    Great winter sun holiday
    Great Hotel, set in lovely grounds with plenty of pools and its own private beach with 2 lagoons and a reef. Loads of sunbeds all round the complex, beach and pool towels in abundance freshly laundered every day. Pool and beach bars serving full range of drinks and snacks, varied daily. Wind breaks on the beach for days when the wind gets up. Staff super helpful, moving beds, bringing towels, drinks, tables and matresses. Pools and beach kept very clean. Rooms cleaned every day, with towels and bedding changed regularly, toiletries topped up daily. The bath in our room needed replacing or reguilding, rest of room was in good order, tv with choice of channels, bottles of water replaced daily along with tea and coffee. Good towel art everybay, thanks to Mohammed. 2 normal restaurants for daily use as well as 2 special restaurants available for 1 visit each per stay. Lots of choice each day catering for a wide range of tastes. Lovely bar in main reception, other than a strznge rule of only being available to over 55's after 7 in the evening. Good service and choice of drinks. Main cafe bar is the only place that you can access wifi which is frustratingly slow. Overall really good stay with very helpful staff and it seems that they are trying very hard to upgrade the facilities and decor

    Looking forward to returning!
    Stayed here the first week of March. We were greeted by the very friendly (and helpful) reception staff. Our room was upgraded and we had a lovely suite situated in the middle of everything! Everyone was so helpful, even the staff wouldn’t let me carry my own bags! Never expected or asked for tips either! There is a golf buggy that can transport you to your villa, handy if you have lots of luggage! The food was lovely;and with all inclusive, you also have the option to dine at the two premium restaurants. The Italian (sorry I don’t know the name) and the Podium. These of course are only free for one time. You also have the option to go again, but you would need to pay. The hotel grounds itself is absolutely beautiful. Everyday there were gardeners up keeping the lawns. Plenty of pools! They were renovating the connecting pools (not sure what to call them) but this didn’t make a difference to our stay. The only thing I could suggest Is that the pools could be heated. Even in 30+ degrees, the pools were freezing cold.- Found this out the hard way! WiFi didn’t really work in the Aqua bar, but then you did have the option to pay for a better quality WiFi. Pool towels and beach towels are provided by a trade in card system. The cleaners did a fantastic job on our room. The staff working at the bars and restaurants were so helpful and polite. Always saying good morning. We did venture out of the hotel, perfectly safe! We do recommend using Uber. A trip from the hotel to the Senzo mall only cost £1.25. A lot less than what the taxis situated at the hotel were. The spa was okay. Had a lovely Swedish Massage. My friend had her hair cut, but that wasn’t the best. Again, no reflection on the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like, were the shops inside the hotel. Constantly harassing us every time we walked by. Some could not take no for an answer. Having a serious case of the post holiday blues, thanks Long Beach for making my first trip to Egypt memorable.

    A Trip To Remember
    As Traveler who used to travel to Egypt and hurghada the last four years i can describe that this is one of the decent greatest holiday i ever had as prior to our arrival i had some inquires and sent some e mails to the rooms division manager Mr Mohamed Hassan which has been replied probably in a short time and upon our arrival which was the 5th of March i was warm welcomed by the lovely friendly reception and had the updated information which need to know as it was not our first time to visit the long beach and the reception was more than helpful with all our needs during our stay which is rarely found now in some hotels that you find some one from the reception members are helping you from heart really i felt that they love their job. While we was there there was a small sand storm and all place was full of sand but the hotel housekeeping in short time and day by day was insuring that all place was clean probably. Big shout to our room cleaner ammar who is really polite and friendly whenever we meet only hello or good-morning and every day we come back we find a nice simple towel art (small touch) but really impressive us. Food need more variety and tasteless and that's why we prefer the AL la cart restaurants ,as well temperature need to be more hotter as well deserts need to be more and there was not enough fruits really we was surprised as at our first visit was better and that's why we gave it four stars this time. Long beach named long beach as it had huge beach area which was more than relaxing for us and had a nice jogging daily to the hotel marina and the beach bars there offers nice drinks but in plastic cups. There was some renovations while we was there for a short period but it didn't bother us at all as the area was big to enjoy from left to right side also we have seen that they are on a process to make new chines,Greece & Indian restaurant which surely will be a good add value to the property Thank you long beach team as we spend two weeks on paradise really and thank you for taking high measurements of cleaning for Corona virus we was really impressed from the level of cleaning and a sanitize table located at the reception area was a good idea also we witnessed reception,pools,housekeeping guys always cleaning around them some staff to be mention & doing really great effort. * Milad,akram & mr mina from reception * nagy from pool area *azizh from the Vienna bar Thank you long beach team for wonderful two weeks and god save the world Love Egypt and will come again for our third time

