just back from one week in this hotel. it was my fifth time in hurghada and first time this hotel. the best advise i can give you is to stay away. old hotel with as good as everything broken. on my arrival at 05:00 they gave me a room with no bed for kids and babies. promising

From your feedback, it is very clearly observed we need to work on our inter departmental and communication skills. It is from valuable and insightful feedback like yours that helps us to improve our services and propels us to work better and more efficiently. Meanwhile please allow us to highlight that the check-in time is 14:00 and early option is not always available and subject to availability. In case of such an early arrival we would recommend to inform us in advance about early check in request or even to book your room a night earlier: so your entire family and kids would feel comfortable. In addition we are sad to know you did not enjoy your dining experience. Nevertheless we would like to mention that having numerous nationalities in the hotel make us work hard to satisfy their tastes. We provide our 2 buffet style indoor restaurants and we are proud to have a lot of positive comments on our cuisine. To widen the culinary experience our food court located on the beach offers 4 different international corners, plus all the guests are entitled for 1 visit to the a-la carte restaurant. We do advise to the guests to book them in advance due to high volume of business. In addition our Chinese restaurant and the only rotating floor over viewing Hurghada Captain Nemo restaurant are welcoming our clients at extra charge. Just spent 12 nights at this hotel. All inclusive food was okay for a week but became repeated. Strange mixes of food and ate mostly fish and the same pasta each day. Bar staff and animation team were brilliant and couldn't do more for you, specifically Anjo who made our stay

I have currently only been here 24 hours and I want to go home!!! I paid for a deluxe room but they haven’t got one available! The beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab! The room is falling to pieces! Doesn’t matter if you order vodka gin or brandy they all taste the same!!
