This trip was amazing...special thanks to Cammora (animation), Luka & Ole (sports), Thomaz (chef), receptionist's, room service's, housekeeping's, Bartender (kids pool) and ofcourse Sheeko (shuttle bus driver). All the staff were extremely kind and friendly. The restaurants were delightful and Chef Thomaz's food was mouth watering. The receptionist's were extremely helpful and the amount of times shuttle bus driver Sheeko came to pick me up is uncountable. During the day, ole and luka gathered people to play basketball, volley ball and many more fun activities. Every night in the kids club, Cammora and Elena are always there for entertainment and fun, football is never going to be the same without Cammora and the animation team. Every time I order room service, the same guy delivers the food every time, he's extremely kind and always has a smile on his face. Housekeeping always comes on the right time and never leaves anything dirty or out of place. The bartender on the kids pool was always extremely happy and joyful to all his guests, he knew my order (slushee flavor) and made it for me everytime I went to get a slushee. I really appreciate everything the rixos staff has done for me throughout this trip. I really hope this isn't the last time I visit rixos. This is my third visit to Rixos Magawish since their opening, so I assure everyone to choose this destination for the most luxurious great vacation . Everyone is on the same level of professionalism to deal with any request you have to make your stay perfect. I can’t name specific department they are all super helpful starting from the reception, housekeeping, restaurants, guest relations, bar service, life guards, entertainment team, all are polite, helpful and always offering their service. The food is exquisite in all restaurants 👌🏼 always offering refreshments with nuts and delicious desserts while you are in the pool or the beach. My daughter is 2 years old and they designed everything to be fun & suitable for kids. Rixy club is soo fun and safe and full of activities the whole day for the kids. We stayed the three times in pool villa and it’s perfect for a lovely romantic vacation with your own pool, wide room and privacy ♥️. It’s super quiet we never heard anyone or get annoyed by the night parties. It’s worth every cent you will pay, and worth much more so it’s perfect pricing for what you will get! I would like to thank specially the team of turquoise resturant, the chefs are dealing with you like a family member and cook you a special yummy dishes upon your request and everything available in the open buffet is delicious and fresh with huge variety. the waiters kept entertaining my daughter to make her eat and bring her toys and balloons . I really feel this place like a home and I will repeat this visit over & over . Thanks for the managers who know how to train the best staff ever & thanks to Mr Emad who is there always for anything.

Stayed here in late September and had a fantastic time.
On arrival, the check-in process was very smooth and we were taken by golf buggy to our room (it’s a big resort!) .
The room was really modern and had a mini-bar - it’s an all inclusive hotel, it was very well stocked.
There’s lots going on during the day to cater for most people and there are various swimming pools dotted around the hotel.
The beach option is also great as it’s a private beach and there’s no charge for loungers and umbrellas etc.
The sea is also netted off around the private beach area, so those people who are afraid of what may be in the water can be rest assured that nothing can!
Food wise, there’s lots of options and you’re almost spoilt for choice. Versus other all inclusive hotels, the food in the main restaurant is really high quality and not like a school canteen!
The staff were absolutely amazing in all areas of the hotel and they literally can’t do enough for you.
Overall, a great hotel and would definitely come here again when we want a week of sun and relaxing!
There were a few negative points that the hotel could do with addressing……
Plastic……literally everywhere and everything! All of the cups in the restaurants are plastic, the small water bottles which are nearly a mouthful of water are plastic!!
The hotel must be using a shockingly high amount of the stuff; hence, it’s not the most environmentally friendly hotel!
Replacing plastic with paper is a better idea, or using larger water bottles to reduce the levels of it.
It’s situated in an amazing part of the Red Sea and it’s heartbreaking to go diving and see plastic in the water and underneath it!
The ‘premium spirits’ advertised in their marketing aren’t premium and it’s debatable about the alcohol content in them. We ordered several G&T’s and cocktails etc and everything was just like a mocktail…!
The beer and wine comes in cans/bottles so guess it can’t be diluted…(if that’s the case with the spirits).
If you like drinking spirits, maybe pick up a bottle at the airport before you get here…..!

