The was my second visit to this hotel. Looking out to the sea we found the rooms on the lefthand side nicer than those on the right which were at little dated. We always sunbathed in the adults only area which is very quiet with no bothering from sellers or the entertainment staff and no blasting out of music. Toilets on the beach were clean and twice saw the bar being inspected by tour company reps. No staff on the towel centre on the beach but the other towel centre not far way, this was understandable as there were very few guests in this area. As the fish restaurant is at the end of a cove the beach is not a thorough fare but you can walk through hotels next door to a pier that goes out to sea. Food is typical of all-inclusive. Tended to eat food I saw being cooked or carved in front of me rather than the food that was sat there for a while. SPA is dear but as usual was able to barter for a better price. As flight home was 19.00 and check out was 12.00 we booked a shower room which is a room for 30 mins which gives you a shower and fresh towels at no extra charge.

We had a holiday in January in a very good hotel with 5 stars. Very beautiful and well-groomed area, a lot of greenery. Quick check in, the room was after renovation, very beautiful. The room has a bathrobe, slippers, all hygiene products, especially pleased with the free replenished bar (soft drinks). We went to 4 restaurants - especially liked the main and the Mediterranean. Delicious coffee at the reception and excellent service. The room was cleaned every day. A beautiful lagoon with a gentle entrance, also a large heated pool saved us on a cloudy days. We would like to express special gratitude to the photographer of the hotel (Saody) for his professional approach, for his courtesy, for his help in choosing a photo, for a low price and great pictures. At home, everyone appreciated the photos. It will please us for many years. We also want to express our gratitude to the hotel animators for the mood that they create. We will definitely return to our favorite hotel.

It's truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in Egypt! A 2 minute drive from Senzo Mall, Sunrise Crystal Bay Grand Select is a quiet and posh hotel. We parked our car free of charge for our entire 6 nights stay. I have been in the Sunrise Royal Makadi (in 2017) and Sunrise Crystal Bay is definitely quite better.
Our Superior room was quite spacious for a party of three and overlooked the pool. Had an electric kettle, a desk, 2 sofa chairs, bathrobes and a cute balcony that led to the main pool. The bathroom is huge with a stand in big shower room!! It had a huge dresser for our clothes. We were given 2 WIFI passwords (max 2 devices each) and were able to be connected anywhere in the resort (room, lobby, restaurant, on the pool, beach, cabanas, etc). The housekeeping staff provided us with mineral water bottles (whenever we asked for it) and left 2 soda beverages in our mini fridge (at check in).
The animation team were quite friendly and very entertaining. Thank you Fox, Sarah, Henry and Ali for a great stay! My daughter played her first ever volleyball game on the beach! The pool is huge and has a bar water sit-in area. The waiters and chefs were quite polite, friendly and very welcoming. I have never seen a hotel in Egypt serve sushi in their dinner buffet before. The buffet was sectioned off for COVID-19 purposes, but the chefs were quite generous. They had a lady bake their own balady bread that was out of this world!!
The beach is actually a quiet bay, that has cabanas and floating cabanas that were quite relaxing. The food was spectacular and delicious! The coffee machine in the restaurant made great coffee! The baristas are quite good! We were staying at the hotel during my daughter's 12th birthday, the hotel arranged for a complimentary cake for her and the entire animation sang "Happy birthday" while DJ Bobo's song played in the background!!
I don't think there is one bad thing about this hotel! Definitely going back!! #MustTry

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights before we had to return home due to the corona virus. We are from Australia and have a feeling we were the only Aussies in the resort at the time. The staff seemed surprised when we said we were from Australia, I guess with Australia being so far away they don’t always have guests from there.
We payed for the all inclusive package which included all food (except for specific restaurants) and all drinks.
All the staff were amazing and the hotel was impeccably clean and tidy. No request was too small for the staff and they called to check in on us every night.
There is a large pool area, one of the pools is heated. The non heated pool has a swim up bar and is for adults only. The resort has its own beach inlet so you can relax there as well.
There are a variety of restaurants, the main one is a buffet where you can have breakfast lunch and dinner. There is also another restaurant between the pool and beach that you can have snacks during the day. If you are looking for something a little more fancy we dined in the felucca restaurant which is their seafood restaurant at the end of the pier. It’s above the all inclusive but it was worth it. The Indian restaurant looked nice but was closed for renovation. Making reservations at each restaurant was easy with their touch screen in the lobby.
The staff engagement with the visitors and the entertainment they provided was great. During the day they ran various activities which included Zumba, water polo, water aerobics, beach volleyball, bocce. At night they provided entertainment that we sadly missed due to being stuck in our room trying to change our travel plans.
Overall this hotel and it’s staff were amazing and we will definitely be returning.