We would definitely come back to Long Beach resort once we are back in Egypt. The resort really has everything a person on vacation needs, and I would love to say huge thank you to amazing employees in Long Beach that made our stay truly special: Suleiman, waiter from Zeta beach restaurant who made sure nothing is missing during our lunch breaks at the beach Rambo from Oasis bar at the beach - his positive energy, fantastic English and amazing skills in cocktail-making elevated our vacation every day. Ask him about his hometown Luxor and he will tell you some inspiring stories from this magnificent place. Ali and his team from hotel’s spa - always there to answer your health and wellbeing-related questions Mustafa from Dr. Fish at the beach - amazing, cheerful person always ready to help. He manages aforementioned salons so make sure to swing by and check their offer. Mohamed from Hurghada trips (you can find their office at the beach next to the restaurant “Zeta”) - Mohamed was such a resourceful person with amazing English to smoothly communicate with. Ask him to arrange great one-day trips for you or recommend some cool places in Hurghada. You will enjoy his company for sure! And last but not least, Aladin, that could approach you for a chance for you to get a cool photo shooting at the beach. Even if you don’t take any photo shooting packages, Aladin will cheer you up, tell you a funny story and just make your day better. So much positivity in this Resort and whole Egypt! The whole trip had a huge impact on us.

Just spent 2 weeks here. The staff are what make this place. A few hiccups along the way but nothing that wasn’t resolved swiftly. We got very lucky to arrive the day the new pool opened and have spent almost every day by this particular pool (by the sky bar) purely due to Mohammed the life guard there and Solomon (the barman and his team). All of the hotel is very well cleaned and maintained, the a la carte restaurants are really good - much better than the buffets however the staff in all areas of the hotel are great. Rooms are well kept, the resort itself is very well kept with gardeners continuously working on the grounds, beach is clean and the sea is beautiful. There is PLENTY to do on the resort, it is HUGE and beautiful in all areas with some fantastic views, especially from our balcony in our room. The shuttle buses that continuously lap the resort are very helpful with getting around, you simply flag them down as they approach, let the driver know where you want to go and then just get on. A very special thank you to Mostafa who was our room cleaner for the duration of our holiday. He was very friendly, very helpful and genuinely a nice man who always had a smile on his face and was always polite and said good morning every time we saw him - fantastic man and brilliant at his job. A second special thank you to Mohammed who is the lifeguard at the new pool, he is absolutely fantastic and a credit to this hotel. Again another VERY friendly man and ensured everyone by the pool was well looked after, safe and forever had a smile on his face. A third special thank you to Solomon and his team at the bar by the new pool - very friendly, made some fantastic drinks and ensured we were continuously hydrated (with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks). The best food on the resort came from the Chinese A la carte. The staff here are fantastic (Mohamed Abdo was brilliant) and the food even better - we got 5 a la cartes for our 2 week stay and 2 of which we spent in this restaurant as it was so nice. Great atmosphere, great staff and great food - can’t fault it at all. It isn’t just the cleaners, lifeguards and barmen that are great, we met one of the senior managers named Hany who we could clearly see was a very busy man however he regularly came over to us to check on how we was finding the hotel, how we were in general and just really refreshing to see even the higher management making a great effort with us as guests. I have travelled to many luxury, all inclusive resorts all over the world however the staff here are by far the best I’ve ever seen at anywhere in the world. We did a number of excursions all booked from on the resort, including the quad biking safari, scuba diving and the Cairo and pyramids trip. We did both the quad biking safari and the Cairo/pyramid trips privately (on our own with our own tour guide and driver) and HIGHLY recommend paying the extra to do them privately as the experience we got from both of these trips can’t be faulted in the slightest and I can’t imagine being able to see or do the things we did if we’d have done it in the larger group excursions, our experience on both of these private trips was unbelievable. The evening entertainers are friendly, however the entertainment itself is a little dated and we saw the same shows 3/4 times during our 2 week stay resulting in a couple of early nights. As you’ll read in all reviews, the shops here are ridiculously overpriced however Senzo Mall is 10 mins taxi ride up the road - completely safe to go too - don’t get the taxi from the taxi desk in reception area, use Uber instead - the taxi desk will charge roughly $12 whereas Uber is £1.50 each way. Prices at Senzo Mall are much cheaper than the shops on resort and even with the taxi included you’ll pay less than if you shopped at the on-site stores. The buffet restaurants do have mixed reviews however our experience could have been better in the main buffet restaurant as it mainly caters to Egyptian food, yes we are in Egypt however all other all inclusive resorts I have visited tend to have a much wider variety of food options. We did venture to Senzo Mall for a McDonald’s on 2 seperate occasions when we didn’t have a la carte booked due to the limited choices in the buffet on these particular nights. Biggest advice to anyone coming to this resort is bring any medication you may need. We had quite a problem with the on-site pharmacy (it was resolved in the end) however could have been a dangerous result if we hadn’t have questioned the advice given and requested to see the leaflet that came with the tablets. As other reviews say, they sell you tablets in strips out of the box rather than the box and instructions (highly profit driven) so I would strongly recommend NOT taking the advice on dosage the guy behind the counter tells you and to request to read the leaflet that gives you the correct dosage instructions. To summarise, it’s a brilliant 4* hotel and the staff definitely help make it feel like a 5* experience. Despite the couple of hiccups, they were rectified to our satisfaction swiftly and in a professional manor and so we would return to this hotel. Thank you for making our trip to Egypt special and very memorable.

