Upon arriving we were offered food. The restaurant had stayed open to cater for late arrivals such as ourselves. I can’t fault the hotel at all, it was clean, the staff were always lovely. However, the food was a big let down. Let’s start with the hotel. Everything was always clean, the rooms are very nice with aircon. I saw some reviews saying the rooms needed updating however I thought they were very standard for what you’d expect in a hotel of this type. The beds were very comfy, and room was cleaned every day by the cleaner. Thank you! The water park is free of charge, so I’m unsure why some reviews say you have to pay to use it, we enjoyed some of the slides. Be careful though, as some of the slides will throw you around, and are very quick. I’m unsure what the evening entertainment was like in the hotel as you would have to walk down to the beach (5-10 minute walk), and that was too far to walk in the heat, so we gave the evening entertainment a miss. There were two stages towards the top of the hotel, and it’s a shame that they hold all the entertainment at the bottom end of the hotel as I feel not many people knew it was down there. The food. It’s such a shame that the food wasn’t nice, as everything else about the hotel was perfect. We felt that they didn’t cater to the British at all, and the food choices were very repetitive. You’d find yourself eating chicken and rice every day. The food was also very tasteless. On some days there were no fries. It’s a standard that every hotel serves fries. During the day you could only get fries down by the water park snack bar (which is a 5 minute walk from the main restaurant - The hotel is very big. If you’re not one who enjoys walking, this is not for you) I was very disappointed that there were some nights we couldn’t have fries. Before booking, we read up about the different restaurants. There was a mention about a panorama kids restaurant, however we never saw this, and children would be eating the same food as adults were served. There was no separate section in the restaurant that catered for children. Another let down was that you always had to ask for butter to go with your bread. There was never any out ready for you to grab next to the bread. We even went some mornings without toast as there was no toaster those days. Very simple things did let us down, however the main let down was the fact that the food was repetitive. The food was okay for the first few days, but after that you get bored of eating the same thing. We often found ourselves going out to eat, we went to McDonald’s, and a lovely British Pub (Lucas) down the Marina. Well worth the visit!! We overall enjoyed our holiday and would visit the hotel again, but it would not be for 2 weeks as you struggle to find food you want to eat by the end. As for the wifi- we never actually used it, we saw reviews that it was only available in reception. We opted for an Egyptian SIM card. These were available to purchase on the way out of Hurghada Airport- Go with Vodafone. They do the best deal for your money. We had a 62GB Sim Card for £17.…
Nice parts first: rooms are spacious, bar staff are nice. Beer is in a bottle. Aqua playground is good and the coffee is good. Bad parts: Food is terrible. Rooms very spacious but need updating. Attempted theft (I believe) Reception staff are often rude and unhelpful. On my last day the main reception guy took my phone whilst my back was turned and hid it under his desk. He said he was making sure other guests didn't steal it. However he could have moved the phone infront of my face, or told me he had moved my phone. He also did not move my wallet or passport only the phone. Pool was unfortunately dirty, otherwise it would have been a nice otherwise. Given this place 2 stars as it was pretty cheap and bar staff and room staff were friendly. 25 minutes from Hurghada and only 15 minutes from El Gouna. El Gouna is a guarded closed community, very clean and lots of nice places to eat. Highly recommend.…
Everything was amazing! The staff was exceptional, especially Amir (reception), Khalid and Mudeer (house keeping rm 1818). They went above and beyond to make our holiday as special as possible. Excellent housekeeping with he effort to make towel animals and unlimited water. The variety of food was great and the hotel was very clean, warm and welcoming. I would certainly recommend for young families with a great water park that wasn't busy and also many pools to choose from. Overall, a pleasure and would go again...Thank you!
