Excellent on all aspects. The only problem was mosquitoes. The place is very classy , clean, full of very well picked art works. People are exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Food in the open buffet was excellent with a lot of good varieties. Beach is lovely and very spacious. Rooms were very spacious, nicely furnished with all required amenities. Really i would go back again and again . 👍

We went for a week of relaxation and rejuvenation after a busy Christmas. We had no expectations except for wanting sun and sleep! We were blown away by our week. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help. We requested a room change to have a balcony which got the sun all day and this was done without a quibble. The rooms were clean and spacious and the layout and attention to detail in the resort was fabulous. The food was outstanding, the main restaurant had so much choice and fresh delicious food. We dined in the a la carte restaurants also which had a quieter atmosphere, food and great themed decor. We would like to mention in particular Mosab who looked after us so well in the main restaurant. The beaches were clean and the sun beds comfy and plentiful. There is a well Equipped gym and yoga classes were great. Although we didn’t partake in spa treatments the sauna and jacuzzis and warm pool were a bonus. Nothing is perfect and the only thing which wasn’t amazing was the local alcohol but you could buy premium beers and spirits for not an extortionate price! We also went post holiday season so the resort was nice and quiet as we wanted but this meant easy to get our favourite spot on the beach, play pool and table tennis without a queue!! We also took a boat to go snorkelling and fishing one day which was amazing, there are plenty of opportunities to go scuba diving, windsurfing and kitesurfing too. Well done and thank you to all the staff who made this a great stay, we will be back!…

My family and I have been traveling a lot around the world, and I must say this place is amazing in all aspects. Starting with heartwarming welcome by the managers Mr. Kannan and Mr. Nada, who did their best to make our stay exceptional. The rooms are speacious with spectacular view on the well kept garden, pool and ocean. The food in bufet style restaurant is super delicious, changing taste and style every day. The waiters are very friendly with great service. Apart from the main courses , you get some snacks all day and drinks as well. The beach is in the windshadow, the best for swimmers and families with babies. If you are kiter or windsurfer, there are 2 sport centers on the windy side of the hotel area. Flat turquise water and warm wind makes the spot one of my favourite. The stuff at the sport center was incredibly helpfull. We will gladly come back as soon as possible. …

It was our first time in Egypt and it was an outstanding and lovely experience. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities for an affordable price. The catering services were phenomenal. The beach is clean as well as everything on the property. The presidential suite is more than enough for a family of four, besides the spacious bedrooms there is an enormous living room. The front office manager, Kannan Subramaniam made sure everything was set for our stay. Everybody on the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, but I have to highlight somebody. Wael Mohamed was our waiter in the VIP lounge every morning and for few of the A La Carte caterings as well. He provided an outstanding service. He memorized our favourite beverages and made sure that all of our needs were completely fulfilled. Wael not just did an expecting service for the week, but provided of the most professional and still friendliest experience we have ever seen. We booked all inclusive package, including three meals, beverages and alcohol as well, wide selections, which are fantastic. On the next day, we went for the snorkelling and fishing with Abo Raslan. He is a very kind person, patient and professional, and looked after my 6 years old boy very well too. It was my son’s first time for snorkelling, although it was a little bit cold in the water in December for little kid, he still enjoyed it very much and wants to come back again. Highly recommended.

Exceptional stay and wonderful vacation, details in each and every corner of the resort with very unique taste for the decorations. starting with the check in and the free upgrade thanks to Peter and Biman , to the buffet and the service at the restaurants special thanks to Rami , Ali and Mahmoud. We received a phone call on the second day asking how our first night was. Beautiful and functional balcony in the hotel room to enjoy the beach view. Their beach is phenomenal with limitless activities with the aqua center special thanks to abu-Raslan Their health club has a huge heated pool , jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and the gym all free of charge. Our hotel room was clean each and every day beyond our standards and this was also apparent throughout the resort. We would definitely recommend to others and would love to come visit again.…
