I have just come back from a week's break here and, given the price, I have no complaints!
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The TV had one channel that played movies in English, which was more than expected.
The bathroom was a little dated but it was clean and everything worked. The water pressure for the shower was a little low but I was still able to have a hot shower every evening.
For £36/night for all inclusive the food was fine. Hot and cold options for breakfast every day and a variety of food for lunch and dinner. The desserts were incredible. I feared it would be chips for every meal but I actually had some very tasty dishes. As someone with a 'delicate'stomach I was worried that I might get an upset stomach, but I was fine. Be aware that all drinks are served in paper cups. A free small bottle of water is provided on arrival, after this they charge for bottled water. However, there are water coolers around the hotel that you can fill up bottles for free. The shop across the road sells big bottles of water for 10 Egyptian pounds (about 50p).
All members of staff wore masks at all times and there is hand sanitizer all over the hotel.
The pool area and the beach are beautiful and I wasn't unduly disturbed by anyone.
I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere to relax in the sun!

Very nice hotel for family visits. The service is great and the food is good. Animation team is for sure the best! During corona they were definitely being careful and they even sanitized our suitcases before entering. They keep our rooms clean at all times and definitely take disinfecting seriously unlike any other place in egypt. Definitely recommend!

Before all I want to say that we are the fourth time I have stay in Egypt in hotels of the same 5 star category, so we have a comparison term.
The resort is not high, and the location is a quiet one in which you can relax during your stay. Instead, the servants offered and how the hotel staff behave.
First of all, we expect everything to rely on the tip here, but things are taken to the extreme. In the main restaurant, people who have given preferential treatment have preferential treatment to the meal and beverages desired, after all I paid for the same type of service. Why do these differences?
Because of the Covid Situation 19 in the All Inclusive concept, access to food is done with the help of the hotel staff who have a silent attitude and if you want to put your plate in the desired way they do not understand or pure and pure and Simply do not pay attention.
Another minus is the time at which the hotel bars open to serve alcoholic beverages, here is open at 11.00.
Access to drinking water in the hotel is provided by water dispensers from where you can fill your plastic bottles you reuse and again to have water overnight.
The room minibar initially has two bottles of water and some boxes with fruit juice. The two bottles of water are free of charge, after which all that is consumed in the minibar is paid extra at departure.
The beach is small with smooth input in water quite quiet and with very clean water.
The team is animation is trying to do and engage tourists in all kinds of activities.

If you are looking for rest, relaxation, good food, views, snorkeling, walking and window shopping around the hotel, this is not the hotel for you. We were given a “sea view” room. There was NO sea view unless you count the sliver of blue we could see between two palm trees. Instead what we got was a room above the pool side disco - pounding with loud music until late at night. The room was not maintained. The bath tub/shower was slippery and dangerous. The shower head broke the first day and was not fixed. No toilet paper was brought in 3 days and when we asked for some, we were given paper towels. The hotel was not clean nor safe. I slipped on the floors a few times and saw others slipping also. Food is served in a loud, noisy cafeteria with no variety and, in fact, the same food served night after night. It looked and smelled rancid. Both of us were sick after each of the 2 meals we ate there. There are hotel staff hovering and grabbing your plates while you are still eating from them. You have to fight them off just to be able to eat. We finally went outside the hotel and paid ourselves for a decent meal. The hotel is located in a residential area with no place to walk to. It is not near to anything. We took Uber 20 minutes before reaching anything. It is like you are trapped in the prison of the hotel. The beach/swimming area is dirty and trashy. The roped swimming area lets you go only up to your thighs. No swimming or snorkeling. I struggled but cannot find anything good to say about this hotel. If you like bad cafeteria food, kids running around unsupervised by parents, loud music and dirty swimming area, this is the place for you. If not, go somewhere else. There are plenty of places in the same price range that will enable you to truly experience the beautiful Red Sea. Attaching photo of “sea view” room

We stayed here as part of a 14 night holiday - 7 night cruise 7 day hotel stay.
Our first night was in a noisy room with a dirty bathroom. The fridge was so noisy we had to turn it off but because it was one night we put up with it.
On returning to the hotel after 7 days we were offered 4 different rooms before finally accepting one on the promise of cleaning the bathroom. Mould, filthy shower fittings and screen, smelt damp.
One night having gone to bed guests checked into the room next door after midnight and were very noisy. They even barged I to our room via an unlocked interconnecting door. We had to call reception and security. The next day we asked to be moved again. The rooms are outdated and need a good refresh to fit with the light airy reception area.
However the staff were amazing. From the cleaners to the porters and waiters. Special shout out to Mustafa who was one of our waiters and always made sure we were looked after.
It was very windy while we were there so were unable to use the main pool or swim in the sea. Be careful of the jelly fish which we were told were harmless but there were hundreds of them. The hotel was very noisy while we were there too with large parties of Russians and Bulgarians.
Food ok but lots of peppers in everything. Drink is local drink but you can’t get beer or wine after 11pm.
Pizza Corner was good. You could book into the fish or Italian restaurant once a week but the menus were very limited and you had to choose from one of three when you booked your meal. We only saw the Italian being used once.
Entertainment most nights.