A short transfer ride from the airport takes you to the Rixos. We were greeted with cold drinks whilst the registration was completed. Transfers to the suites were on golf carts which was the main method of moving around the resort (apart from walking). Carts appeared every few minutes and would drop you off at the beach or restaurants. The staff could genuinely not do enough for us. In particularly Elhady Abdelmonsef (restaurant manager) , he seemed to be in every restaurant every time we were and ensured we were very well looked after. The food in both the buffet restaurant and the a 'la carte restaurants was fantastic. The choice in the buffet was truly international and had a fantastic BBQ every lunch and evening. We didn't use the Spa apart from showering on the last day but it too seemed very grand. The beach has an sandy area which is "netted off" for swimming so shoes are not required here although I would recommend other parts of the beach they are worn. There is a waiter service on the beach (all included). Fresh bottled water was always available and several bottles were placed in the room daily. The mini bar was also well stocked (included). We used the Dive centre on site and couldn't fault these guys earlier. Cant wait to go back.

We’ve spent twelve nights of the winter holidays at this recently open ultra all-inclusive hotel to the south of Hurghada town just few minutes drive from the airport. The overall facilities are outstanding and so thoughtfully designed that you feel yourself almost alone whether walking around or relaxing by the pool. We’d like to thanks Ahmed for keep our rooms in perfect cleanness.
The food at the main Turquoise restaurant is so abundant and various, it’s hard to imagine what to add even. The a la cart restaurants are also fine for a change though their internal design could have been more elaborated. Our special thanks goes to Riyad at the Brazilian meat restaurant, but the whole team works just great. A chill out zone by the open fires with shisha and a live DJ gives a perfect opportunity for a relaxing day’s finish.
The spa is very clean and quite, the sauna fairly hot and Turkish bath fabulous, though a good thought should be given to diversify face and body treatments list that is too short. We’d like to distinguish Tek and Hazem for their highest level of Thai and Soort massage respectively, ones of the best therapists we have had in our life.
The holidays show program was high class and the scene build up just in few days - mind blowing, as was the Gypsy Kings concert. Kids were taken care of the day round at the spacious and secluded Rixi Kids club by responsible and kind animators.

Rixos Magawish is a deal breaker, the resort changed my perception of Hurghada as I used to be a fan of Rixos Sharm El Sheikh, but now I am a loyal Rixos Magawish Guest. It is all because of the outstanding commitment of all the employees in Rixos, starting from my cheerful check-in with Mahmoud Ahmed, the best front office supervisor I've ever met in a 5-star resort, to all the people working to make me feel happy, unique and comfortable. The hotel rooms are super comfortable. I've booked a pool villa, and I was just surprised with its size and coolness through having access to your pool from your room just a step away from your bed. Even when we faced an unexpected issue with our room, Rixos immediately responded. They automatically put us in a different room, the Deluxe lagoon suite overviewing the sea even better than ours. It was because of Mahmoud Ahmed's help; that's why he is a reason for our complete happiness on this vacation. All the facilities in the hotel are excellent. You can find shuttle buses and club cars available everywhere, and they transfer you in minutes from one side to the other upon your need and request. The beach is excellent and sandy, and the clear water made me stay in the sea for five continuous hours every day until the great lifeguards call for beach closure. Speaking on the beach, I would like to thank the best bartender and barman I've ever seen, Abdelhamid, for his perfectly made cocktails and innovations and mostly his smile, which never left his face. Moving to the spa, I want to thank Hazem for his professional techniques in massage. The spa is so comfortable. The sauna and Jacuzzi are of perfect size, and all the employees there tend to help you in each way. You will find the best service you would ask for in all the restaurants. Again and Again, Rixos Magawish managers, Abdelhamid from the beach bar and Mahmoud Ahmed, front office supervisor, were a big reason for my positive review.