Our holiday was cancelled in costa Adele Tenerife on the 22nd December my wife said Dubai or hugardha egypt I was in the pub a guy in the pub said I’ve been there it’s brilliant. The decision was made and what a fantastic decision it was, I had never once thought about going to Egypt.Big mistake they hotel was absolutely amazing ,top class the service was top class your glass or cup touched the table empty within seconds someone was their to to refill. The food was absolutely outstanding people say bad things about the food in Egypt in this hotel just brilliant breakfast dinner and tea 24 hours drinking if you want and they even have a restaurant that’s open till 2 am all free and 1 euro to get it delivered to your room if you want. The entertainment team have become friends within 2 weeks the DJ Bakkur pumping out fantastic music mixed by himself reggae,African,Arabic all types of music making you want to dance and the animation team will get you up and show you the moves and they have got a great sense of humour I can name all of the team but you should find out for yourselves.This hotel and the 2 adjoining were ex thomas cook and you can see why class. I have never met better staff on any holiday I’ve been on before,the rooms you can eat of the floor they are that clean and I wouldn’t take that many clothes because they have a fantastic laundry service and it costs buttons and they come back wrapped like a brand new shirt. In the middle hotel they have there own water park for the kids and everything and the woman can get there hair done for buttons I’m sorry but I would need another 2 hours to write about this hotel bad points genuinely there wasn’t any you’ll have to find out for yourself also there are 10 different restaurants the best Indian where the presidents of Egypt’s number 2 are while we were their, the beaches where fantastic and on a day we went out on a luxury cruiser for 6 we swam with dolphins in the Red Sea and it was cheap as chips so much to do in this country I will definately be going back as soon as lockdown is over I won’t be going back to Tenerife at Xmas the weather here 30 degrees every day Tenerife hit and miss

Sunrise Crystal Bay exceeded our expectations. It was our first ever visit to Egypt. From the second we arrived, until the moment we left, we were treat like royalty. Our room had everything we needed and more. The food was amazing, lots of choice with something for everyone, even for picky eaters. All 6 restaurants are great. Thank you Mr Ali and your staff. The pool was lovely and warm. No need to leave your sunbed as the staff brought drinks to you. Little tip, get a red flag when you collect your towels and you won’t be bothered by someone trying to sell you a trip or spa treatment. There is something for everyone here and plenty of bar areas to choose from. Kareem in the lobby bar rustles up a fantastic cocktail. There’s a few little shops too. All the staff are brilliant and work hard to give you the most relaxing stay. The room boys kept our room immaculate, with towel art etc, fresh towels and bathrobes, stocked fridge, tea and coffee and toiletries.The animation staff are the best ever! Ibrahem deserves credit for his team. Tori, Georgina, Mika, Happy Henry, Fox, Felix, Ryan, Mary’s and DJ and the 2 new girls really made our stay. Thank you so much guys, we can’t wait to see you all again, we loved your dance shows and evening entertainment, especially Mr Hotel 😂Nothing is too much to ask for here. The Beach is beautiful with lovely views, lovely to watch the sunset from here, with the stunning backdrop of the fabulous mountains. Their motto is true ‘Welcome Home’ Thank you Sunrise Crystal Bay! Sorry for not mentioning everyone, but their are far too many to mention. The GM should really be proud of what he has achieved at this hotel and be proud of his staff.

