went to this hotel for the first time in december 2019 and had a great time, the restaurants were plentiful and the food was lovely in every one. there is loads of bars to enjoy a beer or cocktails and coffee shops, there is also plenty of shops to buy clothes, jewelery, pictures, trinkets, you will never get bored here, they have shows every night, and live entertainment on main street. i found all the staff very pleasant and will do everything to help you. The room was great, a lot better than 5 star hotels ive been too. There is one man there i would like to say something about, the room manager Mr Attia Mazroaa, he was brilliant, couldnt do enough for you he would make sure the rooms were always clean, clean towels and bedding, fridge stocked up with water and juice and if i wasnt happy about something i would ask him and it would be sorted, not only that, he would always ask if everything was ok and could he do anything to make you feel more welcome an happier on our stay. He is the sort of man you need in every hotel, a true gentleman.Thank you Mr Attia.

I enjoyed my vacation a lot as expected, it is not the first time to stay in the amazing Thousand Nights Hotel Alf Leila we leila, it is a reality that is like a dream. All the staff are cheerful with a wonderful smile, none of them hesitate to serve you. The restaurant workers and the skilled chefs. The food is made with the utmost love and the finest ingredients, it is very, very tasty The House keeping was so tidying The rooms are very clean, the furniture is modern and the bathrooms are all renovated it was so calming and homey, The swimming pools and The Aqua Park is very clean and has heaters to match the nature of the atmosphere. The animation team is very cool and very entertaining. I would like to thank Ms. Shakra from animation team she is a wonderful person with a great personality Wonderful heart, she loved my daughter very much and she used to met her every day and dance together joy lave and take care of her a lot she is so pretty. I would like to thanks the reception and reservation staff, Mr. Walid who has a lovely smile and do a great effort to make us so happy also Mr, Mohamed Abdel-Wahhab, Ahmed Sayed, and a special thanks for the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Mohamed El-Zayat, this experience I would like to repeat many times , it was really a vacation from one of the thousands night like a dream

Had a nice week at this hotel, Weather was warm throughout the day but temperature did drop in the evenings. We stopped around the Oasis pool for most of the day which was heated but you did feel cold getting out. We found service in main restaurant and the various bars we used very good with staff very pleasant. The only downside was when we went to the Tagine restaurant which you have to book the previous day. We went in for the second sitting in plenty of time, a group of approx 6 came in 20 minnutes after us but they seemed to get preferential treatment and after them getting their deserts before us we walked out and went for ours in the main restaurant. we walked to the Shopping Mall a couple of times and went on the shuttle bus to the beach which was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and gardens are well looked after. Majority of guests seem to be German.