We’ve come to the end of our stay at Long Beach, and we have loved it so much! We were worried due to certain reviews before coming but our amazing holiday has proved them all wrong! We initially had an issue with our room as the locks were broken, but this had been quickly resolved by the reception staff and we were moved to another room. The resort itself is beautiful and the gardeners, who are often forgotten about, work so hard in the blazing sun, are friendly when you walk past then or stop to say hi. The housekeepers also are lovely- special thanks to Hossny by the Cascade, and to Abdelbaky Mahmoud- who kept our our room sparkling with surprise towels & flowers every day! As for the food- the a la cartes are beautifully decorated with a delicious 3 course meal. When we discovered the new Cascade section we were delighted, the pool area and bars are very modern- the lifeguard Mohamed Ragbe always made us laugh, and the drinks are excellent at the Cactus & Sky Bar, and we found the food was the most tasty at Cactus (mexican) and Breeze restaurant-much better than the al dente restaurant. The staff really go the extra mile to make sure you are having a good time, the hospitality is outstanding! Some waiters that stood out to us- Youssef the master cocktail maker, “Rambo” by the beach & Alaa in La Casina, and Mohamed Ali at Cascade! 🫶🏼 If looking for alcohol we stuck to cocktails, spirits and bottled beers as the draught beer didn’t agree with us. We also didn’t spend much time in the main buffet hall for breakfast or dinner- choosing the newer section instead which was cleaner and less busy with very attentive staff. The staff are constantly cleaning all over the hotel- and are always on their feet, and always smiling. We also had excursions with the hotel team Morning Star- we would absolutely recommend the Paradise island trip & desert safari! Initially round the pool the reps can be persistent but you can get a do not disturb flag. We did trips to luxor and cairo too, organised with other tour companies before we arrived, and the hotel provided breakfast boxes etc. You have to see the sights of Egypt! 🇪🇬🐠🌅 We were initially worried due to some bad reviews on here, but we can honestly say we have had the best time after a rocky start! Enjoy your stay at Long Beach 🫶🏼 Top Tips: -Sim cards are cheaper at the aiport than the hotel! (we overpaid!) -Check your room thoroughly before you get settled in! -Beer is best at the Sky Bar, Sport bar & in the A La Cartes! -Shops just outside the hotel are much cheaper and they are not so pushy! (we loved the Papyrus shop, and Shop number 12 for souvenirs & cigarettes!) - If you are able to upgrade to premium the new area is definitely worth it!