Wow 5 star from moment we arrived, cold flannels and sparkling wine, sat down and someone took care of booking in for us, was a great start. The most memorable thing is how fantastic the staff are, they are so friendly courteous and so hard working, nothing is too much trouble. We had a lovely room in block 43 with a massive pool 10 meter from our patio, it was very clean and spacious, The food was exceptional with something for everyone. You can have freshly cooked steaks / meat done to your requirements. We had 3 al a carte meals our favorite being the Bazillion, thank you Tomas for great cooking / service. The Panorama Bar was lovely, we had a great time with Mahmoud Amado the bar man he really looked after us and was great fun. The beach is beautifully clean, it is netted owing to parts of beach having very sharp dead coral, you will not see any pretty fish as all coral has died so just silver fish. We did take a private boat trip from hotel dive center, it was £100 each bit had a large glass bottom boat and went out to reef and sandy banks where we snorkeled seeing the most incredible fish. We were out over 3 hours, whilst expensive, it was convenient well managed and was billed to room. highly recommended. I have nothing negative to say a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. From the time we arrived we were treated amazingly. We have travelled many places in the world but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Arrival flawless. Room outstanding. Kept to a very high standard every day Sayed Gomaa attention to detail was brilliant he made sure we had everything we needed in our room. The beach was our favourite spot in the day with the lifeguards and bar staff attending to your every need. Our favourite place to dine was the turquoise restaurant had so many delicious food choices. And as always the waiters were fantastic. We spent a week here and we were absolutely amazed with everything. We were 2 families ( 8 p) and we had a blast. They say this hotel is one of oldest in Hurghada, well it may be true but surely doesn`t look like one. Room was pretty nice and so CLEAN. the cleaning crew did a very nice job. Perfect sandy beach, lots of sunbeds, plenty of available towels, nice pools. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING in the main restaurant Crazy options almost non stop. fresh bar and quality ice cream all day. The kids program in very nice all day not only a few hours /day. Great tennis courts, very well kept garden. Nice touch with the golf carts taking you from the beach and restaurants to your room The pirates bay will offer you scuba trips at extra cost. Well they are called pirates so expect to be robbed. We will definitely return to this beautiful place

We have just returned from our 10 night holiday at Rixos Premium Magawish and we can honestly say it’s one of the best holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived all the staff were so friendly and welcoming and clearly they were focused on ensuring you had a fantastic holiday. The room we had (sea view which was fairly limited as we were at the back of the resort so probably not worth it) was very large and modern but we did have an interconnecting door which upon previous hotel experiences can be an issue with noise. The first night was absolutely fine but the 2nd night we were woken at 00.50 in the morning by a family next door who we could clearly hear and their light even shone through the bottom of the door. The next morning I went to reception to explain the problem we had and they were most apologetic and immediately assigned us another room, we packed up our things and rang reception to say we were ready to move and within 5 mins a member of staff arrived in one of the golf buggies to take us to our new room, superb customer service and our new room was equally as nice as the first one and no more noise issues. The grounds of the hotel are immaculately manicured and are definitely the best we have ever had in any hotel, indeed it was a real pleasure to walk round the whole of the hotel complex. If you like your food your in for a real treat, we ate in every restaurant and the quality of the food and presentation was fantastic as was the service from the staff. Booking the a la carte restaurants was very easy through guest services. From the beach to all the pool areas there were more than enough areas to sunbathe and you could barely put your things down on a sunbed before one of the pool life guards would rush over with towels etc to ensure you were ready to fully relax. Again waiter service around the pool was excellent. Finally a special mention goes to Omar the bar manager for the Piazza and lobby who always came over to speak to us likewise with Mahmood in the Panorama bar and last but not least Mohammed el Tohamy our lifeguard who looked after us throughout our stay, so friendly and welcoming, it was a real pleasure to see and speak with him each day. Finally everything about this hotel was extremely high quality however for us the staff make the real difference they turned a really great holiday into a memorable one, thank you to all of you for that.
