King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort is often celebrated for its prime location near the sea and the variety of fun beach activities and dining experiences it offers. Guests enjoy the lively atmosphere, highlighted by nightly entertainment.
However, the resort has received criticism for hidden costs and the perceived value for money, with some guests unhappy about the quality of food and aggressive sales tactics. Just got back from this hotel . Wow where do I begin . From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at ease no hassle checking in all staff friendly polite and curtious. We were the only english on site but this made no difference to my family all staff spoke english or wanted to learn . Rooms were spacious clean daily fresh bedding daily n fresh t coffee water n sugar daily. Cleaner was brill can not complain at all . Pools were cold but spacious and clean . Plenty of sun beds around pools and beach area . Beach is rocky but this didnt bother us as kids wanted to snorkel not play. You realy do not have to leave site everything is there and at a good price. Met with manager organised a meal and cake for a birthday so hastle free and instantly sorted for us . All I will say is if you want to visit please stop and think and use manors it costs nothing and all the staff r so polite and take abuse daily which unsettled me while I was there so many rude people with no respect show manors n they go that extra mile who doesn't want to be show respect in there job x all in all will return with my children can not fault anything n if I did have any issues they were quickly resolved so from management cleaners restaurant pool area teams I thank you all our holiday was perfect x

we arrived at night, many of us did not get towel card but it did not make prbl on chechkout, some of us got free upgrade to Sphinx where rooms were very OK, some had to pay 60 USD for upgrade as 1st room they were showed was discusting as they said. food is limited assortment and be ready of russian rude hords, i was happy with food, U just dont need to eat every day all u can load to plate to say that nothing is new, eat one day chisken and second day beef, third day fish and u are ok and check first what hord is in canteen. inclusive alcohol as we know is all junk, but i had my own 1L of brandy from airport for 16€ so no prbl there, wifi is slow and free only in reception, better bring extra phone and buy local card (1st mall is 500m to north), animation i dont know, not interested, beach - no live corals but both good swimmers and no-swimmers can find their place. close to both tourist Hurghada and old Hurghada, can make 1-2 hours walks to explore. personally i would say the summaruy is better than TOP10 Hurghada hotels in laguna or south area where you sit like in prison camp, nowhere to walk, only taxi can take you somewere outside

For all you British people not knowing what to pick for your holiday this year , look no further , the king tut hotel has it all , wether you couples or families . If you want decent weather with a great place to stay this is the place to go . My husband and I not long got back from this Resort and from the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated with the up most respect . We got to the front desk and was greeted by Melad Nabel who book us in with no hassles, he also said if we need any days out to see him , which we did and he sorted us out with no problems . Because we arrive late in the evening he then told us to leave our bags and go get something to eat for we just had a long flight , now that was very much appreciated . Then we meet Hamada Hamada who works the bar , he was great , this man treated us so good and everything we were down in the bar we had our drinks ready for us , nothing was to much trouble . The following day we went to the resurant by the sea when we met Beshoy Gad who was just the best , he gave us out table and told us what was on offer . Everytime we saw Beshoy he was always smiling he truly is a lovely man . In another restaurant in the king tut was the restaurant manager who whenever saw us always greeted us by name , such a lovely guy . Then we came across the manager of the resort Medhat Medo who was also amazing, he kept us entertained by showing us tricks most nights , we also would like to mention Emad Email who took care of our bags with no trouble at all . All the time we were there our hotel room was spotless through the cleaning services they provide with no cost , fresh bedding every day and towel is we wanted . Everything about this hotel was amazing from the staff to the facilities the have , you really don't have to leave the site for they have everything and the people are so nice , we did not want to go home and when we got home the first thing we did was book again for two weeks later to go again , that's how good this place is . I can't recommend this place high enough , it was the people that I have mentioned and more that made our holiday so special and I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at the resort for everything you did for us , and he get to do it all again in ten days time , big big thank you guys . So all you British people give this place a go , I promise you will not regret it . I can't thank these people enough , we really have made some truly good friends 💖.

Hotel is honestly great. All the staff is so kind and helpful. Food is tasty, there are always different choices of meat and salads. Hotel is very clean, rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily. They really pay attention to cleanness. Sea is warm and clean, you can enter in shallow part or deep part of the sea. I recommend this hotel and I would like to come back! Great value for money!

