It was a great experience, staff were very friendly and professional at the same time, food was amazing especially their dinners and the drinks woooooow! I would recommend this hotel 100% Huge shout out to NEMO and all the activity providers
I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and I enjoyed every single moment there. Almost the whole staff at the hotel acts professionally with the guests and treat them with respect. The beach is so big, so you will definitely find a place in the front row. The pool is huge, and they play great english and arabic songs which creates a true atmosphere, thanks to Noor the DJ. Big shout out to the animation team who were very entertaining, enthusiastic and made our stay much better, Specially Hany, Habiba and Sarah. The rest of the team was amazing as well, with different shows for each day and variant activities during the day. Definitely going there one more time when I come back to Egypt
We’ve had a family vacation (8 people, including 4 kids) at Coral Beach Resort Hurghada in July 2021. It’s been a great time. Rooms were great (sea view), big, clean and comfortable. We are not very picky with food and we found the variety of meals, deserts and drinks really good. The hotel beaches are very comfortable, being regularly cleaned and there were always spare beach beds. A great quality and service for a very reasonable price! Special greetings to personnel! Everyone is helpful and friendly. Warm greetings to waiters Hussein and Sayed who served us evening drinks at the terrace after dinner. They even reserved for us a table every evening, and not once did we have to look for a spare table for our large group. This vacation was better than we could have expected!
The hotel is very poor, the food is not the best and the chefs are extremely rude to Arabs and foreigners especially chef Mustafa. The cleanliness of the room is not that great, the rooms do not have any tea or coffee. The hotel has no beach activities. also, the hotel staff was not following any COVID-19 regulations "Masks & Social distance" Lastly, when I tried voicing out my complaint to the hotel manager, he refused to see me and comply. I DO NOT recommend you stay at this hotel!!
Overall... Hotels ok. You get value for your money. If you go this cheap you can't expect the full luxury and perfection everywhere. The biggest scam we experienced was however in the beauty saloon, next to the lobby. Me and my friends went 1 day for foot treatment. Fatla and another friend for a facial treatment. The prices were very good... Read normal. (150le for feet and 650le for the facial) So we decided to go for a henna the next day. We ask before in the saloon and on the beach multiple times if they can get us a price. They are very avoiding about this. It depends on the design is the answer eventually. Ok. Understandable... So next day at the beach in the morning we show him a Google picture of what we want. He sends it to his colleague. We expect a price, but he's really avoiding to give is an answer. But we were like... His other prices were good. Why worry... In the late afternoon I go to the saloon. He draws first with a pen a design on my arm, very simple. On my underarm. I like it and ask price..m he says 1100 le. I go What? You're joking. He says.. No its a big piece. I show him a picture from a few months ago, as big and she only asked 200 Le. He says... Every design is different. I stand up and say he's crazy. He pulls me back and says it's better with the henna. But I must say. The 2 guys were like joking all the time already. So I didn't believe him. Stupid of my I think he's joking and gonna make a normal price. So I let him start. My friend comes in for a simple design on her leg. We don't talk about prices anymore. So we want to pay. And we almost fainted. He keeps telling 1100 le for me and 1200 Le for my friend. We start to discuss. That is not normal price and that we're not paying this. But he is so stubborn. Not even giving us a small discount. So in the end we pay. Angry at ourselves.. Stay away from that beauty salon! …
