We spent 5 nights and everything was wonderful. The room was bright and airy and very clean. The entire resort is very clean and well maintained. The staff is terrific, welcoming and friendly. The servers in the buffet restaurant were great, quick and efficient. Food was quite good. (A second omelet station would perhaps help with long lineups. This being our only criticism seems insignificant.) Beach was clean and loungers were always available. Pool and pool area were clean and also loungers were always available. Location is very good, a short walk or cab ride to the Senzo Mall, many shops in the mall although not much of interest to us, there is a grocery store however if you need some staples. We had a wonderful stay.

Worst hotel I have been to. Toilet doors in my room didn't close, yellow smelly water coming out of the shower. Had to change my card 6 times in the span of 7/8 days, even in the middle of the night. Talked to reception about every problem and they didn't seem to care at all. Asked them to come and fix the doors, been 2 weeks and still nothing. Most of the staff members including some of the main managers don't care about you and are very very mean. Big shoutout to the main bartender, lovely guy that sees what is going on in here and tried to help us as much as possible. On the last day we checked out at 12 as we were told to and didn't even get a lunch voucher even though we checked in after midnight which according to the reception we should have gotten at least a wee snack. Overall I don't recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Hurghada, there are many more better hotels around the place.

I had booked a seaview superior room but I only got very partial sea view. More importantly, unlike what the hotel advertisement says, there is no wi-fi whatsoever anywhere outside the main lobby area where the signal is erratic and very slow anyway, so I had to buy a local SIM card to be connected and not cut-off from the rest of the world. Another lie was the heated pool which is not. In fact the water is so cold that no one dares to swim in it and I never saw a single person jumping in it, not one. The food is always the same and never changes, morning, lunch and evenings. TV : only a handful of channels, in Arabic, 1 in French and the rest in Russian. None of the major international English-speaking channels like BBC or CNN for example. Room temperature cannot be changed, it is set at 21-22 degrees. On the positive side, plenty of free water given in the room every day, staff is generally friendly and laundry service cheap and quick. Overall, there is room for improvements to be worthy of a true **** resort hotel.

When we arrived it looked grand and open. Large resort with good pool, poolside bar, beach and beach bar. All inclusive option pays for all alcohol at the bars, but does not pay for fresh fruit juices. The 3 stars is for the beach, the 3 bars around the premises, and the courteous staff. Food The breakfast was just barely there. Repeated identically every morning. The best item is the egg station, every other item is like, why is this here? Lunch was ok only 1 day when we had the lunch. Dinner had some variety but pretty much all the items could have much more potential. Generally tough meats and salt salt salt. Wifi Non existent. I only got wifi at the lobby and the lobby bar. No other places in the entire complex had a working wifi signal for me. Couldn't get a wifi connection in my room even. Although it says all-inclusive, a tip (or bribe, whichever you look at it) goes a long way to improve your stay here. Hang out at the pool or beach. They are both awesome.

The hotel itself was lovely but the room we had was not too good. The bathroom was the worst, the water was orange coloured and did not drain away very quickly. There was a bath but the shower was placed on the side wall so having a shower meant the floor got soaked. Turned the shower as much as we could but still not very good. After 2 days I got acute gastroenteritis and had to call in the doctor, followed by a chest infection and the final insult, covid. The beach was wonderful and you could walk out a long way and the staff were lovely too. Would consider going back but would want a much better room and the plumbing sorted out.

The hotel is well situated, not far from the airport, the city center and other local "attractions" (mall Senzo, aquarium,...). The beach is really pretty and a big plus for this hotel, even though you might need to get further to get warmer water in winter (we had cold currents near the shore and warmer waters further in the sea). The pool isn't heated also and needs to be renovated, even though it is perfectly useable as it is. Rooms and hotel need a HUGE makeover/refresh, but rooms are spacious and clean nonetheless. The restaurant does not vary food much from one day to the other, which was disappointing, especially that the hotel only exists in all-in formula. I've had better food in Egypt and this was a negative point for us. This said, we had an amazing guest relation employee that gave us access to the restaurant twice for free. She also helped us keep the room longer and get us a free taxi to the airport. She did magic! We really liked her, and thank her through this message too (Thank you Amber!!). Everyone working there actually was amazing (except the one responsible to clean our room - cleaning at 4pm, sometimes not enough clean towels,...). Otherwise, the staff did an amazing job at helping us throughout the stay, I hope they are compensated enough because they deserve it! The management should consider (really) renovating AND hiring more employees. The score of the hotel is really set high due to the help and service level we received, otherwise I would not have put more than 2 or 3 stars for the following reasons : Old rooms, especially bathroom, badly renovated/Weird system of beds and towels at the beach forcing employees to carry mats all day long/Bad restaurant with very little change from one day to another and not enough people to follow the cleaning and setting up of the tables, we often had to request forks, knives, napkins and so on, almost for every meal!/For our side of the hotel : the late cleaning, sometimes while we were already back after our day out... And the missing towels from one day to the other... This said, I would really love to go back there if the chance arise again, which proves I had, in the end, a very good stay, deserving the 4 stars rating!