Well for the first time in a while I'm writing a review on a hotel , I got the room on a last minute literally deal and turned up not expecting much, the fact I stayed an extra 2 days and was tempted to stay longer says a lot.
No it's not a 5* super luxury resort it's basic but it's definitely value for money. The Aqua park is modest but good as is the hotel pools which do have a swim up bar, and in pool loungers. There are 2 small private beaches with plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds , as I said the hotel is more boutique than huge resort which if your travelling with small children is a huge bonus they can't get lost .
The staff are friendly ,helpful and not intrusive and it is definitely wheel chair friendly .
The rooms are well appointed clean and spacious ,everything worked well and all seemed to have a lovely view of the ocean fresh bottle of water provided everyday.
The food was actually very good especially considering all that is going on though the buffet wasn't a free for all you handed over your plates to the masked and gloves chefs who got what ever you required ,it took a little longer but was very health and safety conscious.
At the end of the day very very good value for money and Covid permitting will be taking my 2 children there in the summer .

King Tut is out of order. The Sphinx is offered in exchange for the one next to it. The hotel is dirty and outdated. Shame is the condition of the bathroom in the rooms. Breakfast disaster. The staff at the reception and the staff who prepare the rooms are rude and ask for extra money for everything. I would commend the animation team and the staff and service at the a la carte restaurant “Isis”. Too bad you can only use this restaurant once during your stay. Wifi is only in front of the reception but is unusable due to poor flow. The reception looks like a horror movie will be shot there. Everything is subordinated to tourists from Egypt, who contribute the most to the condition of the hotel

Been here for the first time and surely can say will come back again. Hotel is very close to the airport, so it doesn't take long time to get there.Rooms were clean, bright, each of them with their own balcony.Staff cleans them every morning.Food is another topic here.I have tried some dishes from arabic cuisine, but the way they were preparing them is beyond description. After breakfast we had a little time to rest and then the real fun starts.I am still listening that voices calling for "Stretching,Water Aerobics,Belly Dancing,Latino Dances" and so more.Huge thanks to the animation team, starting from Temo,Ahmed,Cheetos,Mahmoud,DJ for good music, they are doing a great job, never will be bored with them.100% recommending the hotel, friendly, smiley staff which speaks Russian, English, two beaches:one not so deep which is very convenient for children and the deeper one, best animation team, best evening shows, in general I will surely come back with the smile😀I remember!

We went to Egypte, Hurghada to celebrate the New Year. It was just terrible. We arrived early in the morning because of the delay of flight with Holiday Europe, which i by the way do not recommend either. We were asked to leave our luggage outside the hotel while filling out papers. When we disagreed staff said that’s their policy. We would advise to change it. I don’t want to leave my luggage out of my view point at 3 am in the morning in 3rd world country.
Then we were asked to pay extra 30$ for a sea view, although we already paid for that. When we disagreed again, we were given a standard room without sea view and with 2 beds. We were too tired to go back and argue again. After few hours of sleep we were woken up by cleaning service. Seriously? I understand that they’re just doing their work, but a bit of communication would work. We were in the room for 4 hours. What cleaning?!
Wifi is available only in the lobby, but really poor. We had to login like every 5min to send some messages. Food is always half cold. Every day practically the same. Rooms are old. It feels like the hotel is built 20 years ago and nothing has been changed since.

The Hotel is exactly as one can see in the photos online. Even though this hotel is a bit older, the management does a lot to keep everything tidy and, above all, working. The charm and All Inclusive policy is fine, just enough so that you don't get overloaded with plates from greedy nationalities and lots of drunken guests. We had a wonderful time, we were not disturbed by other guests for a moment, everyone behaved normally. The swimming pool and beach area are kept really clean, there are more than enough sunbeds and parasols. There are 3 a la card restaurants where you can go every day if you want, by registering in advance at reception. WIFI is only free in the reception lobby and only for social media. For the rest you can buy internet at the hotel. We recommend buying a local SIM card for a few pounds and for 20 euros you have 2 weeks of internet. The hotel offers everything for a sunny holiday where rest is paramount. You can have a drink at any time of the day and in the afternoon there is ice cream at the beach bar.
There is soft entertainment, also a lot for children, a pool table and table tennis that you can use for free.... never experienced this before, wonderful!
The aqua park has a few slides, great fun, you should not expect a mega park, these were also continuously clean and neatly maintained.
The beds in our room were heavenly, large, comfortable mattresses and Housekeeping asked every day if and when we needed anything.
Special thanks go to Abdelhamid and Osama from the Reception and SemSem from the Animation. We can't wait to go again.
