Just returned from a 6 day stay at this hotel. We were a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 children ages 3-9), booked 3 rooms, nice garden view rooms. Very clean, Ac ok, clean sheets. This hotel in part of a huge domain that includes another 2 hotels. It is probably the largest I have ever seen in Egypt. We had no problems using the waterpark, having a drink at the beach bars at the other hotels or enjoying the late shows. PLEASE change your towel policy. It is unheard of to carry towels from the room to the beach and back, hoping to find somebody from cleaning to replace them with clean ones for the next day. We used the tennis courts a few times, we had to go back and forth at the reception to ask them to turn on the lights. Sometimes the forgot and we had to go back again. The courts are nice For us it was very difficult to find sunbeds at the beach, all of them taken, most of them just "reserved" with towels on. Very unpleasant. I think we were the only ones wearing masks in the lobby or while picking up food in the restaurant. The main restaurant has a big terrace and this is a very good thing if you want to eat outside. Napkins are very valuable and they keep them hidden somewhere, and if you keep asking for them you`ll get 1-2 so don`t forget to tip. About tipping I know it is well known they expect you to tip here and there BUT I think it went a little to far. one example: we had 3 rooms in different part of the hotel, imagine that the shower broke in all 3 rooms at the same time. The maintenance crew was there and fixed it in 30 sec for some change. Not much but I`m just saying. About the main restaurant, I felt like I was in the Groundhog day, the movie. I honestly can not say or remember something delicious over there. On Monday evening they had what they called sushi. now that was deliciously FUNNY. Rice rolls with chicken inside. After 3 days we decided to try the Greek restaurant and yes here we had a quite good fish soup but nothing else. The same soup appeared in the main restaurant next day. The next one(on may 30th) was the Mediterranean Restaurant near the reception. I had a Caesar Salad swimming in dressing and some cardboard pasta dipped into some white floury white sauce with freshly defrosted shrimp. This is the point that I want to go back an really appreciate the coziness and the luxury of the bathroom in our room. I`ve spent the next 20 hours vomiting and...well eliminating fluids on all ends. Thank you Chef for the cleansing, I fell lighter now. I`ve been to Egypt/Hurghada before and I will most definitely go back but I will change the Hotel.…
It’s our second time in this hotel and we really like it as before,we came here last year after the lockdown and we love it and we decided to come again this time and everything was even better. There is much improvement in the services unlike last time we were here, there was lots of queue in the restaurants but this time is totally different. The staff are still friendly as always.they always come to us to check if we are doing fine and I still give a big thumbs up👍👍👍to this hotel .
All inclusive resort that really caters for families while still making sure parents have fun too. The snorkeling is amazing, service is 24/7 and activities like yoga, volleyball and evening entertainment were so enjoyable. For the kids there are daily activities, water slides and loads of beach time.