we stayed at the hotel from 22 to 29.11. in room no. 1140. We were very satisfied: the hotel was beautiful and clean, the rooms and territory were spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. To Ramadan from the pool bar and to Mohamed who cleaned our room. Also special thanks to the health center staff.

We arrived at the hotel at 4 in the afternoon, waited 2 hours in the reception for our room without ANY explanation, first we got asked to wait half an hour that turned in one and a half hours, we asked about our room, ''5 minutes'' was the answer that turned into another half an hour. When talking with other guests, lots of them had similar ''situation''. The room was clean when we arrived, it just smelled like one of those anti bug chemical ''guns'' for a day. Room cleaning with new bottles of water every day as it should be. Pool is non heatable so swimming in it in November was a test. Be careful from broken glass in the sea and of course sea urchins as well. Would recommend to go swim from the mole near the boats. The staff was 50/50, some staff members were really nice but some don't really qualify for a 4 star hotel with their attitude with us customers, some wouldn't really acknowledge you before you show him those $ bills, one staff member at the towel handout even requested a tip. Of course if you are a women, expect all the attention in the world. The food was very good, for each meal lots to chose from, plenty of meat products, lots of salad types in every meal and main dished as well. Hotel taxi is 5$ to Hurghada centre, but the local buses drive by the hotel every few minutes and the ride with them is 5 Egyptian Pounds= 0.20$+ nice experience. On our last full day in the hotel we got an unexpected visit from the staff and got told that water isn't working in our room so we are getting an upgrade to a better room. Before leaving the room, I did check it, but everything seemed fine, didn't think much of it because of the upgrade. Immediately as we left the room, regular cleaner entered and less than 2 hours later I noticed that there are some new people in our previous hotel room, understood that we got lied to and understood the real reason for the upgrade... Overall this was a nice stay and would give this a decent 4.5/5 rating if it wasn't for the above mentioned actions from some of the staff members that sometimes didn't made as feel welcomed. Not disappointed that we chose that hotel. Very friendly staff, they care. Rooms are tired, but big and clean, comfortable beds. We had a ground floor room with partialy sea view terrace. Good sea view should be from room on 2-nd floor, with balconies. Food all eatable, a lot of meat, vegetables, some fish every lunch and dinner. But no coffee machine, all coffee is american way. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for loud music in the everning, dancing, drunk people, etc: it's not that case. But animation team exists, they make some sport events (yoga, stretching, aquagym...) in the morning, all are very nice and friendly. MInus: The sea is very shallow in the bay in front of the hotel, it could be good for kids. There is a sea sports center on the beach (kitesurfing, windsurfing, kyak, paddle board...) with a reasonable price. This bay is ideal for windsurfers and kitesurfer begginers. Оn the other side of the beach there is a pier from where shipboards leave for the islands (Orange and Paradise) every morning. Convenient to leave and return immediately to your hotel. The price for trip is cheaper than with the travel agent.

After this stay I am really sad that I chose this hotel. Food is same every day, Italian restaurant is not Italian (chef doesnt know how to make tasty pizza, spaghety overcooked every day). During lunch I asked for one orange/lemon, chef standing there and watching on cakes for 30 minutes refused me to bring it, one old lady gave him cash and he was happy to bring her everything. Room dirty with bugs in bed. I have got bites on my shoulder. I asked 3 times diferent persons to change bed sheets and pillows, nobody cared. So thank you for that. And I dont want to write about bath, old and discusting. We went at front office to log our key card twice a day, such a fun. Wifi not workin. Guys in yellow shirts selling boats trips will called you stupid if you not ordering with them or if you dont want to go at all. Other guests saw that. Thank you for good review from them on my personality. It is not normal. So this was my the worst vacation so far. I am working in hospitality for 10 years so I know how 4 stars hotel should look like. You should start working on it not only asking people what is good or not. Do something.
