Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park delights many guests with its lively atmosphere, beachfront location, and family-friendly vibe. The aquapark and multiple pools are often highlighted as favorite amenities, though some visitors suggest improvements in entertainment and service consistency.
While rooms generally receive praise for cleanliness and comfort, there are occasional remarks about dated decor. Although the value for money is recognized, additional costs and food variety have been points of contention for some travelers.

Detailed Reviews
There's lots to like about this hotel, with spacious, well appointed rooms with large showers. We switched from our first room to one with a sunnier balcony, where sunbathing was great even on windier cooler days. We liked having tea and coffee making facilities and the free wifi worked well, not only in our room but outside, even at the beach.
There are plenty of restaurant options, including next door at Titanic Palace, which can be reached without even going outside. Our favourite restaurant was the Lebanese. We were disappointed with the reception we got at the Mongolian Grill, being immediately greeted at 8 p.m. with "We close in half an hour," which made us feel unwelcome, although the food was good. The food in the main buffets was average but we could always find something reasonably appealing. The smart (new?) beach bar served the usual snacks and was a good place to hang out.
The evening entertainment was somewhat lacking as we were there 5 nights and the only time there was a show scheduled which appealed to us (i.e., acrobats, not the Mr and Mrs/man vs woman stuff) the show was cancelled. One night there was someone playing music prior to the usual 9:30 show, but where people might have danced there were tables set up in the way.
Overall this was a good hotel for the price we paid, although we probably wouldn't return as it was a bit too big for our tastes and the reef is not the best, although there are still plenty of fish to see off the end of the long jetty.

It's a nice hotel, the swimming pool and the beach are very nice. There is also a very nice animation team with a lot of entertainment. A good place to stay in january. I recommend it! Rooms are very clean and when you tip the room cleaners make funny figures out of the towels. The crew is kind and helpful.

Very large hotel so 5/10 minute walk from beach to reception but through very well maintained gardens and pools areas.Space very everyone and no loud music except at the pool buffett area when games or entertainment.Buffet restaurants all very good but some of the speciality restaurants we tried not so good. Cal - Italian good. Chinese - deep fried everything, Mexican tasteless, Grill you cook yourself on a griddle - fish horrible to UK pallette, Meat tough. But for what we paid we weren't complaining.Staff wonderful, well mannered & helpful. Beach very good with lots of loungers, umberellas & wind breaks plus waiter service included. The aqua park looked great for families Evening entertainment hard to see as in small discoteque in winter which is very dark & all on the same level so if someone tall or stands up you can't see anything, Small balcony area but strobe lighting flashing meant we had to leave. Mainly eastern european clients whilst we were there (probably escaping their very cold winters). Nearly all smoked even with children but as so much outdoors wasn't a problem and our rooms didnt smell of smoke.
The hotel was one of very many along a wide road. Security tight so you can't go int other hotels but why would you want to. Small shops attached to each hotel selling same tourist souveniers. No real hassle from vendors although you can tell they are struggling. Tourism taken a bitter blow but there is no reason to avoild Eygpt as is a wonderful friendly country.

