was put on 6th floor. First night drumming by the pool from 9pm (went to sleep with ear plugs) still drumming at 8am next day so asked to change rooms so moved from pool view to sea view. This room was slightly cleaner the other room omg where to start tiles lose and broke half a toilet handle so cut my hand flushing explained why the toilet was black as people obviously didnt want to flush, switches hanging off the wall 1 light switch working, i could go on, any way next room got woken at 12 am by people ringing the room so unplugged the phone next they were knocking the doors we went down and complained only to be told its ok they will be going in a few days. So tried to get back to sleep they started banging all the doors shouting and playing football on the landings. We went down at 8am and waited to speak to manager and demanded to be moved we had to pay to change hotels but was worth it. We were not the only ones who moved from this tip we met another 4 couples who moved... they must make a fortune out of this.

am very satisfied with the services offered by the hotel, the price and the offer, you get what you paid for, if you have a problem, you can go to another location without any problem, especially for customers from the west who are welcome to complaints and welcome to the Bar as usual and I don't understand what it means respect, they are arrogant and superior. I am pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the beach manager Atif, who is very professional, you can see years of experience and at an advanced age, he gives an example to young people by cleaning the beach (he collects the trash and cigarette butts and they look at him without to lend a hand to help) If you need any help or information, Atif is the right man. Such a man would be held by the company because it's hard to find suitable and loyal people nowadays. So don't forget how much you paid before to criticize because people there do their duty with the little that is available to them, so don't forget respect, dear customer. So if I have the opportunity, I will visit this location again.

Hello there. The worst hotel I've ever visited in Egypt.
Stay away from this hotel...
Hygiene costs 1 out of 10.
The men's room at the front desk is always smelly, full of urine... When we arrived, we found the urinals packed and full, so no one had cleaned them in a week... Elevator doors slam like tossed boxes at a market stall...
In the restaurant, 90 percent of the plates are broken, wet... There's a constant shortage of glasses, water cups, coffee..., it's washed in the sink (although some snotty white or babay in a bathrobe used to drink...)... Brrrrrr. Tables are not cleaned, not even crumbs are cleaned... dirt everywhere.
When we arrived late that night, we got a room with no hot water, cold brown water. Toilet, shower is terrible. There's no hair dryer or shampoo. Cracks everywhere, broken tiles... The linens were only rebuilt after the previous tenants. Windows don't close, and outside until 2 or 3 a.m., music, drunk songs, and screaming... In the morning, the number changed, but... even worse... Seven nights so... The night clerk just shrugged... -what should I do? - he says.
The pool is designed so that the sun doesn't shine into the pool until midsummer, about an hour. I haven't seen a man in the pool in a week.
And most importantly, no administrator or employee responds to anything... as it should....

This hotel is a very basic hotel, in fact we had booked the sister hotel according to the pictures but ended up at the Empire ! The rooms are ok, very basic but comfortable beds and the cleaning staff are outstanding, especially Hamada and Kemal. They would always clean our room thoroughly and leave us a surprise made from the towels. The hotel staff are the absolute best, they make this hotel such a pleasant place to stay, that you actually forget how basic it really is. They are super attentive and can't do enough for you. The restaurant manager Adel is awesome so welcoming and the rest of the staff are just amazing, especially Ahmed who always got our cocktails for us, Ahmed who made our tea for us every morning, Mohammed in the restaurant who was always attentive making sure we had everything we wanted. The chefs were also so wonderful and always happy and smiling which made us very happy. The food was absolutely delicious, so fresh and really tasty ! The pool area is nice and quiet and there is enough room so you are not on top of others guests and you can also walk down to the the sister hotel by the beach and use the facilities there also. The pool guard Mostafa is really nice and always keeps an eye on everything. There is a small bar with a snooker table and Taha who got our evening drinks for us is so lovely, always smiling. Staying in the Empire was a very pleasant surprise only because the hotel staff are so wonderful and really can't do enough for you, always smiling and saying hello whenever they see you. Thank you so much to the hotel staff, especially the three Ahmeds, Taha, and Mohammed for making my holiday so memorable !

I had a great time here! The animation team is super nice, especially Ahmed who guided us throughout the hotel and explained the amenities on offer. The food is diverse and delicious. The room is well cleaned every day and sometimes we enter with beautiful decoration in the room like a swan folded from a towel.

+1
There's nowhere to go at all.
Food runs out fast, it's better to go to the beginning. No boiled eggs for breakfast
Tables with rows, it doesn't feel like private space. They need to take a cue from sunny days restaurants. By the way, I recommend this hotel it is a little more expensive, but the quality is much better
To adjust the shower had to sacrifice a precious two hours sitting in a room waiting for a worker
At the reception, when checking into the open, they offer rooms for $10 and $20 otherwise will give a bad room.
The coastline is small, and for some reason they let boats park and there's no territory.
Better choose Hotel Zahabia, or Sunny days mirrete, there is a much better beach

On entering the Empire Aqua Park hotel the atmosphere was rather run down like it had seen better days.
We were shown to our room ( we booked a room with a sea view) the room was clean but again tired with peeling paint, the toilet was broken, there was very little storage, hardly any towels, no drinking water and the air conditioning unit was very loud and didn’t work.
There were very few plug sockets and some looked dangerous there was no WiFi available anywhere in hotel apart from lobby and even this was very slow.
The balcony was filthy - the chairs and all other surfaces were covered in dust.
The ‘seaview’ was particularly disappointing. I.e there really wasn’t one and we had paid extra for this. Standing on tip toe you could just about sea it between the six storey hotel buildings.
When I went to complain to reception he said it was not the hotel’s fault and to take it up with the travel agent.
The sun (in November) shone down on the pool area for about 2-3 hrs.
The food seemed to be geared towards the Russian end of the spectrum with boiled vegetables and stewed meat. Not great for a veggie, but even my other half wasn’t impressed! And she eats anything! The blurb for the Aqua Park hotel claimed different restaurants, food from all over the globe etc. The dining area was more like a school canteen!
The beach associated with the hotel was about 10-15 mins walk away and similarly run down, with tatty windbreaks and no staff.
The evening’s entertainment was not.
12. Whilst I love animals, the outside seating area was swarming with crows and feral
