I was surprised how nice the resort was, good variety of good, fruit, sweets. The problem is everyone is expecting money: bar staff, cleaners, sun loungers and so we were told to give receptionist £20 for upgraded room. We did and got big room , clean , obviously it’s Egypt so needed updating but overall not too bad.

Nothing it’s like you see in the picture. The rooms are not clean, the laundry is dirty, the pool isn’t finished. No helpful staff, they will serve you only if you live them tips. Everything that must be free they make it with extra charge. There is no varieties in the food and all food is not fresh and it’s the same food every day. The drinks are awful, even the normal ones its smell awful.

The resort itself is very nice, great pools for refreshment. The room is clean, neatly arranged, new towels for the bathroom and pool and bottles of water available every day. Food and drink in the mini bar or refrigerators are to be paid for. The drink and the service are a disaster, without a tip you don't get a drink (coke, sprite, fanta,...) from a bottle but a drink with the taste of bljaak tablets..the juices served are sweet and warm. All inn with additional payment for cocktails or prepared drinks. Wifi only at the reception, for rooms or in the hotel an additional fee of €5/day is required, I recommend buying an orange card with transfers. The food in the buffet restaurant is not good and there is not much choice, there is no fruit,.. I recommend that you eat in the snack bars by the pools or outside the hotel grand mall. There are problems with the cards for unlocking the room, I changed them several times a day. The staff is friendly, the exception are the waiters, unfriendly, bad service... Only the maid (Ahmed) and some snack bar waiters earn tips. The sea is approx. 250-300m across another hotel, the beach and sunbeds are great. If they invite you to draw with henna or braid braids, go to them only on the beach there, they do it really nicely. Don't get caught in a hotel or grand mall, the braids are a disaster and ugly, the hairdresser is rude and rude!…

Really nice hotel , people are very friendly here. Environment is really beautiful , pool is clean and refreshing. Food is great everyday is something new. Location is good because everything is near at hotel. Mohammed Taha is the best employee of the Hotel.

They charge on a Thursday for the entertainment which is discusting. Not alot of English all Germans, staff in the orange club need replacing terrible. The Indian restaurant lovely, the food in hotel not good I toaster machine for 600 guests

Me and my mum went for a relaxing holiday and that’s was perfect. the room were always clean and staff very friendly. the beds were very comfy. the pool staff go above and beyond and they do anything the can to help you.

That was a nice trip we had in may. Personal in Hotel is very friendly. We booked 2 Trips. One time we were snorkeling and the other time we had a ride with quads through dessert. Also the rooms in hotel are beautiful in rustical stil. To every time the room had bean clean.
