in general i want to say that i spend a more then perfect vacation with an amazing atmosphere...

...The morning atmosphere at the swimming pool is wonderful...

...Has twin basins which is great when 2 female friends are travelling together...

...All the rooms we clean and well appointed...

...Comfortable clean bedroom, Memo is very kind and always smiling...

...There Is kids programme al day and mini disco...

...Even in the evening there is shows every night...

...Room was good with very good view. Housekeeping man for our section which includes room 3011 was very professional...

Once we arrived at the hotel the room was immediately a disappointment. For an advertised '5 star' hotel the room was poorly equipped and very run down... The lamp was broken, the TV was broken, the hairdryer broke after 2 days, the wardrobe door did not open properly, the grout in the bathroom was stained black and everything was shabby including peeling paint... The broken items were quickly fixed but still the room was very disappointing... Eventually I felt I really couldn't stay any longer and we checked out and went to another hotel at my own cost... There I found a completely different experience... luxurious rooms, excellent service, incredible food and clear, clear water in the pool...

...Hotel is modern and on a great place in Hurgada...

...Second, Check-in was very fast and the room was very spacious and clean with a nice view...

The buffet restaurant was like a cattle market... The food was also sub standard for a 5 star hotel... We had one good meal in the Egyptian a la carte restaurant... Eventually we realised it was cheap to eat out at Hurghada marina and so we had several good meals there... Eventually I felt I really couldn't stay any longer and we checked out and went to another hotel at my own cost... Such a shame that we did not find that same experience at this hotel , I don’t recommend it...

...A high cost for sub standard spa treatments... Facial was ok. Next day had booked a massage and Hamam... Massage was mediocre at best and during Hamam left to lay on the stone bed while it heated without tops on while spa was filled with others- women and men... We looked up the service when we returned to our room only to find a wonderful similar service offered locally for a fraction of the price and a more luxurious service...
