First time aboard so I really don’t have much to compare the hotel too, but what I do know is that place is spotless the staff really do an amazing job at keeping the place gleaming.

The rooms we were first given were very outdated so we upgraded to the newly improved rooms, they were really nice and modern and the shower was fantastic! Cleaners clean your room as and when you like and if you tip well they will do fancy designs for you, only thing we found is they do linger for tips!

Food is great except the breakfast that would be the worst meal option for me as I didn’t find much to my liking but not to worry not long after breakfast you can go to the fabulous beachfront restaurant or the buffet restaurant for evening meal there is lots of choices to be had with something for everyone (even our picky eaters)

The pool is great and this is where we spent most of our time, what I do not like is constant selling when your sat by the pool, I expect it if you were to go out of the resort but in the resort that should be a safe place and when you say no that should be it, instead the spa selling team hound you and basically tell you you need treatments etc for this and that pretty much pulling you down we spent a lot of money in the spa (we all wanted massages etc anyways) but they try to make you sign even when you are still thinking about things so please be very careful

If you say no to these sellers they can become rude and stroppy!

The entertainment I feel is very poor for the size of resort, it may be better in peek times but for us going in February is was not good at all!

The resort itself has lots of things to do the pool is great, the beach is fabulous and goes on for ages, there is mini golf, a club, we planned with the hotel the quad biking full experience which was great

I do believe us going as a big party made the holiday as there are many things in my opinion that let the place down, but all the staff at all the bars/ the servers/ the cleaners were all fantastic

Weather was great breezy on a few of the days but it was really nice to have a slight breeze!

Overlall we had an amazing time just a few things let the place down!

We spent our family holiday here and booked it with a travel agency. Despite the initial problems with the rooms where we moved 3 times to reach a nice clean room meeting our needs, we must say we really enjoyed it. The hotel is not in Hurghada, it takes 15min by car to get to the city, but it is a resort with a few small shops and a pharmacy. It is combined with two other hotels so we used to go to the beach of Jamine Hotel and to Aqua Park of Ali Baba Resort. There were a lot of places to go, so we never felt we need to fight for the sun beds, beach was always half empty. The sea is clean, beach bars are ok, the beach snack restaurant was sufficient. The main dining area is big and very crowded which I was not a fan of, but you could see they managed the floor well. The waiters were most of the time busy bussing tables so they had no time to bring drinks, which is not OK but at the end of the day you got something. We liked the food, even our kids enjoyed the selection. I must say that we were unhappy only for one occasion during the week, otherwise there was always a choice that was very tasty for us, two nights we had seafood. But I believe there can be some improvement made base on dirty glasses or napkins which we found a few during the stay. The housekeeping was good, it usually took a whole day to get the room clean, but it was done at the end and we got our room cleaned every day and got enough water bottles for the day.
The evening entertainment as mini disco for kids was fine, kids enjoyed it a lot. The followup fun we enjoyed when it came to dancing, but the animation team is horrible. They keep walking in between the guest and clapping all the time like on the football match or doing weird sound to the microphone during the music. That we really despised.
There are many places under construction, building new bungalows, or some places were abandoned. There is a horrible view on a two huge cages full of moneys which keep roasting on the sun. I felt so sorry for the animals.
The last annoying thing are the beach sellers. They keep bothering you 20x a day. It is unbelievable.
Btw internet is really bad. You can only use whatsupp and facebook in some occasions and that is all.
Having said that, we all agreed we really enjoyed the holiday a lot and the place and we are thinking of coming back next year.

We were arrived at the fist of Jan through a charter flight from SaintPetersburg. Once we arrived there we have just emabressed and astonished by the well renovated lobby and we were asked to pay more 5$ per night for an upgrade to a more comfort room, how ever we met with a Russian Lady Guest Relation and our situation was handled.

They have good food buffet items in their Ala Carte and main Restaurant except that our experience in the beginning wasn't excellent as we faced a trouble of an agressive attitude from one barman that we later also met when we get into Disco, but that aggressivness and service was advised to Guest Relation and our problem was disscussed and solved.. We also enjoyed free Wifi and tasty Cocktails provided in their lobby bar at tasty memorable Galo Cocktails.

