we arrived at night, many of us did not get towel card but it did not make prbl on chechkout, some of us got free upgrade to Sphinx where rooms were very OK, some had to pay 60 USD for upgrade as 1st room they were showed was discusting as they said. food is limited assortment and be ready of russian rude hords, i was happy with food, U just dont need to eat every day all u can load to plate to say that nothing is new, eat one day chisken and second day beef, third day fish and u are ok and check first what hord is in canteen. inclusive alcohol as we know is all junk, but i had my own 1L of brandy from airport for 16€ so no prbl there, wifi is slow and free only in reception, better bring extra phone and buy local card (1st mall is 500m to north), animation i dont know, not interested, beach - no live corals but both good swimmers and no-swimmers can find their place. close to both tourist Hurghada and old Hurghada, can make 1-2 hours walks to explore. personally i would say the summaruy is better than TOP10 Hurghada hotels in laguna or south area where you sit like in prison camp, nowhere to walk, only taxi can take you somewere outside

hi king tuts resort is fantastic the staff really make this place. Omar kahlid and hussein from the buffet restaurant are great guys made us so welcome. Muhammad in the issi oriental restaurant is a top man made us feel right at home. Abby who works around the pool all day every day is so friendly. Our room was 1104 it was cleaned daily our cleaner tawfek (don't know if that spelling is correct) worked so hard and helped make our stay so memorable. My one and only complaint was the beer is awful its far 2 strong at 15% please please for my next visit get a softer beer like stella or the pharos lager much better. Now to the food section I read a few previous reviews where people complained about it. I say get a life or a sense of taste every day you had plenty to choose from didn't go hungry ever the cooks did a great job 👏. And at the issi restaurant the food was amazing. .. I really appreciated my time in this hotel and I am already looking to go back soon. Many thanks to all that made our holiday a great time.

Just back from 2 weeks spent in this resort. Lots of mixed feelings as we had a great time and enjoyed aspects of this resort but at the same time were quite disappointed with other aspects. When we arrived we were given a twin room when we were a party of 3… eventually we were give the right room (which was as a family room) although was a shame it faced the back of the resort and over looked the resort dump. The bathroom was full of black mould and the room just had the overall feel of not clean (dusty, dirt behind curtains and a mattress protector that didn’t fit the bed) However a mini fridge was a happy bonus and the beds were comfortable. I don’t think throughout the entire time we were there though did we ever have 3 bath towels.. which was weird when the housekeeper definitely knew there were 3 people. The food - there is no words.. these chefs try very hard and are very hard working however the food in mostly not edible. Lots of choice but mostly not good and not prepared for the European customers that are the main visitors of this resort. Practically the same food every day even though they’re supposed to be different cuisine nights.. felt like they were just changing the signs but not the dishes (nothing about the night was Italian or Mexican) after the 2nd of 3rd day your over it. Omelette on breakfast the best thing. The overall feel of this whole resort is tired and rundown with no money being spent and it is obvious and does affect your stay. Unfortunate that the hotel is mostly only helpful towards Russians. It just felt like the entire business is only for them. It’s their language that quiz nights and salsa lessons was in and the music that played.. felt excluded and unwelcome due to this. Everything is about tipping here. If you tip you will receive. I understand wages are low but the staff shouldn’t be using stuff around the hotel as a way of getting tips. For instance we tipped and we received the extra bottle of water we should have always been receiving in the room. We tipped and we got coffee from the apparently broken coffee machine. All inclusive alcohol was diluted by mixing alcoholic beer with non alcoholic beer. Save money? Overall all staff were friendly and always ready to welcome you with a smile. Alex from the Hair and Beauty place was a highlight and so were the team at the massage place.
