Nice hotel and great value. Staff were friendly and helpful all the time. It is large with 3 different parts. We didn’t realise where the main water park was for the first few days, so look out for the Meritte part to go on some really fun water slides. There are 7 thrilling slides with a very impressive rubber ring slide separate. Even though this wasn’t busy the staff around the pool were always very helpful and switched it on just for us. There’s a drink and food bar at the slides area with a great bar man who provides a quick service, even table service. The area is great for all ages and you can easily spend the whole day here. The middle area Palma is quieter and has smaller kids slides with a beach. Also a swim up pool bar which is a nice touch. The largest of the pools is in the last section which has the largest restaurant, a very pretty beach on top of it and a very nice swim up bar. The hotel offers a health spa with massage and scrub. (Additional cost) The spa is very well kept and looks more premium inside compared with the main hotel. Overall the hotel offers a great exterior and offers food and drinks in all areas. The main strip area is around 3 miles away and costs around £2/3 (30/50 Egyptian) in a cab. Cabs are everywhere and easy to get as soon as you walk out the hotel. Our room was very large and came with a queen bed. The decor is a bit tired however and the bathroom wasn’t in the best condition. Food wasn’t always great. The spirits were not great tasting and took me a while to get used to the taste and spell. Beer was good and juices too. Overall a nice hotel and well worth the price we paid. Couldn’t give it more than 4 star as food and drink was a bit weak. Also bathroom needs a refurb.

I just want to share my experience in Sunny Days El Palacio Hurghada as we faced the WORST service ever. 1. We arrived on Friday 29 of April, the minute we entered our room, we found out that the air conditioner was not working, so we contacted the room service from 1 PM till 6 PM to come and fix it. By 6 PM they said that it’s fetar time and no one is available right now. 2. The food was not good. (Quantity and quality). 3. The phone in the room was not working and we asked more than once to change it but they didn’t do anything about it. 4. On Monday 2nd of May, at 12:30 PM, the bellman decided to open the door although there was “do not disturb” sign on the front door. The door was locked from inside and when I opened the door, he didn’t say anything except giving me a paper written on it that it’s 12:30 PM and we have to pay 20 dollars as the check-out is suppose to be by 12 PM. Although our check out is on Wednesday 4th of May. 5. On Wednesday 4th of May, at 9 AM, someone tried to open the door 3 times but it was locked from inside and as i woke up and went to see who tried to open the door he was gone. 6. The housekeeping decided to make a skeleton with towels and left it on our bed (which is unacceptable). 7. The towels were not clean at all and when we asked for towels they answered by that we can’t have more than 2 although we are three in the room. 8. We asked for tissues and they said that the tissues are finished and there is no more for us. As for the pros: 1. The view of the room was nice. 2. A part from the air conditioner, the room was nice. 3. The staff of the pool and restaurant was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is very good, rooms are clean, staff is professional and kind. We had some minor issues in the room, but all were resolved within 15 minutes. They are cleaning the rooms, halls and whole complex all the time, day and night, so everything was clean all the time. Food is great and tasty, every day you can choose between numerous dishes, followed by deserts and fruits. There is a bar at the beach serving burgers, hot dogs and fries all day, along with several drinks bars all around the Lagoona. The best part is the sea. Beach and coral reef are amazing! On the northern part of the hotel there is a shallow water with beautiful white sand, full of interesting corals and shells, and on the north-eastern branch there is a coral reef which is so amazing that people are paying to go to dive there, and we could be there all the time for free! The reef is amazing, so many fishes, corals, shells, mollusks and all other marine life, which were more diverse and more beautiful than on the reefs far in the Red Sea near Orange bay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay in this hotel again

Hotel to flee a disaster for nothing is wrong it should be closed for obsolescence the food is horrible and every day the same thing mice in restaurants which makes waiters laugh but not customers who come to a 4-star hotel. Respect all your customers and not only the Russians because we also pay for service close your hotel. 15 days of vacation spoil go home more annoy and disgust to have come here.

Don't believe the pictures and advertising by Sunny Days. The truth is this hotel is a filthy old rundown hotel in desperate need of renovation some areas looked like a ghetto. Rooms were very dirty with bed bugs in the mattress was mould in the bathroom and most of the time there was no hot water. Did not get clean towels and the room was rarely cleaned there was a odor in the room and throughout the hotel. Food was horrendous and the dinning room was extremely dirty and crowded with no covid restrictions making it very unsafe. My self and my wife got a very bad intestinal bacterial from the food and lack of proper hygiene throughout the hotel that required medical attention. Security was non existence on two occasions we had drunks outside of our room yelling obscenities once at 4:00 am and then on another night at 5:30 am. I called the front desk and they did nothing then I made a complaint and again they did nothing.

Sunny Days El Palacio This is a favorite place for me and my family and I have a lot of memories from my childhood Anhu El Palacio I advise many friends to enjoy the best time there. I want to say that the services at El Palacio Hotel are at the highest level in terms of politeness, morals and the beautiful smile of the staff. I want to thank the reception staff, especially Mr. Ayman Azab for caring for the customer and providing all the necessary. Really, I finished Sunny Days El Palacio. I always remember the food, hygiene and safety. Thank you, Sunny Days, for making me happy.