I stayed a week with my husband at Crystal Bay and the stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is super clean and trying their absolute best to keep things hygienic everything in the hotel is disinfected regularly between guests. The experience was absolutely great from the quick hassle free check in by the Reception Staff Mr Sherif, Ahmed Samy, Mahmoud and even the friendly golf cart driver Harby who's available around the clock to transport you around the resort upon your request. The food was excellent, the chefs do their best to accommodate for everyone taste, they will remember your preferences from the first time and the variety changes everyday so you wouldn't get bored even on a long stay. The Egyptian restaurant was especially super delicious and authentic, the Italian restaurant offers a nice romantic dinner and Poseidon offers a chill relaxed dinner by the beach experience. The staff of this hotel is absolutely amazing, very friendly, accommodating and very polite. Special thanks to chef Hamada, Chef Abdelaziz, waiter Samar, waiter Haitham, waiter Shereef. The room is spotless clean, comfortable and easy on the eye with a beautiful modern color palette, comfy bed and equipped with a smart TV that you can connect your smart phone to and with their strong Wi-Fi connection you can stream your favorite shows and Mr Elsayed and Mahmoud of housekeeping made sure our stay in the room was as comfortable as possible. The resort have a beautiful sandy and clean beach with palm trees and comfortable lounge beds and the bay offering a relaxing warm effortless swim. The animation team of this hotel is the best I ever seen, super energetic, friendly and smiles never leave their faces especially Tori, Henry, Ali and Fox. The resort got beautiful well maintained gardens that offers beautiful scenery for a night stroll. Overall it was an excellent experience and we are already planning on spending our nexr vacation there and honestly I can't wait.

Good location, some aircraft noise from the nearby airport. Superb food for any taste with a massive choice and as much as you want. As clean as anything you will ever find, word class. Excellent, lush gardens and public spaces lovingly tended and maintained (they even take the white gravel from the landscaped areas and wash it before drying and replacing it). Plenty of good quality sunbeds and shades both at all the pools and the beach where drinks and snacks are delivered. Drinks are not premium brands except for Heineken beer but are ok and unlimited. The rooms are very large and well appointed without being plush and have a balcony with seating as well as a large marble & tiled en-suite shower room with all toiletries and daily clean towels. Plenty of activities and nightly entertainment. Finally the staff, this company have the best trained, observant, courteous, efficient staff you are ever likely to come across, even if you travel to countries like of Japan or Switzerland. Occupancy was about 70%, but with the Russians and Ukrainians unable to travel that means we have a better chance of getting a great deal at this great resort

Me and my mum stayed here for 1 week, and it absolutely wasn’t enough, the scenery of the whole hotel is so beautiful I could never get fed up from walking around this place you can see how hard the gardeners work to make the hotel look at its highest standard everyday. We arrived in the evening at 10pm, we were welcomed with smiling faces and a welcome cocktail drink, without any hesitation our luggage was taken to the room and we were relaxed straight away. The all inclusive buffet can not be faulted, the breakfast lunch and dinner has such a high standard, and there is lots of different things to choose from so you will always find something you like. We also ate in the Dalila (Egyptian) and Poseidon (Greek) and they were both amazing, the food is really good quality. It was my mums birthday while we’re staying here and they made a great effort to celebrate for her. The rooms always cleaned to a high standard upon request by leaving a ‘tidy up time’ hanging from the door while you are out for the day enjoying the beach and the pool. If there is anything you need, just ask!! They will do their best to give you anything you need. The animation do an amazing job to meet guests satisfaction and needs, they provide a great entertainment programme, each day being something different and their dance show is amazing too, you can see how hard they must practise. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Hurghada, we will definitely be back.

We were able to book this hotel at the last minute because all other destinations we hoped to go were cancelled. We got there on the 24th December and was initially booked for 2 weeks but we really enjoyed our stay and extended for 5 more days. The hotel is a well relaxing hotel,the staff were helpful and friendly. Our kids really enjoyed their stay in the hotel and the swimming pools.The location of the hotel is very nice and we were able to access other areas in hurghada without spending much money on the bus or taxi. The weather was also amazing even though it’s winter but we didn’t feel cold. I will recommend this hotel for everyone because it’s a really nice hotel to visit if you want to have a well relaxed vacation. The entertainment staff were really amazing. Because of them the kids were never bored. And all of the adults got fabulous cocktails from a cool bar men at the pool.