Their Italian Restaurant has a Rich Varous Menu except that Air comditioning is sometimes getting very cold there and and we got noticed that some items there aren't very related to Italian Cusinies, hence we got an assistance to reserve for their Far East Restauarnts.

In Their Neighbouthood Hotel Ali Baba that related to same hotel group, you can also go as Aladdin Guest to enjoy their entirtanment places . They have there enjoybale night club where you can enjoy awesome DJ Songs and also you can enjoy seafood day dinner buffet for free at their main Restaurant but other Suchi or any Restaurant in their sister hotel is unfirtunately for extra charge, how ever you can enjoy Ala Carte same Restauarnt for free in your Hotel Aladdin.

They have also awesome comfort sandy beach for kids where you can enjoy freshy burgers . You can also enjoy service in beach Restaurant and guys that are always trying to offer best service and always coming to ask what you would like to drink.A nother situation was happen when we left our towels at one of shazlongs to havelunch nad whwn we back we didn't find, but later we got astonished of fast cooperation and response from Hotel Managment to get a towel card. I can well recommend that hotel for couples relaxing or for small families to enjoy a comfort atmpsphere for a budjet amount and planning to come back again with our grandmother in next April !

We stayed here only for four days, we booked this as a last minute vacation only to get sun. The hotel is dirty, garbage all around. The food is disgusting because everything is dirty. It simply did not taste good. The rooms are also dirty and old. The property is huge but many parts of the hotel seemed to be under construction with old furniture out and old soda machines in plain sight. I am glad we only stayed here for 4 days...this hotel looks nothing like the pictures showed in the site. The only good thing is the beach, it is clean and the personnel makes sure the beach is clean.
The staff is pretty nice. We had to tip the guy who cleaned our room so he will change the bed sheets since when we arrived they looked used. The room smelled like cigarette and they even had an ashtray there. The walls are stained, the mirror was broken and had stains of what looked like an old spill.yuk! This is a hotel for low class family income, however many things cost extra.
Never again!

This is no 5 star hotel. More like 1 star. Stay at your own peril. At first glance it’s impressive but behind the facade it’s dirty old tired and a dive and it’s like staying in a tip. The room we were given late at night was by morning a hovel. With Dirty bathroom which looked like it had never seen hot water or bleach or a mop. Bare wires from hairdryer , dirty grout and a toilet that had never been cleaned as well as bedding smelling of wee The accommodation is 30 years old and it shows. The food on arrival was at best crap and looked and tasted like it was retrieved from the bin. So we complained via our travel agent the same day. Next day we were accosted by a staff member to ask about our complaint so we were offered nothing more than what we were entitled to that’s all inclusive was about. No sockets in room to plug kettle into. Once you use tea and coffee up in room you were asked to pay to refills. We had to ask to move rooms so asked for an upgraded to a cleaner room however this was a different type of filth for a room still dirty room but better view. At least you got free bottles of water. We got given tickets for the 4 a la carte restaurants rather than the buffet lounge. Which you are entitled to book via the main desk anyway so nothing different for complaining. The food got better not by much but still no where near 5 stars more like 1 or 2 at a push. And if you leave ur table yo get good when you come back it’s been cleared and someone else is sat there do ur drinks and stuff have gone. Staff constantly asking for money before they would serve you or asking for change. So service wasn’t good if you didn’t tip when you ordered. If at the end of your stay you feel the service was good then tip. Certainly not worth leaving a tip. We booked as a New Year’s Eve holiday trip at a cost of £2000 price tag for 7 nights stay then was Asked for £60 for New Year’s Eve drinks even thou we were all inclusive. We said no. The price we paid does not warrant the hotels accommodation and food on offer or the service from staff. Over priced for a 1 or 2 star hotel. This is one hotel I would suggest you avoid like the plague at all cost. And if I never hear a Xmas song again for the rest of my life as it was relentlessly played every minute of the day no matter where you went ahhhhhhhhhhh

Returned home a week ago. Stayed here with my two children for 11 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Never been to Egypt before (3 holidays before cancelled due to covid) and my sole purpose of going was to visit the historical sites so chose one of the cheaper AI hotels to allow us to go on excursions.

