The location of the hotel is actually on the outskirts, there is nothing nearby, you have to go to Hurghada, but an Uber taxi costs 1 dollar wherever you go.
The evening animation is very average, during the day there are a lot of different games and activities - I advise you to participate, you will be in a super mood and tone. After the evening animation, the hotel falls asleep, many people don’t even know that the hotel has a good disco club, maybe. there is almost never music playing there and you have to ask for the disco to be started, on the penultimate day 10 people gathered and they started everything for us, the DJ played Russian songs, special thanks.
The food is good and varied: a lot of different tasty meats, fish, unique dishes every evening. There is dietary food, delicious cream soups, sea fruits, delicious vegetables. There are simply tons of sweets, but I didn’t eat sweets at all, I didn’t want to. Also on the ground floor under the restaurant they serve fast food (delicious) and ice cream (good) for lunch.
There were both Russians and foreigners in the hotel, the overall atmosphere was super. The staff is friendly and never refuses to help.
The room was cleaned well, the room given was good, a little shabby, but overall everything was ok. View of the pool in the left wing closer to the sea, 2nd floor. The bed is comfortable, great sleep.
The hotel is compact, beautiful, lots of flowers, greenery, palm trees.
Two swimming pools, to the right of the central beach there is an excellent sandy beach (on the central one there are always oil stains from arriving boats and an unpleasant bottom).
I was pleased with my stay, very pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. But the hotel is not for young people, I would say)
!!!Tip: if you leave the hotel to the right a little, to a dead end, then left and walk for 5-7 minutes, you will reach a good store ala Pyaterochka. I advise you to buy olives and olive oil, and all sorts of little things.
!!!Tip: buy a SIM card for the Internet right at the hotel, there is a store inside. If you buy it at the airport or somewhere else, your SIM card may run out of GB and you won’t be able to do anything. And at the hotel you will always come and change everything for you.
!!!Advice: don’t be fooled by the animation’s persuasion into a trip to the club for $15 - it completely sucks. Just get together with someone who wants it, choose an open air club, take a taxi for $1 (Uber) and go. By no means a closed club! In closed ones, everyone smokes right inside, it’s wildly terrible.

P.S. will be offering a discotheque, don't agree)) It's a tip for those who like electronic music, such a straight ounce-ounce-ounce... It won't happen there, I didn't even get a whisker to help😅 Boring and dreary, like break dancing)
First of all, the room was in terrible condition. From the first to the last day, there was a sharp smell of cat urine in the room. Furniture was broken, and when we asked him to fix at least a chair, he was simply taken out of the room, leaving us without any replacement.
Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We were promised a general clean-up, but instead the dirty stains on the floor were just hidden under the carpet. This seems to be their "solution" to the problem.
The situation at the restaurant was no better. The food scattered around the shared bowls was collected by the staff with a dirty rag and simply shaken back into the same bowls of food. This is unacceptable and totally unsanitary.
A separate disappointment was the indoor heated pool. On December 25, it was unexpectedly closed, but representatives of the travel agency were informed by the hotel that the pool had been inaccessible allegedly only since December 28. As a result, many families left the hotel ahead of schedule, but management assured that "all guests are satisfied".
When we decided to leave early so we wouldn't ruin our vacation any more, we weren't refunded for the days we didn't have.
If you want to ruin your holidays, make a bold reservation for this hotel. You can't enjoy your stay.
The hotel has a 5-star category, but expect a maximum of 3. Everything is worn, old. Totally poor service.
Upon arrival, we were offered bracelets for $10, they didn't even want to give us water, and they said we would have to wait until 3pm for a room. A decent way to ask for a tip..
In the room, hair is freshly made by the bed, the blanket is washed, the bathroom is moldy.
There is no water in the evening, they say there are too many guests.
The beach is in a semicircle and boats are anchored at the corners.
Big stones in the sand and the first three meters of mud, completely unsuitable for children.
The restaurant has plexiglass and the waiter gives you - always only 2 spoons. Drinks are provided - including coffee!! - only for plastic or paper, there are no mugs or cups.
There is no toilet at the pool. So where do all the kids go?
I gave two stars, but now I'm wondering why.