Second year had a lovely time. The new part is lovely. Decent cocktails in the lovely sky bar and enjoyed the new Mexican. Thank you to all the staff especially zetas. Chinese is Really nice. We will be back next year.

Just returned from 14 nights at long beach resort. I feel someone's holiday experience totally depends on where their room is located. Our room in the main building really needed some TLC. Room 112 shower head clogged, plaster falling off wall, generally well overdue an update. We arrived near midnight and just couldn't face complaining. I've stayed in worse and also stayed in better so it didn't faze us too much. The beach was a little disappointing, sunbeds need replacing lots broken and the beach it's self was firm compacted sand which doesn't come across on photos. However it's the clearest and warmest sea I've ever been in and just beautiful. Coral reef for snorkeling just by the jetty etc. 😍 More positives - The staff at this hotel I feel are it's biggest asset, they are simply lovely, they are so friendly and helpful, everyone we meet. I felt very welcome and safe throughout our stay❤️ The animation team are brilliant knowing all our names very quickly (group of 6 of us) specially Lauren, Cuba, and casnova, Great energy between them and the guests. Personally for me the food was hit and miss, but lots of choice was always something suitable, and so didn't starve and this was just my personal choice. I also had some great meals. We had a great time but would have just liked a better beach setup. Thank you for a great holiday. 🏖️

Long beach resort is one of the best resorts i have visited in Hurghada..I really enjoyed my vacation with my family in the resort.. It is started from the reservation till the departure... Thanks alot for the highly support of the reservation manager Mr. MOHAMED HASSAN. All teams of the hotel are very friendly. The animation team is lovely. The destnation of the hotel is perfect suitable for all ages. The hygine is excellent. All in all the experince was awesome and highly recommended for vacations. Thank you LONG BEACH RESORT and wish to come for a visit next time.

Stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Perfect weather, lots of amenities and staff that went the extra mile to make our stay feel extra special. We had stayed here 4 years earlier, and have got to say it has improved massively, it was a nice resort to start with now its exceptional. We stayed in the new premium rooms in the quiet area of the resort (which is huge) and it did have a premium feel to it. The brand new cascade area with breeze Restaraunt mexican bar and sky bar opened while we were staying and did not disappoint. The service in the breeze Restaraunt was 1st class with the waiting staff going above and beyond. Really good entertainment every night at the aqua lounge, and most nights at the cascade area too. Two separate gym facillities, one air conditioned one open air right on the beach! Reception staff that went out of their way to help out if we had any problems, and Restaraunt managers that take time out of their busy schedules to stop and chat made us feel like V.I.P.’s 😃. Would highly reccomend the spa especially Esra and Ala , the treatments are super relaxing. Would definately reccomend hurghada long beach resort for anybody looking for a relaxing break in the sun. Need to say a big thank you to: Milad Gergis - reception for going above and beyond and a personal touch. Waled - taxi driver for being the most helpful and kind man ever. Ramzy Abdin (and the other bar tender at cascade who’s name I didn’t catch) for amazing service and the best strawberry daquiry’s going! Hossam Maher - breeze Restaraunt for the amazing service Bassam Maher - main Restaraunt Shawey - main Restaraunt (omelettes ) Islam Attef - breeze Restaraunt (best waiter ever) A. Magid A. Hamid - housekeeping he takes so much pride in his job Mohammed Omran - beach bar And of course Ala and Ezra - spa. Last but not least Aziza Ahmed at Zetas. These people made our stay at Hurghada Long Beach Resort an absoloute delight.

Very comfortable hotel with half a dozen restaurants to choose from, including Chinese, Nubian and International. Thead Concierge, Tarek Mohamed is always there to help if you have a problem. Really goes out of his way to help and he seems to know everything and everyone

Vacationed with my husband at this hotel in September 2023. It was the first time. I really liked the hotel, especially I would like to mention the work of waiters and bartenders. The service is at the highest level. I would like to single out a waiter named Eslam, who works in an Aqua Bar. The drinks were very tasty, I didn't have to wait until they brought it, a very nice young man. The sea is shallow, but we liked it. There is a beautiful pier with corals, where you could swim with a mask and look at the fish. We are happy with the rest.