We stayed in a standard room which was dated but perfectly adequate for our needs, had everything you needed and was large enough for the 3 of us. WIfi throughout the resort was surpringsingly good. The pool(s) area was big and never had any problems getting a sunbed. I watch my children but the lifeguards were brilliant, no messing they had their eyes on everyone so good if you had little ones. 5pm on the dot the whistles would be blown and pool would be closed ... not sure whether that's different in the summer months. Beach area was beautiful, lots of sunbeds again and nice pier - towards the end of our holiday we preferred chilling on the beach.

The push for spa and excursions is huge and when you just want a relaxing holiday it does become annoying (hate saying that as they are just trying to earn living like the rest of us) but the red flags from the towel huts work. I already had my excursions to Cairo and Luxur booked with a local company so wasn't interested in spa treatements or other excursions. We went to the aqua park a couple of times and really enjoyed in there.

The food was all edible and tasty, but very samey. Pretty much the same for 11 nights so did struggle a bit with that. Usually a rice dish with a meat (chicken, beef, lamb, duck). We tried all the restaurants you had to book and really enjoyed them all. We don't like sushi but gave that one a go and actually liked it. I only drank wine and really liked their wine - although plastic cups in the lounge bar is a no no (one of the workers was as appaled as me at not having a wine glass so would rectify that - top man). Breakfast was always nice.

The whole resort is spotless, the grounds stunning and the staff are the hardest working people I have ever come across. I hate tipping, but truly feel they deserve every single coin or note you are willing to give. They worked tirelessly while we were there during Ramadan. They were incredible. I don't understand why Egypt is not like Rome or Athens. It has the most incredible and preserved Ancient History in the world and should be a touristic goldmine. I felt very safe in Hurghada, Cairo and Luxor. It is clear that Egypt want tourists to visit and have all sorts of steps in place for their security. I really hope events in the region don't impact Egyptians, seeing the awful news in Sydney bad stuff can happen to innocent people anywhere.

My trip was from middle of last december. As an over view territory is real wide,Other wise maps aren't availble in reception and only maps of room buildings is there so that good to ask front desk where is the place you want to go.

High  variety of l items in their main buffet even tasty food wasn't availble all time  and majority food recipes especially vegetables are egyptian

The straw that broke the camel's back as a long term lived in egypt  is listening to  restaurant staff waiters speaking in egyptian about me and my german wife, imagining that I won't understand them..That explains why vacation was pleasant only to my German wife as I didn't intend to disturb her mood during our annual vacation .

just guys in beach bar are only  excellent and my thanks to an amazing  waiter that really made our realx . Unfortunately I forgot the name!

reefs are available from 2-3 meters in the sea, comfort shazlongs and guys in beach can offer help to find one in beak times for tips or for free , In a moment of candor,  If you paid more they will save no effort to assist you to have a place. I explained my issue to a manger also there was with full pleasant helped me to find a sunbed and also when 1 towel was taken from us when we had our lunch.

As a general impression, good  value by comparing to the budget you spend, awesome sandy well cleaned beach, good room cleaning house man mostafa, awesome public area grooming, average food taste even in their asian one that I consider best of all averg. I can't recommend hotel for a memorable holiday, but just can recommend if you are coming to red sea for a business trip and of course I never accompany any one of my german family due the egyptian speech that it imagined it won't be understandable for us as tourists  ! Just nique location and awesome fully cleaned beach that could summed on one word that  were only positives during our not very memorable holiday.

This place is simply said the worst place I have ever stayed at!
I had to leave early I couldn‘t stay any longer.
The staff is so rude it is ridiculous and the service is as bad.
The food is just dreadful and due to the hygiene standards a serious health risk in my opinion. The only thing i would eat was the pasta made by the unfriendly cook.
I lost my roomcard and had to pay 10€ for a new one this is so ridiculous that I decided to leave so I booked a flight out of there as quickly as possible.

If you have medical condition amd you need to go to the see multuple times throughout the year, this is one of the cheapest options.

But if you want to stay in a clean environment and have a good food I cannot recommend it.

Putting here some photos of the state of the room when we first got it. After the complaint we got another (also not very clean but better) room. Also poorly equipped.

The food is not a joy to eat most of the time and the staff is incompetent but really want to serve you in hopes of “baksheesh” (tip). So you end up going to the bar to order a drink, then the waiter tells you to sot down and rarely ever gives you the right order (if he comes with it at all).