This hotel has loads of potential. The building itself is impressive and there are some heated swimming pools. Our room is spacious and fairly clean. Some staff members are genuinely smiley and courteous. There’s a wide variety of drinks on offer.
The hotel needs a manager with a good eye for detail to have a walk around and make some changes which I think would make the hotel much better.
You do get hassled by staff trying to sell you trips, massages etc and they do seem very disappointed when you decline and a bit annoyed. You wonder if they are getting paid at all by the hotel, or just relying on trade to make a living? Some of the services on offer are just a bit outdated, like those fish that eat dead skin off your feet. I’ve noticed many of the staff seem to resent the tourists and give the impression that working in a hotel is beneath them. I tried giving tips but that didn’t seem to cheer them up or improve their attitude at all.
There is a pool bar which could be excellent but it isn’t due to a really bad smell of old food and cooking oil. There is no need for food to be prepared in this area and it would be better just as a pool bar, serving drinks only.
The shops have no price tags and they will try and rip you off if you’re not careful (my husband tried buying our daughter a bouncy ball and at first they wanted £30!!).
The children’s pool is a pirate ship with slides and the water is heated. Great fun for little ones but needs a ladder on both sides, not just one. They also close the pool for an hour at lunch which is probably great in the height of summer but means children miss out in February when there’s limited hours of warm sunshine.
We had an issue whereby my husband took towels back and didn’t wait for the towel cards. It took us 2 trips to reception and being interrogated by the deputy manager who spoke to us like complete idiots for 10 minutes before finally letting us have some towels. They wanted to charge us €30. Very badly handled.
Food. You will find something to eat and plenty of drink options available. However, the buffet is the same every day, beef stew with rice, pasta and chicken on the bone which has been cooked to death. They have made an effort by having a BBQ area outside but again, the meat is cooked to death and almost inedible. Staff can be seen handling raw and cooked beef together in the same gloves. And at the end of dinner service, staff help themselves to the buffet and go through the food with their hands which makes you wonder if there is any awareness of food hygiene? The best thing here is the bread and pastries. There are restaurants to try but they’re not great. The Chinese restaurant was amusing - My husband ordered duck with orange and I ordered beef in oyster sauce and we both got meat served in exactly the same gravy. It was edible but not remotely Chinese and there has been no effort at all to make it taste like Chinese. There was not a prawn cracker in sight.
I don’t know who the manager is but they could sort these issues out and have an amazing hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice, kids enjoyed the pools and slides. There were poolside shakes and fruits being sold. The beach is very pretty and nice golden sand.
Plenty of flies around and some mosquitos. We once had mosquitoes in our room so they came to spray it and said it won't affect us. Throughout the whole night all 5 of our eyes were stinging but not too much. But enough to disturb our sleep and my 3year old cried most of the night. My advice is DO NOT spray the room just before sleeping. (We did it after dinner) That was our mistake. Shouldve done it while we were out in the afternoon.
our room was a family room 2353 (livingroom, sofa turned in beds)and was like a 10minute walk for my elderly mum who couldnt take shortcuts without a lift to get to meal times. Asked several times to be moved but either no rooms were available or they were going to charge us to be moved closer something to do with the rates? (Language barrier)
Food was almost always the same. Not much of a variety, they just changed things up by adding different types of veg. The beef chunks were very chewy but the strips were perfect.
Rice was always not cooked throughout, you would get the odd hard grains in each bite.
Chips seemed to be only available during dinner from what we saw during our stay.
Chinese and Italian were ok, not wow. The margarita pizza was all cheese not much sauce. It was very bland.
The Grill was a nice experience, you cook the meat/chicken/fish yourself with marinades.
Members of staff were very friendly, cleaner Taha was very helpful and was very good at his job.
Shisha was very good, Bebo was very friendly.
Shops were right outside the hotel gates with good deals than senzo mall i noticed,
Shops were also inside the hotel, some had better deals than others.
Lights was also cut for a good 3hours on and off on our side of the hotel one night, called reception the man said yes it will be back and hanged up. So we had to improvise by using our phones flashlight.

We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) here from 31st Dec 2019 to 9th Jan 2020.
Generally this hotel is a little tired and could do with a refurbishment. There were some expansion works going on, so there was more noise than I would have liked, noisy trucks around 9-10pm is not what you'd expect.
The family rooms/suites are very loud, the bedroom closest to the corridor might as well have its door wide open, such is the noise that can be heard when people shout/run/fall drunk outside your door... Our first room had wires hanging from the back of the TV, no hot water, broken bed frame.
The food could be better and is not all inclusive, there are a few extras that are not included, smoothies. The variety of food can be better and you have to look hard to find the best items, such is the range in quality.
The staff could be more accomodating as well, many times it doesn't feel like they care. There are a few exceptions to this, our tour rep (not associated to the hotel), Ahmed (Meeting Point) was professional and informative. And a few members from the Horus Spa are good as well. But there are too many trying to get you to sign up to their activities and do too much hard selling when they should just leave you to relax.
For the price, I would have expected more/better.
While the location is close to the airport, it still takes time to get there and back 45min (19km), there isn't much history in this region, so it's only good for diving, snorkelling and visiting Giftun Island, which is relaxing.
Don't use this as a base to see Egypt's famous sights as that would be a long way to go (Pyramids = 5 hours on the coach).

