Can’t imagine the level of this hotel it’s my third time to be a guest and every time they decrease one level but this absolutely no level they became under the line, only one restaurant out of 5 and all the restaurant staff deal with the guest with very bad attitude we felt that we are attending a funeral every day, and the food quality are the worst ever with very tight variety of food and only 3 bars for the drinks for the whole guest and the biggest shock was from the reception they turn off the AC at 23:00 they want to kick the guest out no tissues in the room, the power cut off and they stopped the services because they have visitors from a german tourism company, sure it’s my last time ever for the batros group.

Had a nice week at this hotel, Weather was warm throughout the day but temperature did drop in the evenings. We stopped around the Oasis pool for most of the day which was heated but you did feel cold getting out. We found service in main restaurant and the various bars we used very good with staff very pleasant. The only downside was when we went to the Tagine restaurant which you have to book the previous day. We went in for the second sitting in plenty of time, a group of approx 6 came in 20 minnutes after us but they seemed to get preferential treatment and after them getting their deserts before us we walked out and went for ours in the main restaurant. we walked to the Shopping Mall a couple of times and went on the shuttle bus to the beach which was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and gardens are well looked after. Majority of guests seem to be German.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel 7-17 December. Thanks to Attia for persuading us to try this hotel. It is great for couples, families and small groups looking for a relaxing hotel. Although it is not a beach hotel, there is plenty to do thanks to Vanessa and the rest of the animation team. Yoga, Zumba, belly dancing, darts are just a few of the activities offered. There is also table tennis, pool and crazy golf to pass the time. Lots of pools including some heated ones which was a treat in December. Plenty of sun beds and the life guards will bring out extra beds if there are none (no need to set your alarm to put your towel out). Shops galore (no need to leave the hotel). Entertainment - nightly shows and in house Fantasia plus they have their own on site museum. Rooms - we stayed in 159 which was spacious. A big (huge) bed, tv, tea/coffee making facilities as well as a fridge. The bathroom was large and the shower was lovely (I want one of these at home). The hair dryer was sufficient enough to dry my long hair. There was even a walk in dressing room. Safe also available for your valuables. Restaurants. Plenty of choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can have cooked or continental, pancakes/pastries/cereal or falafel for breakfast. Plenty of choice for lunch and five restaurants for dinner - indian/Chinese, italian, Syrian, seafood, tagine as well as staple potato/meat dishes. Spoilt for choice and served by cheerful chefs. Lunch time in the restaurant by the active pool was great - pizza, pasta, hot and cold sandwiches as well as a crepe station if you need sweetening up. The bars are ok. The best service being in the bars by the reception. Our barmen around the pool kept us hydrated during the day (thanks Rafa and Badr). We will return again. Next time, we will ask for the 400s villas area. Thank you to Attia Mazroaa for persuading us to try this hotel and looking after us. We’ll be back with friends in 2020. Thanks Jeanette and Simon
