A nice hotel, spacious clean room with pool and sea view once we were upgraded FOC to the Sphynx although the shower was a bit well used! The all inclusive was local drinks only and the beer was very strong so would recommend taking some US dollars to buy a cheap but reasonable alternative if that’s your tipple. Good swimming facilities with slides for kids, a big pool and a private beach. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you although that might be because they were trying to look busy as the hotel was emptying fast (March 2020!). Definitely recommend the boat trip to the Red Sea which you can book on site. Overall a good value holiday.

we arrived at night, many of us did not get towel card but it did not make prbl on chechkout, some of us got free upgrade to Sphinx where rooms were very OK, some had to pay 60 USD for upgrade as 1st room they were showed was discusting as they said. food is limited assortment and be ready of russian rude hords, i was happy with food, U just dont need to eat every day all u can load to plate to say that nothing is new, eat one day chisken and second day beef, third day fish and u are ok and check first what hord is in canteen. inclusive alcohol as we know is all junk, but i had my own 1L of brandy from airport for 16€ so no prbl there, wifi is slow and free only in reception, better bring extra phone and buy local card (1st mall is 500m to north), animation i dont know, not interested, beach - no live corals but both good swimmers and no-swimmers can find their place. close to both tourist Hurghada and old Hurghada, can make 1-2 hours walks to explore. personally i would say the summaruy is better than TOP10 Hurghada hotels in laguna or south area where you sit like in prison camp, nowhere to walk, only taxi can take you somewere outside

This hotel has all the facilities you need- lots of bars, restaurants, pool, spa, clinic, pharmacy etc.. but is a bit tatty in places. My room had frig, safe, hairdrier, tea and coffee making ( but no milk) but the sink pipes leaked, fixtures were hanging off the wall, furniture chipped, and the bed linen really needs replacing. WiFi is free but only works in the main lobby. Better to buy a sim from reception if you want to use it in the room. The “ library” had 6 tatty books on a shelf, all in Russian - take your own. Food is ok, if unimaginative, and the restaurants tend to be crowded. I often has to share a table with others. Very few Brits here - the hotel is 99.9% Russians. Thank goodness for the lovely staff- they are excellent. Overall, an average stay of 11 days.

If you want a place where you will be continuously disrespected, this is the place for you. Our first day, we got to the reception, no one greeted us they just stood speaking to people until we butted in. It took them 80 minutes to actually show us to our room, fair enough they said we could go eat and wait but 80 minutes is taking the p*ss when we have just got off an 7 hour journey and one of us is pregnant. The staff also brought everyone else drinks on their arrival and not us. Our room, if I were a cockroach I’d probably die of over excitement. The shower was mouldy and rooms stunk of p*ss. But I guess that’s there thing considering everything did. The staff, you get a mix, in the hotel it took us 3 days to actually get someone polite. The rest are ignorant and give you dirty looks OR stare in your face and make you uncomfortable. They constantly come to your table and try and take your plate which is just annoying and rude. The people also on holiday are f****ing vile. This place is for you if you don’t speak English. It’s mainly Russian or something and they all act like they’ve never saw black people in their life. They are rude, disgusting and disrespectful. They stare at you like you should be somewhere else like a cotton picking farm. There was 3 other English families including us on the whole resort. So I wouldn’t recommend it to English speakers. There is NO WIFI. They lied. You don’t get WiFi in your room I was here for 7 nights and didn’t get it. You have to sit in the reception to get WiFi and even then it was a bag of s*it. We literally went 3 days without WiFi because the hotel for some unknown reason like to change the password and not tell you. You don’t get WiFi anywhere else either, they want to charge you £30 for a SIM card with 2GB of data. The entertainment is solely for the non English speakers. So wouldn’t even try there For the ENGLISH speakers unfortunate enough to visit here the English Channel is 24. The resort is lovely, we had all inclusive and barely got our money’s worth. The food is disgusting, we lived on bread unless the odd occasion they had decent pancakes (rare). The drinks were like paint stripper they only give you 4 choices like vodka, gin, whisky, rum, they don’t do cocktails, the only decent place for cocktails is near the beach. NOTE English have to pay for the beer, others are allowed pints of beer free of charge. Let me reiterate the people are DISGUSTING. They push in line, they look you up and down, they stare. If you are unbothered it won’t effect you, we had to learn to not let it effect us otherwise we probably would have had a fight with 40 different groups of people. The aqua park is fun for young kids like below 12, the life guard is pretty useless considering he watched my niece almost drown while I ran over and saved her. The life guard is a creep too he will blow your kids kisses and tell them he loves them, I don’t recommend leaving your kids unattended. The people on the resort think they’re entitled to everything you have like the chairs they take when your stuff is on it, clearly manners is NOT a thing in their country. The beach is beautiful, but boyyyy you will get about 13 different people come up to you in 20 minutes asking you to buy things. Irritating. They are nice though but when you’ve just walked on the beach and you’re bombarded with 13 different requests it gets annoying. The staff don’t understand basic words like cocktail, menu or finish. Last few points, the floors are slimey I recommend wearing shoes the whole time in your room. They also apparently like to steal, our makeup and cappuccinos went missing, even if it is minor idc it’s the principle. AND the bell Captain is a moron, completely rude as we was going to check out had no manners. Disgraceful the lot of them should pray their children turn out better than them. A good thing about this place is they did sing happy birthday to my niece and got her a cake. Tips: make sure you have lots of data, bring your own cappuccinos, bring plenty of money you can use pounds, Egyptian pounds or dollars. Bring plenty of junk food. And make sure your book activities while you’re here we went with Tez tours and it was amazing. Goodluck
