we came here in january as a quick change decision and were quickly accomodated to what we asked for, ground floor room near the pool. we settled in and after last being here over 2 years ago noticed some big changes, we were served drinks in plastic cups including hot drinks which during tough times we understand but you could buy cups or glasses to use if you wanted , the food was ok but needs a upgrade the lack of being able to have toast in the morning is odd, we usually had breakfast but ate at saya cafe next door quite a lot which had lovely food and surroudings, staff at the hotel were amazing as usual and couldnt do enough for us including birthday cakes, they do need to either install a lift somewhere on the property and also a rail to help people in and out of the pool as the steps are deep and sometimes hard to negotiate, sunbeds were always available but some of the pool staff spent time playing on their phones . bars were ok but the lack of wine at the pool bar was bad as they said it was only avaiable in main hotel. the entertainment needs upgrading and it was a shame not to be able to be in connection with animation team as we only ever saw 2 of the team who we knew, but you can only watch so much belly dancing or european dancing shows . will still go back to this hotel as its a chilled place to be. customrer relations sylvia was available at all times and very helpful.…
Stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and what can I say but a massive improvement. The food was so much better, a variety for different nationalitys.chef haseeb made us a few special dishes whilst not having to move from our sun lounger. The staff are all very friendly and are willing to help. Mohammed the pool barman and hossien are very good at their jobs. Thankyou kindly to all the other staff I haven't mentioned, but they all go above and beyond. See you next year.. Julie and tim
Hell hell hell Simply don't book the hotel. There are cracks in the walls and floor, the hotel is not in good shape. Mobiliar is worn out. Mattress uncomfortable and the air condition loud as a lorry... If you want holidays in hell, this is the place to go... also, the bathroom was smelly and the glass I was supposed to use for tooth brushing was still wet and not clean. Unbelievable! They promise a lot, but all promises turn out to be false. Or suddenly they tell you they are able to do it but would charge extra for it. In the correspondence bevor booking the hotel it was never mentioned that my kind request would cost anything. This is non acceptable behaviour and typical of what I have experienced so many times in Egypt. For the Egyptian Bazar OK, but for a hotel unacceptable. I wish I could cancel the whole booking, but paid unfortunately in advance. So I have to stay in this unfortunate place. Wish me luck, I hope I will survive. …
The Worst Experience Ever 1-The Food Quality is very poor and some of the food were rotten , food in not tasty at all , the dishes are not clean which made my stomach ache for the whole stay. 2-the furniture is very old , the whole place is not clean enough , every thing is worn out, even the bed smells bad. 3-the pool toilet is very dirty and there is no toilet on the beach. 4-there isn't enough space on the beach and the pool for the number of guests in the hotel. 5-some of the employees are very Rude , it makes me feel that there isnt any supervisor in this place I don't recommend this place at all , this place deserve only 1 star not 4
I have booked for 4 nights in AUG , me and my wife , ALL Inclusive, payment done in advance and confirmation received, I have spent over 3 days calling the hotel to make sure the booking well received and to double confirm, no even one single staff is able to give one useful information, they are Rude and impolite, I have requested from the travel agency to check with the hotel or to cancel , they confirmed back that all OK and gave me a confirmation number from the hotel system And it was in July , once arrived in AUG 26 to start my vacation, they ruddy received me & my wife and they ignore all the confirmations and payment proof on hand and asked strangly for more extra charges without giving any details and when I have asked the details for the extra they want . They simply kicked me out from the hotel and refused to accommodate me I have called the travel agency and they couldn't find any solution with the hotel , and I had to find another hotel to me and my wife , awaiting the travel agency to accommodate, it cost me painful hours ...calls and explanations then it end up in a 3 stars Hotel as got the room in last minute but the staff was generous and good helpful people's In my experience with sunny days palma de mirette, caused me a lose of over 350USD , and damaged my vacation planning, I have raised the issue to all involved agencies, Mastercard for the payment . Local authorities will be informed as well , to avoid such few persons destroy the Good Hurghada people reputation . I will not let one cent/minutes Lost and damaged because of this Hotel , I will engage all necessary and possible action to recover my lose .…
Stayed for a week in the apartments. To any standards the apartments are not maintained well. Furniture is old and shabby which is not a big issue, but cleanliness is utterly disappointing. When we arrived our apartment wasn’t cleaned well. A lot of stuff was just out right dirty. The fire pit to cook on had spilled and burnt food on it. Not even made an effort to clean. I did it myself and had a nice clean fire after 10mins. The AC intake vents were completely full of dust showing they are not cleaned regularly. Floors are all around sticky with stains. We stayed here now once but it will never happen again. This place was established mid 90s and it feels. You would expect management to take care of the place and maintain it in good proper standard but it does not happen. To be fair the gardens all around like nice and well kept. Honestly if your gardens look better then the place your guest stay you have to rethink stuff a bit!…
very bad staff and not cooperative. food menu and quality is very poor .. beach is filled with food and rubbish. rooms furniture is very old and need renovation... air conditioning needs maintenance .. house keeping are very lazy ... my room need maintenance and when i asked from reception... send me technician after 3 days
The hotel is very good we enjoyed our stay there, the stuff are friendly and doing their best to satisfy you, the food quality is below expectations but always they have different varieties you will like some of course , also the hotel have different cuisine restaurants ( Italian , oriental , ....etc ) and the food quality is good. The animation team are very energetic and there is a party every night for kids to enjoy their time. Special thanks for Mr. Mohamed camporious for his amazing effort and hospitality.
Was so nice time I'n hotel we was enjoyed evthing there are amazing people work there are so kind special. Our lovely friend (bogy) he is the best he make our holiday very nice thx u our lovely friend we will come back to see u again 😊
as I'm going around all the red sea hotel here is my review. hotel got the most and not tasty food really disappointed with that, hotel location is so good specially the walk way next to the hotel just need more look after