Most managements approach is determined by racial and gender profiling. Upon arrival there was no welcome just straight faced stares and spoken to as an inconvenience yet guests of other backgrounds were treated warmly. Most casual staff are kind yet the beach bars/excursion workers were completely unprofessional in their approach as men to women. Throughout the duration of our stay, I felt uncomfortable the majority of the time in how men would comment upon me between themselves or directly to my face making it impossible to feel relaxed. When in need of reasonable adjustments there was a lack of concern/empathy for situations and no willingness to want to help from front desk management apart from the relations team who seem to be the only women working there which made a huge difference in approach!
The food options are good especially breakfast and the food teams are friendly and helpful + drinks are of easy access. When inquiring to extend our say by a day due to the pandemic, they tried to charge us $200 for one night! That’s what we paid for the whole week! And when leaving the hotel they just watched us struggle with our suitcases (despite confirming a time that someone was going to help us with them due to a guest being disabled) and didn’t even offer to open the door as we left, yet again just expressionless stares and lack of care.
This hotel is a nice resort that fulfils basic needs but the managements customer service really impacts the overall atmosphere and experience which results in not wanting to return there. If you are a local or of ethnic background especially female, I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel unless you have thick skin for ignorance and feeling judged by the men.

+1
My husband and i wanted a bit of winter sun so decided on a last minute week away to Egypt, this was our 1st time in Egypt and we were a little apprehensive about going especially with hearing people say that they had been ill from the food. However we braved it and couldn't have been happier that we did, the hotel on arrival is very grand and immaculately clean.
Check in was swift and we were shown to our room by the porter who took our cases for us, our room was facing the water park near to the beach, this was great but it is quite a walk from reception.
The room was nice with a free safe and soft drinks provided in the small fridge, we had a 4 poster bed which was really comfortable. The amenities that this hotel has to offer are 2nd to none, we were really impressed, all staff were really friendly with the exception of 1 guy on the pool bar who never knew how to smile. The hotel also provide you with free pool towels which can be exchanged at the kiosk near the pool when required.
The only thing that we felt let the hotel down slightly was the food, although the restaurant has many restaurants the food really wasn't to our taste. We did manage to find something to eat each day i just wouldn't say that we enjoyed it however i can honestly say that neither myself or my husband suffered any ill effects from the food.
The all inclusive is 24 hrs and we had no issues at all with the drinks and snacks, the waiters will bring you drinks but please do tip them, they work exceptionally hard and very long hours to try to make your holiday an enjoyable one. We took English money with us and lots of £1 coins however they struggle to change them in Egypt hence why you often get asked if you can change £1 coins in to £5 or £10 notes. Another guest recommended to us that next time we take dollars and tip 1 dollar notes rather than pound coins.
The water slides are great fun and ran very safely by the staff, the beach is lovely and a nice stroll down the pier is most enjoyable although the hotel do provide a small mini bus if you don't fancy the walk. We had temperatures of over 30 degrees with glorious sunshine from about 6.30am for the week that we visited but i was surprised at how early it gets dark there.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Titanic Beach and Egypt, we will definitely be returning.
I am only sorry it has taken me so long to write my review for this hotel when they deserve every bit of praise that they get, Well done to all of the team at Titanic.
Se you soon Polly and Jay x

There were 17 of us in different rooms. Some rooms lights didn't work, some didn't have warm water or working conditioner and one room had broken safe.
The offer at the hotel for safari ride (atv+buggy) was ridiculous, buggy went at speed maximum 15km per hour.. atv was old and the gas button was so hard to press i thouht my thumb was going to fall off. The bedouin camp we visited was like a zoo where you bring people to watch extremely poor people who live in very bad conditions. That was very sad.
Another day we had a 10 hour bus trip starting at 5am and receptions was suppose to organize us food packs which they had forgotten. For compensation we were suppose to have fruit basket and wine in our rooms, instead on a plate there were couple of apples, bananas, plums, 1 rotten orange and the bad local whisky bottle. All that we were already able to get there for free (had all inclusive trip).
There's also an option for washing clothes. Give them clothes early in the morning and they wash it for you the same day. My family member gave the clothes on 24th and afterwards nobody knew where it went. Clothes were "missing" until the last day of our trip, 28th when they suddenly found it. Small bag of clothes = 13€.
The programs organized there are boring, very aged and not interesting to watch.