We was with family in Nubia aqua beach resort and we recommending to everyone! Good hotel to stay at, the rooms are very clean and spacious with very good housekeeping staff which come around daily to clean your room and drop off bottle of water, the rooms also have very good air conditioning which keeps you cool during the very hot nights in Hurghada. Very good big territory, everywhere so clean and beautiful. The animation team were all fantastic during our stay we made friends with all of them who made the holiday even better as we would never be bored. Although there weren't many guests during our stay the animation team would do their best to ensure there was entertainment all throughout the day and evening time, the day time entertainment included water polo, stretching, aqua gym and volleyball. One evening we got to watch a belly dancer and join in with a traditional Egyptian spin dance which was fantastic fun. Every evening it was some show from animation team. The bar and restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic also, they couldn't do anymore for you. Overall we would recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking to go to Hurghada, please do not be put off by the bad reviews. We cannot wait to return one day to see the friends we have made there and to enjoy the sunshine again!”…

We booked a 7 nights all inclusive stay but left by day 3 for our own health and safety. First of all this was not all inclusive, the main workers canteen served all inclusive food And drinks on tap including water. The cantern was filthy dirty and the food stations even more so. People not queuing up, and even serving themselves with their bare hands. Liver was the maim meat. There was 4 other restaurants you could visit - tiny and mostly empty- but the drinks would be chargeable. Absurd to be paying for soft drinks and drinking bottled water in an all inclusive holiday. The Chinese restaurant ok with with food, staff were nice. The Italian restaurant - nothing tasted as it should. The cheese on a simple margarita was not mozzarella. The food was so bad we, our kids were not eating anything instead we were feeding them crisps and other snacks which we were buying outside the resort. We were easy spending £38 for snacks and DRINKING WATER from The shops outside the resort. The Italian restaurant staff even attempted so bad to steal from us. The funny thing is the manager was present , saw what happened and took absolutely no actions. The rooms look like they had been broken into, and again filthy dirty. There was no drinking water in the rooms and we had to buy bottles of water from.ourside the resort to carry them up to the second floor so we had water in our room. There was a notice to say don't brush teeth with tap water instead use drinking water The pools were absolutely dirty and not staffed at all times. They would spray mosquito spray at 7 pm every day with no prior warning and the scene would resemble a terror scene where the staff were shouting and hand gesturing for guests to leave and go inside. NO WIFI. You were required to pay €4 and this would only work in the lobby. There was an instance where a little girl got lost and the staff were clearly not trained on what to do in those situations and they did not even have radios to speak with one another instead stood there doing nothing for about 10-15 mins while the little girl screamed scared as she couldn’t speak any languages the guests around spoke. It took two of the guests to walk to reception to let reception know. Eventually the mum showed up. All the issues were made clear to the reception staff and their response was to take it with loveholidays. The hotel managers were informed and they booth played dumb and ‘were going to investigate’ This was not 4* and certainly not all inclusive. Very poor quality, dirty and not safe. Everything at your own risk.…
I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to following my experience. I booked to stay at the Nubia aqua beech from 8th -15th June, I am writing this review and counting down the hours until I get on the plane to go home, this has been one of the worst holidays I have ever been on. Most of the hotel staff are fantastic and friendly, that is the only thing that I can say about my visit to the Nubia aqua beech. On arrival everything looked OK and the hotel seemed to be OK...... but then found its all false. The rooms could do with a deep clean and a really good makeover as they are dirty and tiered not what I would expect from a hotel showing itself as a 4/5*, I would put this more in the category of a 2/3*. The food is not catered for all nationalities so if for some medical/health reason or just because you don't like what they have out you are stuffed, I had serious stomach pains and diarrhoea for 3 days and since stopping eating and drinking in the hotel this has now gone... we paid all inclusive but have to pay to eat elsewhere due to the food being well below standard. This defeats the object of paying all inclusive really. Many complaints were made to the manager of the hotel by alot of guests that we met as did we, it was met with we will give you the best dining experience..... now why would I want to do that following 3 days of pain and diarrhoea. I feel that given all of the above I would NOT recommend this hotel and that the hotel should offer a refund on the stay at the hotel as a good will gesture as healthwise the food is questionable and you simply don't get what you paid for. I would be interested to see if the manager of the hotel provides a response or if they just ignore and brush this under the carpet. The pools do not look chlorinated and look green as you can see in my picture, this is concerning to anyone using the pool as potentially could be a health issue. So in short if you want a relaxing enjoyable holiday I would not recommend coming hear as you may contract stomach pains and diarrhoea from the hotel food/drinks and substandard accommodation. If you do book here be prepared to have to pay for an Uber and eat out as the food is edable elsewhere....…
We just arrived back from a week here it was very disappointing, the food was awful every day the same disgusting food was served in the canteen , the canteen was dirty , the plates were all chipped , there often wasn’t any cutlery you’d stand around waiting for ages , whilst eating they push around a trolley to collect empty plates it’s covered in old food and totally of putting made me feel sick , the canteen it’s self was dirty the tables were broken and some quite dangerous if you catch your elbows on it , the cooking station were they cook eggs for breakfast is so dirty , even at breakfast teas abd coffees are in paper cups it’s just awful The rooms are old and tired and really need updating are aircon dripped water constantly dispite it being fixed twice so couldn’t leave it on at night unless we wanted a flood . No WiFi at all unless you pay and only then you can use it in reception not what you’d expect for all inclusive , The drinks were very week and served in tiny throw away plastic cups The door handles fell off the bathroom door didn’t lock all in all a disappointing stay . On a positive note other than the rude reception staff on arrival they were generally great , they were helpful and chatty .…
Only 15% of the food is edible as a lorry driver I have eaten in some grotty food outlets an the food was better than here the beds are so uncomfortable it's untrue the rooms are filthy you pay for all inclusive but you don't get free WiFi it one star at best and I only gave it that because of some staff members the pools are not up to scratch if you are thinking of booking don't or pray that your holiday gets cancelled
Had an amazing holiday. Great reception service, top entertainment every night and while at the pool. All staff friendly and helpful. All round amazing holiday. Show time in the evenings were amazing, and drinks very good.