We stayed here as part of a Nile Cruise. Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Unfinished buildings either side and food VERY average. Mostly Egyptian food and the same everyday. This is the only hotel in the World where I have been served tea for breakfast in paper cups. Even in the room they only have paper cups!! I feel this really lets the hotel down and don't even think about taking your half empty wine glass from dinner out of the dining room. It will prompty be poured into a paper cup!!!! The rooms were good, TV had bad reception and not much going on in the evenings in the hotel. ATM in the foyer which changes up pounds/dollars into local currency was very convenient. Rooms could do with a facelift but OK for the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel for British visitors as we were the only ones staying in this hotel and you really won't appreciate a cup of tea in a paper cup.

The hotel staff was more than polite and always ready to help. The hotel is a bit older, but very clean. A little minus is that we were getting only one bottle of water each day (0,5L) and we were two adults. Towels and sheets were always clean, but do not expect a clean floor in the room. If you bring even a bit sand of dust, it will stay like that if you don't clean it yourself. The beach is very near and they do have clean pools, but we prefered the beach. The water is not always the deepest, you have to search a bit by swimming. The food was just amazing, they serve so much of it and it was very fresh and delicious. We did have an all inclusive package and were about 90% satisfied with it. The music from outside from programms was loud up until 23.00-00.00h, so if you are planning an early trip, you won't get that much sleep. On our frist day we arrived past dinner time, but they did serve us dinner. You can drink and eat all you want in the all inclusive package, but don't expect original products like Coca Cola or Fanta, you will be getting something else. A big minus for me and my partner was that in such a price and all inclusive package you do not get free WiFi. Of course, you can buy a SIM Card and we did later on, but as you arrive and especially if you arrive that late, you will not get WiFi. Charges for WiFi for two people, a 7 day stay were about 22€, which we politely declined and later on we found out that the connection is very bad. You can find a SIM card in the stores nearby for 15-20 dollars for 10-15 GB.

About the hotel there are pluses and minuses, but staff is very very helpful and polite, I can only brag all the men working there, but I was a little sad coming from Europe and seeing only one woman once working by the pastry. Please, consider some female workers, support your better halves :)

It is with reluctance we feel this hotel only deserves a one star review but the place was dirty, we stayed there for two nights before going on the Nile cruise then a further five nights afterwards, the food and drink stains on the outside stairs when we got there were still not cleaned when we left two weeks later. Our first room was ok but the room we got when we returned from the cruise hadn’t been cleaned very well and there was muck and dust in every corner.
We only ate in the main ‘canteen’ on one evening because the floor was so mucky, luckily the hotel didn’t object to us using the Italian restaurant on every other evening.
The other disappointment was the cheap, flimsy plastic cups and ‘glasses’ used in the canteen, such a cheap nasty experience.
For goodness sake buy your staff a few decent mops and buckets with a drop of detergent instead of expecting an old towel wrapped round a pole to actually clean anything.
This place could actually be half decent with a bit of effort, if you got to breakfast early the omelets were very good and the variety acceptable and lunch down on the beach was decent enough for the money. Drinks were ok and the beer better than average. Staff were a bit of a mixed bag, some excellent others just there for the money. Only two of the waiters knew how to work customers for tips, by that we don’t mean holding your hand out but smiling, being pleasant and attentive and generally doing that little bit more than the minimum.
We can’t say that our holiday was totally ruined but with a bit of care and supervision from management it could have been so much better. We won’t return to this hotel again but the hotel we went to a couple of weeks later in Morocco has already been booked for next spring!
Management should bear in mind that they represent not just their hotel but also their people and their country, we are returning to Egypt next year to a hotel we know, but travelers who aren’t familiar with the country might well be put off returning.

We stayed here in June 22.
Lovely hotel right on the beach in hurghada, with shallow sea sectioned off for safe swimming.
Staff couldn't do enough for us, even before our holiday I was emailing the hotel direct (due to our travel agent being rubbish!) and they were so fast at getting back to me and dealing with every query. We stayed here one day before going on a nile cruise and returning to the hotel. Before our return I requested a pool side room, and to my delight this request was fulfilled and the room was even nicer than the first one we had stayed before our cruise.
Staff are constantly cleaning around this hotel, you cannot fault them for cleanliness and service, especially in the restaurant. The manager Namazi became our good friend during our stay too, and he was always on hand to help us with anything. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay memorable!
Food was lovely, always lots of variety in the restaurant, also pizza and fast food available pool side every day, and bbq on the terrace most days. We took advantage of booking in the italian restaurant which is included once during the stay without extra charge, and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 course meal (we opted for steak as main).
Drinks were lovely too, including cocktails. Also a nice surprise was the cleaners popped a cake in our fridge on my other half's birthday.
Entertainment was laid on most days, with volley ball, darts, yoga etc
Cash machine in the lobby so you can draw out your egyptian pounds if needed
Oh and if you want a massage, use the one on site! My other half had 2 and said it was the best massage he's had in his whole life, which is saying something. Price was really reasonable, and also we recommended to other guests who also tried the service and said it was amazing too