I'll mention Italian and fish restaurant separately, but there are pros and cons.
Pros:
This concerns an Italian restaurant where everything is beautiful, from music to food. Lasagna is a bomb, ate with such a high (went to an Italian restaurant for free, as the hotel provides the opportunity to go once to choose either in Italian or in fish for free). Italian gave a good mood for the whole evening and a good upbringing), for which the staff received a good well-deserved tip, which you leave at will, it will not affect the attitude towards you in any way.
Fish restaurant visited for money, took 0.5kg of shrimp and 0.5kg of squid. The shrimp burned just disgustingly, tasted gari and sour, served on 3, paid the 35& bill and left no tips, we were just escorted out quickly. I suggest you don't go there for money unless it's free to eat a standard menu.
Cons of the hotel: poor cleaning of rooms, floors if cleaned, very rarely and of poor quality, water is given only at check-in, you will have to collect from the cooler.
But the biggest downside is, of course, the restaurant, where you have to beg for food, reach for glassed buffets, or beg workers who save food, impose a minimum (that's considering what we ate at a minimum, did not pick up mountains). For those who wish to eat deliciously and densely, the hotel is most likely not suitable. In the morning the menu is eggs and all that is connected with it, vegetables boiled in sauce, rice porridge in milk, in one word you can sleep breakfast and not regret it, lunch is more varied, but again you have to ask and not as rich as in hotels in Turkey, for dinner is added either fried fish or beef or chicken meat. Anyway, I can tell you I didn't feel the wah in the food. The only thing that stands out is the tender, slightly fatty fillet of fish that melts in your mouth.
A little bit about the beach:
There are a lot of sunbeds, the beach is clear, but underwater there is a lot of plastic and all kinds of rubbish, water is abundant in the morning, by lunch the water leaves and there is little room for swimming to the buoys. Marine life is abundant in the water, except for colorful fish, which are very few in the sea.
All in all, the kind of Hotel Rating she deserves is a 4.
Animators try, but they're weak, too. Performances happen, but raw, not exactly interesting.
Most of the waiters were friendly and provided good service. In general, the hotel was clean, and there was always someone who went and swept, dried tables off or the like.
The room we stayed in was a good size with a good size balcony. Cleaning of the room was perfectly fine with filling in the minibar without extra charge as well as replacement of towels/bed linen.
The hotel had several cozy places where you could sit and play games or have a beer.
There are sellers walking around the pool area, but we didn't feel bothered. There is loud music at the large pool, but quietly and quietly at the heated pool.

Our first night was in a noisy room with a dirty bathroom. The fridge was so noisy we had to turn it off but because it was one night we put up with it.
On returning to the hotel after 7 days we were offered 4 different rooms before finally accepting one on the promise of cleaning the bathroom. Mould, filthy shower fittings and screen, smelt damp.
One night having gone to bed guests checked into the room next door after midnight and were very noisy. They even barged I to our room via an unlocked interconnecting door. We had to call reception and security. The next day we asked to be moved again. The rooms are outdated and need a good refresh to fit with the light airy reception area.
However the staff were amazing. From the cleaners to the porters and waiters. Special shout out to Mustafa who was one of our waiters and always made sure we were looked after.
It was very windy while we were there so were unable to use the main pool or swim in the sea. Be careful of the jelly fish which we were told were harmless but there were hundreds of them. The hotel was very noisy while we were there too with large parties of Russians and Bulgarians.
Food ok but lots of peppers in everything. Drink is local drink but you can’t get beer or wine after 11pm.
Pizza Corner was good. You could book into the fish or Italian restaurant once a week but the menus were very limited and you had to choose from one of three when you booked your meal. We only saw the Italian being used once.
Entertainment most nights.
